Before COVID-19 hit the world, we lived primarily by creating physical events, but in record time we have transformed our business to also develop and design digital experiences and campaigns that include movies, web platforms, graphic design, live-streaming and large-scale landscaping SoMe campaigns. The future for us consists of both types of projects - also when the vaccine arrives. It started as a music association in 2010. NORM is a norm critical consulting firm that equips individuals, businesses and organisations with the skills and tools they need to create more equal and inclusive environments. Using our backgrounds in anthropology and communication, we work with collecting, analysing and presenting data; holding workshops and courses; and supporting organisations in their development of policies, texts, images and websites. This is all in order to strengthen organisations’ competencies in working pro-actively to create lasting change.

We use a new technology for sealing ventilation duct from the inside. The technology was developed in the US in 1994, but didn't reach the European market until 2015. In 2016 ImL Aeroseal started up in Finland, and as of September 1st 2020 we are breaking into the Norwegian market. Our product solves the issues with the traditional sealing of ventilation ducts; using tape and acryllic sealant to try and plug the leaks. Instead we build up a pressure inside the system and inject a small particle gas that finds all the small leakages and seals them. Not only is it faster, but also alot more effective than the previous method, which in turn makes it much more financially beneficent. With a ventilation system that has little to no leakage you extend the life of the engines and maximize the output of the fans. In addition you get cleaner air in the serviced areas. I became a part of this startup because with my 15 years of experience in the ventilation industry I can truly see the advantages of this method to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation systems and enhance the indoor air quality.

AdeoDC is a datacenter located in Albertslund, where we are trying to challenge the status quo within datacenter technology, and our competitors while keeping up with the leaps within technology for a price that is suited for startup environments. Our customers range from small companies that host their website on our shared environment to large customers that have several racks filled with their own server. We are currently expanding and need more “hands on deck”, to satisfy new customers need within the datacenter.

We've created a platform for companies to create, edit, comment, share, and sign contracts. This is done together, in the same workflow, with for example their customers, partners, or even shareholders. The content is up to you. It can be sales offers, employment contracts, various agreements, or internal proceedings. Everything will be done in the same place. So no more filtering through various email discussions for comments, or searching for the right file in the archives.

Colossyan is creating synthetic videos for advertisers to help them reach their audience more effectively and engage them more efficiently with personalized video content. Creating a single video as an advertisement is not going to reach many kinds of people, because it is not fit for everyone's personal needs. Not only advertisers lose a lot of money, but video production costs do not allow them to scale their product videos to a higher amount. This problem is affecting the whole advertising market world-wide and with our technology companies from small to large size are going to benefit extremely well by generating a larger Return on Investment. At Colossyan we are building state-of-the-art machine learning models to manipulate the facial expressions and voices of the individuals within the adds we are scaling and personalizing. We put a lot of effort into making it as realistic as possible. By using this so called "Deepfake" technology, we are able to create dozens of videos in relatively short time compared to actually filming them. The founders have been part of similar deepfake technology projects and we know the whole field around it. We strive to be an ethical AI company, we are going to have very strict contracts for the usage of our technology and not going to allow any other entity than us to operate it. We believe in the synthetic revolution of the 21st century and we are really eager to see what we can achieve with such a new type of applied science.
