Homeswap is a platform where members can stay in each other’s homes instead of paying for accommodation. The model is built on credits: you earn credits when you host other members, and you use those credits to travel. There is no money exchanged between members, which makes the experience feel more personal, fair and community-driven than traditional renting. Travel with Homeswap feels different because you stay in real homes, in real neighbourhoods, from real people. It attracts a type of traveller who values meaning and connection over pure convenience. Many members also like the sustainable aspect – instead of building new hotels or keeping second homes empty, existing space is shared and used better. The platform has already grown organically to members in more than 20 countries. We have not relied on paid marketing so far. Growth has come through word of mouth, community recommendations and people who like the idea of travelling without paying for accommodation.

Hikkibiskus is a Swedish brand founded in 2022, to offer healthy and delicious drinks. Our hibiscus drinks fill the gap in the market for customers looking for tasty and functional drinks. Hikkibiskus is also the company that was started with a hibiscus plant, and with two female entrepreneurs. One of us lives in Burkina Faso and one works in Mälardalen in Sweden. We also happen to be mother and daughter. With a shared dream of a unique drink, we have created a hibiscus farm run by a women's cooperative in Burkina Faso. We brew our drinks in Skåne and we have our headquarters in Stockholm. We have control over our entire chain; from seed to cap fitting. We are driven by the belief that we can create a drink that is kind to the body and where our ecological footprint is as small as possible. At the moment our drinks can be found at 40+ cafés, restaurants and ecological stores and we're listed at major distributor.

We started bclude because we saw firsthand the frustrations employees and People & Culture and payroll teams face when it comes to managing leave. As parents ourselves, we experienced the complexity of parental leave and how it could affect work-life balance. At the same time, we noticed how much time People & Culture and payroll teams were spending on manual processes, which could be better spent on more strategic work. Our motivation was to create a solution that makes this process smoother for everyone involved, freeing up time for People & Culture and payroll teams and ensuring employees have a clear, positive, and inclusive experience during their leave.
