AIRY Automotive is a new Copenhagen-based electric car company! We are developing a next-generation electric car, which offers a revolutionary 1000 km range while being significantly more sustainable than any electric car on the market today. We achieve this with cutting-edge engineering and our proprietary manufacturing method for automating carbon fiber production. We are addressing the two significant challenges in the transition to sustainable electric vehicles: limited driving range and the substantial environmental footprint during the manufacturing process. Currently, only a small fraction of vehicles sold are all-electric, primarily because the restricted range they offer is too much of a compromise for most drivers. At our core, we believe that the car represents the epitome of personal freedom, enabling you to explore wherever your heart desires without the constant worry of finding the next charging station. Furthermore, we acknowledge the second issue, which revolves around sustainability – the very reason we are transitioning to electric cars in the first place. Surprisingly, many electric vehicles on the market today have a more significant environmental footprint during production compared to traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. This means that one must drive tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of kilometers on green energy to offset this initial environmental impact. We don't think this is not good enough. As a minimum requirement, our first commercial electric car will match the production impact of an ICE vehicle before a single kilometer is driven, and we are aiming to make it even lower!
