THIRDROOM APS har spillet en central rolle i at fremme samarbejde mellem universiteter og virksomheder i Danmark. Vores langvarige samarbejde med RUC om en projektplatform har givet værdifuld støtte til over 1700 forskere og studerende siden 2017. Vi har også betydelig erfaring med at facilitere åben innovation og samarbejde, herunder vores arbejde med Novozymes fra 2019 til 2022 gennem HelloScience.io, hvor vi hjalp over 70 startups, organisationer og virksomheder. Disse initiativer har dannet grundlag for udviklingen af Thirdroom Funding Platform i 2024, hvor vi samarbejder med Venture Cup, IDEON i Sverige og Senpage, en organisation af unge entreprenører. I 2023 udviklede vi en AI og NLP-løsning til universiteterne, som har beriget over 10.000 open access-artikler og matcher dem i realtid til projekter og startups. Vi har også opdaget, at samme teknologi kan bruges til at matche legater fra over 100 forskellige fonde i Danmark i realtid med mere end 500 startups, SMV'er og forskningsprojekter. Vores konkurrenter inkluderer Grant Compas og HeyFunding, men deres tilgange mangler AI match-making, og vi ser dem derfor som potentielle samarbejdspartnere.

Uvisa are an ambitious Women's Health Medical Device company on a mission to benefit women by offering them non-pharmacological solutions to their most intimate health issues. Up to 1.45 billion women worldwide each year are suffering with vaginal discomfort and itching, most commonly caused by bacterial and fungal infections. This an extremely distressing condition that, if left untreated, can lead to infertility, increased risk of contracting STI's, and premature birth and miscarriage during pregnancy. Currently the only options for women to treat these conditions are over the counter pharmaceutical remedies and prescription antibiotics. Uvisa are a scientifically focussed startup that are using technological advancements to develop a reusable device that will treat this condition regardless of the underlying cause, without the use of chemicals or drugs, and in a matter of minutes. We believe that women's health has been overlooked, underfunded and neglected for far too long! We are a team of three passionate people that want to change the status quo and give women and those with vulvas alternative options which do not require them to pump their bodies full of man-made pharmaceuticals.

Ever since Viola Spolin invented theatre games to help immigrant children make friends while not being connected by a common language, improv has been used to make people better communicaters. It turns out that the skills performers master to create shows in the moment that are coherent and meaningful can also be used to help teams achieve more together. To achieve GDPR compliance an organisation must have a complete overview of and control of the personal data which they control. This is often done in an ineffective manner with manual processes. Unstructured personal data is often generated ad-hoc and stored randomly across a wide variety of IT systems. Very often this creates large amounts of non-compliant personal data and hinder organisations responding to access and delete request and achieving a GDPR compliance. 3: The How: Describe how your startup is solving this Phinder Compliance Center is “plug and play” and supports images, text documents, videos and e-mails. We aim to provide the customer with a simple result which quickly give them an overview and clear understanding of how to improve their compliance level. The software solution leverages a unique combination of artificial intelligence technologies such as facial recognition, face detection, OCR, NLP and propriety algorithms to identify personal data in images, videos, text documents and e-mails across wide variety of data sources, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Teams, Exchange and SharePoint. 4: The Why: What motivated you to get started Let us know what fired your spark. We are currently working with cinemas in Denmark, Norway, Finland, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia and Germany. Our platform connects the cinema audience to the big screen using the CineGame app. Our Digital Cinema Hub provides cinemas with audience engagement and profiling for both interactive ads, audience gaming, digital sampling and programmatic advertising. Insulin was discovered in 1921. Still, 100 years after this discovery, millions of people still inject with syringes, a 100 year old technology.
