Vores udvikling tager afsæt i bæredygtighed, funktionalitet og akustik hvor målet med møblerne er, at de skal medvirke til at øge trivslen hos brugeren og sikre et bæredygtigt indeklima. HabiWes møbler tapper ind i noget væsentligt i et samfund, hvor støjniveauet øges, både i det offentlige rum, kontorlandskaber, klasselokaler, rehabilitering, og i de private åbne boliger. Et støjniveau der sænker trivslen og øger stressniveauet hos borgeren. Stifteren bag HabiWe, Anne Mygind. Annes fokus og ambition er at drive en solid og bæredygtig virksomhed, som sikrer menneskelig trivsel, ikke kun via de møbler der udvikles, men også blandt de folk, som virksomheden samarbejder med. Målet med virksomheden er ikke kun at være bæredygtig på det økonomiske og menneskelige plan, men at sikre at alle produkter, der udvikles og sælges i HabiWe, så vidt muligt, er bæredygtige gennem hele produktets livscyklus. HabiWe er et design-/handelshus der udvikler designløsninger der produceres i partnerskab med nationale underleverandører der producerer og lagerfører produkterne. Møblerne afsættes i dag via branchespecifikke forhandlere på det nationale og internationale marked. HabiWe blev stiftet i august 2020, hvor det første lancerede produkt i et produktportefølje af 4 møbler, HabiCave, kom på markedet i februar 2021. Et møbel, der var prisvindende ved årets Formland Award samt Hoppekids Sustainable Entrepreneurship Award og desuden blev shortlistet ved Danish Design Award. De øvrige møbler i Habi-serien er alle møbler der ligeledes er bæredygtige, arbejder med akustik og med den sansemotoriske udvikling hos brugeren.

Caféen ligger i starten af Holmbladsgade på solsiden, med skøn udeservering hele året. Vi har i mange år været et samlingspunkt i kvarteret, har mange stamgæster og en hyggelige stemning. Efter en kort lukkeperiode, åbner caféen igen. Vores gæster besøger os for at nyde alt fra brunch, burgers, charcuteri samt kolde og varme drikke.

Food Studio er førende indenfor gastronomiske oplevelser i Danmark. Mad er et universelt samlingspunkt, der integrerer mennesker og styrker samarbejdet, og det udnytter vi til fulde i vores kokkeskoler, kulinariske teambuildings og eksklusive middage. Food Studio arbejder med nogle af landets bedste råvareleverandører og bruger så vidt muligt, altid råvarer i sæson og gerne så lokalt som muligt. Hos Food Studio kan du få lov til at lave mad med nogle af landets dygtigste kokke - hvad end det er en autentisk Masterchef- oplevelse, eller en fransk gourmetaften. Derudover samarbejder vi med nogle af landets flotteste godser og herregårde, hvor vi tilbyder en ægte Nak og Æd oplevelse med lerdueskydning, jagt og madlavning i det fri. Udover vores kokkeskoler, laver vi også specielle pop-up events for vores kunder, som ønsker en unik madoplevelse. Her behøver gæsterne ikke deltage i madlavningen, men kan blot nyde selskabet med kollegaer, venner eller kunder alt imens holdet af kokke og tjenere sikrer gæsterne den ultimative oplevelse.

CL-Invest is an investment company based in Oslo, Norway with a team of experts with decades of experience in project finance, assessment, and development. ​We work in partnership with National Oil Companies (NOCs) and independent oil producers to realize scalable emission reductions that can be achieved rapidly. Our mission is immediate climate action through the elimination of financial barriers with a focus on methane and flare reduction projects in emerging economies. CL-invest is presently developing several methane and flare abatement projects in Nigeria and Azerbaijan with current expansion into Iraq, Venezuela, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Oman, and Iran among other countries underway. CL-Invest offers a full-service solution including project identification and assessment, project financing, implementation, verification and monitoring as well as High-Quality carbon credit development and sales. We leverage strong international partners to help manage all activities of this project cycle. The company was founded through a de-merger of Carbon Limits AS in 2021 whereby CL-Invest now subcontracts Carbon Limits to provide technical advisory and consulting services to CL-Invest and indirectly to its clients. To date, our total impact equates to 9.2 million tons of CO2e removed and approximately 70 million euros of carbon credit finance generated. Between 2022 and 2030, CL-Invest plans to initiate more than 200 projects and achieve a total carbon emission reduction equivalent to 61.4 million tCO2e. Annual estimated emission reductions on our existing projects are ​800 000 tCO2e in 2022 and 1 million tCO2e in 2023. CL-Invest is currently in the process of establishing strategic partnerships with international players who have complementary expertise and resources to assist the company in ensuring a rapid upscaling of the business. We are in the final stages of securing outside investment capital from major industry players to support our growth trajectory to be publicly announced shortly. Hence, we are now in search of a Chief Development Officer - Carbon Credits who can aid us and be the driving force in our rapid expansion.
