Sourcing talent faces three major problems, which we will solve: Problem #1: Every company we worked for had difficulty finding the right software developers. With the plethora of technical skills (1,000+) on the market and uncertainty in seniority, finding the missing piece to achieving the dream team was quite cumbersome. Problem #2: The time to source candidates for one role is between 13 and 20 hours a week. In other words, one-third to a half of a week's work. SoEasy provide a restaurant pre-order app, the food is ready when customers arriving to save time. Restaurants can setup own loyalty programs and marketing campaigns, therefore improve cost efficiency and sales. SoEasy launched in late 2019 and made great traction. Within 5 months time, we got 20k+ download, 4000+ users made at least 1 order. We are operating in 25 restaurants and have over 100 restaurants signed up.

Educated at BI Norwegian Business School and in the Royal Norwegian Navy. Twenty years’ experience in marketing, advertising, media, sales, management and product and concept development in Oslo and Stavanger, 14 of them working for the world’s first digital cinema company (CAPA), and was also a key person in developing the unique and award winning mobility concept (HjemJobbHjem/HomeWorkHome). Espen is in charge of stakeholders at Norway in a Box.

Serene is a startup currently in stealth mode. We are looking to build a company tackling one of the biggest pain points in the trillion dollar CRE (commercial real estate) space. We are a technology company in the property sector operating physical spaces. We are founded by serial entrepreneur and looking to add ambitious people to our small initial team.

At the end of 2013 there was few guys talking about what they would like to do because of the passion of tech and doing things right.
