It's a lot to handle for a single person, especially when you're trying to build a company. Much proactively helps you stay on top of your legal operations by understanding your business and working where you are, without the chaos of multiple tools or systems. Every time you think "this is too much"... well, you know where to go. We're a pre-seed startup with 4 founders, building something genuinely useful for founders and legal teams who are drowning in operational complexity.

Reduzer

Carbon Footprint Tool for the Construction Industry Making accurate emission understanding accessible to all, empowering even non-experts to confidently own carbon reduction decisions from early-stage to project completion. On a mission to accelerate sustainable construction the story Founded in 2021, Reduzer was started with a mission to accelerate sustainable construction and help the industry make better decisions - earlier in the project. We truly believe that good, sustainable choices can be made across all phases of a project, but the earlier the better. Based on research from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Reduzer is now an emerging software for carbon calculations across the construction industry and is trusted by more than 70 customers across the Nordics. The software is used widely in many construction projects, spanning from developer and architects to consultants and contractors. In 2025, Reduzer secured a financing round led by Momentum Partners, Futurum Ventures and Construct Venture - with the aim to continue developing the platform and enable more sustainable construction. We are a team of 15 dedicated people with a passion for sustainability and for making it accessible to everyone through smart software solutions. Our headquarters are located in Oslo.

MovoGo is developing a high-speed, AI-powered rental platform for contractors who need heavy equipment - fast. We’re solving the chaos of fragmented rentals with instant booking, dynamic pricing, and real-time availability. Think Uber meets Airbnb, built for construction. The What: what are you solving? The €35B+ equipment rental industry is stuck in the past. Contractors waste hours calling rental houses, chasing quotes, and juggling delays. Meanwhile, suppliers sit on underutilized machines and outdated booking systems. It’s fragmented, analog, and slow - killing time, budgets, and margins across the board. This isn’t a niche problem. It affects tens of thousands of businesses, every single day. The How: How MovoGo solves this We’re building the infrastructure layer for machine rentals, not just another marketplace. Contractors get real-time availability, instant booking, and transparent pricing. Rental houses get automated fleet management, AI-driven pricing, and higher utilization. The platform controls pricing logic within supplier-defined ranges eliminating race-to-the-bottom chaos and creating a unified user experience. We’ve validated the problem, mapped the tech stack, built brand and design assets, and have multiple rental houses ready for onboarding. Now we need the right CTO to bring it to life. Fast. The Why: Why we’re doing this We’ve built companies before. We’ve scaled. We’ve seen how clunky, offline workflows bleed time and value especially in construction. But this one stuck with us. The inefficiency was everywhere. Nobody had built a true platform that just works. No AI. No instant rentals. Just friction. So we said screw it. Let’s build it ourselves and flip the industry.

Plussa is a mental health startup that coaches working parents to thrive. Working parents, especially moms, is the group with the highest risk for stress and burnout in the workforce. This leads to parents quitting their jobs, going on sick leave and feeling inadequate in their roles as parents. In addition to families suffering, loss of talented employees costs employers billions of dollar annually. We provide a complete AI-powered platform for employers to offer for their employees. The core feature is the Plussa-app with 24/7 parent coaching through expert AI-bots and psychologists combined with an extensive library of personalised engaging programs, exercises and articles. We support both moms and dads from pregnancy until the children move from home, covering areas like stress, sleep, NPF, work efficiency, child development, co-parent relationships and mindfulness. We founded Plussa after becoming parents in high achieving workplaces and found there is a lack of effective mental health services tailored for parents. With Plussa we have created a cost-effective service with a personalised and engaging user experience and are on a mission to help millions of parents globally to a better life. HorseDay

HorseDay helps trainers of Icelandic horses track training session, plan training ahead, register shoeing, register medical activity or note down whatever is relevant for caretaking of horses. With HorseDay the user can create a profile for each horse by connecting WorldFengur paddock to the application. We at HorseDay are equestrians, we are experienced in horse keeping on a broad basis. We are familiar with horse breeding, training horses, competing in sport and showing breeding horses, buying and selling horses and more or less everything related to horse keeping in the Icelandic horse world. HorseDay is supposed to be a community where activities with horses are held, people can find knowledge and useful information and people exchange opinions. Our intention is that HorseDay will be useful tool to all equestrians and those who are interested in horses. We intend to lead the digital journey of managing everything related to horse management.

Happymaker

Happymaker is developing a research-based social impact platform designed to improve global happiness through individual and collective actions. Do you feel lonely even when surrounded by others? 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 1 in 4 people globally experience a deep sense of existential loneliness—a feeling of being disconnected from others, even when not physically alone. This sense of loneliness is tied to a lack of meaning and purpose. In Sweden, 42% of the population reports feeling that life is empty, meaningless, and dull. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 We live in a global culture and a time of separation, individualism and competition that is becoming increasingly fragmented and polarised. And where success is measured by external, and material standards, making it harder to find a deeper sense of purpose, meaning and belonging. A society where often prioritise our self-interests and short-term gains and happiness before community, long-term happiness, community and sustainability. Bottle Hero is an online marketplace for premium wine, craft beers and spirits. We have a strong desire to support local shops as much as possible. This means that every time a customer orders wine or beer from our platform, the order goes directly to one of our local partners. Our product range is put together by all our partners, who are some of Denmark's leading experts and enthusiasts in wine, craft beer and spirits. Bottle Hero was started to spread the word about quality wine, beer and spirits while harnessing and enjoying all the beverages that have already been produced, bottled and therefore already left their mark on our world at the production stage.

There are millions and millions of athletes around the world but only very few coaches - not to mention the small amount of coaches training professional athletes. Each coach can coach personally only few athletes at a time. We are helping all athletes to access top level coaches - coaches of professional athletes to unlock every athlete's true potential true fully personalized training experience. With SAHA app every athlete can get an access to top level coaches to get optimized training through personalized training based on athlete's personal data, needs, wants and analysis. We are former professional athletes coaching current professional athletes from Olympic gold medalists to World Champions. We saw the need for more personalized coaching and realized the power of personalized training. No more one size fits for all. We want to create the best possible coaching for every single athlete so every athlete can optimize their training and unlock their true potential around the world.

We are a Copenhagen-based fashion brand, founded in 2018 by siblings Nanna and Simon Wick. We have made headlines all over the world from our performative fashion shows and unique approach to creating clothes. Our brand ethos at (di)vision is creating from what already is, as we explore the opportunities of producing clothes made from deadstock, recycled fabrics, vintage goods, and upcycling overstock.
