The growers will pay a monthly subscription to be able to grow their own vegetables in a garden. The garden owners can put their garden out on our platform and wait for growers to apply so they can earn money. There does not exist a way to rent a garden space or to rent out your garden. The alternative today if you do not own a garden yourself is to sign up for allotment garden through the municipality. In Oslo the allotment from the municipality has a waiting time of atleast 20 years. The waiting time is far too long on today’s alternatives for growing. After corona the interest for growing vegetables has been booming. We tackle this problem by letting people who own a garden rent it out to these people that want to grow, but do not have the space themselves.

In the educational systems as they are in the post-pandemic era we see persistent acute shortages of qualified literacy and special education teachers and waiting lists of between 6 and 24 months for dyslexia assessment. On a grant from the Norwegian research council (NFR), we are currently in the process of developing a digital platform for textual analysis in the educational sector. This summer we started developing the core functionality of the platform, and the first module is aimed at argument analysis. Our plan for 2021 is to expand the platform with modules for syntactic analysis of words and sentences, semantic concept analysis, and a module for law studies and juridical case processing. The premise of the project is to design the platform and the various modules in such a way that use generates data of a kind that is applicable for training novel machine learning services in the field of natural language processing (NLP).
