It's a $10B industry, growing rapidly and ripe for disruption with data and automation. Using sophisticated data analysis, we match products with relevant creators based on their audience. Steering away from hand-picking talent, we’re pioneering an automated model that selects creators in high volumes. We encourage advertisers to let creators have control over how they integrate sponsored content. Through this we aim to empower creators, giving them more opportunities to integrate authentic sponsorships and make an income from what they love doing. We’re a small and experienced team shaping the future of the fastest growing new media out there. We come from diverse backgrounds from all over the world. We treat each other like adults, but aren’t too serious about it. Life is too short to work with assholes. If you think so too, we’re looking forward to your application! Our goal is to bring fairness and transparency to the fast-growing creator marketing industry. Every person on our team contributes to that goal, so, every person gets a seat at the table. We believe in transparency - everything ranging from financial data through business document drafts to code repositories is by default accessible by the whole team, which means you can attend daily stand-ups or give written feedback on a blog post if you’re curious or want to share your thoughts. We believe that diversity and inclusion are important to our company's success and thus we are committed to building teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and skills. We welcome applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, or any other basis covered by appropriate law.

CM Navigator A/S

CM Navigator A/S – part of Copenhagen Merchants Group - is the company behind the digital platform for market intelligence and decision support in the agri-commodity and freight sectors – CM Navigator. Founded by Copenhagen Merchants Group, CM Navigator was initially developed in-house (starting around 2018) to aggregate the wealth of tacit market knowledge held by the group’s brokers and shipping experts. It was subsequently launched as a commercial SaaS platform in 2022 and later incorporated as an independent company in 2023 (while remaining majority-owned by CM Group). What it offers: CM Navigator provides real-time data and analytics tools to track commodity markets and logistics: • Live Prices & Global Benchmarks: Users get daily updated prices from major export regions (North America, South America, Europe, Black Sea, Australia, etc.) and a global CFR price matrix covering 600+ destinations, allowing easy comparison of origin competitiveness. This helps traders see, for example, how US corn fob prices plus freight compare to Brazilian corn into a given import market. • Freight Forecasting: The platform includes advanced freight tools that let users search among 250,000+ bulk freight routes with up to 12-month forward curves. This essentially functions as an instant freight rate calculator: a trader can input a specific load port and discharge port (or even a combination for multi-leg trades) and get current freight cost estimates and future rates. Such capability, drawn from Navi Merchants’ data, simplifies evaluating the delivered cost of commodities. • Supply/Demand & Trade Flows: CM Navigator continuously updates global supply and demand balances for key crops, and tracks trade flows. It integrates official data with on-the-ground insights (e.g., port line-up information) to give an up-to-date picture of export/import volumes and stock levels. This dynamic data can alert users to changes (such as a sudden surge in Ukrainian wheat exports or a drought cutting Argentine soy supply) much faster than traditional reports. • News & Insights: The platform delivers relevant news flashes and in-house analysis. For instance, it might highlight policy changes, weather events, or logistical issues affecting markets, along with commentary from CM’s analysts. Users also receive reports like grain export summaries or freight market outlooks, helping them stay ahead in volatile markets. Strategic purpose: The creation of CM Navigator reflects the group’s goal to “empower traders of all sizes in all countries” by democratizing access to high-quality market data. It takes the tacit knowledge that Copenhagen Merchants accumulated (through decades of brokerage and logistics operations) and scales it via technology. Internally, the platform ensures CM’s own teams and key clients operate with the same up-to-date information. Externally, it has become a new revenue stream and value proposition, attracting subscribers from the wider industry. By providing transparency and decision-support, CM Navigator strengthens Copenhagen Merchants Group’s role as an information broker. Its strategic goal is to be the go-to platform for anyone looking for integrated data on grains and freight, thereby enhancing market efficiency and extending the group’s influence in the digital domain.

United Nations Youth Association(UNYA) Denmark

UNYA Copenhagen is a volunteer-driven youth organization dedicated to empowering young people to engage with global challenges through the lens of the United Nations’ values and the Sustainable Development Goals. We create an inclusive platform where students and young professionals can learn, collaborate, and take action on issues like climate change, social inequality, peacebuilding, and innovation. We are addressing a clear and growing problem i.e. the disconnect between youth and global institutions. Many young people in Denmark care deeply about sustainability and justice but find it difficult to access meaningful opportunities to participate in international dialogue or contribute to real-world impact. This gap leaves motivated individuals without a channel to apply their energy, creativity, and ideas, while institutions miss out on fresh perspectives and engagement from the very generation that will inherit the future. UNYA Copenhagen bridges this divide by turning global ideals into local action. We organize interactive events, workshops, and panel discussions that make complex global topics accessible and relevant. Our activities are co-created by volunteers from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds who bring their own insights to the table. Through collaboration with universities, NGOs, and public institutions, we connect youth directly with experts and decision-makers, fostering a sense of shared responsibility and agency. What makes UNYA Copenhagen unique is our grassroots approach. We are not just an organization — we are a community that thrives on collective energy and creativity. Every project is designed by young people for young people, ensuring authenticity, inclusivity, and long-term motivation. Our strength lies in our diversity and the genuine commitment of our volunteers, who bring the UN’s global mission to life in a way that feels personal and actionable. The motivation behind UNYA Copenhagen is simple: we believe that youth engagement should not be limited to classrooms or conferences but should become a lived experience. We started this initiative because we wanted to make international dialogue tangible, local, and inspiring. Our team members share a passion for learning, community-building, and positive change — values that drive us to dedicate our time to building something meaningful together. Today, UNYA Copenhagen continues to grow as a platform where ideas turn into impact. We are seeking motivated individuals who want to gain experience in leadership, communication, and project management while contributing to a global cause. By joining The Hub’s Community Program, we hope to reach more passionate volunteers who want to be part of a dynamic network that connects Copenhagen’s youth with the world.
