In practice, we give support agents “superpowers”. SiteSage connects ticketing platforms with shop systems, WMS, ERP, shipping providers, and other operational tools, so agents no longer have to switch between systems or manually search for data. The AI retrieves context instantly, categorizes cases, suggests structured replies, and can execute predefined actions such as pausing orders or validating shipment status, all within controlled, role-based permissions.
