Bilskyen.dk

Memorise

1. Short description (the pitch) Memorise is building a powerhouse network of senior digital-marketing specialists that helps growth companies turn marketing spend into measurable pipeline — with a client-set price cap, no lock-in, and full ownership of everything we build. 2. The What (the problem) Most companies overpay for marketing that can't prove its worth. Traditional agencies bill for activity, not outcomes: junior-heavy teams, opaque retainers, and reports that count clicks instead of revenue. Clients rarely own their own accounts or data, which quietly locks them in. It affects nearly every SME and scaleup buying marketing — budget leaks into overhead and "the name on the invoice" rather than work that actually moves the business. 3. The How (the solution) Memorise runs as a powerhouse: an in-house strategy function leads every engagement and activates senior specialists from our network — SEO, Google Ads, web, content and AI search — only when the work demands it. Every action is tied to a business goal and reported as leads and pipeline, not impressions. We work to a price cap the client sets (never more; less if we spend less), with no binding period, and the client owns all accounts, data, code and material from day one. And we go all the way to execution, not just the report. 4. The Why (the motivation) We started Memorise because the agency model is built backwards — clients pay for the office, the brand on the invoice and a PDF, while the right senior person is never free when you need them. We'd watched too many businesses pay premium retainers for junior work, then lose access to their own data the moment they wanted to leave. Memorise is the answer: pay for the work that's actually done, prove the result, and let clients keep everything. Marketing that shows up in the business, not just on the invoice.

Minimapper

Minimapper is a Finnish proptech startup building an AI-powered tool for making real estate photos understandable. Our product helps property portals, brokerages, and landlords to make listings easier to understand by showing exactly where each photo was taken within the property. Minimapper adds a small floor plan minimap with a viewing marker to listing photos, giving property seekers a clear spatial understanding of the spaces from the very beginning. Even though floor plans and photos are two of the most important assets in real estate marketing, today, this crucial connection is often missing from property listings. Interior photos can look attractive, but users often struggle to understand how the rooms connect, where a photo was taken, and how the property actually feels as a layout. According to a user survey by leading Finnish property portal Etuovi.com, 80 % struggle with spacial understanding without Minimapper, and two-thirds want to see Minimapper in listings, as it helps 87 % to understand the spaces easier. Minimapper is available in all HOAS properties in the Helsinki region, where they manage over 10 000 apartments. In 2025 alone, Minimapper helped over 650,000 students to find their next home more easily. We are now developing Minimapper into an automated AI API that can process property listings at scale. The goal is to enable major real estate portals and listing platforms to automatically add minimaps to property photos whenever a floor plan is available. We are looking for a backend-focused full-stack developer to help build the backend systems, cloud infrastructure and integrations around our AI pipeline. Experience with APIs, scalable backend architecture, Google Cloud, Dart & Flutter, visual AI, image processing or real estate technology is especially relevant. This opportunity is best suited for someone who is motivated by startup ownership and long-term upside. Initially, the compensation is expected to be primarily option-based, with the aim of building a well-funded, scalable company together. Minimapper is at an exciting stage: the core AI product exists, market discussions are active, and the path is clearing toward scalable portal integrations. We are eager to talk to you and find out what we could achieve together.

Risustudy

ProTag AS

ProTag is building a Digital Product Passport platform that helps manufacturers and product owners manage and share product data across their supply chains. We solve the growing challenge of fragmented, unstructured information by combining a network-driven SaaS platform with AI that turns messy supplier data into structured, usable product intelligence. Across industries, a new reality is emerging: products are no longer just physical objects, they are data assets. To sell, operate, and scale, companies need reliable information about what goes into their products, where it comes from, and how it evolves over time. The problem is that this data does not exist in one place. It is scattered across suppliers, stored in PDFs, buried in emails, or locked inside disconnected systems. Most companies today are trying to manage this with spreadsheets and manual processes. That might work internally, but it breaks down completely across a supply chain. This creates a structural problem: • Companies depend on data they do not own • Suppliers struggle to provide consistent information • Teams spend significant time chasing, cleaning, and validating data At the same time, external pressure is increasing. Customers, partners, and regulators are all asking for more transparency. What used to be “nice to have” is quickly becoming required to do business. The result is a growing gap between what companies need to know about their products and what they can actually access and trust. ProTag gives companies a way to build a live, structured view of their products across the entire supply chain. Instead of trying to centralize everything manually, we connect the different actors and let data flow where it is created. Companies use ProTag to: • Organize product data in a consistent structure • Request and receive information directly from suppliers • Keep everything updated as products evolve • Share product data with customers and partners when needed AI plays a critical role in making this scalable. We use AI to: • Turn unstructured documents into structured product data • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in real time • Reduce the effort required to onboard suppliers and maintain data quality What makes ProTag different is how it scales. We are not just building a tool for a single company. We are building a network. When one manufacturer joins ProTag, their suppliers are invited in. When those suppliers join, they can reuse their data across multiple customers. Over time, this creates a shared data layer where: • Information becomes easier to access • Data quality improves naturally • Switching costs increase for everyone involved We do not replace existing systems. We sit on top of them and connect them. This makes adoption fast and reduces friction from day one. We started ProTag because we experienced this problem firsthand. Working in industries with complex products, we saw how much time was spent chasing information that should have been readily available. Engineers, quality teams, and commercial teams were all dealing with the same issue from different angles, but there was no real solution. At the same time, the direction of the market became clear. Transparency around products is increasing, not decreasing. The amount of data required is growing fast. Most companies are not prepared for this shift. We realized this is not just a workflow problem, it is an infrastructure problem. The way product data is managed today does not match how supply chains actually work. That is why we are building ProTag. Our ambition is simple: to become the default way companies manage and share product data across supply chains. Once that layer exists, it unlocks everything else.
