The tool is primarily used via smartphone, making it convenient to work with on-site. The collected data is stored in a database that can be accessed through both the app and a web browser. Once the company has an overview of its art, it opens up entirely new possibilities for activating and showcasing the value of the artworks. This could include re-curating the collection, creating communication initiatives for employees or guests, conducting valuations, conservation assessments, preservation planning, restoration, refining the collection through acquisitions or sales, and more.
