People & Culture and payroll departments are often overwhelmed with manual work, complex regulations, and fragmented systems. This affects both employees, who struggle with confusion around their entitlements, and People & Culture and payroll professionals, who spend significant time on repetitive administrative tasks. By addressing this, we aim to free up valuable time, reduce errors and costs in reimbursement, and improve employee satisfaction and belonging. bclude simplifies the leave management process by automating leave planning, automated reimbursement, and communication between employees and the organization, including management. Our platform provides clear guidance to both employees, managers, People & Culture, and payroll, ensuring that all leave-related activities are completed on time and accurately. With bclude, employees can easily register their leave, track their entitlements, and receive timely notifications. People & Culture teams can manage all leave processes from a single platform, ensuring consistency and an inclusive process. We started bclude because we saw firsthand the frustrations employees and People & Culture and payroll teams face when it comes to managing leave. As parents ourselves, we experienced the complexity of parental leave and how it could affect work-life balance. At the same time, we noticed how much time People & Culture and payroll teams were spending on manual processes, which could be better spent on more strategic work. Our motivation was to create a solution that makes this process smoother for everyone involved, freeing up time for People & Culture and payroll teams and ensuring employees have a clear, positive, and inclusive experience during their leave.

Det betyder at vi rådgiver kunder om, hvordan de implementerer AI i deres forretning på en måde så de sikre, at man er compliant (AI forordningen, GDPR og jeg skal gi dig skal jeg), har styr på governance (looking at you OpenAI), omkostninger (still looking) osv. Men også at vi selv udvikler og implementerer løsningerne (kode, kode og mere kode). Det er både træning af modeller, optimering af vektordatabaser, opsætning af kubernetes clusters, design af chatbots og en masse andet, mere eller mindre AI relaterede opgaver. Og det gør vi for de store - helt store. Og så nogle lidt mindre. Det betyder, at vi (med undtagelser) arbejder for store enterprise organisationer, med alt hvad det giver af muligheder og begrænsninger. Noget vi har gjort i rigtig mange år, også lang tid før der var noget der hed ChatGPT, AI Engineer og prompting. Kort sagt. Vi har battle-tested løsningerne, set alle fejlene (og lavet en del af dem selv) og ved hvordan man navigerer i jungle af hype, compliance og faktiske forretningsbehov.

Savery's aim is to build an enterprise class agentic management platform specific for use cases where enterprise requirements are core: segregated instances, private cloud or on-location hosting, no-data sharing etc. Savery's core is a proprietary agentic management tool. Each agent handles specific tasks—planning, coding, testing, or researching—ensuring seamless collaboration. This approach automates code creation, refactoring, and legacy code migration, enabling non-programmers to execute technical tasks through intuitive interfaces. Herodesk is a fully remote tech startup based in Denmark. We have created a new customer service platform for small and mid-sized businesses and webshops. Our mission is to make customer service easy. It should be easy for our customers to use Herodesk, which in turn should make it easy for their customers to get the help they need. To achieve that, we've created a helpdesk and live-chat product that is simpler and cheaper than the alternatives. Our product was launched in September 2023. Now, a year later, we have close to 100 paying customers, with more being onboarded weekly. Our founder, Anders Eiler, has previously co-founded SpeedGaming and Meebox, and led the DanDomain E-commerce division (a >€10M rev. division). Vektor-AI er et health-tech startup med en mission om at minimere de administrative byrder i den borgernære velfærd og skabe mere tid til arbejdet med kerneopgaven. Dette skal ske gennem opbygning af et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem, der kan højne kvaliteten og effektiviteten i dokumentationen inden for psykiatri og handicap området til gavn for medarbejdere og borgere. Der har gennem årtier været politisk fokus på at sænke dokumentationsbyrden inden for den kommunale velfærd, uden succes. Med fremkomsten af AI er der opstået en unik mulighed for at gøre dette og herigennem skabe gennemgribende forandringer i den borgernære velfærd. Vektor – AI er et Health – Tech startup, der tager denne udfordring op. Målet er at udvikle et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem til medarbejdere inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i landets kommuner. Systemet skal højne effektiviteten og kvaliteten i medarbejdernes dokumentation og herigennem mindske det administrative pres på medarbejderne og frigive tid til arbejdet med borgerne. Jeg har gennem de sidste 6 måneder lavet markedsundersøgelser, hvor jeg har interviewet medarbejdere, ledere, chefer og andre centrale interessenter inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i flere kommuner. Respondenterne har samstemmende tilkendegivet, at de kan se et stort potentiale i de skitserede løsninger. På baggrund af disse interviews, samt mine mange års erfaring som selvstændig konsulent inden for denne sektor, har jeg udviklet en plan for, hvilke funktioner et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem skal have for at skabe gennemgribende forandringer. Ydermere har jeg fået tilkendegivelser helt op på chefniveau om, at man er interesseret i at investere i et system, der indeholder disse funktioner. Jeg har desuden skabt kontakt til både medarbejdere og ledere, der har udvist stor interesse i at deltage i afprøvningen af systemet i en testfase. Vektor-AI er stadig på et meget tidligt stadie, og søger en teknisk cofounder. En kommende cofounder vil få en høj grad af indflydelse på det færdige produkt, og på den videre udvikling af dette.
