Fikset

Fikset bygger fremtidens digitale infrastruktur for håndværkerbranchen.

Telos Foundry ApS

Telos is building the shared truth layer for engineering companies in the age of AI agents: one place where the vision, the objectives, the work and the customer evidence live together, so that humans agree on what's worth doing and every agent they run builds from that same agreement. The problem Execution used to be the hard part of building software. It isn't anymore. Agents write the code, run the playbooks, learn how your company works and get better every week. The thing they can't do is agree, with each other or with you, on what's worth doing, why, who owns it, and whether it happened. That agreement used to be free. At five people you're in one room and everyone knows why they're there. Somewhere between ten and twenty people it starts to cracks. By fifty it's broken. The strategy lives inside a founder's head or a slide deck nobody opens, the work lives in Linear or Jira, the customer evidence lives in Slack threads that scroll away, and the ROI lives in a CFO's spreadsheet. Engineers ship without knowing why. Leadership can't see where the effort actually goes. Everyone is busy and nobody is sure they're busy on the right thing. Agents make this worse, not better. A fifteen-person company running always-on agents makes decisions at the pace a hundred-person company used to. Drift tracks decision volume, not headcount. Every engineering org of 20 to 200 people has this problem. Most of them have already bought a tool for strategy, a tool for execution and a tool for reporting, and none of the three talk to each other. The solution Telos is where agreement lives. One vision at the top of the company. Every objective, opportunity and task traces back to it. Every piece of customer evidence, from Slack, Teams, Intercom, GitHub, Linear or Notion, sits next to the work it informs. Humans ratify intent: the vision, the objectives, the go and the no-go. Agents read the same record, write their work into it, and propose changes where everyone can see the diff. Concretely, that means: - Leadership opens Telos and sees where the company's effort is going, what it costs, and how it maps to the vision. No slide deck, no quarterly reconstruction. - An engineer opens a task and the reason it exists is one click away, with the customer conversations that led to it. - An AI referee, grounded in the company's own vision and evidence, challenges every proposal. Does this advance where we're going? Is there customer evidence, or is it the loudest voice in the room? It informs, it never decides. - Every agent the company runs grounds itself in Telos through the API, so its work lands in the shared record under the company's rules instead of in a private memory nobody can audit. Customers bring their own LLM. Telos doesn't own the model, it owns the record. Why Because alignment is the constraint now. The tools that exist treat AI as a way to build more, faster. Faster in the wrong direction is the most expensive thing a company can do, and it's about to get much cheaper to do it.

The PeopleFirst Standard™

The PeopleFirst Standard™ Psychological Safety. Measured. Proven. The Problem Psychological safety is now a legal obligation in 30+ countries. ISO 45003, Danish BEK 1406, the EU Framework Directive, UK HSE Management Standards, Canadian CSA Z1003, and Safe Work Australia all require organisations to assess and evidence psychosocial risk at work. None of them prescribe how. So organisations reach for what they have: engagement surveys. Likert scales that ask people how they feel. Global engagement sits at 21% despite billions spent annually on these tools. Regulators, boards, and insurers increasingly know the difference between an opinion score and a defensible evidence base. The organisations that can't tell the difference are accumulating liability. The measurement approach is broken. We're fixing it. The Solution The PeopleFirst Standard™ is the first independently certifiable standard for psychological health and safety at work. Not a survey. Not a wellness tool. A standard, built on the same logic as ISO 9001 for quality or B Corp for social responsibility. The platform delivers a 25-question scenario-based behavioural diagnostic across 5 dimensions, measuring what people actually do under pressure, not what they say when asked nicely. Results are mapped clause-by-clause to ISO 45003:2021, BEK nr. 1406/2020, EU Directive 89/391/EEC, CSA Z1003-13, HSE Management Standards, and Safe Work Australia Code of Practice simultaneously. Organisations achieving Level 3 or above on our 5-level maturity model earn the independently certifiable PeopleFirst Standard™ mark. Those below receive a full diagnostic report with prioritised, evidence-based recommendations. For Danish organisations, the assessment serves as a validated psychosocial supplement to the mandatory APV process, providing the evidence base that Arbejdstilsynet's own framework requires but does not supply. GDPR compliant by design: no PII collected, sessions destroyed on submission, 20-respondent anonymity floor. Advisory services delivered by a separate team, after the report is issued help organisations act on what they find. Why It Matters 136 independent studies confirm psychological safety predicts team learning, innovation, and performance. (Frazier et al., Personnel Psychology, 2017). Work-related stress costs Danish employers €1.17 billion annually. The conditions that produce these outcomes are measurable and improvable. Where We Are The platform is live at thepeoplefirststandard.com. Active pilot conversations are underway with major Danish employers. The team brings two decades of leadership across military, Ørsted, Novo Nordisk, and startups backed by advisors spanning occupational psychology, enterprise sales, and organisational safety. We are applying for Innofounder funding and building the team that takes this global.

Baser

Baser Baser is a family-owned, direct-to-consumer brand designing premium parasols, patio umbrellas, and bases. Founded on Scandinavian design principles, radical honesty, and a genuine commitment to sustainability, we help families across Europe and Australia make outdoor shade decisions they won't regret. We currently operate across four markets — Denmark, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia — with the ambition to become the modern market leader in e-commerce shade solutions across Australia, the US, the UK, and Europe. It's a category that has been overlooked for decades, and we see clear white space to build something better. What makes us different Nearly every umbrella in the world is produced by the same handful of factories and sold the same impersonal way: through retailers, marketplaces, and middlemen with no real relationship to the end customer. We took the opposite path. Baser is a fully digital, content-led, direct-to-consumer brand — and as far as we know, the only one in our category combining mid-to-high quality, an online-first model, content leadership, and genuinely personal service. That personal service is central to who we are. Instead of chatbots and call centres, customers get real, human guidance — including founder-led advice that helps them choose exactly the right product for their space. We'd rather educate someone honestly than push them toward the most expensive option, and that approach has earned us the trust of thousands of families. Products built to last We don't believe shade should be disposable. Our products are engineered to outlast the seasons and the trends: 100% aluminium frames — no rust, no wobble, wind-tested to 50 km/h Solution-dyed fabrics that hold their colour for years rather than fading after one summer Certified UV protection up to UPF 80+, with real, verifiable numbers PFAS-free across the entire range — safe for families and the environment GRS-certified recycled materials throughout, including our patented sandbag base system Backed by a 5-year spare-parts guarantee and a 10-year frame guarantee If something breaks, we fix it. We're building products people keep, not replace. Our values and culture We're a small, ambitious team that takes our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We value honesty over hype, quality over shortcuts, and specificity over vague claims. We're transparent about how and where our products are made, and proud of the quality behind them. Above all, we're building a company where people feel trusted, supported, and clear on what success looks like — grounded in strong human values and high standards, as we grow into new markets around the world.

SwayQ

About SwayQ The better company behind creator partnerships. SwayQ helps brands and creators work together through transparent fees, stronger trust, and better matching than the old agency model allows. Born in Copenhagen. Built for the world. SwayQ was built because the old agency model is too opaque, too expensive, and too far removed from the real partnership. Brands often pay more than they should without full clarity on fit, creators give up too much of the value they create, and both sides are asked to trust a process they cannot fully see. We built SwayQ to make the economics, the matching, and the trust clearer. We believe the economics of influence should be visible, the matching should be genuine, and both sides should see the same terms. Category over roster Matching is based on category themes and verified platform signals — not on whichever creators happen to be on an agency roster. AI-assisted matching is coming soon. Trust, not leverage Both sides see the same terms. No information asymmetry, no hidden incentives, no leverage games.
