Empower

We were founded in February 2018 with the idea that giving plastic a value, we could get it removed from nature. A bit like the bottle deposit system, but for all kinds of plastic! We have gained amazing traction since we started, from being featured in Forbes and The Independent and invited to a panel at the first OECD forum on Blockchain to winning awards and being the only Nordic initiative among the 25 development projects/ SDG solutions selected to be showcased at Expo 2021 Dubai’s Global Best Practice Programme. We have done cleanups and pilots in more than 15 countries, proving that this really does work! Now we are building a global plastic waste ecosystem to incentivize cleanup and track where the plastic ends - most of it ideally back to reuse! The next step is to bring our vision to more places and create a truly innovative system than can help solve some of the big problems with plastic waste (of which there are more than you might imagine).

Our team consists of passionate people with experiences in different fields, united by the mission to innovate this solution. We are learning every day how to improve our offering in a lean startup-like way. We are an open culture and welcome impact from everyone in our team, including our many advisors.

Teton is a care empowerment platform for senior living and healthcare operators. We use an in-room sensor and application layer to continuously understand residents, staff activity, and the care environment, then translate those signals into action for frontline care teams. Senior care operations are under structural pressure. Chronic staffing shortages, rising resident acuity, and inconsistent observational data have left care teams flying blind between documented events. Most existing tools simply record what already happened, and that is no longer sufficient. When teams are stretched, they need earlier signal, faster response, and more consistent decision-making, not another retrospective report. Teton exists to close the decision gap between observation and action. The shift we are making is from a reactive model of documentation, isolated alerts, manual interpretation, and delayed intervention, to a proactive one built on earlier signal, workflow-aligned insight, and faster, more consistent action. Our direct user is the care team, and resident and family outcomes improve because staff decisions improve. What sets us apart is that we lead with outcomes and let the technology serve them, not the other way around. We provide continuous visibility that surfaces risk before situations escalate. We fit into existing care workflows without adding new steps. We use longitudinal behavioral and health signals like movement, gait, sleep, and routine patterns to enable individualized, preventative care rather than one-size-fits-all responses. And we deliver community-level operational clarity from consistent in-room data, supporting accountability without resorting to surveillance or long-buffer video watching. Importantly, Teton is not a fall detection product, a single-event alerting system, or a retrospective dashboard. Those tools address fragments of the problem. We address the whole gap. The reason this matters is that when care teams can see risk sooner and act earlier, the impact compounds. Operators see stronger resident retention through more consistent and individualized care, lower incident-related costs by reducing preventable falls and hospitalizations, improved staffing efficiency by removing manual observation and rounding burden, and greater operational predictability across shifts, teams, and communities. Care quality stops depending on which staff member or which shift happens to be working. Our north star is simple: Teton empowers care teams to stay one step ahead, so operators can deliver better outcomes and run more predictable businesses. Stay Ahead. Care Ahead.

Sentinel Fleet AI

We are enabling true automated drone fleets by introducing infrastructure, which is so far missing entirely. It is a compact, multi-use and patent pending docking station / nest for fleets of drones. Currently other companies are focused on "drone-in-a-box" solutions, so this will change the landscape as fleets of drones are needed. It is just too slow/costly/inefficient/cumbersome to manage everything manually or having a field of boxes for fleets.

Leftovers

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. I'm now looking for a co-founder with a passion for community-building and marketing to help turn early traction into a movement. Equity on the table. Because sharing tastes better. leftovers.food admin@leftovers.food @leftovers.cph

Brand Leadership Community

The Brand Leadership Community (BLC) is a Copenhagen-based startup that has evolved from a series of events into a living learning and relationship ecosystem designed for the professionals behind the world’s leading brands. We serve as a strategic knowledge bridge connecting Brands, Agencies, and Technology Vendors—including iconic Nordic names like Maersk, LEGO, Pandora, Aller Media, and Bang & Olufsen (B&O). The Problem We Are Solving Modern brand building is increasingly complex, yet professionals face three critical roadblocks: o The "Martech Gap": Organizations invest millions in complex enterprise software (from a landscape of 14,000+ vendors) but fail to maximize its value due to siloed knowledge and a lack of platform-specific expertise. o Impersonal Networking: Traditional industry conferences are often impersonal "sales pitches" where real peer-to-peer connection is rare and tactical insights are often hidden rather than shared. o Leadership Isolation: Senior leadership can be lonely, and many operators lack a confidential space to compare notes, share "crime scene" stories of failed implementations, and solve challenges with trusted peers. Our Solution We facilitate "relationships that matter" through a multi-layered platform for professional growth: o Strategic Event Formats: We run premium, intimate gatherings like Masterminds and energetic Jam Sessions that prioritize facilitated problem-solving over standard presentations. o Specialized Tech Tribes: We build software-focused sub-communities (e.g., Adobe, Google, and Amplitude tribes) where practitioners help each other drive adoption and innovation. o Knowledge-Based Publishing: Through BLC Insights Magazine, we translate live conversations into evergreen editorial content, creating a repository of peer-endorsed wisdom that guides decision-making. o High-Value Networks: We facilitate high-ticket Network Groups where senior managers workshop real-world problems in an exclusive, non-technical setting. Why We Do It & Current Focus We believe that better content leads to better conversations, and better conversations lead to stronger brands. In an AI-heavy landscape, authentic human connection and peer-led learning have become the ultimate premium. As we enter 2026, BLC is transitioning from "momentum to maturity" by professionalizing our operations through a structured OKR framework. Our current growth focus is centered on student engagement. We are actively recruiting ambitious Interns and Student Workers, primarily those studying Marketing, International Business and/or Business Administration, who want to act as "process engineers". These recruits will help build practical structures and playbooks while serving the architects of global brand leadership.
