Edventures

Edventures is an impact-focused edtech and future-of-work startup offering a personalised entrepreneurship coaching and learning app to empower more people through entrepreneurship. We’re exploring how AI can make entrepreneurship as accessible as texting. With 75 million young people globally disengaged from work and education, the economic and social cost is staggering—€153 billion annually in Europe alone. Traditional entrepreneurship support excludes over 90% of potential founders, leaving millions without guidance. Edventures is bridging this gap with AI-powered, scalable coaching. Our web app features Anna, a conversational AI coach; Eddie, a gamified learning module “Duolingo for entrepreneurship”; and Franklin, a coaching dashboard for data-driven mentorship. By leveraging LLMs, a proprietary AI-system, and data-driven insights, we provide personalised, ongoing support that adapts to entrepreneurs’ needs. Our vision is to empower millions of overlooked entrepreneurs, reducing NEET rates and fostering economic inclusion. With a B2B2C model, we work with entrepreneurship support organisations to scale globally and we’re already running paid pilots.

Columbia Road

Columbia Road is a digital growth consultancy challenging the old ways of running digital businesses. We exist to increase our clients’ revenue and help them get more customers in the digital era. Our team consists of business consultants who understand business-driven design, tech, strategy and growth. We believe in giving a lot of responsibility and freedom to our employees. There’s a common misunderstanding that happy and satisfied employees are automatically motivated employees. We don’t see things that way. Happy and satisfied employees are an important priority for us, but we think causal relationship is reversed: people are happy and satisfied when they have work that motivates them. For us, an employee’s happiness is the primary goal, not a tool for raising productivity or profitability. We want to empower our employees to become a better version of themselves and to have more of an impact on the world. We see happiness & satisfaction as end goals, not starting points. That being said we love to laugh a lot, play some tunes at the office and grab a few drinks after work. What kind of work is motivating in our context? People yearn for purpose in their work and want it to have meaning that creates value: purpose, for people and organisations, comes from making an impact on the world. Meaning & significance comes from providing value to someone else — in our case, clients. Clients (not us) define the value of our actions, always. Jobs at columbiaroad.com/careers

Serious Games Interactive

We are serious about what impact games can have on learning and change. We see games as a powerful language that can shape the world. It has many dialects and with 15+ years of experience, we master them all. When we make games, we pick the right mechanics from a big tool box – such as competition, storytelling, achievements, curiosity, collaboration – to achieve the right impact.

RiskFinder

RiskFinder helps the companies that keep heat, water and power running stay ready when something goes wrong. Our customers are utilities and critical infrastructure operators. Every year they face more cyber threats, extreme weather, supply chain failures and new rules. Most of them already have emergency plans and risk assessments. But the information sits in long documents, spreadsheets and people's heads. That is exactly where it is useless in a real crisis. We turn it into something teams can use under pressure: clear action cards, live risk tracking, exercise planning, supplier and asset overviews, and the proof that they are ready. This is not a tool for auditors. It is for the person on shift when a plant goes down at 3am, who has to make the call and keep the city warm. Those are the high-stakes moments we build for. When it counts, the work has to hold. We are early. RiskFinder is a small operation working with serious customers on hard problems. There is no narrow lane to stay in. You will see how the whole thing fits together, from talking to the people who run a plant to shipping the feature that helps them. If you want your work to land on something real, with people who genuinely need it, this is a good place to spend your time.

SwayQ

About SwayQ The better company behind creator partnerships. SwayQ helps brands and creators work together through transparent fees, stronger trust, and better matching than the old agency model allows. Born in Copenhagen. Built for the world. SwayQ was built because the old agency model is too opaque, too expensive, and too far removed from the real partnership. Brands often pay more than they should without full clarity on fit, creators give up too much of the value they create, and both sides are asked to trust a process they cannot fully see. We built SwayQ to make the economics, the matching, and the trust clearer. We believe the economics of influence should be visible, the matching should be genuine, and both sides should see the same terms. Category over roster Matching is based on category themes and verified platform signals — not on whichever creators happen to be on an agency roster. AI-assisted matching is coming soon. Trust, not leverage Both sides see the same terms. No information asymmetry, no hidden incentives, no leverage games.

Buildright

Buildright is developing an AI intelligence layer for construction projects to help contractors and project teams solve invisible risk — by turning the data already generated on every project into actionable insights before problems become costs. The problem hiding in plain sight Construction is broken. 85% of large projects finish over budget. Rework accounts for 9% of total project cost. Delays cost $280bn annually in North America alone. The signals that predict these outcomes already exist — in meeting notes, deviation logs, change orders, and task lists. But no one sees them in time to act. Risk only becomes visible after it has already cost you. This affects every contractor, project manager, site foreman, and HSE officer on every project — in an industry that represents trillions in global economic activity. From raw data to the right decision Buildright connects the data already generated on construction projects and surfaces the right insight to the right person — at every level of the organisation. Project directors get cross-project risk visibility to see which projects need attention before they escalate. PMs, HSE managers, and quality leads get role-specific dashboards with the decisions they need to make, surfaced daily. Site crews get targeted microlearning triggered automatically when a risk pattern is detected — before the next shift starts. But we go beyond insights. Buildright also automates the everyday tasks that consume project teams — generating alerts when something needs attention, and producing artifacts like meeting packs, reports, and change-order traces automatically. The result is not just better visibility, but a meaningfully more efficient project team. We're live in production with AF Gruppen and Betonmast, two of Norway's largest contractors. 100,000+ deviations, tasks, and meeting notes analysed — with a confirmed 10x ROI from our pilots. The urge to solve a global problem Lars Gaustad spent years at the top of the construction industry — and watched the same story play out over and over. Projects bleeding money. Deadlines slipping. And when it was over, everyone moved on. No real post-mortem. No learning. Just the next project, making the same mistakes. The industry wasn't short of ambition. It wasn't short of software. It was drowning in data it couldn't use. As CEO of Saint-Gobain Construction Products in Norway, Lars saw that the real problem wasn't digitalization — it was that decades of hard-won project knowledge was locked away, invisible, unreachable to the people who needed it most. Every project started from scratch. Every mistake was someone else's first time. That's not a technology problem. It's a fundamental failure to learn. And it's costing the industry hundreds of billions every year. That's why we build the construction industry's intelligence layer.

Teton.ai

Teton is a care empowerment platform for senior living and healthcare operators. We use an in-room sensor and application layer to continuously understand residents, staff activity, and the care environment, then translate those signals into action for frontline care teams. Senior care operations are under structural pressure. Chronic staffing shortages, rising resident acuity, and inconsistent observational data have left care teams flying blind between documented events. Most existing tools simply record what already happened, and that is no longer sufficient. When teams are stretched, they need earlier signal, faster response, and more consistent decision-making, not another retrospective report. Teton exists to close the decision gap between observation and action. The shift we are making is from a reactive model of documentation, isolated alerts, manual interpretation, and delayed intervention, to a proactive one built on earlier signal, workflow-aligned insight, and faster, more consistent action. Our direct user is the care team, and resident and family outcomes improve because staff decisions improve. What sets us apart is that we lead with outcomes and let the technology serve them, not the other way around. We provide continuous visibility that surfaces risk before situations escalate. We fit into existing care workflows without adding new steps. We use longitudinal behavioral and health signals like movement, gait, sleep, and routine patterns to enable individualized, preventative care rather than one-size-fits-all responses. And we deliver community-level operational clarity from consistent in-room data, supporting accountability without resorting to surveillance or long-buffer video watching. Importantly, Teton is not a fall detection product, a single-event alerting system, or a retrospective dashboard. Those tools address fragments of the problem. We address the whole gap. The reason this matters is that when care teams can see risk sooner and act earlier, the impact compounds. Operators see stronger resident retention through more consistent and individualized care, lower incident-related costs by reducing preventable falls and hospitalizations, improved staffing efficiency by removing manual observation and rounding burden, and greater operational predictability across shifts, teams, and communities. Care quality stops depending on which staff member or which shift happens to be working. Our north star is simple: Teton empowers care teams to stay one step ahead, so operators can deliver better outcomes and run more predictable businesses. Stay Ahead. Care Ahead.

Kompose

Most companies know they need to move on AI. The challenge isn’t awareness - it’s knowing where and how to start and keep momentum. That’s the kind of problems we work on at Kompose. Working at Kompose means being part of a small, highly focused team that builds side by side. We combine deep technical expertise with hands-on delivery, helping professional services firms and larger enterprises move from complexity to working, production-ready AI solutions. No slide decks for the sake of it. No pseudo-work. We focus on real use cases and ship solutions that deliver visible results. We move fast and prioritise momentum. If something doesn’t create value for the customer, we don’t do it. Good ideas win - regardless of title. Feedback is direct and constructive. Mistakes are fine; carelessness and unnecessary complexity are not. Our days are collaborative. We start each morning with a short check-in and spend most of our time working closely together in the office in Christianshavn. There’s space for deep focus and space for discussion. Transparency is the norm - about challenges, trade-offs, and decisions. We experiment constantly and apply AI in our own workflows. We test new tools, refine how we build, and continuously evolve our delivery framework so we get sharper with every project. You’re trusted to own your work and see it through - from idea to production. We’re ambitious and growing organically, but we believe good work requires balance. Some weeks are intense, others lighter. We swim in the canals every week (even in winter) and during summer we hold meetings on a rented boat. Lean team. High trust. Real responsibility. Real impact.
