Farm Legacy

Farm Legacy is a startup building the first AI-powered platform for farm succession, helping retiring farmers find the next generation to take over their land. Across Europe alone, 6.3M+ farms need a successor in the next decade. Globally, there are 608M+ farms, most of them family-run, and farming populations are aging in nearly every market. When no one steps in to take over, working farms get sold off, abandoned, or absorbed into industrial operations. Our goal is to keep family-scale farms alive by making succession simple: matching the right people, handling the legal and financial process, and supporting the new farmer with the tools they need to run the farm for years afterwards. At Farm Legacy, we believe the future of agriculture depends on the people who farm the land, and we are building the platform that makes the handover possible.

Buildright

Buildright is developing an AI intelligence layer for construction projects to help contractors and project teams solve invisible risk — by turning the data already generated on every project into actionable insights before problems become costs. The problem hiding in plain sight Construction is broken. 85% of large projects finish over budget. Rework accounts for 9% of total project cost. Delays cost $280bn annually in North America alone. The signals that predict these outcomes already exist — in meeting notes, deviation logs, change orders, and task lists. But no one sees them in time to act. Risk only becomes visible after it has already cost you. This affects every contractor, project manager, site foreman, and HSE officer on every project — in an industry that represents trillions in global economic activity. From raw data to the right decision Buildright connects the data already generated on construction projects and surfaces the right insight to the right person — at every level of the organisation. Project directors get cross-project risk visibility to see which projects need attention before they escalate. PMs, HSE managers, and quality leads get role-specific dashboards with the decisions they need to make, surfaced daily. Site crews get targeted microlearning triggered automatically when a risk pattern is detected — before the next shift starts. But we go beyond insights. Buildright also automates the everyday tasks that consume project teams — generating alerts when something needs attention, and producing artifacts like meeting packs, reports, and change-order traces automatically. The result is not just better visibility, but a meaningfully more efficient project team. We're live in production with AF Gruppen and Betonmast, two of Norway's largest contractors. 100,000+ deviations, tasks, and meeting notes analysed — with a confirmed 10x ROI from our pilots. The urge to solve a global problem Lars Gaustad spent years at the top of the construction industry — and watched the same story play out over and over. Projects bleeding money. Deadlines slipping. It was drowning in data it couldn't use. Albapost utvecklar en digital avsändningsplattform som hjälper företag att ersätta fysisk post med snabb, spårbar och juridiskt giltig digital leverans via BankID-autentiserade kanaler. Varje dag skickar svenska företag avtal, underrättelser och formella dokument på samma sätt som för 30 år sedan. För massutskick finns lösningar, men för enstaka viktiga försändelser är fysisk post fortfarande standard. Det är långsamt, kostsamt och ospårbart i realtid, trots att infrastrukturen för något bättre redan finns på plats i form av BankID, Kivra och Billo. Via Albaposts webbgränssnitt laddar företag upp ett dokument och skickar det digitalt till mottagaren via Kivra, Billo eller säker e-post, autentiserat med BankID eller Freja eID. Brev, rekommenderade brev och dokument för signering hanteras i en och samma plattform, med full leveransspårning och kvittens. API-integration för systemkopplingar är under utveckling. Idén växte fram ur vårt arbete i ett annat bolag inom juridiska tjänster. Vi stötte gång på gång på samma problem: företag som behövde skicka viktiga handlingar till privatpersoner utan något bra digitalt alternativ. Det gapet är vad Albapost är byggt för att stänga.

Comra makes it cheap and easy for realtors to access the traditionally-expensive real estate videos, which unlock higher engagement and faster conversion for real estate listings.

Tepui Agentic Labs

Tepui Agentic Labs is Europe’s first AI-native agentic data platform , built in Denmark from the ground up on EU-sovereign infrastructure for mid-market businesses trapped on legacy systems. Most mid-market companies across Europe are sitting on years of valuable business data locked inside outdated databases, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems. They have no data team to fix it, and enterprise solutions are priced for companies ten times their size. The result: critical business decisions made on gut feel, manual reports that take days to assemble, and institutional knowledge trapped in files nobody dares to touch. Tepui solves this with three product lines. Datarcon modernises legacy data, extracting, cleaning, and transforming it into a modern analytics layer the business actually owns. Brandog

Brandog is developing an AI-powered counterfeit detection and enforcement platform to help brand owners solve the problem of online counterfeiting with autonomous scanning agents that find, verify, and take down fakes across 500+ marketplaces — in minutes, not months. Online counterfeiting is a $2 trillion problem. Every brand with a digital presence — from luxury fashion to consumer electronics — faces an endless stream of counterfeit listings across Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, Shopify stores, social media, and thousands of independent websites. Today, brand protection is manual, slow, and expensive. Companies either hire law firms charging $300/hour to file takedowns one by one, or they pay enterprise platforms $50K+/year that still require human analysts to review every detection. Small and mid-size brands simply can't afford protection, and even large brands can't keep up with the volume. The counterfeits multiply faster than humans can find them. Brandog deploys autonomous AI agents that work around the clock. The Scan Agent crawls billions of pages and uses reverse image search across 500+ marketplaces to find listings that match a brand's protected assets. The Vision Agent then uses AI image comparison to score each match with precise visual similarity percentages — not rough guesses. Listings that cross the threshold are automatically escalated. The Enforcement Agent generates and submits takedown requests to platforms. The entire pipeline runs without human intervention. Brand owners upload their product images, set their scan frequency, and the system handles everything — from detection to takedown verification. A dashboard shows real-time results, match scores, seller intelligence, and revenue-at-risk estimates so brands can prioritize what matters most. We watched a friend's small consumer brand get destroyed by counterfeit sellers on Amazon. They spent months manually searching for fakes, filing DMCA complaints, and watching the same sellers pop back up under new names. They couldn't afford the enterprise brand protection tools, and the cheap alternatives were just glorified Google Alerts. We realized that the technology to solve this — computer vision, large language models, automated web crawling — already existed, but nobody had assembled it into something affordable, autonomous, and accessible to brands of any size. That gap between what's technologically possible and what's actually available to brand owners is what drives us. Every day a counterfeit stays live, a brand loses revenue, reputation, and customer trust. We're building the tool we wish existed.

UTRY

Imagine a world where the 'Size Chart', a relic of the 20th century, no longer exists. At UTRY, we are building a universal ecosystem for personalized digital fashion. Born at Aalborg University, our mission is to ensure the digital store adapts to the individual’s unique body, rather than forcing people to fit into static categories. We aren't just building a tool for brands; we are building an interactive, personalized experience for every shopper, where getting the perfect fit becomes the new global standard. We are tackling a massive, dual-sided problem. For the consumer, online shopping is a guessing game that leads to frustration and "fit-anxiety." For brands, this uncertainty results in 8,7 billion returned packages every year, where 53% of returns are due to poor fit. This cycle produces 24 million tons of CO2 annually, because costumers has to guess which size fits them. We saw this gap and realized that the industry doesn't need more complex 3D software; it needs a frictionless bridge between the buyer and the product. Our solution is built on smart synergy. Currently, we have launched our Virtual Try-On (VTO), which leverages generative AI to give shoppers a photorealistic view of garments on their own bodies. This provides the immediate visual confidence shoppers crave. Following closely behind is our Size Algorithm, designed to provide technical fit data to ensure the physical fit matches the visual one. By combining these into a single "UTRY ID," we are creating a cross-brand network where a user sets up their profile once and shops at every brand using UTRY with confidence. UTRY started because we did not fit into the standard size chart and had to order several sizes to find the correct size ourselves. As students at Aalborg University, we didn't just want to study the problem; we teamed up with a dedicated full-time crew to solve it. We are doing this because we believe that when you give consumers a personalized, engaging experience, the business value, higher conversions and lower returns, follows naturally. We are here to prove that what is best for the person is also what is best for the planet and the companies.
