Emographics - Emotional Intelligence

Emographics is an EI (emotional intelligence) based system that empowers employees by helping them identify their own strengths and weaknesses, understand how they affect others, decreases office conflict, increases team collaboration and communication leading to increased productivity and joy at work. A combination of emotional intelligence management strategies and team insight reports help leaders identify and address workplace issues as they arise. Leaders are provided with team insights in wellbeing og mental health status. Emotionality is a strong human tendency that can take over logic and reason. Emotional intelligence can help with situations that involve others as well as self-awareness, empathy and handling different emotions. The Employee app and Leader Dashboard are designed to capture data as it happens. This real-time information is presented in an intuitive leader dashboard so they can make informed decisions on their workforce’s emotional health at all times.

Geeklab is creating an ultimate mobile marketing powerhouse to assist mobile advertisers in converting  purchased impressions into installs. The mobile marketing industry is constantly expanding, with an estimated $412 billion in spend by 2024. However, because this market is so fragmented, marketers are forced to shoot in the dark. We created a tool to assist marketers in converting impressions into installs by optimizing the most important, yet underutilized, part of the mobile marketing funnel, the app stores themselves. We are expanding our product offering to include a full mobile marketing ecosystem focused on ensuring marketers can run effective campaigns. In today's world, data is viewed as a threat; however, the massive benefits of using data for good are what allow businesses to grow and humans to have great and meaningful interactions with one another. We're here to change the narrative and turn data into an ally, not an enemy.

The DevOps tools industry is estimated at 25B$ with a CAGR of 25%. The market is moving towards implementing devops practices with the utilization of putting people into their organizations to achieve desired results through DevOps Practices. What the industry is currently trying to solve with manpower, Ankra solves with Code. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ The Cloud-Infra Puzzle we're solving consists of three parts: 1. Complexity A good Cloud-Infrastructure setup for can take between 6-12 months to configure. Once set up resources has to be dedicated towards maintenance. Companies face the challenge of relying on specialized devops personnel to get this up and running and maintain it. 2. Cutting Corners Due to the complexity of infrastructure configuration businesses tend to take shortcuts which prevents them from scaling. Developers frequently have to re-align their focus to improve a poorly configured infrastructure. 3. Human dependency Developers become dependent on DevOps to interact with the infrastructure. If a business doesn't have DevOps, developers lose time as they have to "figure it out themselves", increasing an already strained cognitive load. If a business does have DevOps personnel, they are costly and frequently becomes a bottle-neck for shipping features. If the person who set up the infrastructure leaves, the business will be forced to: a) replace competence or upskill competence b) Rebuild Infrastructure with new competence. With Ankra you can have a cloud infrastructure up and running in an afternoon. Allowing developers to focus on building your business, undistracted.
