Under halvparten av dagens båtbrukere bruker flytevest, til tross for at det ble påbudt i 2015. Dette er et problem vi ønsker å ta tak i. Vi mener dagens løsninger for "flytevester" er for tungvinte og vårt produkt har dermed i hensikt i å senke terskelen for å ta i bruk livreddende utstyr på sjøen. Vi har fått støtte av Innovasjon Norge til fase 1 og  2. Vi er to brødre som begge er 24 år gamle, begge studerer ved Handelshøyskolen BI, og begge har operativ erfaring fra Forsvaret.
