Startup Refugees exists because the solution for the fast integration of newcomers to the labour markets needs to be created now. Startup Refugees offers asylum seekers, refugees, and other immigrants support in finding employment, skills development, and starting a business. We have a network of more than 1000 members, including companies, government officials, NGOs, universities, congregations, research institutes, communities, and individuals. Expology is an exhibition and experience design consultancy. Livid Jeans is a small manufacturing company from Norway, created from a simple love & passion for superior quality and true craftsmanship. DogBuddy is Europe's leading and largest online community of dog lovers. We help to connect dog owners with local and reliable dog sitters, providing a comfortable and caring home from home for your pooch while you're away. DogBuddy has now grown to be Europe’s leading online dog sitting and home dog boarding community, offering one of the first “airbnb style services” for dogs in the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Sweden and Norway.

Squarehead Technology provides advanced microphone array systems for audio capture and acoustical zoom. A microphone array  combines a large number of individual microphones to create a highly directional audio output.  The challenge of isolating and capturing desired sound in noisy environments is a well-known problem. Our products allow an operator to zoom in on a particular area and record sound in much the same way a camera zooms in a scene. This is achieved by using sophisticated digital signal processing of audio from several hundred microphones combined into a single system. All audio channels are high quality digital signals that can be recorded without any loss.

BLS HAFNIA is a Copenhagen-based clothing brand established in 2011. The brand started as a minimalistic contemporary label with a focus on headwear. Since then, BLS HAFNIA has evolved into a complete clothing brand rooted in Scandinavian minimalism, utilitarianism, and Italian sportswear influences. Our goal has always been to create products with exceptional fit, comfort, and timeless appeal. Today, the BLS HAFNIA collection includes a full range of apparel, developed through seasonal collections, capsules, and collaborations with both Scandinavian and international brands. Our garments have been worn by influential figures across fashion, music, and sports, helping establish BLS HAFNIA as a recognized name within contemporary streetwear culture.

Mimir automates customer service for e-commerce using AI. We resolve up to 90% of support inquiries. Not by deflecting customers, but by actually helping them. We've been heads down building and making Mimir the best AI agent for customer support the last 20 months. Now we're scaling fast, breaking into several new markets, and we need all hands on deck.

At Norlix, we are building a digital insurance and pension brokerage from the ground up. The industry is still defined by manual workflows, legacy systems, and advisory services that only happen periodically. That creates friction and means coverage and risk often lag behind how companies actually evolve. We are building a different model. By combining integrations, structured data, and continuous analysis, we make advisory proactive instead of reactive. In practice, we focus on: • Automated and continuous data collection • Ongoing assessment of risk and coverage • Systematic monitoring of the market • Data driven optimization instead of periodic reviews Our ambition is simple: To make insurance and pension advisory more precise, more transparent, and far less dependent on manual processes. We have raised 30 mio. DKK at the start of 2026, grown to 25+ people, and are building fast with a strong team that genuinely enjoys working together. We are still early, but that is exactly the point. What we build now will define how insurance and pension should work going forward.
