Photic Flotation

Mitt Barnebarn

TwoTail AI

TwoTail is an analytics tool designed specifically for builders of vertical AI agents. AI agents are taking over the work of SaaS, but traditional product analytics tools haven't adapted to the new paradigm. TwoTail is filling that gap. We swap out user-centric data modelling for agent-centric traces, and say goodbye to funnels and retention charts and hello to clustering and eval correlation.

Saxon

It is often said that there is a tendency to overestimate the change that will occur in the short term and underestimate the change that will unfold in the long term. Whilst many digital asset issuers and advisors have perished in the short-sighted pursuit of hype, Saxon has maintained a long-term view from day one. The company was founded in 2018 by James Sherborne and Ultan Miller to provide corporate finance advice to companies that had conducted a token sale.

Kompose

Most companies know they need to move on AI. The challenge isn’t awareness - it’s knowing where and how to start and keep momentum. That’s the kind of problems we work on at Kompose. Working at Kompose means being part of a small, highly focused team that builds side by side. We combine deep technical expertise with hands-on delivery, helping professional services firms and larger enterprises move from complexity to working, production-ready AI solutions. No slide decks for the sake of it. No pseudo-work. We focus on real use cases and ship solutions that deliver visible results. We move fast and prioritise momentum. If something doesn’t create value for the customer, we don’t do it. Good ideas win - regardless of title. Feedback is direct and constructive. Mistakes are fine; carelessness and unnecessary complexity are not. Our days are collaborative. We start each morning with a short check-in and spend most of our time working closely together in the office in Christianshavn. There’s space for deep focus and space for discussion. Transparency is the norm - about challenges, trade-offs, and decisions. We experiment constantly and apply AI in our own workflows. We test new tools, refine how we build, and continuously evolve our delivery framework so we get sharper with every project. You’re trusted to own your work and see it through - from idea to production. We’re ambitious and growing organically, but we believe good work requires balance. Some weeks are intense, others lighter. We swim in the canals every week (even in winter) and during summer we hold meetings on a rented boat. Lean team. High trust. Real responsibility. Real impact.

Compli

Compli is a compliance operating system that transforms laws and regulatory requirements into structured, operational workflows inside a company. Instead of delivering static reports or raw risk data, Compli identifies gaps between regulations and a company’s existing procedures, and turns them into concrete actions, documented decisions, and continuous follow-up. It integrates regulatory updates, supplier risk, internal routines, and ESG reporting into one unified execution engine. Our vision is to build the infrastructure layer for regulatory intelligence in Europe — where compliance is no longer manual, reactive work, but an automated system that strengthens businesses every day.

Killer Kebab

Killer Kebab is a modern fast-casual food brand deeply in love with kebab. We make ours personal and unique in a world that expects more and more from the food it eats. The problem we are solving is simple but deeply rooted: kebab has become synonymous with low transparency, inconsistent quality, and shortcuts hidden behind speed and convenience. Consumers want fast food that feels honest, crafted, and worth trusting, but the category has largely failed to evolve. Killer Kebab exists to change that. From day one, we set out to prove that kebab can be both fast and uncompromising. We build our kebab from scratch, marinating our meat in-house every morning, making all sauces and falafel ourselves, baking sourdough flatbreads fresh to order, and frying every falafel only when it’s needed. We deliberately serve fewer options, focusing instead on quality, repeatability, and operational excellence. Our approach turns quality from something subjective into something systematic. By owning every critical step of production, we create a product that is consistent across locations while remaining deeply human and handcrafted. This operational model allows us to scale without losing what makes the brand special. Beyond the product, Killer Kebab is built as a brand-first company. With a strong visual identity, a bold tone of voice, and a loyal community, we are creating more than meals. We’re building emotional connection, cultural relevance, and everyday rituals around food that feels good to eat and good to believe in. Today, with multiple locations and a growing fan base, Killer Kebab is positioned to scale as a modern food brand that balances craftsmanship, efficiency, and personality. Our ambition is to set a new standard for fast-casual dining and prove that “fast” never has to mean careless. In short, we’re not just serving kebab. We’re rebuilding trust in fast food, one killer bite at a time.

BizMed Sverige AB

Car inspections have been a law since the 1960s, while we humans often crash before we go for an inspection? We want to help change this. At BizMed, we offer modern, personalized and medically quality-assured health checks for companies & individuals – to catch health risks in time. Our services also include vaccinations, CPR training and work environment expertise – always with committed staff who truly care about making a difference. Because good health should not be left to chance.

GradeAid

The Problem: What problem are you attempting to solve, and how big is it? Children suffering from school refusal systematically fall out of the education system because traditional teaching methods fail to meet their individual learning needs. Today, 110,000 children have experienced school refusal—equivalent to one in five students. This target group becomes isolated at home during their school years, which later leads to difficulties in securing and maintaining employment, costing society 2.2 billion annually. Research shows that the most critical factor for these students is restoring their self-confidence regarding learning; they need to experience learning as a positive activity and process the traumas that led to their school refusal (The Back2School Modular Cognitive Behavioral Intervention, 2024). Therefore, before attempting to reintegrate students into the physical school environment, it is crucial to rebuild their confidence and bring them up to the academic level of their peers to reduce feelings of stigmatization. The Solution: What is your idea? Describe your product or service. GradeAid is an AI agent that creates personalized learning experiences. Students simply scan their homework or verbalize what they wish to learn. Our AI then generates tailored content derived from pedagogically validated materials, specifically designed for children who lack academic confidence or have fallen behind. The system continuously learns from the student's interactions and automatically adapts the curriculum. This helps restore the self-confidence and joy of learning that many of these students lack, while ensuring the process is both personalized and fun. The platform features a 24/7 AI tutor providing instant feedback. Through gamification, students earn coins for their virtual pets. This approach was selected because research has long established that gamification effectively builds confidence and helps children re-engage with learning (Impact of gamification on school engagement: a systematic review, 2024). Instead of forcing the child to fit the system, our technology adapts to the child's way of learning. Our intention is to build confidence so that children find it easier to return to school, equipped with the mental energy to focus on social reintegration. The platform supports both English and Danish. We are currently testing the Danish version.

BioPilot

Only 7.9% of new medicin is approved for phase 1 clinical programs - life saving cures are being scrapped because of poor reproducibility. Today, researchers designing complex in vitro and in vivo experiments jump between many tools that do not talk to each other. Protocols are written in free text, naming is inconsistent, raw data is scattered across drives, and inventory and cell banks are tracked separately. This makes it hard to reproduce experiments, compare results across projects, trace which cell material went into which batch, and satisfy regulatory expectations. Small and mid-sized labs often cannot afford enterprise platforms like Benchling or Dotmatics, so they manually glue everything together and rarely get to use advanced analytics or AI. BioPilot solves this by standardising the full early-to-in-vivo CTR pipeline in one product. Users can register and template in vitro experiments (differentiation, expansion, cryopreservation, device testing, etc.) and in vivo studies (animals, groups, dosing, housing, ethics documents) using fixed ontologies. This gives every experiment a structured schema and a precise schedule of readouts, barcodes and data types to collect. Raw data (FACS, scRNA-seq, imaging, counters, bioreactor logs, etc.) is then automatically linked back to the right experiment, condition and sample. On top of this, BioPilot offers: • Inventory and cell bank tracking that makes it trivial to trace which vial, edit or expansion batch was used where. • Live bioreactor monitoring with alarms (email / phone) to prevent losing expensive batches. • A growing library of free analytical tools, including automated FACS gating, scRNA-seq pipelines and image analysis that can feed results straight back into the experiment records. • A global ontology service for vendors, instruments, cell lines, species and process terms, with a roadmap for a public API. Because everything is structured and queryable, BioPilot makes it much easier to compare experiments, run Bayesian optimisation on process parameters, and let AI suggest next-step experiments. The pricing is kept aggressively low (free tier plus a simple paid tier based on storage), so smaller biotech and academic groups can access capabilities that are normally reserved for organisations with large software budgets. In short, BioPilot aims to become the operating system for cell therapy R&D: a single, affordable platform where experiments are planned, executed, monitored and analysed in a way that is standardised enough for automation and flexible enough for real-world biology.
