Unfortunately, in commerce like in real life, love does not always happen at first sight. However, by delivering an excellent customer experience during the return process, retailers can win a customer for life.

Unicontrol develops a simple machine control system for excavators. The system can be used for documentation of the work performed including the execution of simple workflows like e.g. creating a parking lot, dig a drain and small roads. It provides the possibility to work with designs provided by a surveyor. Thereby, the machine operator or the contractor can save the expenses for a man on the ground and the surveyor, work up to 30% more effective and use fewer resources.

Dash is a movement for a better designed future. As a multidisciplinary community of problem-solvers, we strive to bring together individuals interested in design thinking and its impacts on organizations and society. Our main event is our weekend-long hackathon called Dash Hack. It is a design thinking sprint that inspires creativity and solves real company problems from the comfort of a Helsinki hotel.

At the end of 2013 there was few guys talking about what they would like to do because of the passion of tech and doing things right. Skorens.dk was founded in Aarhus in 2017. It was founded by two friends, who both wanted to create an easy-to-use website, which sells sneaker care products. The idea was to always have a small sortiment of sneaker products, so it would be easier for the consumer, to find the products they need. Other than that good customer service, was also a key element of the business.

Picterus is an app under development designed to monitor jaundice in newborns. Untreated jaundice in newborns is responsible for more than 100,000 deaths and a substantial number of permanent brain damages each year. More than three quarters of these deaths occur in the poorest regions of the world, in sub-Saharan Africa and south Asia. Cheap treatment is available through e.g. sunlight, but the diagnostic devices in use today cost around 10,000 dollars, making them practically unavailable in low-resource settings.
