WiSub Acquired by Transmark Subsea The acquisition will strengthen their ability to provide solutions for the growing market for underwater autonomy and wireless drone docking. WiSub is an ocean technology company based in Bergen, Norway. They supply patented, innovative, and flexible wet-mate pinless underwater connection systems to international markets. Transmark Subsea manufactures a broad range of qualified cable systems for the distribution of electrical signals, power, and fiber optics to the offshore subsea industry. Transmark Subsea design, produce, and service all kinds of cables, umbilical- or tether systems, used on ROVs/ROTs, cables used for power and control of "permanently"​ installed subsea components like wellhead systems, pumps, manifolds, and transducer arrays. This includes: * Normal dry mate connectors for use subsea * Wet mates for divers or ROV/ROT operation. * Pressure balanced systems for long time use at depths >4000m salt water. Fotobaren har siden 2014 levert utleie og av fotobarer til event, markedsføring og underholdningsbransjen. Fotobaren er i 3 byer og betjener kunder som Avinor, Elkjøp, Microsoft, KLP for å nevne noen. Nordic Gelato Factory is producing beatiful vegan gelato. It is all hand-made, sustainable, locally produced Italian style ice-cream. We have proven sales data from Finland and customer testimonials are overwhelmingly good. At the moment we are entering Danish market. We have been looking for right investor but we are still on process to finding the suitable. But in order to meet to requirement fo funding we need more skilful people onboard. Since we are not aiming to be only ice-cream shop in traditional context but a supplier for Gelato as a Service business model we need different knowledge onboard in order to execute the plan. This business model would need knowledge how to run a subscription model as well as handling the logistics. Lean production planning is crucial for effective production runs. Our marketing strategy wil be outsourced and we have the right company to do it. And extra pair of hands is needed for day-to-day marketing updates ! I am the company owner and founder. My best skill are in sales and marketing as well as creating customer experience. I can run the production as well. For the operational team we would need 2-4 persons with different talents supporting the journey of Nordic Gelato Factory. After getting Denmark up and running we are heading to LONDON!
