The idea and need for our platform became more evident when handling our own crypto portfolios and after talking with hundreds of users, accountants and tax authorities. Aavuus is a space-tech startup building a global network of ground-based laser stations to detect and track space debris with unmatched precision. Our mission is to ensure the safety and sustainability of Earth’s orbit by providing satellite operators, Space Situational Awareness (SSA) companies, and defense organizations with accurate, timely, and affordable debris tracking data. Space has become crowded. Over 10,000 active satellites and more than hundred million debris objects currently orbit Earth, and the number of satellites is expected to grow tenfold by 2030. Even a fragment as small as one centimeter can destroy a satellite upon impact. Yet, current tracking systems are struggling to keep pace. This gap threatens not only the safety of critical assets in orbit but also the future of the global space economy, which depends on the long-term sustainability of orbital operations.

GLYON is developing a CO₂-powered textile-to-textile recycling technology to help brands, fiber producers, and recyclers solve the growing textile waste crisis with a breakthrough chemical recycling process that turns waste into virgin-quality raw materials for new fibers—without fossil fuels. We address the massive problem of textile waste, a global crisis where over 92 million tonnes of textile waste are discarded each year—most of it ending up in landfills or incinerated. This contributes to major pollution issues but also forces the textile industry to continue its dependence on virgin fossil-based materials. Our solution targets fiber producers, brands, and recyclers who need circular raw material solutions. Our CO₂-based chemical recycling process breaks down polyester textiles into building blocks and leaves other fibers like cotton intact. Both PET building blocks and cotton can be used to produce new, high-quality fibers without the need for virgin oil and reducing water consumption and CO₂ emissions.
