L.O.W - Academy is the biggest skate school in Denmark and offers professional classes for skaters in all ages on skateboard, skates and scooters. Our goal  is to improve the danish skate community through events, competetions and the community. We are experts in skate workshops, events and activity programs for kids and youth. Through the years have we established solid partnerships with communes, skateparks and institutions. All where we deliver different skate related solutions to. L.O.W - Academy consist of a team mixed of professional skaters and businessmen. We are a very open minded team with loads of experience both life and business wise. We believe in a open atmosphere where can learn from everybody. Our goal is to disrupt the skate community world wide and we believe that our mixed team and belief in our team is the key to succes.We always have cold beer at the office, good mood, customers, guest's, pro skaters and much more at our office and we are a big part of the danish skate community.

The PERE narrative We set out to fix a fairness problem that’s plagued the hospitality industry for as long as most can remember. And if we don’t fix it - right now - it might very well result in the complete erosion of how we think about the hospitality business today. Have we got your attention? Great! Let’s start with restaurants, who still reward local businesses for referring guests in ways that are beyond outdated. Offering things like free drinks, meals and under-the-table cash payments are not only unsustainable, they’re eschewed by those receiving them and largely frowned upon by regulatory bodies. What restaurants need is a more effective and modern way to get butts in seats and reward loyal referrers. And reliable, personal referrals from higher-spending guests have never been in greater demand for the beleaguered restaurant industry. Even before the pandemic, food delivery was slowly upending restaurants by forcing them to pay absurdly high commissions for customers on what are already razor thin margins. Even more, restaurants are now pressured to change their businesses to serve take-away and delivery customers instead of the more profitable (and real) dine-in customers, which is why almost all chefs and restaurateurs got into the business to begin with. At the same time, hotels - responsible for sending restaurants a steady flow of personal referrals - are forced to fork out big bucks just to get guests to their properties, much of that going to online travel agencies who charge up to 30% commissions for referrals. With profits shrinking, you’d think that hotels could simply recover those earnings when they refer their guests to nearby businesses. If they’re paying when they receive a guest referral, shouldn’t they be paid when they make a guest referral? That seems fair. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. That’s because today, the hospitality referral model is a broken, one-way street with no quick and easy way for people to profit when they make a personal referral. That includes especially hotel concierges, whose entire existence is founded on the ability to provide quality referrals. Feeling increasingly overlooked, undervalued and under appreciated in a digital world, they’re eager for an easier and better way to re-stake their claim and profit from sending guests to local businesses. We do this by building simple yet powerful apps that can be used by every Podio user (and KampAdmin clients). Both projects are really successful: KampAdmin is market leader in Belgium and is managing over 70.000 subscriptions every year. Momentum first backup app has received a lot of love from the Podio community. Startup Bergen formidler informasjon rettet mot gründere og potensielle  i regionen, herunder om aktuelle arrangement – samt står for en rekke arrangement i egen regi, hovedsaklig i samarbeid med andre lokale aktører, både private og offentlige.Vi har et bredt nettverk lokalt og internasjonalt, og vi vil gjerne hjelpe deg videre.

Learnlink ble startet i 2016 og tok i løpet av kort tid posisjonen som landets ledende leverandør av online én-til-én-undervisning. I 2020 ble tilbudet utvidet med sommerkurs i koding etter sammenslåingen med CodeAndGo . I dag jobber vi med å ruste barn for fremtiden ved å lære de STEM-fag på en morsom og givende måte. Dette gjør vi både 1-til-1 og i grupper, både fysisk og online. Med på laget har vi det vi “Pros” - toppstudenter barna ser opp til som bidrar til å tenne lærelysten. Alle i Learnlinks kjerneteam har høye ambisjoner for veien videre og brenner for å hjelpe barn med å lære det de trenger for fremtiden. I tillegg til de faste ansatte bistår et knippe dyktige rådgivere og et erfarent styre med retning og strategi. Nå som vi ser at Learnlink-modellen virkelig har potensiale, er planen å øke veksttakten ytterligere i Norge og ta den videre i utlandet. ENGLISH Learnlink was founded in 2016 and quickly took the position as the country's leading provider of online one-on-one teaching. In 2020, the offer was expanded with a summer course in coding after the merge with CodeAndGo. Today we work to prepare children for the future by teaching them "STEM" subjects in a fun and motivating way. We do this both 1-to-1 and in groups, both physically and online. Everyone in Learnlink's core team has high ambitions and is passionate about helping children learn what they need for the future. Additionally, a number of skilled advisers and highly experienced board members assist with developing guidelines and strategy. Now that we see that the Learnlink models really has potential, the plan is to increase the growth rate even further in Norway and take it abroad. In other words, there are very exiting times ahead!
