A7 was founded in USA late 2015. It was started as a movement dedicated to helping others reaching their full potensial. On the back of all the shirts there is a patented grip that prevents the bar from sliding when you do squats. When you do bench it keeps your body from sliding. Its usable for many other purposes in training as well but that´s the two big ones. 2016 was a true adventure for the Europe company.

Appivate is a Norwegian company that develops mobile applications. Our primary developing tool is Appcelerator Studio, a program that lets us write a single code and translate it to native Android and iOS at runtime.
