Nordic Data Resources AS

Nordic Data Resources is a leading online data provider, well established in all the Nordic markets after a successful market launch in Q4 2015. We have run more than 1000 campaigns with 100 media agencies in our first 18 months, which generated revenue of € 0,5 million in 2016. We have a monthly run rate of more than € 100 k, which will increase significantly moving forward, particularly when we have globally launched our data. 1) PRODUCT We have developed a scalable, full-reach consumer classification online audience data suite, available for any programmatic platform and digital channel. We specialize in geo-targeting and consumer classification data to reach the entire population. Our data provide a unique way of targeting audiences in a safe and reliable way, available for both buy-side and sell-side, as well as data exchanges and DMPs. Our revenue is driven by ad impressions using our data to target more effectively. We offer CPM based pricing model in the programmatic platforms, as well as a monthly fixed DMP agreement (recurring revenue model) 3) STRONG MARKET GROWTH / CUSTOMERS The data market is driven by the strong growth in the programmatic buying of ads on the internet, mobile, and soon TV. It is predicted that programmatic buying and selling will soon and completely take over the ad market. We have built a global distribution from day one with the leading data exchanges and programmatic trading platforms, so we have a very scalable business and revenue model. We have successfully launched our data in the Nordic markets and are now launched in Germany. Nordic Data Resources has an international "Go to Market" strategy where we plan to globally launch our data in the next 3-9 months. We are able to do this since we have a global audience data set and distribution partners, the key job is to make trading desks and media agencies aware of the existence and great value. Think Outside is now Mitta AS, a subsidiary fully owned by Mitta Oy. Mitta will be offering geodata monitoring and measurement services to the Norwegian market, bridging the growth of the Finnish and Swedish Mitta companies to new Norwegian customers. For us at Mitta, accurate and reliable positioning is extremely important, as it is a basic prerequisite for spatial information. High-quality input data means cost-effectiveness in design, construction and monitoring, regardless of the customer's industry. Mitta is the market leader as a producer and processor of terrain information in the infrastructure sector in Finland and Sweden. AURA Biopharm AS was founded in 2016 by a team of scientists and drug developers with many years of experience in academia and major pharmaceutical companies and a proven track record of success in drug development. IC Technology AS

ICT is a Norwegian technology development company that holds patents designed to bring new opportunities to the cryogenic liquids storage and transportation sectors via unique containers. The design targets the market for both large- and small-scale cryogenic applications. ICT’s solution is modular and suited for onshore as well as maritime use. The development of hydrogen infrastructure is slow and holding back widespread adoption. Transportation of large volumes is one of the major challenges that IC Technologies is determined to solve.
