Vi er spesialisert på private hager og utfører alle typer jobber fra vedlikehold av utenomhusanlegg og til utforming og oppjustering av hager. I tillegg så er vi importør av hageprodukter som er ukjent på norske markedet. Vi legger stor vekt på et godt resultat iht. våre kunders ønsker og behov. Transition Elements

Transition Elements explores for energy transition metals in Norway, using technology and software to enhance exploration efficiency and reduce risk and cycle times for bringing new deposits to market. We aim to increase the supply of metals essential for the transition to a low carbon economy. With a cumulative team experience of around 60 years across geology, software development and innovation, we will integrate existing technology, new software, and expert knowledge to generate the fastest and most effective exploration system in the business.

Submerged AS

We have developed a camera-based sensor for 24h automatic sea lice counting and biomass measurement. Our product solves the main challenges in high contrast underwater imagery of sea lice with deficient maintenance. We are looking for funding to take the effect to the next level, where approval of our solution in the industry and by authorities are key factors as well as the development of the organization.

Höylytt AS

Höylytt is working to make the great benefits of playing music, the development of both body and mind, available to anyone. We have created an alternative technology for learning how to create and play music, we call it Guided Workflow™. It is a technology that enables users to easily compose their own songs by dragging and dropping their favorite chords on a timeline, then they get visual guidance on a keyboard to help improvise and hit notes that fit with their chosen chords.No more fumbling around on keys trying to find the "right" note. We show you which ones work and which ones don't. We created the music-making app Jamsy to showcase the method in use, and also as a stand-alone product. By 2021 we are bringing our own hardware based on Guided Workflow™ to the market.

Yearbase AS

After working in the digital marketing industry for several years, we identified some problems with existing tools. Problems: 1. Tools available for search engine optimization are solely targeting specialists and professionals. 2. Tools available have too much data for a regular person to navigate through 3. You need several tools to cover the first part of the customer journey (Acquisition, Behaviour, Conversion). 4. There are approximately no tools in the market that processes web statistical data automatically, based on unique algorithms to identify user intention, valuable user segments, positive/negative trends in channel data, etc. Additionally, there are no tools in the market that merges SEO data, website statistics, and conversion data altogether, to produce a better holistic view and understanding, which constitutes the first part of our perspective on the customer journey (Acquisition, Behaviour, Conversion), in order to automate and analyze these data for the customer. By having this merged data and applying the latest technology as machine learning and artificial intelligence together with in-house developed algorithms, we could produce insight for our customers in a much better way, a lot faster. We are therefore making insight easier, which is our motto and goal.

Behovet for A-lags-spillere er høyt.Homesourcing finner fantastiske personer i Europa og integrerer de i norske utviklingsteam. Vi mener det finnes mer enn nok av utviklere i verden, men for få utviklere som også har lederevner. Vi coacher og bygger utviklere til ledere for å sørge for de blir like effektive som oss nordmenn og kan ta et større ansvar. Ikke minst kunne tenke selv og ta gode avgjørelser for teamene de er i.

Nutcracker Solutions AS

Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.
