Lumina

We've built Charger Health, an AI-powered Operations & Maintenance platform for EV charging networks. Our software automatically identifies issues and initiates resolution flows in real-time. This is done through combination of pattern recognition, machine learning models and an agentic infrastructure. In addition, our solution automatically creates, updates and closes tickets, optimizing the throughput of operations teams. Lastly, intelligent alerts reveal hidden issues and enables proactive remote handling. This has reduced the operational resources required to manage the network, enabling operations teams to more than double their output, while also improving key performance metrics such as uptime and charging success rate.

Sumary

Sumary is building the next generation of financial software for SMBs and accounting firms. For decades, bookkeeping, controlling, and financial analysis have been held back by manual workflows, fragmented systems, and slow, error-prone processes. We’re here to change that with an AI-native platform built from the ground up to automate, analyse, and understand every financial transaction. The mission is simple: give the unsung heroes of every business - bookkeepers, controllers, and finance teams - the AI superpowers they deserve.

Thingtesting

Thingtesting is a place to research and review internet-born brands. On the heels of the direct-to-consumer revolution, there has been, and continues to be, an incredible proliferation of new consumer brands online — but, coupled with the prevalence of paid, fake and cherry-picked reviews, it’s become downright impossible for consumers to know who and what to trust when considering products for purchase. Our mission is to help people shop better. We are a venture-backed early-stage startup and closed our seed round of financing led by Forerunner Ventures. We have been fortunate to receive recognition for our hard work along the way from the likes of TechCrunch, Vogue Business, and Modern Retail.

Boardway

Boardway is building an AI-powered board recruitment platform that helps companies find and hire the right board members and advisors. Our secret sauce combines AI matching, board analytics, and a vetted talent network to make board hiring faster, smarter, and more diverse. Finding qualified board members is still largely driven by personal networks and referrals, making the process slow, biased, and inefficient. Companies often struggle to identify candidates with the right expertise, while experienced professionals miss opportunities because they’re outside traditional networks. Boardway uses AI to match companies with board and advisory talent based on skills, industry experience, governance expertise, and company needs. Our platform streamlines sourcing, evaluation, and hiring through a data-driven recruitment workflow. We started Boardway because we saw how outdated and exclusive board recruitment remains. We believe better access to qualified board talent leads to stronger governance, better decisions, and ultimately better companies.

Telgea

Our mission is to become the world's largest mobile company, providing coverage in the most countries and enabling companies and individuals with access to mobile plans wherever they need them. Supported by venture capital and a team of founders with several successful companies behind them, we are rapidly scaling, thinking ambitiously, and breaking down boarders. We want to empower people to live, work, and scale globally. We start by transforming the way multinational companies manage their global mobile operations. We streamline and centralize mobile plans, cutting costs and boosting efficiency in one unified global agreement that satisfies local needs. Telgea is a remote-first company with optional physical offices in Stockholm and Austin, allowing our team to work from where they have decided to live. Work from anywhere, anytime, and in any way that suits you, as long as you are a team player that keeps us growing. Our founders are based in Stockholm, Sweden, and Austin, Texas. Every three months, we gather at different locations to align on strategy, grind, and have fun together.

KAHU

KAHU aims to close a persistent gap in maritime visibility - the inability to continuously track vessels not transmitting AIS (Automatic Identification System) data. AIS can be switched off, spoofed, or absent, creating blind spots exploited by illegal fishing, shadow fleets, and other high-risk actors. The AIS market is also dominated by a few providers, limiting access and transparency. This affects not only maritime safety and security but also the monitoring of ocean environments. We address this by building the first real-time, crowdsourced radar detection network for the ocean. Our onboard software connects to existing vessel radar, collects radar echoes, and streams them securely to the cloud using low-bandwidth protocols. There, echoes are linked into vessel tracks and fused with AIS, satellite imagery, and other data layers to produce a continuous, sea-level view of vessel movements, enabling comprehensive visibility over human activity at sea and supporting timely, informed action.

Normative

Our Mission: Normative is here to make known and reduce the sustainability impact of all economic activities on the planet. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints. Our Story: Normative is rooted in climate research. In 2013, co-founder Kristian Rönn was working at Oxford University, simulating the consequences of climate change. The results showed that global warming would cause extreme human suffering, motivating Kristian to leave academia and take action. He joined forces with Adam Wamai Egesa and Robin Undall-Behrend, and in 2014 the world’s first carbon accounting engine was born to help humanity achieve net zero emissions and reverse the trajectory of climate change. We now have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London, and are actively hiring talent to join the mission. Today, companies from around the world trust our carbon accounting engine to help them reduce their carbon footprint. We partner with leading climate change organisations including the UN, to deliver actionable sustainability intelligence and have received a grant from Google. We are backed by some of the world’s most significant climate investors, and are the official software provider for the UN-backed SME Climate Hub initiative through which thousands of small businesses have committed to net zero. Our Team: We are a global team working to solve a global problem. We’re headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Copenhagen and London as well as remote team members located all over the world. We have spoken at the World Economic Forum, consulted the European Commission, and worked with the United Nations to develop a new standard for emissions accounting. We come from many walks of life, but we’re united in one mission: to help humanity achieve net zero emissions. Every employee at Normative plays a valuable role in reducing business carbon emissions.
