The Why: By 2050, the world is required to produce at least 50% more food and do so while achieving 'Net Zero' carbon emission according to the UN. Seaweed has unique properties in that it can be grown on lines of rope in the ocean, with no requirement for artificial inputs (fertiliser, fresh water, light). The output is nutritious seaweed that is stock full of essential vitamins (A, D, E, B1, B2), Iron, Calcium, and Omega-3 fat - usually only found in fish. And there's more - seaweed also sequesters about 5x as much CO2 as land-based plants. In short, seaweed can be part of the solution for some of the world's largest issues. During the covid pandemic live shopping on Facebook has boomed like crazy and the future looks even more promising in this market. We have developed a robot that takes care of all the administrative work for the retailers doing live shopping. From answering comments, sending messages in Messenger with payment links and keeping track of the inventory and orders , everything administrative is taken care of with the Z:Live robot. It all started with a distressed mother in law who was doing live sales and spent at least 3-4 hours after each ended live shopping event getting a hold of all the information, payments and such. She called one day and wanted to know if could be done any easier and from that phone call, Z:Live was born as we could see the potential in the market besides just her.
