Shortlist is the new player within the talent acquisition landscape, founded by our CEO, Troels Skydt in 2017. And we’re here to make some changes. We have taken recruitment fully digital. We specialize in finding, qualifying, and motivating the right set of candidates for our clients’ talent acquisition processes. We do things drastically different from the traditional (and outdated) recruitment agencies. We support our clients’ talent acquisition processes by delivering skilled candidates at a speed that is otherwise unheard of within the industry. Not convinced yet? Hear us out. We have a solid track record: Over 97% hires one (or more) of the candidates that we deliver. Because of this, clients utilize us for a minimum of 4 other assignments within the first 12 months. Unde

Unde is on a mission to disrupt piracy and at the same time adding a new layer to the customer experience by giving each product a digital identity and a history to be told, where you as a consumer is an actor contributing to this story. Through this, we are also opening up a global marketplace for sales of artisan and luxury goods, increasing transparency and significantly lowering risk of piracy. The Unde-product will be built using blockchain and AI in a wonderful mixture. The founders of Unde have more than 80 years collective experience within tech, digital and retail. We are currently in stealth mode but are set to launch the beta during winter 2020.

DINLYD

DINLYD are developing a portable audio systems to enable users enjoy immersive sound indoors and on the go. Our wireless technology enables several speakers to connect seamlessly with very low energy consumption. We are a team of seasoned electronics and audio engineers, who have worked globally in the industry for many years. Now we are working on several exiting audio products with tested market potential.

Savvie

Owners are often so overwhelmed by the essential day-to-day operations that they rarely prioritize these tasks. But suboptimal operations lead to a significant amount of waste in these businesses. Savvie leverages data into a bite-sized, actionable insights for easier decision-making, which recommends them what to do and when. We help them increase revenue and avoid unnecessary cost.

LUVE Wellness Space

LUVE Wellness Space is developing an online platform that helps wellness entrepreneurs and -professionals to find venues to share their work. The nature of wellness industry is shifting more towards self employed health and wellness practitioners such as yoga & meditation teachers, personal trainers, life coaches, health therapists ect. These practitioners are working independently and they are mainly sharing their work remotely. Finding a perfect venue is hard and thats why we are developing a platform that brings inspiring venues to right people. At the same time theres a lot of ununtilised venues out there that could be used in wellness purposes. LUVE Wellness Space helps to increase the utilisation rate of these properties so that the owners can make more money. Right now if you are an entrepreneur looking for a place you need to search on Google. Google will suggest you different venues such as yoga or fitness studios. Then you have to email those studios and the whole process takes a lot of time for both sides. Through our service we provide venue owners a platform where they can easily list their venue and keep their calendar and prices up to date. For people looking for a venue we offer a handy filtering system so that they can find a venue that suits exactly to their needs. Theres a lot of unused potential among wellness entrepreneurs as well as wellness venues. LUVE Wellness Space helps both sides to utilise that potential more effectively. This will result more work for entrepreneurs, more diverse wellness services for people and more profit for venue owners. Both founders Laura and Elisa have been working in wellness industry for many years. The core reason for establishing LUVE Wellness Space was the deep passion to contribute to the well-being of society and bring more diversity into wellness industry. Laura: Having worked in the industry for many years and knowing a lot of amazing wellness professionals internationally made me think of how could all these important skills be brought to people. How could they deliver their work more freely? I found my way and started to rent other peoples studios and venues for my work. I soon noticed how difficult the process was for both sides. I started to talk with the venue owners and spotted a clear need for this service." Elisa: I was working for a big fitness centre chain and I always felt that I was not able to share my true unique gifts with people because the whole process was highly regulated and scripted. Why I'm so passionate about LUVE Wellness Space is that I know that through this service we can encourage fitness professionals to share their unique talents and skills more freely by bringing them facilities where they can be creative.

The Pattern Agency

The Pitch The Pattern Agency is developing a digital B2B marketplace to help the design industry (fashion/interiors/textiles/consumer goods) solve easy access to premium Scandinavian print design through a custom-built marketplace hosting a series of innovative digital services. The What The design industry is digitally immature and has worked according to the same system for many years. However the market is rapidly changing and consumers are becoming more aware which means the old system is becoming obsolete. New digital and readily available services are required and that’s where The Pattern Agency comes in. Buying print design has been analogue for years where many purchases are done at physical trade fairs. But as fairs only occur a few times a year and the customer demand is quickening, the need for readily available print design is increasing. The majority of design companies outsource print design but find it difficult and time-consuming to locate new design talent. Or they ask their over-seas supplier to deliver a print and loose control over copyright and infringement which could be devastating to the brand and the business. We are looking to replace an analogue system with a digital one and in the process changing how the industry operates by inventing services that they didn’t know they needed. The How By developing a user-friendly platform that caters to the mind, eye and business sense of the creative buyer, our aim is to build a full-service platform that incorporates every aspect of the needs of the design industry and thus becomes the only tool required for buying prints, design, inspiration and guidance online. A one-stop-shop and platform. The Why As both founders are design industry professionals, we’ve been frustrated by the lack of out-of-the-box thinking in the industry for years. Founding partner Oskar is a graphic designer and has been commissioned print work for fashion and interior companies historically. He found these processes extremely time-consuming and his commission hollowed at the end of a project and thought there must be a better way of doing this. Founding partner Ellen has been working with freelance designers and know of the frustration and will to get their work out on the market and the struggle to gain audience with companies in the industry. So the design industry is struggling to fin designers and designers are struggling to get in touch with the design industry. This is the problem that we want to solve and in the process disrupt an industry. The Scandinavian design expression is renowned and highly sought after internationally and our aim is to put Scandinavian print design back into the position it had in the 1950s. And to do so using modern technology and invention. We’ve built a rocket and all we need now is rocket fuel in terms of funding but also a business partner with experience of disrupting markets that can push us and the company to success.

CollabMaker

Collabmaker is a new web platform designed for matching complementary people together to start purpose-driven businesses. We do this by anonymously and automatically matching people based on their skills, experience and passions. Think of it as a bit like Tinder for people starting purpose/ impact-driven businesses. We believe the only way to reach the UN Sustainable Development Goals is by collaborating. We have launched an MVP and have people registered in 15 different countries.

Trusted Brands creates scalable, intuitive tools for efficient fashion consumption, streamlining the supply of secondhand clothing, extending the lifecycle and facilitating the perfect match between supply and demand to create a highly efficient, circular and engaging fashion industry. Its digital tools are designed for end-consumers as well as for industry players who would like to take their share of responsibility for the second most polluting industry in the world while automatically participating in circular economy in a profitable way.

Table.nu

Table.nu is a table reservations systems that allows restaurateurs to have a lightweight and modern reservation flow on their websites. The product is very simple and allows the restaurateurs various options for implementing a reservation flow that matches their needs. Table.nu is in it's very early stages, so join our journey and help map the future for table.nu

Znapto

We are building an app that connects small stores and consumers through offers and vouchers. Now, small stores can increase their reach by running hourly based offers on the Znapto platform for a fraction of the average marketing cost. Selling coffee but don't have any costumers due to bad weather? Put an offer on Znapto for a couple of hours, and attract costumers when you need them. We love the local communities and hope that this initiative will support local businesses all over the world - starting in Copenhagen.
