The Box is equipped with an electronic lock to keep the groceries safe and protected at all times. The box will have insulation material and may also have an active cooling or heating system to ensure different temperature zones, chilled and normally for temperature-sensitive goods like food. An app is included in the box to communicate with the end user, carrier, and the online store.

This business model would need knowledge how to run a subscription model as well as handling the logistics. Lean production planning is crucial for effective production runs. Our marketing strategy wil be outsourced and we have the right company to do it. And extra pair of hands is needed for day-to-day marketing updates ! I am the company owner and founder. My best skill are in sales and marketing as well as creating customer experience. I can run the production as well. For the operational team we would need 2-4 persons with different talents supporting the journey of Nordic Gelato Factory. After getting Denmark up and running we are heading to LONDON!
