Its gesture-based interface, The Sphere, allows complete touchfree control of smart devices and can easily be integrated into other applications as a powerful touchfree control scheme. In 2014 Erghis received the distinction of being chosen as one of the top 20 tech startups in Swedish incubators. Since then Erghis has featured in international media with its revolutionary interface. At Erghis, we believe that computer interaction should be all about you, the user. It doesn’t matter what you are interacting with or why. Whether you are typing an email, using a vending machine or controlling a robot, what matters is that you are able to interact easily and comfortably, in a way that suits you. As technology continues to get smaller and is built into our very surroundings, traditional interfaces will no longer be enough. A new type of interaction is required, and as smartphones needed the touchscreen, so the devices of the future will need a touchfree interface. When you no longer need to hang a screen on your wall because the whole wall *is* a screen; when you don’t put a smartphone in your pocket because your clothes *are* your computer, imagine being able to open your hands and have complete control of these devices literally at your fingertips. That is the power of touchfree. That is the power of the Erghis Sphere. At Erghis we are committed to bringing you the touchfree interface of the future today. But we are always looking for forward-thinking companies – big and small – who can find creative uses for the Sphere and want to help us make this exciting future happen.

OYISI

Company Description: Oyisi Sushi Oyisi Sushi is a sushi restaurant chain originating in the South Jutland region of Denmark (Aabenraa). Since its founding in 2011, the company has grown from a simple takeaway outlet into a multi‑location brand with branches in Aabenraa, Haderslev, Kalundborg, Sønderborg, Viby J, Esbjerg, and more. The problem we are solving: In Denmark, consumer demand for high‑quality, freshly prepared sushi and Japanese cuisine continues to grow. However, the market faces two major pain points: first, a homogenisation of dining experiences – many restaurants lack memorable touches that set them apart; second, a widespread labour shortage that undermines service efficiency and quality assurance. Why we are solving this problem: We firmly believe that it is entirely feasible to offer a Japanese dining experience in Denmark that is fun, high‑quality, and exceptional value for money. Our core innovation lies in introducing robot‑assisted serving. This not only alleviates the service bottlenecks caused by staff shortages, but also creates a novel and engaging dining atmosphere that especially appeals to families and younger customers. At the same time, our "Sushi Ad Libitum" (all‑you‑can‑eat) model allows guests to enjoy unlimited freshly made sushi and hot dishes at a reasonable price, directly addressing the consumer pain point that "high quality equals high prices". Our achievements and mission: Our model has proven itself in the market – for example, our Aabenraa location generated a gross profit of DKK 3,561,800 in 2024 with a return on equity (ROE) of 15%, demonstrating solid profitability and financial stability. Our mission is to redefine the sushi dining experience in Denmark – by combining technology with great food, we create value that exceeds customer expectations, while also fostering a more efficient and enjoyable work environment for our employees.

Instantcall

Momentum Spaces

Momentum Spaces is a small, exclusive coworking community for entrepreneurs, located right on Marselisborg Marina in Aarhus, Denmark – with sea views from the office and boats, cafés and restaurants as the nearest neighbours. THE SPACE We keep it deliberately small. Six fixed desks in a bright, open office – no hot-desking, no rotating crowd, just a permanent circle of people who know each other. Every member gets a height-adjustable desk with generous space around it, plus: - Sea views over Marselisborg Marina - 24/7 access – work when it suits you - Meeting room and lounge (members only) - Shared kitchen with fridge and dishwasher - Dedicated 1,000/1,000 Mbit fiber internet - Free parking right at the door - A few minutes from central Aarhus THE COMMUNITY The office is only half of what Momentum is. Our members are entrepreneurs – primarily under 35 – who each run their own business and use one another for honest sparring across industries: pricing, product, hiring, sales, and all the questions you otherwise sit with alone. It is a curated community that genuinely cheers for each other's success. And because great workdays are not only about work, we regularly get together outside the office – sauna sessions, padel matches and afterwork gatherings are a fixed part of the rhythm. WHO IT'S FOR Momentum is for people who run their own company – SaaS, e-commerce, creative businesses or something entirely different – and who miss having ambitious people around them in the everyday. If your workday gets better with energy, honest feedback and someone to celebrate the wins with, you will feel at home here. THE LOCATION Marselisborg Marina is one of the most inspiring settings in Aarhus: water and boat life outside the windows, harbour cafés and restaurants next door, and the calm of the waterfront – while still only minutes from the city centre. HOW TO JOIN Momentum is curated on purpose. We have a limited number of fixed desks, and new members join after an informal chat – what matters most is that you fit into the community and that we can help each other move forward. If you are building something ambitious and want colleagues who cheer for your success, come by for a visit. normify

normify is an engineering-documentation technology company modernizing how technical documents are checked and maintained — "docs-as-code" for engineering. Its graph-based compliance engine checks technical deliverables against the norms and project requirements they must comply with — clause by clause, with every finding cited back to its exact source, in minutes instead of days of manual review. Instead of an engineer cross-checking a document against a standard with a highlighter, normify returns every non-conformance with a traceable audit trail for QA and client review. The graph-based method — not a raw LLM wrapper — is what lets normify reach 96.1% labelled recall across 10+ standards. It is norm-agnostic (customers bring the standards and requirements their projects are bound to), portable across LLM providers, and available self-hosted so sensitive engineering data never leaves the customer's environment. normify is extending from compliance checking into version-aware change intelligence — tracking what changed between document revisions and whether it still complies. Target users: discipline leads, technical authorities, QA/QC and document-control teams at operators, EPCs, and engineering consultancies.

The PeopleFirst Standard™

The PeopleFirst Standard™ Psychological Safety. Measured. Proven. The Problem Psychological safety is now a legal obligation in 30+ countries. ISO 45003, Danish BEK 1406, the EU Framework Directive, UK HSE Management Standards, Canadian CSA Z1003, and Safe Work Australia all require organisations to assess and evidence psychosocial risk at work. None of them prescribe how. So organisations reach for what they have: engagement surveys. Likert scales that ask people how they feel. Global engagement sits at 21% despite billions spent annually on these tools. Regulators, boards, and insurers increasingly know the difference between an opinion score and a defensible evidence base. The organisations that can't tell the difference are accumulating liability. The measurement approach is broken. We're fixing it. The Solution The PeopleFirst Standard™ is the first independently certifiable standard for psychological health and safety at work. Not a survey. Not a wellness tool. A standard, built on the same logic as ISO 9001 for quality or B Corp for social responsibility. The platform delivers a 25-question scenario-based behavioural diagnostic across 5 dimensions, measuring what people actually do under pressure, not what they say when asked nicely. Results are mapped clause-by-clause to ISO 45003:2021, BEK nr. 1406/2020, EU Directive 89/391/EEC, CSA Z1003-13, HSE Management Standards, and Safe Work Australia Code of Practice simultaneously. Organisations achieving Level 3 or above on our 5-level maturity model earn the independently certifiable PeopleFirst Standard™ mark. Those below receive a full diagnostic report with prioritised, evidence-based recommendations. For Danish organisations, the assessment serves as a validated psychosocial supplement to the mandatory APV process, providing the evidence base that Arbejdstilsynet's own framework requires but does not supply. GDPR compliant by design: no PII collected, sessions destroyed on submission, 20-respondent anonymity floor. Advisory services delivered by a separate team, after the report is issued help organisations act on what they find. Why It Matters 136 independent studies confirm psychological safety predicts team learning, innovation, and performance. (Frazier et al., Personnel Psychology, 2017). Work-related stress costs Danish employers €1.17 billion annually. The conditions that produce these outcomes are measurable and improvable. Where We Are The platform is live at thepeoplefirststandard.com. Active pilot conversations are underway with major Danish employers. The team brings two decades of leadership across military, Ørsted, Novo Nordisk, and startups backed by advisors spanning occupational psychology, enterprise sales, and organisational safety. We are applying for Innofounder funding and building the team that takes this global.

North Star Tech

North Star Tech Oy is a Finnish company that makes research integrity verifiable. Its product, North Keeper, is a verifiability layer for the research lifecycle, built on Microsoft Azure. Research integrity is now a board-level obligation for universities, research funders, and publishers, driven by the reproducibility crisis, fabricated results, and tightening funder mandates. Today integrity is asserted, not proven: ethics approvals sit in filing cabinets, reproducibility lives in a methods section few can rerun, and grant spending is reconciled long after the money is gone. North Keeper runs deterministic checks on the research record and turns each passed check into verifiable evidence. It can prove that identified records met defined integrity controls at a point in time, recorded as evidence a funder, journal, or auditor can verify directly. This is the distinction the product is built on: proof, not assurance. It does not claim that a scientific conclusion is true. The first check covers ethical consent, with reproducibility and responsible spending as deliberate later phases. Each passed check is issued as a tamper-evident, post-quantum-signed True North Certificate and recorded in the True North Registry, a public, append-only record anyone can verify against. North Keeper consumes Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Cost Management as substrate rather than rebuilding them; the owned engines and the registry are what make the evidence independent. North Keeper is a transactable ISV product on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, with metered consumption pricing and Microsoft co-sell, so customers buy through their existing Microsoft agreement. North Star Tech Oy is based in Helsinki and serves universities, research funders, and publishers across the EU and the Nordic region first, then the wider global research market.
