SparkForce

Marketing is hard. B2B marketing is really, really hard. SparkForce exists to teach companies a new way of doing digital marketing, one where there’s no need to fear being trapped by specific channels. We operate on flexibility and we label ourselves as channel agnostics: we make sure we build the right strategy for our clients before we decide which channels to use. Afterwards, we focus on generating and capturing demand. We offer full digital marketing services, including: -Performance marketing, with a focus on paid channel strategy & execution (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google ads, Reddit, Quora, TikTok, SnapChat) -Content marketing strategy & execution (keyword clusters, pillar strategies, webinars, e-books, organic social media) -Social selling & sales enablement (establishing BDR teams, educating teams on social presence, setting up frameworks for sales collateral production of, ensuring the right tech stack for the sales teams) -Operational aspects, through the implementation of tooling & automation (setting up chatbots, CRM instances, tracking, landing page optimisation)

Hive Initiative

The Hive Initiative is creating tools to help companies integrate adaptation and mitigation efforts within their organisation through design-thinking workshops and implementation frameworks. As our planet warms and ecosystems continue to change, businesses will be increasingly required to make meaningful- and reportable- changes. As most people do not have a background in environmental science, it can be challenging to understand the full picture and how roles can be adapted. And while sustainability courses and seminars convey knowledge, it remains challenging to keep the energy high, the culture empowered, and the knowledge put into practice. The Hive Initiative’s Mini Climate Summit makes it easy to address these challenges. It brings employees together in real time to learn science-based facts and then gives them a forum to collaborate on solutions. With ideas captured and implemented, KPIs are met, ESG requirements are fulfilled and culture is strengthened. The result: more minds that help make company sustainability more active, enabled and empowered, which in turn makes society more educated and resilient. We are a group of people with high levels of climate anxiety- but also high levels of optimism. We want to use our skills in design and communication to make it easier for everyone to stay educated, hopeful and empowered, which will make it much easier for all of us to adapt to our changing world. As the founder, I wanted to work on solutions every day, and did so while having a day job. After 4 years, myself and my collaborators have built up a good product prototype, solid relationships with other climate orgs, and solid vision of what we hope to achieve. So it was the right time to focus on this fully. I really do believe that all of us want a world that is fair for everyone and is in harmony nature. We just have to figure out how to get there.

FINE CHAOS

FINE CHAOS is a disruptive, deconstructive and young brand. All collections start with two opposites, which the Creative Director, Marc C. Møllerskov, builds concepts within the span of two opposites, and the name FINE CHAOS is also a reflection of his own design process – chaotic yet that is how the beauty is found and made. All designs have a kind of disruptiveness to them, loading the garment with ‘time’, where the consumer can feel the hands that created the garment. Craftsmanship is extremely important and it must support the idea for the specific garment, as else you design for a product to have a short lifespan. By integrating a deeply layered storytelling into each garment, you can keep exploring new things in it. A perfect example of this is our Magazine shirt or Ravers Club Top, where you keep finding new patterns within the print. A garment is never seen in full potential until it has reached its owner, as a FINE CHAOS garment is much about identity. As we strive to be the voice of the youth, our collections tell a story that hopefully starts a dialogue about how the younger generation sees the future. This is seen through vocal print designs, sharp silhouettes and the fitting color choices of the collections.

NitroVolt

NitroVolt is decarbonizing nitrogen-based fertilizer production and making the agricultural sector more resilient with a novel production process. Commercial ammonia production supports 40-50% of the agricultural industry as a nitrogen-based fertilizer. But current ammonia production is not sustainable, releasing over 1% of global greenhouse gas emissions during production facilities and further emissions during transportation to the end user, farmers. NitroVolt offers a local ammonia production solution that gives farmers the ability to produce their own nitrogen-based fertilizer. The only inputs required by NitroVolt’s container-sized systems are air, water, and electricity, enabling production of sustainable ammonia directly at farms. NitroVolt’s patented electrochemical Nitrolyzer unit can make ammonia on-demand with intermittent renewable energy sources. With their technology, NitroVolt aims to decarbonize nitrogen-based fertilizer production one farm at a time, cut the logistic costs of distributing fertilizer, and make the agricultural sector more resilient to external factors.

Respire is a Norwegian venture studio focused on building companies within the energy transition and sustainability. We work hands-on from early problem exploration through company formation and early growth, typically partnering closely with founders as active co-builders. Our team brings experience from energy, industry, startups, and venture building, and we believe a systematic approach gives better odds in complex, capital-intensive domains. We build a small number of ventures at a time and take a long-term view. Respire contributes sector insight, structured venture development, access to relevant networks, and in-house capacity for early MVP development. This problem reaches beyond developing countries; in Denmark, 90% of first-time childbirths will lead to ruptures. Women suffering from ruptures experience incontinence, pain during intercourse, prolapsed uterus, amongst other issues requiring medical support, and generally see a huge impact on their quality of life. Complications cost healthcare systems billions every year, even without calculating aftercare to treat side effects and further complications. We have developed a game-changing birth rupture prevention technology that supports midwives and health workers in their efforts to protect the vulnerable perineal area and reduce birth ruptures. It is a medical device that is applied in the pushing phase of labour, providing protection of the perineal wall and dampening the stress on the skin.

With over 50% of players reporting struggles with confidence and performance pressure, this is a problem that affects millions of young athletes worldwide. The How: Mindbuddy bridges the gap between mental training and accessibility by delivering tailored sports psychology tools directly to players’ phones. Using AI, the app helps players set SMART goals, generate visualization tracks, and build mental routines for training and matches. For clubs, Mindbuddy offers a simple platform to track team well-being, measure progress, and provide coaches with actionable insights - allowing mental training to seamlessly integrate into the day-to-day routines of both players and teams. The Why: As a professional footballer for 18 years, including many as captain of Vålerenga, I’ve experienced firsthand the enormous pressure players face. It wasn’t until the latter part of my career, when I discovered the power of mental training, that I realized how much better prepared and focused I could be. That sparked the idea for Mindbuddy. I wanted to create a tool that made mental training accessible to every young athlete, breaking down the barriers of stigma and cost, and ensuring they can unlock their full potential - both on and off the pitch.
