Cobrief

Cobrief is one of Norway's fastest-growing SaaS companies. In under two years, more than 2,500 companies across Europe have adopted Cobrief. We use AI to automate public tendering, an industry that has stood almost still for decades. Today we work with some of Europe's largest tendering players, and much of our growth comes inbound. This market is being created right now, and we want someone on board who wants to win it. Demand for the product is higher than ever, and we're scaling further both in Norway and across Europe, with existing customers opening doors for us. To succeed, we need talented people on the team who want to help build something internationally unique from Norway. The team consists of serial founders, developers, and AI experts who have built Cobrief from zero to one of Norway's fastest-growing SaaS companies. We're small enough that everyone has real influence, and ambitious enough that what you do actually matters. At Cobrief, distribution is part of the product, so sales has the entire team behind it. Now we're looking for a Sales Representative to join us. Someone who wants to drive our sales engine from inbound to outbound, and who wants to help scale Cobrief from Norway to Europe.

Componental

Componental began with a simple but stubborn curiosity: what happens when musicians are given tools that invite exploration instead of prescribing outcomes? Founded by musicians and technologists, Componental was born out of years spent taking instruments apart, questioning workflows, and searching for better ways to stay connected to the joy of making music. At the heart of Componental is a belief that technology should feel playable, expressive, and a little bit magical. Our work is deeply rooted in electronic music culture, from studios and live stages to DIY scenes and experimental communities, but always with an eye toward the future. Dubby, our first product, grew from this mindset: a versatile music multi-tool designed to remove friction, spark ideas, and encourage happy accidents rather than constrain creativity. We build slowly, thoughtfully, and with intention. Every decision, from hardware design to DSP, from software workflows to community features, is guided by real musicians, real use cases, and real curiosity. Componental isn't about chasing trends or shipping features for the sake of it. It's about creating instruments people can grow with, trust, and return to again and again. As we move forward, our mission stays the same: to design musical tools that feel alive, honest, and deeply inspiring, tools that invite you to explore sound on your own terms. Dubby, our music multi-tool, is a hands-on electronic music instrument that lets you build sounds, perform live, and explore ideas in real time. It bridges the gap between studio experimentation and stage performance, without locking you into presets, genres, or workflows.

Valiyou

Valiyou - The All-In-One Sponsorship & Marketing Value Platform Valiyou helps organizations measure, manage, and grow the value of their sponsorships with data, insights, and automation. The Problem: Traditional sponsorship deals are built on gut feeling and manual processes. Organizations struggle to prove their marketing value to sponsors with hard data, making it difficult to justify pricing, renew contracts, and scale sponsorship revenue. Sponsors demand transparency and ROI documentation, but most organizations lack the tools to deliver it professionally. Our Solution: Valiyou turns data into clarity, and clarity into value. We provide a complete platform that: - Measures attention value across all channels (social media, events, merchandise, broadcasts) - Manages sponsorship packages, proposals, and contracts in one place - Grows revenue by enabling data-driven pricing and professional reporting We serve sports clubs, influencers, NGOs, businesses, events, and musicians across Europe - helping them prove their worth and build stronger, long-term partnerships with sponsors. Why it matters: Most sponsorship deals are still closed with handshakes and Excel sheets. We're bringing transparency, automation, and data-driven decision-making to an industry that desperately needs it.

Venli

Venli is the world’s first Agent Management System (AMS) for hospitality. An AMS is the layer that lets you manage all AI operations from a single platform. Venli connects directly to the most widely used hospitality systems, scrapes your website to build a live knowledge base, and creates a unified access layer where AI agents can perform real actions, not just respond to requests. Hotels use Venli to deploy guest-facing agents across SMS, voice, WhatsApp, and web that handle bookings, service requests, and operational tasks, while background agents automate reporting, planning, and internal workflows using live PMS, CRM, and revenue data. Everything runs in one system, with agents, integrations, and instructions working together in harmony. The result is AI that removes operational friction, reduces manual work for staff, and functions like a digital operations layer rather than a collection of disconnected tools.

earli AI

At our core, we deliver Autonomous Insights through two flagship products: earli AI and Syncast. Our mission is simple - remove the friction, guesswork, and manual effort that have historically held organizations back from preventing risks and performance loss in real time. earli AI is the world’s first autonomous people-risk intelligence platform for Group Life, Disability, and Health carriers. We enable carriers to access, detect, and act on emerging risks long before they materialize - without surveys, manual inputs, or integrations. By combining AI-driven profiling with continuous real-time signals, earli AI provides the industry’s first truly proactive, accurate measure of preventable risk. The result is earlier intervention, better outcomes, and a fundamentally more resilient book of business. Syncast is the first fully automated, AI-native sales insight engine. It listens, learns, and dynamically captures every pipeline shift, deal movement, and team interaction - all without a single CRM entry. Sales reps save countless hours, leaders gain unprecedented visibility, and teams operate on clean, complete, real-time data that was never possible before. With Syncast, the focus moves from administrative work to winning work. Together, earli AI and Syncast redefine how organizations understand people, performance, and risk - autonomously, intelligently, and effortlessly.

Kihleo

Kihleo is a medtech startup developing an early warning system for urinary tract infections in older people with incontinence receiving care at home or in nursing homes. UTIs are one of the most common reasons for acute deterioration, confusion, and hospitalisation in this group. They are challenging to detect early, because symptoms are often vague, many older people cannot clearly communicate discomfort, and home care staff and nurses have minimal time. Today, detection is primarily reactive. Staff notice that something is wrong, then order urine tests and start treatment when the infection is already well underway. This leads to unnecessary suffering, avoidable admissions, and a high use of antibiotics. Kihleo’s solution is a small sensor placed in the diaper that measures biomarkers in the urine every time the person voids. When the diaper is changed, the sensor is read, and data is sent to a secure backend. Algorithms and predictive models analyse patterns over time and provide early, trustworthy indications that an infection may be developing, days before clinical symptoms are usually recognised. The system is not a diagnostic tool. It is a decision-support and early-warning system that integrates into existing workflows and helps staff decide when to look more closely, consult a nurse or doctor, and perform standard diagnostic tests. The value is threefold. For older people, it means faster and more targeted treatment, fewer severe infections, less confusion, and a better day-to-day quality of life. For relatives and care staff, it provides reassurance, objective data, and more time for actual care rather than crisis management. For the public sector, it helps prevent avoidable hospitalisations and complications that are both expensive and resource-intensive. Kihleo is working with a hardware partner on sensor development and is already in dialogue with Danish municipalities about pilot projects. The long-term vision is to create a scalable, data-driven platform for early detection of infections and other complications in elderly care, using everyday materials like diapers as non-invasive data sources.
