PERE.COM

The PERE narrative We set out to fix a fairness problem that’s plagued the hospitality industry for as long as most can remember. And if we don’t fix it - right now - it might very well result in the complete erosion of how we think about the hospitality business today. Have we got your attention? Great! Let’s start with restaurants, who still reward local businesses for referring guests in ways that are beyond outdated. Offering things like free drinks, meals and under-the-table cash payments are not only unsustainable, they’re eschewed by those receiving them and largely frowned upon by regulatory bodies. What restaurants need is a more effective and modern way to get butts in seats and reward loyal referrers. And reliable, personal referrals from higher-spending guests have never been in greater demand for the beleaguered restaurant industry. Even before the pandemic, food delivery was slowly upending restaurants by forcing them to pay absurdly high commissions for customers on what are already razor thin margins. Even more, restaurants are now pressured to change their businesses to serve take-away and delivery customers instead of the more profitable (and real) dine-in customers, which is why almost all chefs and restaurateurs got into the business to begin with. At the same time, hotels - responsible for sending restaurants a steady flow of personal referrals - are forced to fork out big bucks just to get guests to their properties, much of that going to online travel agencies who charge up to 30% commissions for referrals. With profits shrinking, you’d think that hotels could simply recover those earnings when they refer their guests to nearby businesses. If they’re paying when they receive a guest referral, shouldn’t they be paid when they make a guest referral? That seems fair. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. That’s because today, the hospitality referral model is a broken, one-way street with no quick and easy way for people to profit when they make a personal referral. That includes especially hotel concierges, whose entire existence is founded on the ability to provide quality referrals. Feeling increasingly overlooked, undervalued and under appreciated in a digital world, they’re eager for an easier and better way to re-stake their claim and profit from sending guests to local businesses. That’s why we think it’s time for a change - a new and more fair way to do business in the hospitality industry. What’s long been accepted as a one-way street for paying for referrals needs to be expanded into a multilane highway where everyone can profit from personal referrals. At PERE, we’re building a global community of hospitality heroes who are passionate about delivering better service and memorable experiences by harnessing the power of personal referrals. That’s thousands of hotels, concierges, restaurants and other hospitality heroes instantly connected. With PERE, everyone wins. Professionals get a quick and easy way to profit when they refer guests. Businesses get higher spending referred customers in the door. Everyone gets a tool that lets them deliver a better customer experience and effortlessly see all transactions while staying transparent. At the end of the day, what people want are experiences. They want to connect, to learn, to grow through human interaction. At PERE, we celebrate how a personal referral connects humans in profound ways and establishes a handshake of trust and loyalty between our community. Won’t you join us?

A failed hire comes with an average total cost of DKK 200,000 to 1.500,000.  Wouldn’t it be amazing if there was a tool, that made employees perform better and faster, reaching their hiring objectives early and staying longer with the organization?   We present to you: Introdus the Pre & Onboarding platform – the tool to make this happen, easy and cost effectively. It's Easy!  At Introdus, we believe that there is a better way to do Pre & Onboarding. A more simple, intuitive and successful way - for HR, the company and the new employee. Through various years, where we experienced unsuccessful Pre & Onboarding (if any), we concluded that the industry needed a tool which could improve the employee's Pre & Onboarding experience while being easy to implement and create. The result? A platform so simple, elegant and intuitive that new employees feel prepared, informed and as an integrated part of the organisation from the day they sign their contract. We are obsessively passionate about introdus, and our mission is to put the people, the employees, at the centre of pre- and onboarding by reaching them anytime, anywhere. Thereby, we create a simple, user-friendly and highly intuitive employee journey. Our platform has already won the trust of both national and international companies which, through successful Pre & Onboarding, have increased e.g. higher profitability and productivity. We have 4 important company values: - Personal (Our team members will be given the space to be the best they can be.) - Perfection (100% attention and ownership from idea to execution) - Present (Simplicity always beats overengineering)   - Precision (We consider it an honor to be early) We like to challenge the status quo & having a F****** party will we do it :)
