IðunnH2's first project is a commercial scale e-SAF facility under development near Iceland's international airport which will produce a carbon free drop-in fuel using renewable power and sequestered CO2. CarboPlanner is a digital nutrition platform for sports clubs and athletes. We build accurate algorithms for estimating energy expenditure in intermittent sport athletes and tailors sports nutrition planning for the individual athletes expenditure and sport schedule. Our platform helps support staff and their athlete optimize performance, reduce injury rates and improve health and well-being by providing a digital tool allowing for holistic development of athletes. One of our founders worked as a personal nutritionist for a national level ultra-runner, and witnessed how dominant guess-work were in terms of nutrition strategies. Currently he holds a position as strength and conditioning coach at a top-tier football academy. Both places he has tested and demonstrated that structured initiatives towards nutrition improves athletic performance with simple digital tools. In total we are a team of 3 founders, with 2 being rooted in sports science and the final in software engineering.

Our startup, Facecheck, addresses the increasing need for innovative solutions in health monitoring. We have a vision to develop a unique platform in the form of an app that enables individuals to digitally measure their body fat percentage using their camera. I (Victor) am looking for a CO-Founder for this startup. I am searching for someone that has experiance with software development, and thats specializing in machine learning. This idea is being realized through extensive data collection, where we have test subjects stand on a health machine that measures their body fat percentage. We then record this and other relevant data while simultaneously taking a picture of the person's face. From there, the vision is to train a neural network using this data. Through facial scanning, it can provide a qualified estimate of the body fat percentage. We are currently actively engaged in this data collection process and anticipate having enough data for a prototype soon. Regarding the market, we have evidence of its existence and interest in our product. We have been in discussions with a fitness chain that has shown interest in our product, which serves as proof of concept. They recognize the potential of our technology to enhance their customers' health monitoring experience. Once we have a prototype in place, we plan to reach out to them with a Letter of Intent (LOI), with the purpose of having them sign on to test our product when it is fully developed. Complications cost healthcare systems billions every year, even without calculating aftercare to treat side effects and further complications. We have developed a game-changing birth rupture prevention technology that supports midwives and health workers in their efforts to protect the vulnerable perineal area and reduce birth ruptures. It is a medical device that is applied in the pushing phase of labour, providing protection of the perineal wall and dampening the stress on the skin.
