By focusing on the organization of the process, not its content, it helps develop self-regulation and collaborative skills for 21st century learners. We are an education technology start-up, with extensive change management experience, unique insights in workforce trends and technology, and pedagogy at its core. All team members have solid international experience from fields like mobile technology, business development and technology management, international education, instructional design, and learning sciences research.The team consists of Fredrik Harloff, Chief Executive Officer, and Mihaela Tabacaru , Community Manager, both co-founders of NewSchool, working full time. The third co-founder, Stian Hofslett Thowsen, works full time as a teacher and part of management team at Langaugen secondary school in Bergen, Norway.
