Languee: AI Language Partner for Industry-Specific Applications

Languee is an AI-powered app providing industry-specific language learning, offering realistic voice interactions, real-time corrections, and career-focused practice scenarios. John’s dad is a manager at a boiler company. He faces challenges in negotiating contracts with international companies due to his struggle with professional English, despite being proficient in everyday language. He tried using tutors and other resources, but they do not provide enough flexibility (in terms of time and price) and fail to mimic real industry scenarios. Languee solves this problem by offering an AI language tutor that is knowledgeable in industry- specific topics. With over 50 languages, it provides realistic voice interactions and real-time corrections, mimicking actual professional scenarios. With generally growing acceptance and progress of AI solutions, Languee is in the position to use latest technology to provide value to high-level employees and business owners that want to push their career forward. Language learning no longer has to prevent them from pushing careers forward and be constrained by time.

IT.no ble stiftet sent i 2020 med en klar visjon om å forenkle IT og digitalisere Norges bedrifter. Målet var å klare dette med til gunstige priser og den beste kundereisen med ansatte som har langvarig erfaring fra bransjen. Vi skulle bistå både som en komplett IT-avdeling for bedriftene, men også for muligheten til å begrense tilbudet til medhjelpere for eksisterende IT-ressurser hos kundene. Gründerne i selskapet har begge langvarig erfaring fra ISP og IT bransjen der de bygget opp egne avdelinger. Det var viktig at både en tekniker og en selger begge stod på eiersiden for å ivareta produkt og service så vel som det kommersielle. Selskapet selger i dag hovedsakelig basert på anbefalinger bedrifter i mellom med kun en aktiv selger, men har måttet stoppe salg ved flere for å ivareta gode kundereiser. Vi starter nå et nytt selskap som skal fornye maskinvare/hardware markedet B2B som er bygget på en plattform vi utvikler.

Rabatta

Rabatta er et dansk tech start-up med kontorer i Aalborg og Aarhus. Virksomheden blev grundlagt i 2021 og har siden hjulpet danskerne med at spare mange penge. Rabatta er nemlig en app og en browser extension, der automatisk finder rabatkoder, når forbrugeren er i kurven på en webshop. Vi er et ungt team med en gennemsnitsalder på 25, og der er både højt til loftet og frie rammer. På kontoret er der en afslappet og humoristisk tone, samtidig med at vi arbejder hårdt for at udvikle forretningen.

Kvist makes the first complete digital system for sustainability reporting for construction projects. By delivering a cloud-based software that makes it really easy for projects to collect, validate and analyse environmental data, we remove friction in the unstructured processes that occur when choosing to build sustainable. With big names among our customers and backed by investors like Alliance Venture, Arkwright X, DNB and Startuplab, we are well on our way to grow full speed. We are a relatively young team of currently 14 people, spread across expertise areas with a mix of engineering, developers, customer success and business development, some coming directly from university and others with a background in the industry. We have a very nice office at a co-working space in the very centre of Oslo, surrounded by both small startups and some established companies, and there is great and low-priced canteen, where we have lunch. We have access to many meeting rooms and facilities when you need silence, but also a great young and dynamic environment, where things are happening all the time. Our culture is fully flexible, meaning that everyone is allowed to work from home when needed, but as a small team we also enjoy working together, and most of us prefer to come to the office. We are a very social team, which easily comes when being small, and we do a lot of activities together like team dinners, Friday bars etc., but it is also fully accepted to skip and go home, when parts of the team decide to go for Karaoke at 1am. We have room for every kind of person, so you decide what you want to join.

Vi vokser kraftig i omsetning og utvikler markedet ved å levere gode produkter og sikre fornøyde kunder. Dette er krevende og spennende på samme tid.

In 2022, Karnov Group AB. took over BELLA Intelligence 100% as one of their commercial Legal Tech portfolio. The system itself is a cloud-based platform based on the Software as a Service license model. The core service supports daily workflows for handling insolvency cases, included in the service is the hosting of case-related data. Using AI and machine learning, BELLA ( "Bankruptcy Estate Lawyer's Legal Assistant" ) provides estate lawyers with an efficient way of managing bankruptcy cases, from asset management through documentation and task handling. We have a two person development team nearshored, a part-time Solution architect and 3 more colleagues based in our Copenhagen offices, where we are co-located with other startups and Karnov Group. For våre store kunder er Yesboss et verktøy for sin eksisterende salgsavdeling, og for mindre kunder i vekstfase er Yesboss en plattform for å finne rett kandidat til et spesifikt salgsprospekt, uten å måtte ansette. Med en salgsplattform har vi klart å effektivisere salgsprosessen til å bli både enklere og mer innbringende.
