The MY INNER ME app teaches you how to handle difficult emotions, with a focus on topics such as anger, shyness, self-criticism/self-esteem, divorce, grief, bullying, and mindfulness. MY INNER ME was founded in 2018 and is now owned and led by Founder Marie Ulstrup, experienced child and family psychologist, and Partner Marianne Ingeborg, experienced in tech and business development.
