Roccamore

Roccamore is a high-end shoe brand with an innovative online focus. We combine design and comfort by building orthopedic insoles into feminine designed high heels. We are an international team of 15 people with a high energy, strong drive and a lot of weird hobbies. We work closely together, move fast and have a lot of fun in the process. Our office language is English, and we’re located in the city center.

Optolexia

Optolexia offers a new method for early and reliable detection of dyslexia. We use eye tracking and machine learning to identify patterns that are unique in kids with characteristics of dyslexia. We started in Sweden, in schools and municipalities, and we are right now introducing our method in new, international markets such as France and Dubai. We are a team consisting of researchers, developers, teachers, and marketers. We are all experts in our specific fields and complement each other well. Everyone does what they do best, and therefore we base our work on trust. Our vision is clear: every child with reading and writing difficulties should get support from early on, and consequently have full access to the written word. We base our offering on science so evidence and research are important to us. We maintain a very informal tone at the office, and we offer flexible work hours and location. We need to approach our customers differently depending on the industry, but we aim to speak their language and understand their challenges. Our expertise and shared vision of making education accessible to everyone, with or without difficulties, are what define us.

The Camp

The Camp is a startup community and home to around 30 startups and entrepreneurial companies created by Tryg and Rainmaking. Tryg has the ambition to be the most innovative insurance company in the Nordics which calls for a place characterised by openness, curiosity and experimentation. The Camp offer it's members an inspiring, frictionless and playful work environment and a strong community. A community that gives access to shared resources and knowledge + an environment where people help and support each other while having fun. We strive to be a place, where promising entrepreneurs develop their innovations faster.

Bloggers Delight

Bloggers Delight is Denmark’s largest network of bloggers and the second largest online media directed at lifestyle- and fashion. We make sure that the bloggers are able to put all their focus on what they do best – deliver relevant quality content to their readers. To do so we handle all technical aspects of running a blog, make sure that the bloggers are updated on the latest online trends, guide them how to improve their number of followers, and lastly handle all commercial aspects, such as banner advertising, sponsored editorials and concept improvement. Our vision is to continue to build the network by including only the most relevant blogs from different segments, which in unity will help grow the network’s total traffic.

Bedre Nætter

Leading e-commerce within mattresses and beds based in Denmark. We are currently on the Danish, Swedish and Norwegian market. Bedre Nætter is a young company experiencing a rapid growth in sales. We wish to provide our customers with better nights as the name imply, and for this reason sell quality beds and matresses to affordable prices.

Emplate provides shopping malls with a SaaS platform for optimizing internal communication with tenants/retailers and external communication with customers. We work to improve the customer experience for consumers in shopping malls all around the world. That's why we have developed The Mall Engagement Platform, which establishes a personal and relevant dialogue between customers and stores in shopping malls.

Today, companies report sustainability metrics using estimates, averages, and spreadsheets. That creates noise, greenwashing risk, and enormous manual work. ESG reporting is becoming mandatory under regulations like CSRD, but the underlying data foundation is broken. We fix that. Our platform parses real accounting and procurement data and converts it into structured, auditable, product-level environmental insights. Arctic Coliving | Voss & Lofoten

Arctic Coliving is a coworking lodge and adventure club with first location in the mountains of Voss, Norway! 🇳🇴 Set above the majestic fjords of western Norway, Arctic Coliving Voss blends mountain lodge living with a practical, community-first basecamp for adventure sports. The original lodge was built in 1939 by students from 20 nations and offers both private and shared rooms, a sauna, shared kitchen, heated pool, and cafe with a real pizza oven, as well as on-site coffee roasting and gear storage. A new coworking space is in the works for when we open the doors this spring. We have our own train stop between Bergen and Oslo, making it ideal for digital nomads, remote teams, and adventure-seekers to conveniently work and play in the epic mountains of Norway. Our Lofoten lodge is opening September, 2026 in Henningsvær! 🏔️

With more than 600,000 parking tickets issued in Denmark in 2024, it’s clear that many drivers struggle to navigate and comply with parking rules. We’re developing AI-powered technology that translates complex parking rules into simple guidance—beginning in Denmark and eventually across Europe. By combining tech with regulations, we aim to eliminate confusion, stress, and unnecessary parking fines.
