Rispons

Rispons helps member-based organisations connect effectively via smart mobile messages. The email inbox is flooded with both important and not important messages, which basically prevents effective communication and engagement. The average individual gets around 100 emails on a daily basis, including everything from important to not important messages, advertising and spam. As a consequence, the email open rate, engagement and response rates drop significantly and makes it harder to properly get your messages out to your target audience for a fast response. My interest for mobile engagement started when working with email marketing and personally seeing the (lack of) engagement from your most important audience. Another key issue is the lack of response you get when you are competing for people's attention via email. When I created Rispons I wanted to create a personal and effective channel to bypass all the clutter in the email inbox. I wanted everything to be fast, mobile first and extremely effective, but without anyone downloading another app. This is why I created a browser-based platform that can message anyone that owns a smartphone, and get much higher and faster engagement.

Problem being solved: Social events, particularly weddings, often lack tools that allow for deeper guest interaction and the seamless capture of shared moments. Traditional event formats miss opportunities for guests to connect meaningfully, share memories in real-time, or be involved in the celebration beyond just attending. Additionally, event hosts face challenges in managing interactions and media during the event, often relying on fragmented tools for invitations, photo-sharing, and updates. Why it matters: GatherGram solves these problems by offering an all-in-one solution that brings guests closer together while capturing every important moment. By consolidating media sharing, guest interaction, and event management into a single platform, GatherGram enriches the event experience for both hosts and attendees. The app fosters a stronger sense of community by encouraging guests to share memories and connect in new ways, and it ensures that no memory is lost. Vektor-AI er et health-tech startup med en mission om at minimere de administrative byrder i den borgernære velfærd og skabe mere tid til arbejdet med kerneopgaven. Dette skal ske gennem opbygning af et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem, der kan højne kvaliteten og effektiviteten i dokumentationen inden for psykiatri og handicap området til gavn for medarbejdere og borgere. Der har gennem årtier været politisk fokus på at sænke dokumentationsbyrden inden for den kommunale velfærd, uden succes. Med fremkomsten af AI er der opstået en unik mulighed for at gøre dette og herigennem skabe gennemgribende forandringer i den borgernære velfærd. Vektor – AI er et Health – Tech startup, der tager denne udfordring op. Målet er at udvikle et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem til medarbejdere inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i landets kommuner. Systemet skal højne effektiviteten og kvaliteten i medarbejdernes dokumentation og herigennem mindske det administrative pres på medarbejderne og frigive tid til arbejdet med borgerne. Jeg har gennem de sidste 6 måneder lavet markedsundersøgelser, hvor jeg har interviewet medarbejdere, ledere, chefer og andre centrale interessenter inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i flere kommuner. Respondenterne har samstemmende tilkendegivet, at de kan se et stort potentiale i de skitserede løsninger. På baggrund af disse interviews, samt mine mange års erfaring som selvstændig konsulent inden for denne sektor, har jeg udviklet en plan for, hvilke funktioner et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem skal have for at skabe gennemgribende forandringer. Ydermere har jeg fået tilkendegivelser helt op på chefniveau om, at man er interesseret i at investere i et system, der indeholder disse funktioner. Jeg har desuden skabt kontakt til både medarbejdere og ledere, der har udvist stor interesse i at deltage i afprøvningen af systemet i en testfase. Vektor-AI er stadig på et meget tidligt stadie, og søger en teknisk cofounder. En kommende cofounder vil få en høj grad af indflydelse på det færdige produkt, og på den videre udvikling af dette. Om mig: Vektor - AI drives af Jon Vilshammer. Han er uddannet psykolog (cand.psych.) fra Københavns Universitet og autoriseret af Psykolognævnet. Jon har gennem de sidste 10+ år arbejdet som selvstændig konsulent inden for psykiatri- og handicapsektoren i mange forskellige kommuner, og har herigennem opbygget et stort netværk inden for sektoren, som han trækker på i både udviklings- og salgsprocessen. Han arbejder primært med: kompetenceudvikling og supervision af medarbejdere, organisationsudvikling, teamudvikling og ledersparring.

Our platform uses evidence-based algorithms to analyze individual nutritional needs and preferences, generating personalized meal plans. The system is user-friendly and accessible, making healthy eating choices straightforward. Our team is dedicated to continuously refining the technology to ensure it offers the most effective and personalized dietary guidance possible. The inspiration behind Nutrilyser stemmed from witnessing the struggles of loved ones in managing their diets, particularly those with diabetes. Realizing the critical role that nutrition plays in overall health, we were motivated to create a tool that could simplify this complex task. Our passion for health and technology drove us to leave our day jobs and fully commit to developing a solution that empowers people to take control of their nutrition and lead healthier lives.
