In addition, we have built a knowledge universe which is authored by our lawyer and which helps both tenants and landlords to navigate around the law. When tenant and landlord are matched, you can use our free digital lease. Soon it will also be possible to use the move-in report and the move-out report digitally. We're a student startup company that currently develops games and programs that utilize machine learning in various exciting ways. Our main project right now is a Steam-published videogame called "Terminal Insanity: RackJacker." We're still in heavy active development of this game, slowly approaching beta.
