Variment hjelper helse-og-utdanningstjenester å rekruttere fremtidige medarbeidere og redusere praksissjokk gjennom realistiske jobbsimuleringer. Variment (Propl AS) ble opprettet i 2021 for å gjøre rekrutterings-og-opplæringsprosessen mer engasjerende og inkluderende gjennom teknologi og innovasjon. Teamet består av CEO Mai Phan, CTO Khanh Pham og UX Researcher Sriramya Juttiga. Vi har også mentorer og rådgiver med erfaring i organisasjonspsykologi, HR, strategi og kunstig intelligens fra OsloMet Universitetet, Novo Nordisk, Arctic Grouse, Ophiolite og DNB.

Det vil vi gøre ved at udvikle en teknologi, der giver organisationer mulighed for at tilbyde deres medlemmer unikke sundhedsydelser, der øger livskvaliteten. Vi er et team af specialister med dyb teknisk forståelse, og ideen til unikk.me opstod, da vi koblede vores viden om teknologi med ønsket om at gøre en forskel for den enkelte bruger. Mængden af data er stigende, og brugere, organisationer og leverandører indsamler løbende data, men al den indsigt og viden skaber først værdi, når det omsættes til initiativer, der gør en konkret forskel for brugeren. Vi vil gerne bruge digitalisering til at skabe en integreret og unik brugeroplevelse. Tænk hvis optikeren, udover at sælge kontaktlinser og briller, kunne anvende de halvårlige synstests aktivt ved at lade data følge brugeren. Derved kan brugeren nemt stille alle sine synsdata til rådighed for eksempelvis et forskningsprojekt, der forsker i lige præcis den øjenlidelse, som brugeren er arveligt disponeret for. Det vil forbedre behandlingen for brugeren, gavne forskningsprojektet og bevirke, at brugeren får en præference for lige præcis den optiker, der lader data følge brugeren. Konkurrence fordele handler om lige præcis det; evnen til at give brugeren nogle fordele, der er unikke. Indsamling af data åbner også op for helt nye muligheder for at udvikle nye løsninger og produkter, der kan være med til at gøre en forskel for den enkelte. Dermed vil kundeservice få en helt ny betydning og have en direkte effekt på livskvalitet og personlig sundhed. Vi vil gøre data til den nye grønne bundlinje ved at gøre det muligt at koble personlige data fra brugeren, med data indsamlet via en leverandør og offentligt tilgængelige sundhedsdata. Det vil gøre brugeren til en aktiv sundhedsbruger, der får fuld valuta for sine data, og det gør organisationen i stand til at skabe bedre rammer for øget trivsel. unikk.me er designet til en digital hverdag, hvor der er taget hånd om data. Why should the sick patient travel and wait, to see the healthy doctor? We use new technology to reintroduce the doctor house call, offering a platform to connect patients with doctors in the same area. Patients can see a qualified doctor in the comfort of their home, when it suits them. Doctors can manage their own time, and have the admin support they need to focus their time on the patients. Hjemmelegene opened for patient visits in the summer of 2017, and has experienced strong traction from customers already, and major media attention from leading newspapers in Norway such as VG, Dagbladet and Finansavisen. The team consists of of seven entrepreneurs with broad medical, design, IT and business experience, and a proven record with stellar companies such as kolonial.no and Nabobil.

Littleunbox er et månedligt abonnement, der er skræddersyet til gravide og forældre til babyer, som er mellem 0 og 2 år. Produkterne i boksen er særligt tilpasset til barnets alder og udvikling. Hver måned modtager vores medlemmer udvalgte kvalitets produkter til barnet, samt overraskelser der kan glæde mor, og far. De udvalgte kvalitetsprodukter vil hver måned variere og indeholde både økologiskbabymad, plejeprodukter samt lege- og pusleprodukter. Som nybagt mor, havde jeg set et stort behov for at blive inspireret af de kvalitetsprodukter til min baby, der er relevante for mig uden at jeg selv forestå al research på produkterne. Der fødes over 61.000 børn om året i Danmark og jeg ville gerne levere en service til de nybagte forældre, som gør det første år med den ny baby nemmere. Derfor har jeg oprettet littleunbox.dk og lancerede den 17. maj 2020.

We want to accelerate the transition to a renewable energy system, and making valuable consumer products is one key to doing that. We help electricity companies and insurance companies do just that. We are located in Oslo, but also have employees working remotely.

SHADES OF LOVE collects new and used sunglasses and distributes them in remote high mountain regions. In the Himalayas and the Andes, the majority of the population lives in extremely remote regions at an altitude of 2,500 to 6,500 meters. They are exposed to harmful UV rays all year round. Even when it’s cloudy, the UV-radiation penetrates these high-altitude areas. The unique geological and climatic conditions make the sun exposure there so incomparably dangerous. In these heights, the UV filter of the atmosphere is 5 kilometres shorter, than under ‘normal’ conditions. Up to 80% of the population suffers from eye diseases, blindness, or cancer in their lifetime. Many indigenous people fall victim to eye diseases before they turn 30 years old. Some of these diseases are even deadly. Normally, they lead to blindness. Consequently, many can no longer pursue their work, due to blindness and are thus threatened in their existence. It is scientifically proven that living in high altitude correlates strongly with visual impairment. It’s also proven that quality sunglasses can mitigate infection risks and rates. We have distributed hundred thousands of sunglasses to people in the most remote high-altitude regions in the world to prevent the issue and its consequences. We also conduct eye surgeries together with local and foreign doctors to not only prevent, but also cure ocular diseases. Since the start of our project we have expanded and moved beyond the Himalayas to help as many people in need as possible.
