NIMARA ApS

Nimara er en dansk e-handelsvirksomhed, der designer og sælger egne møbler og boligprodukter direkte til kunder i Europa. Vi driver i dag webshops i ti europæiske markeder, hvor Danmark, Sverige og Tyskland er vores største, og vi er fortsat i vækst. Vi sælger udelukkende gennem vores egne kanaler og har dermed selv ansvaret for hele kunderejsen, fra første besøg på webshoppen til levering og kundeservice. Det giver os mulighed for løbende at forbedre både produkter, brugeroplevelse og forretning. Vores fokus er at skalere effektivt. Vi arbejder kontinuerligt med at optimere konvertering, automatisere processer og sikre, at vores systemer fungerer stabilt på tværs af markeder. Målet er at bygge en forretning, der kan vokse, uden at kompleksiteten vokser med.

Balder Technology

Balder is a Norwegian tech startup founded in 2025. We're on a mission to turn every container into a source of insight, providing real-time monitoring for more efficient global operations. We deliver an end-to-end solution for container asset-tracking, consisting of hardware, firmware, infrastructure and consumer applications that are designed and developed in-house.

Kihleo

Kihleo is a medtech startup developing an early warning system for urinary tract infections in older people with incontinence receiving care at home or in nursing homes. UTIs are one of the most common reasons for acute deterioration, confusion, and hospitalisation in this group. They are challenging to detect early, because symptoms are often vague, many older people cannot clearly communicate discomfort, and home care staff and nurses have minimal time. Today, detection is primarily reactive. Staff notice that something is wrong, then order urine tests and start treatment when the infection is already well underway. This leads to unnecessary suffering, avoidable admissions, and a high use of antibiotics. Kihleo’s solution is a small sensor placed in the diaper that measures biomarkers in the urine every time the person voids. When the diaper is changed, the sensor is read, and data is sent to a secure backend. Algorithms and predictive models analyse patterns over time and provide early, trustworthy indications that an infection may be developing, days before clinical symptoms are usually recognised. The system is not a diagnostic tool. It is a decision-support and early-warning system that integrates into existing workflows and helps staff decide when to look more closely, consult a nurse or doctor, and perform standard diagnostic tests. The value is threefold. For older people, it means faster and more targeted treatment, fewer severe infections, less confusion, and a better day-to-day quality of life. For relatives and care staff, it provides reassurance, objective data, and more time for actual care rather than crisis management. For the public sector, it helps prevent avoidable hospitalisations and complications that are both expensive and resource-intensive. Kihleo is working with a hardware partner on sensor development and is already in dialogue with Danish municipalities about pilot projects. The long-term vision is to create a scalable, data-driven platform for early detection of infections and other complications in elderly care, using everyday materials like diapers as non-invasive data sources.

Easy Eiendom – Company Description Easy Eiendom is a data intelligence company transforming how the real estate industry understands risk, value, and opportunity. Founded in 2024, we are building Norway’s most comprehensive property and geospatial data platform by merging traditional real estate information with advanced GIS and Big Data analytics. Our mission is to create a unified system that replaces today’s fragmented and manual workflows with automated, precise, and real-time insight. Real estate is the world’s largest asset class, yet its data infrastructure remains outdated and scattered across incompatible sources. Banks, insurers, developers, municipalities, consultants, and investors all face the same challenge: critical information about a property—its structure, land conditions, environmental exposure, infrastructure, regulations, and market dynamics—is siloed in dozens of systems. These blind spots increase risk, slow decision-making, inflate costs, and reduce transparency. Easy Eiendom was founded to solve this problem. We are building a high-fidelity database that integrates property records, building information, environmental risk layers, climate indicators, geotechnical data, mobility patterns, infrastructure networks, demographic trends, and private datasets—into one cohesive system. On top of this data we use advanced GIS workflows, automated analysis pipelines, and AI-driven insight models to deliver precise, standardized, and actionable intelligence. Our platform cuts research time by up to 80% and reduces analytical cost by 50%. Instead of manually searching through fragmented sources, users get instant access to automated risk assessments, geospatial analyses, and property insights that are continuously updated and delivered with high accuracy. Easy Eiendom helps banks improve collateral evaluations, insurers price risk more intelligently, developers assess feasibility faster, and investors make better decisions with complete situational awareness. We are driven by a simple belief: better data leads to lower risk, higher returns, and a more transparent market. Easy Eiendom exists because we experienced firsthand how inefficient and error-prone today’s workflows are. The spark came from the realization that professionals spend more time gathering data than analyzing it—while missing crucial geographical context that fundamentally shapes risk. Amass is an AI application platform for scientific intelligence. Scientific knowledge is scattered, siloed, slow and expensive to search. Amass integrates across this fragmented landscape; Patents, papers, regulatory filings, proprietary documents and data and applies AI to create a structured, cross-linked, and queryable knowledge graph. We build our own domain-specific embedding models to capture subtle scientific signals. We go beyond simple retrieval and enable users to triangulate across multiple sources and trace the evidence behind any output. PayTjek is developing an AI-powered payroll verification platform that helps employees detect and resolve salary discrepancies through automated collective agreement analysis and intelligent error detection. Payroll errors are a widespread and costly problem, with billions lost each year because employees never uncover them. Payslips are often complex and difficult to understand without specialist knowledge of collective agreements and labor laws — expertise usually reserved for lawyers, union representatives, and HR professionals. This leaves everyday workers, from healthcare staff to teachers, at risk of losing money they are rightfully owed. PayTjek democratizes payroll expertise. Employees simply upload their payslip, and our AI analyzes salary data, cross-references it with relevant collective agreements, checks against work schedules and contracts, and flags discrepancies or missing payments. The results are delivered in clear, plain language, giving workers both understanding and actionable next steps. Our technology is built to interpret even the most complex Danish labor agreements, with a roadmap to expand across European markets. We are driven by a strong sense of fairness. Payroll verification has long been out of reach for the people who need it most. Without the right tools, employees have been left powerless in the face of errors.
