Lokalii collaborates with the travel industry and supports Norwegian Red Cross.  We are Lokalii. We love people, we love the world and we love experiencing something new every day. Ascend XYZ

AscendXYZ is a successful software company with extensive aviation industry knowledge developing disruptive solutions for the aviation industry. Our solutions are built on top of data from satellites, aircraft (LiDAR), radar systems, and manually collected data. We take complex data sources and convert it into applicable, accessible, and actionable information used for airport safeguarding. We help airports and airlines avoid expensive and potentially dangerous bird strikes by revolutionising the way these are predicted. In other words – we make the sky safer by helping to prevent bird strikes in aviation. We have developed our existing solutions together with the European Space Agency. Specifically, for wildlife monitoring we have developed a radar solution that records bird activity, makes real-time risk models, and creates activity predictions. For obstacle assessment and management we deliver 3D terrain models processed to identify obstacles posing a danger to flight procedures. We are an international team of experienced and highly-skilled entrepreneurs, developers, engineers, and data science experts working in close collaboration with aviation industry specialists to support safe uninterrupted aircraft operations.

Vievo

Vievo installs smart charging lockers for e-bike batteries at workplaces and commercial properties in Sweden, delivered as a fully managed service. The problem: more people commute by e-bike, and their lithium-ion batteries end up charging under desks, in stairwells and in bike rooms. A faulty battery can go into thermal runaway, so many facility managers do the only thing they can and ban indoor charging. Staff charge anyway, because they need the battery to get home. That leaves a safety risk nobody controls and a policy nobody follows. Our solution: every battery gets its own ventilated compartment with gas and heat detection, automatic power cut-off and built-in suppression. The cabinet is designed so that a failing battery does not spread to the compartment next to it. Employees get a safe place to charge while they work, and the building gets one monitored charging point instead of dozens of chargers in random sockets. How it works: Vievo handles the site survey, installation, monitoring and service. The customer pays a fixed monthly fee with no upfront hardware investment. Energy and usage data from each locker gives employers and property owners measurable input for their sustainability and CSRD reporting. Why us: a charging ban with no alternative does not work, and we are building that alternative for the Swedish market. Our lockers are built on hardware from PowerShelter (Netherlands), whose units are already in use at sites such as Tesla Gigafactory Berlin and IKEA. Vievo was founded in Uppsala and is backed by an angel investor.

Call Company AI

We're building a platform where anyone can build an enterprise level conversational AI agent in under 5 minutes, just by chatting. Everything started by doing the manual work needed. Our founders took the first product to Manhattan and sold it door-to-door, restaurant by restaurant. That is not just a good startup story. It shaped how we operate: get close to the customer, hear the objection directly, and do the unscalable work until it reveals what should scale. Now we are broadening the vision and taking the next big step with Call Company AI. We are building the platform for creating, deploying, and operating AI conversational agents. Companies will be able to create agents, give them approved knowledge and tools, deploy them into conversations, observe what happened, improve performance, and retain human control where it matters. We are early enough that the most important product, architecture, and organization decisions are still ahead of us. We are ambitious enough that those decisions must survive success. This role exists to own that entire arc. Our ambition is to build a category-defining €1B+ company. We know that outcome must be earned.
