Rejoose

At Rejoose, we believe traditional business transactions lack transparency when it comes to their environmental impact. In essence, they leave a hidden cost – carbon emissions – unaccounted for. This creates several challenges for companies: Blind spots in sustainability: Without knowing the carbon footprint of each transaction, setting and tracking progress towards emissions reduction goals becomes a guessing game. Informed decision-making hurdles: Sustainable choices often involve trade-offs. Without clear data, prioritizing actions to optimize environmental impact becomes difficult. Stakeholder engagement struggles: Customers and investors demand environmental accountability. Traditional invoicing offers no way to showcase your commitment with concrete data. Compliance concerns: Regulations around carbon reporting are tightening. Ignoring transparency can lead to penalties and missed opportunities. This is where Rejoose e/voice steps in. We seamlessly integrate carbon emission data directly into your invoicing process. Think of it as transforming financial transactions into powerful sustainability statements. Every transaction now carries valuable insights into your environmental footprint, empowering you to: Pinpoint and tackle emission hotspots: Identify areas in your supply chain and operations where emissions are highest, allowing you to prioritize improvement efforts. Tell your sustainability story: Communicate your commitment to a greener future with transparent, data-driven reports that resonate with stakeholders. Make a real difference: Take informed actions that minimize your environmental impact, contributing to a more sustainable future for all. At Rejoose, we believe transparency is key to sustainable business practices. Let e/voice be your guide to unlocking valuable insights and taking concrete steps towards a greener future.

Swan Neck Bio

Swan Neck Bio partners with food and biotech companies of any size to scale, commercialize, and deploy their microorganisms. Our vision is a world where there are no constraints to progress for the biosolutions urgently needed by a growing population. These unnecessary constraints cause too many businesses to fail before their time. We partner with you to help you trial, validate, and scale your microorganism from lab to 1,000L. This dramatically derisks your scaling process and accelerates your time-to-market. And its 10-100 times cheaper than existing solutions.

Exaum

We accelerate the green energy transition so that the climate crisis can be solved. This is an important mission for us, and we hope you feel the same. The biggest obstacle in the green transition is keeping the grid’s consumption-generation in balance. Exaum's unique proprietary power demand response will provide near instantaneous, 100% available power grid balancing.

Vandre

Vandre is a young Norwegian tech company with the ambition to impact the environmental situation by making textile brands succeed in reducing their footprint by making clothes and garments live longer. The world’s garbage piles are growing. In 2021, 40.000 tons of used fashion clothes ended up in the Atacama desert in Chile as their final destination. This is just one example of how the textile industry is not even close to being sustainable. The sports and textile industries face strict requirements and a major upheaval, when the EU is planning to introduce sustainability reporting and requirements to offer consumers repair of products in 2025. Our platform connects brands in the industry with certified repair centres and facilitates a seamless user journey with logistics and payment options. The platform is also a sought-after tool at repair centres, as it helps to make their daily operations more efficient. We have currently launched in Norway, and plan to expand to the rest of the Nordics and beyond in the future. Our HQ is in a co-working space office in downtown Oslo – a two-minute walk from Nationaltheatret, where we share office with a small PE fund, and have lunch break together with. We also have employees in other cities working remotely. As a small team, some of us are quite often on the go and strive to stick to our digital workplace practices as much as possible. This enables the whole team to work quite flexibly when needed, together with some well-appreciated face time at the office as often as possible. Today the team is communicating openly using Slack and ClickUp to organise daily work and product development. There you will feel the motivating and active vibe from the other team members, our CEO Henriette, and our always-on-the-go working Chairman and brand relationship manager Simen. We are still a small team, but team spirit we have and everyone is highly motivated to make a difference in the world and help grow Vandre to reach it's full potential. Our culture is built on trust, freedom and humour. As most team members work from home most of the time, we always strive to be available during the working hours, and prioritise weekly meetings to stimulate the team spirit being a partly remote team. In addition we believe in a high level of freedom for each colleague to find their own optimal w/l balance. Prioritising a run before lunch or picking up kids in the afternoon is all up to the individual colleague. You know best what works for you. Finally our culture is also characterised by a high level of humour, with lots of laughs and a good vibe between team members. Our team today consists of passionate and skilled people representing deep industry knowledge and experience. We are constantly open-minded scouting for entrepreneurs with a varied skill sets with the proper drive to take us forward, together with a few dedicated roles (as below). We are looking for employees who always strive to develop themselves and our organisation. We expect you to be committed and eager and to have the ability to work in teams. The team is characterised by an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. Working at Vandre you join our effort to create a better and more sustainable textile industry, you will be part a highly dedicated and ambitious team with great and talented colleagues who love their job, and last but not least you will have fun at work.

Vocaire

Vocaire is a startup that focuses on empowering physical therapists with AI technologies. The problem we are solving is that PTs cannot be 100% present during their consultation since they have to focus on administrative work and other tasks. The founders of our startup are previous elite sportsmen who experienced firsthand the inefficiencies of the current system. Physical therapy is a crucial part of the recovery process for many individuals who have experienced injuries or other physical limitations. However, the current system is highly inefficient and often requires PTs to spend a significant amount of time on administrative tasks. For example, PTs may have to spend time scheduling appointments, documenting patient progress, and communicating with other healthcare providers. This leaves less time for PTs to focus on their patients and provide the best possible care. At Vocaire, we believe that technology can help alleviate this problem. By leveraging AI and other advanced technologies, we aim to streamline administrative tasks and give PTs more time to focus on their patients. Overall, we believe that Vocaire has the potential to significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of physical therapy. By leveraging AI and other advanced technologies, we aim to empower PTs to provide the best possible care to their patients. We are excited about the potential of our platform and look forward to continuing to innovate in this space.

Visibuilt

Visibuilt is reimagining road construction, inspired by nature. Green transition in road construction is challenged by the lack of sustainable materials. Even with green energy, asphalt producers can only reduce their CO2 emissions by 40%. Towards zero-carbon roads, an innovative fossil free material is needed. Visibuilt develops an innovative road material that removes the need for fossil ingredients and reduces energy consumption during asphalt production. The product will be produced with waste materials from the building industry for a truly circular solution.

Kleda

Kleda is a platform that allows users to share their personal styles and earn money from it. The platform allows users to create a profile to showcase and share pictures of their clothing style, as well as add links to where the clothing items were purchased. These links are then transformed into "deep links" that enable tracking of purchases made through a given user's clothing style. Users who share their styles on the platform will receive a commission of approximately 10-20% on sales made through these links. Kleda facilitates transactions between users and clothing stores, with the aim of making it easier for users to shop for clothes and get inspiration to create a good clothing style. Kleda solves several problems in the fashion industry. Consumers often experience friction when they have to visit multiple different stores or websites to find the clothes they want. Kleda provides a seamless and user-friendly experience by offering multiple stores on one platform. Additionally, Kleda provides publishers with a platform to build their own brand and earn money through collaborations with clothing stores. Kleda provides clothing stores with an easy way to sell products directly to consumers on a platform that already has a large and engaged user base, thereby increasing their visibility and revenue. Kleda has three different customer groups. The first group is shopping customers who use the Kleda app to find and purchase clothes from various stores on an easy and user-friendly platform. The second group is publishers who share their clothing styles and inspire other users. Kleda offers publishers the opportunity to build their personal brand and earn money by collaborating with Kleda's clothing store partners. The third group is clothing stores that want increased visibility and accessibility on a new platform. Kleda provides clothing stores with the opportunity to sell their products directly to customers and collaborate with Kleda to promote their products through campaigns and marketing. Overall, Kleda is solving the problem of the friction and inconvenience that consumers experience when shopping for clothes, while also providing opportunities for publishers and clothing stores to benefit from the platform.
