Founded by Theresa Harmanen and Claudia Menger in 2018, Sanga Yoga is your home for yoga for pregnancy, postpartum and fertility. Sanga Yoga was born out of our need for community and finding a more therapeutic, feminine approach to yoga for major transitions and changes in life, such as pregnancy and postpartum, as well as parenthood and fertility. We turned that need into local studio yoga classes in and around Oslo, as well as private sessions and workshops, and are now also creating an online space for these practices.

We gather all assignments in one intuitive system. Moreover, we offer a lights and locking system for sports centres, online payments, and a mobile app for iOS and Android. Our team consists of a committed group of people having dealt with the challenges many sports clubs and associations are facing today.
