Telos Foundry ApS

Telos is building the shared truth layer for engineering companies in the age of AI agents: one place where the vision, the objectives, the work and the customer evidence live together, so that humans agree on what's worth doing and every agent they run builds from that same agreement. The problem Execution used to be the hard part of building software. It isn't anymore. Agents write the code, run the playbooks, learn how your company works and get better every week. The thing they can't do is agree, with each other or with you, on what's worth doing, why, who owns it, and whether it happened. That agreement used to be free. At five people you're in one room and everyone knows why they're there. Somewhere between ten and twenty people it starts to cracks. By fifty it's broken. The strategy lives inside a founder's head or a slide deck nobody opens, the work lives in Linear or Jira, the customer evidence lives in Slack threads that scroll away, and the ROI lives in a CFO's spreadsheet. Engineers ship without knowing why. Leadership can't see where the effort actually goes. Everyone is busy and nobody is sure they're busy on the right thing. Agents make this worse, not better. A fifteen-person company running always-on agents makes decisions at the pace a hundred-person company used to. Drift tracks decision volume, not headcount. Every engineering org of 20 to 200 people has this problem. Most of them have already bought a tool for strategy, a tool for execution and a tool for reporting, and none of the three talk to each other. The solution Telos is where agreement lives. One vision at the top of the company. Every objective, opportunity and task traces back to it. Every piece of customer evidence, from Slack, Teams, Intercom, GitHub, Linear or Notion, sits next to the work it informs. Humans ratify intent: the vision, the objectives, the go and the no-go. Agents read the same record, write their work into it, and propose changes where everyone can see the diff. Concretely, that means: - Leadership opens Telos and sees where the company's effort is going, what it costs, and how it maps to the vision. No slide deck, no quarterly reconstruction. - An engineer opens a task and the reason it exists is one click away, with the customer conversations that led to it. - An AI referee, grounded in the company's own vision and evidence, challenges every proposal. Does this advance where we're going? Is there customer evidence, or is it the loudest voice in the room? It informs, it never decides. - Every agent the company runs grounds itself in Telos through the API, so its work lands in the shared record under the company's rules instead of in a private memory nobody can audit. Customers bring their own LLM. Telos doesn't own the model, it owns the record. Why Because alignment is the constraint now. The tools that exist treat AI as a way to build more, faster. Faster in the wrong direction is the most expensive thing a company can do, and it's about to get much cheaper to do it.
