Pixotope Technologies is an international, award-winning technology and service company headquartered in Norway. Our flagship product Pixotope® is the world’s leading mixed reality solution for media production that allows media producers and content creators to produce exciting mixed reality content for television, online streaming, and film. Our product and services have been used in some of the largest live productions made in the last few years, such as the Superbowl, League of Legends Championship broadcasts, Euro-vision, and The Weather Channels mixed reality experiences. Venture Factory

VENTURE FACTORYVenture Factory was founded in the fall of 2012 in Oslo, Norway with a straightforward goal: turning ideas into business. Our core competence is e-commerce, technology, and performance marketing. SARTH

We're creating a world where it's easy for everyone, anywhere to buy better. SARTH is a one-stop-shop platform gathering the most responsible brands. We curate only the best products, help consumers navigate the sustainable fashion jungle and make ethical fashion accessible to all. Everyday, we buy products that impact people and the planet. But we rarely have the information we need to make positive choices about what to buy. When brands actually do make sustainability claims, it can be hard to tell what’s genuine and what’s greenwash. For those who actually want to purchase better and more consciously it is very difficult to know where to begin, where to look and what to look for. At SARTH, we help consumers drive change through their purchasing power via transparency and evidence from the supply chain and third party certifications and standards. We verify the third party certifications and evaluate the supply chain from tier 4 to tier 1, the brand itself and the design process with circularity in mind. We eliminate greenwashing. We make transparency, traceability and accountability information available for all products on SARTH, so everyone can make informed decisions on facets that impact the environment, social aspects and governance when shopping for clothes. We also inspire, influence and educate consumers in becoming more conscious and how to take better care of the clothes you buy and already own, so that it last longer. It is our opinion that we as retailer have as much responsibility as designers, brands and consumers to create a better tomorrow. Therefore it is our finest job to be the most responsible choice when shopping. Never has it been easier to make the right choices when shopping. At SARTH we don’t sacrifice style nor ethics.

International Professionals Finland

Many professions in Finland are regulated and those who have been qualified abroad for a profession that is regulated in Finland will need to apply to the relevant authority for a decision on whether or not they are also qualified for the same profession in Finland. Several international professionals living in Finland are either unemployed, underemployed, or working outside the scope of their expertise. This has a negative impact on Finland’s economy as these professionals are unable to use their skills to contribute to the Finnish society. Consequently, the Finnish economy is unable to benefit symbiotically from international talent already living in Finland. Through a diverse range of programs and services, we assist international professionals qualified for a profession abroad to overcome obstacles hindering them from utilizing their skills in Finland. We provide customised support as well as mentorship and networking opportunities. We also offer one-on-one guidance as they take huge career steps toward transitioning into the Finnish workforce and advancing their skillset to contribute to the society they now call home.

We do this by making 3D product configurators directly in the browser, so that customers and internal sales people can interact and configure the products themselves.

stormglass.io is a global weather API company providing professional weather data to leading companies within the maritime industry, green energy production and agriculture. We believe that making high quality weather data easily accessible for everyone will have a significant positive impact on the climate. Our API service is used in a vast array of services impacting the climate such as reducing fuel consumption in shipping, optimizing green energy production and streamline agricultural operations.

MDriven

MDriven was founded by Hans Karlsen, a software architect with focus in Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Model Driven Architecture (MDA). After working as a developer for over 20 years, he developed a low-code platform that made it 30 times faster to prototype, develop, and deploy enterprise level applications. Soon after launching Lars Olofsson joined to further develop and grow what is now known as MDriven. Today, MDriven is being used by some of the largest institutions in Sweden. Our team is composed of ten people who are either developing web applications for clients or growing MDriven as a company. Our aim is to become Sweden’s leading provider of low-code web applications and to enable companies to turn their insights into business workflows that enable them to grow.

Exur Insurance Technologies

Exur is a Danish startup developing tech for the insurance industry. Our core product is a data enrichment- and delivery platform helping insurance intermediaries with the extensive data collection and processing that precedes an insurance tender or submission. Our mission is simple: we want to activate and engage data in any small-sized, mid-sized and large-scale insurance intermediary. We believe data is poorly leveraged in the insurance industry and it puts both buyers and sellers of insurance at a disadvantage. Therefore, our objective is to provide a method that allows insurance data to be utilized to its full potential. We do this through an innovative technology that systematizes and automates the data collection processes of insurance intermediaries. With more than 10 years of experience from working with data and risk modelling in both the insurance and banking industry, we have developed a framework for efficiently obtaining and processing risk data. With our technology, insurance intermediaries can deliver high-quality datasets to their providing partners without wasting valuable time on manual data collection.

Målbar has created a highly advanced digital tool to measure the climate impact of products. The uniquely user-friendly tool allows companies to screen products on three precision levels, making it possible to obtain useful results without completing the traditional resource heavy life cycle assessment. Thereby, Målbar is helping companies in the furniture and design industries measure the carbon footprint of their products and use the results as a point of departure for making more responsible design and production choices.

Pressurebox

Pressurebox produces reusable Tennis & Padel Ball pressurizers, that restores and maintains the pressure in tennis & padel balls through diffusion. The Problem After only one hour of play, 20% of the pressure in tennis & padel balls disappears - starting when you open the can the balls are bought in. Because of this, hobby players are forced to buy new balls about every 2 times they play. At a higher level, balls are changed multiple times in a single match. This is bad for the wallet, the environment, and your game. The Solution Our innovative, reusable tennis & padel ball tubes automatically stores balls under the correct pressure after every single match, enabling players to play with better balls for many times longer until you decide to replace them. It improves the game, making it more affordable, and reduces plastic & rubber waste from tennis & padel balls. This is actually a big deal, since 350 million tennis balls containing a toxic cocktail of micro plastics are wasted every year, with only 2 % being recycled. The rest of the toxic waste ends up in places such as landfills, or in our oceans. The balls that ends up in nature stays there for 400 years before they break down. This makes tennis and padel two of the dirtiest (and most expensive) sports! Since the greenest ball is the ball that you dont throw away, our solution is a step towards making tennis & padel greener sports in accordance with UN goals 12, 13, 14 & 15. Fairytalez.com was launched in 2015, and today Fairytalez is the world’s largest collection of fairy tales. The collection consists of more than 4,000 tales, including classic fairytales like Grimm and Andersen, local tales from around the world, and a fast-growing category of user-written tales, uploaded on Fairytalez.com. The website has 60,000 monthly visitors, of which roughly half are from the USA. The stories are all available on the site, and some have been made into ebooks and paperbacks.
