We at ihopa are on a mission to create a better and more sustainable alternative to buying products and storing them for the majority of their lifetime in a basement. This solution is shared access to products for home and leisure. We have launched several sharing boxes in different villa and urban communities so far. In return for a small monthly fee the members are able to book 25+ products anytime and as often as they wish. Going forward we are working to take our service to real estate developers and rental companies, so that the service can be financed in the same way as shared washing machines, gyms and so on for the tenants. Our team consists of passionate people with experiences in different fields, united by the mission to innovate this solution. Lakimaatti (lakimaatti.fi) is a Finnish online service for family and inheritance law documents. Customers can create a prenuptial agreement (avioehto), a will (testamentti), a mutual will (keskinäinen testamentti), a continuing power of attorney (edunvalvontavaltuutus) and a living will (hoitotahto). The customer answers a short questionnaire about their situation and gets a free recommendation straight away. They pay only if they decide to create the document. After payment they fill in the details and download the finished document as a PDF, ready to sign. Prices start at €49 per document, paid once. The structure and clauses of every document have been drafted by Tuukka Tolvanen, Master of Laws (University of Helsinki), who has nearly ten years of experience in legal work, including as an attorney-at-law and a tax consultant. AI is not used to produce the content of the documents. Our AI assistant Lakibotti answers general questions based on material compiled by our lawyer, and questions about the documents are answered by the lawyer. The service covers Finnish law and is available in Finnish.

Utleieagenten is a Norwegian proptech startup solving the "word against word" problem in residential rentals. When a tenancy ends, landlords and tenants routinely disagree about the condition of the home: was the damage already there, was the cleaning good enough, who pays? Without dated documentation from move-in, deposit disputes come down to memory and claims — and thousands of these cases end up in the Norwegian Rent Disputes Tribunal every year. It's a costly, stressful, avoidable conflict built into every one of Norway's 500,000+ rental households. Utleieagenten removes the conflict by making documentation effortless and neutral. The landlord sends a single SMS. The tenant opens a secure link on their phone and walks through the home room by room, taking photos and reporting any issues — guided by a checklist, no app download, no login. Tarigano is a self-produced clothing brand built on community. What started as vintage reselling became a brand designing and producing its own caps, jewelry, and flip flops.
