Palette

For the last decade, knowledge work drifted from its original promise. It was supposed to be about thinking, creating, deciding. Instead it became status meetings, reporting, and alignment rituals. AI is changing that, but it created a new problem: the individual got faster than the organization. Work now happens inside sessions between humans and agents, and the context behind it disappears before anyone else in the company can see it. Palette closes that gap. We ingest signals from the tools teams already use (Slack, Linear, Notion, GitHub, calendar, email), turn them into a living map of the organization, and serve that context to the agents people work with every day. Palette Desktop is where teams put it to work. Point it at a folder on Google Drive or Dropbox, and run agents on Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, or a local model inside it. More providers ship in regularly. It opens those agents up to the whole company, including non-engineers, and the team picks the model that fits. We shipped Desktop in May 2026, and it's already where most of our own work happens. We're 6 people in Copenhagen. Four co-founders, two founding engineers. We work with design partners across leading startups, scaleups, and household-name brands. We recently raised our pre-seed. Our mission: build the OS for AI-native organizations.

Normative

Our Mission: Normative is here to make known and reduce the sustainability impact of all economic activities on the planet. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints. Our Story: Normative is rooted in climate research. In 2013, co-founder Kristian Rönn was working at Oxford University, simulating the consequences of climate change. The results showed that global warming would cause extreme human suffering, motivating Kristian to leave academia and take action. He joined forces with Adam Wamai Egesa and Robin Undall-Behrend, and in 2014 the world’s first carbon accounting engine was born to help humanity achieve net zero emissions and reverse the trajectory of climate change. We now have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London, and are actively hiring talent to join the mission. Today, companies from around the world trust our carbon accounting engine to help them reduce their carbon footprint. We partner with leading climate change organisations including the UN, to deliver actionable sustainability intelligence and have received a grant from Google. We are backed by some of the world’s most significant climate investors, and are the official software provider for the UN-backed SME Climate Hub initiative through which thousands of small businesses have committed to net zero. Our Team: We are a global team working to solve a global problem. We’re headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Copenhagen and London as well as remote team members located all over the world. We have spoken at the World Economic Forum, consulted the European Commission, and worked with the United Nations to develop a new standard for emissions accounting. We come from many walks of life, but we’re united in one mission: to help humanity achieve net zero emissions. Every employee at Normative plays a valuable role in reducing business carbon emissions.

Glint Solar

Glint Solar is accelerating the adoption of solar energy by building the world's leading solar screening and analysis software. One of the main headaches for the development of large scale solar is identifying where to build and understanding the specific site conditions - we're tackling this! The world needs to build more renewable energy to combat climate change. We in Glint Solar believe that technology is the solution. We are therefore working effortlessly on building technology for developers of solar energy parks. We started with the very exciting floating solar market as this is one of the fastest growing energy sectors in the world and have since expanded into land based solar as well. We're backed by leading Norwegian and international VCs and private equity. Our HQ is at Mesh Nationaltheatret in Oslo where our international team works from, but we serve our global customer base with a focus on Europe. Some of our interesting customers include TotalEnergies, Alight and Statkraft. We have the culture of a startup with a flat hierarchy, where the idea matters, not who had it. We encourage trying new things, even if it fails. At Glint Solar you will have the freedom to do your best work – and focus your efforts on what *you* are good at. We believe in adapting to our people and their strengths – not the other way around. We back each other up, make sure obstacles are out of the way, and then we GO! And sometimes, quite often, actually, we go do something fun together, like cabin trips, company trips and social events. All with lots of laughter. We consider ourselves very privileged to have smart, curious, and caring colleagues who are working together towards our mission. We are comprised of 23 different people with nine different nationalities and a wide range of diversity of thought. Amongst us you’ll find coffee connoisseurs, map nerds, Mandarin speakers, yoga enthusiasts, foodies, cross-country skiiers, olive farmers, frisbee golfers, colleagues who DJ on the weekend and everything in between – because we value exactly who YOU are. Regardless of what you enjoy and value outside of work, there’s a place for you in Glint Solar.
