LEVU

Levu is a booking and payment platform for the beauty and personal care industry, built around a fundamentally different revenue model. Today, salons and clinics are burdened by fragmented booking systems, no-shows, heavy administration, and high fixed platform fees that erode already thin margins. Meanwhile, customers expect fast, frictionless booking and seamless payments. Levu solves this by shifting platform costs away from salons and onto the end user. Instead of charging businesses recurring subscription fees, Levu generates revenue through a small service fee per completed transaction paid by customers — aligning incentives across the entire ecosystem. Customers book and pay for treatments in advance, while salons benefit from reduced no-shows, improved cash flow, and simplified operations, without increasing their fixed costs. Levu is designed for local, city-by-city rollout, enabling controlled expansion, strong unit economics, and early paths to profitability. The product is developed and prepared for initial market entry, with a go-to-market strategy focused on high-frequency services such as hair, beauty, and wellness. We are currently raising capital to fund initial market entry, operations, and targeted local marketing in our first Danish cities, with the objective of proving traction and scaling sustainably.

Clubmate

Clubmate is a sales and fundraising platform built for sports clubs. Clubs rely on volunteers, spreadsheets, and scattered tools to run lotteries, sell tickets, collect payments, and manage supporters which creating unnecessary admin and lost revenue. We solve this by bringing digital lotteries, ticketing, fundraising, CRM, discount booklets, and kiosk/merch sales into one simple platform. The result: clubs sell more, spend less time on administration, and get clearer control of cash flow.

FitArenaa Oy

FitArenaa is a B2B fitness technology startup helping gyms reduce member churn through data-driven and inclusive engagement. Gyms struggle with high churn and limited insight into how members actually engage with their facilities. Most existing systems focus on access and billing, leaving gyms blind to early disengagement — especially for members with different needs, such as neurodiverse individuals. FitArenaa enables gyms to understand member behavior, identify churn risk early, and support more inclusive fitness experiences without adding operational complexity. By focusing on retention rather than acquisition, we help gyms grow sustainably while making fitness more accessible to everyone.

Danish Development Research Network (DDRN)

Danish Development Research Network (DDRN) is a non-governmental organization comprising individual and institutional members based in any country. Membership is open to researchers, students, aid practitioners, consultants, private and public entities and others who are involved in the generation, communication and application of knowledge to support sustainable development in the Global South countries. There is a wide gap between North and South in research as a resource for development. According to the UNESCO Science Report 2015, low income countries had 121 researchers per 1 mill. inhabitants, as opposed to high income countries with 3,814 researchers per 1 mill. inhabitants in 2013. During the same year, 1,363,074 scientific articles were published by researchers in OECD member states, as compared to only 3,909 articles by researchers in low income countries. Global challenges call for joint research to retrieve and combine data across North-South divides. The mutual interests between South and North researchers in exploring global solutions set agendas for research beyond conventional development studies. The emphasis in Denmark on innovation holds a potential for a broad engagement with South countries towards the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Research by South researchers working in Denmark provides knowledge resources for South-North public and private partnerships.

Studiebooster

Studiebooster is a knowledge-driven platform dedicated to helping students navigate one of the most difficult phases of their education: the transition from university into their first full-time job. In 2023, 42% of students reported that this transition is hard, yet there are almost no specialised organisations offering practical, modern guidance. Getting a job, you are excited about, after graduation come with too much uncertainty. Studiebooster works on changing that. Creating better job security for graduates. Right now, Studiebooster focuses on creating clear, accessible information for students—books, articles, tools and content that turn career uncertainty into concrete steps. I share insights, frameworks and real-world advice that help students understand what employers actually look for, and how to build a compelling early-career profile beyond grades. In the near future, Studiebooster will evolve into a larger ecosystem: community-driven, tool-supported, and built in collaboration with student organisations and individuals with similar missions. All of these are in the making, and we need ambitios people to be the number 1 source for students, who believe there are greater than their grades. The vision is to create Denmark’s first dedicated uni-to-job transition knowledge platform—one place where students can get guidance, structure and support as they take their first steps into working life. And the goal is to have a lot of fun, doing it. Wanna join?

Hvile Living

Short - about Hvile Living Hvile Living creates soft, comfortable seat cushions in natural and recycled materials, designed to support both seat and back—helping people enjoy their classic chairs fully again with timeless style. ⸻ The What: Classic chairs are often hard and uncomfortable for long periods, leaving them buried under pillows or relegated to decoration. Most cushions only target the seat, but true comfort requires support for both the back and the seat. ⸻ The How: We design cushions that support both seat and back, tailored perfectly to classic chairs. Using natural and recycled materials, our cushions make sitting a pleasure while preserving the chairs’ style and sustainability. ⸻ The Why: It wasn’t the chairs’ fault—I love my classic chairs, but I found them hard to sit on comfortably. I discovered that cushions supporting both seat and back made a huge difference. Hvile Living exists so others can enjoy these beautiful chairs comfortably and sustainably.
