CL-Invest is an investment company based in Oslo, Norway with a team of experts with decades of experience in project finance, assessment, and development. ​We work in partnership with National Oil Companies (NOCs) and independent oil producers to realize scalable emission reductions that can be achieved rapidly. Our mission is immediate climate action through the elimination of financial barriers with a focus on methane and flare reduction projects in emerging economies. CL-invest is presently developing several methane and flare abatement projects in Nigeria and Azerbaijan with current expansion into Iraq, Venezuela, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Oman, and Iran among other countries underway. CL-Invest offers a full-service solution including project identification and assessment, project financing, implementation, verification and monitoring as well as High-Quality carbon credit development and sales. We leverage strong international partners to help manage all activities of this project cycle. The company was founded through a de-merger of Carbon Limits AS in 2021 whereby CL-Invest now subcontracts Carbon Limits to provide technical advisory and consulting services to CL-Invest and indirectly to its clients. We enable the green shift to happen in new markets! TioTech is a Norwegian producer of titania (TiO2) nanomaterials and a developer of titania-based technology. We know how to optimise the production process and properties of titania nanoparticles. After successfully developing and commercialising a series of photocatalytic surface treatment products (www.joma-int.com), we are directing our R&D efforts towards a new area; the use of titania as anode-material in Lithium-ion batteries (LIB). A battery with our material on the anode will charge faster, last longer, be safer and tolerate temperature variation better than conventional batteries which have graphite on the anode, and outcompete LTO-batteries on capacity. The development work takes place in our in-house laboratory in Bergen, where our dedicated team (Hjørdis, Marthe, Rob, Anders) play around with titania, giving life to innovative solutions.

CYBERSECURITY FOR INDUSTRIAL NETWORKS AND CONTROL SYSTEMS Secure-NOK® is a technology company providing cybersecurity solutions for monitoring industrial networks (OT), and for detecting vulnerable areas. The company has vast experience and recognized technology, and has participated in several research projects with outstanding results. The technology (SNOK) can detect any abnormal event in a network and prevent important infrastructure from experiencing downtime due to malicious attack. Today, most industries are digitized, and thus more exposed to attacks from the outside. With technology from Secure-NOK, such attacks will be detected early, and thus avoid damage and downtime. Secure-NOK has developed patented sensors which are installed in a OT network, and which capture and report any abnormal traffic. The company has sensors for both networks, end-stations and PLC systems.

Game-changing technology for structural integrity monitoring. The Ferrx FEMM (Ferrx ElectroMagnetic Method) has been developed and tested for 2 decades, first by SINTEF and since 2005 by Ferrx. The method has provided unique features for the condition monitoring of steel structures. Material deterioration can be directly measured and early warning of risk for fatigue can be established long before any crack is detectable. Furthermore, the same sensors can also measure changes in metal loss, and thus provide for non-intrusive monitoring of internal corrosion and erosion in pipes. During the last years, instrumentation technology has been industrialized and the first commercial systems have been delivered and installed. Different types of instrumentation systems are available both for onshore and offshore/subsea applications. The industrialization, marinization, and production of the instrumentation systems are being done in cooperation with the most specialized suppliers. Ferrx is an independent company located in Trondheim, Norway with the business idea to provide the FEMM technology for different onshore and offshore markets to monitor the actual condition of steel structures and thus prevent loss of assets and pollution of the environment. The FEMM is protected by 2 patents and all rights are vested in Ferrx. The system for riser inspection has been qualified by DNV-GL in accordance with DNV-RP-A203 Technology Qualification.

AnsuR solves globally applicable challenges related to photo and video communication in mobile radio and satellite networks. Visual data constitutes over 70% of all Internet traffic, and as sensor resolution increases, the need for communication bandwidth increases correspondingly. The AnsuR software system RAIDO can reduce the bandwidth requirements by 99% via unique solutions to the fundamental challenges. Advanced Computer vision solutions with deep learning at being developed. RAIDO is also a Big Data communication solution, suitable for large sensor populations and the Internet of Things (IoT). RAIDO is certified for use in mobile satellite systems, where the challenges are particularly challenging, but everyone has also experienced bad mobile cell phone coverage. AnsuR makes critical information available to remote users. In drones and autonomous aerial vehicles and surface vessels, the ability to communicate camera content independently of the terrestrial infrastructure is key. RAIDO can also solve problems with large emails and documents due to images and graphics and provide Super-light Interactive Documents, showing the ability to transform how we communicate visual data. AnsuR has based its first years since the start of operations in 2006 on research and innovation, has currently sold the key products to representative customers for list price, and is ready to ramp up activities, marketing, and sales efforts. Both technology and market are proven. AnsuR has about 15 employees in hi-tech software engineering, located in Oslo and Barcelona. The company is currently self-funded and has not yet taken any investments. The shareholders are basically the founders and the employees.
