Cloud computing will make aeroelastic simulation 100X (or so) faster and cheaper at the same time. It also offers virtually unlimited flexibility as any engineer has thousands of machines at her disposal. We’re an independent game studio based in Oslo, Norway, which was founded in February 2013 by a group of students at the Norwegian School of Information Technology (NITH). In January 2014 we consisted of 7 members of the team who all have different experiences in their own fields of expertise. Our common goal is that we want to contribute to the indie scene with story-driven games, without compromising the gameplay. Starting up a new company (let alone within gaming) is no joke, and we hope to make it easier for future companies to make games. Nordic Gelato Factory is producing beatiful vegan gelato. It is all hand-made, sustainable, locally produced Italian style ice-cream. We have proven sales data from Finland and customer testimonials are overwhelmingly good. At the moment we are entering Danish market. We have been looking for right investor but we are still on process to finding the suitable. But in order to meet to requirement fo funding we need more skilful people onboard. Since we are not aiming to be only ice-cream shop in traditional context but a supplier for Gelato as a Service business model we need different knowledge onboard in order to execute the plan. This business model would need knowledge how to run a subscription model as well as handling the logistics. Lean production planning is crucial for effective production runs. Our marketing strategy wil be outsourced and we have the right company to do it. And extra pair of hands is needed for day-to-day marketing updates ! I am the company owner and founder. My best skill are in sales and marketing as well as creating customer experience. I can run the production as well. For the operational team we would need 2-4 persons with different talents supporting the journey of Nordic Gelato Factory. After getting Denmark up and running we are heading to LONDON!
