PayTjek is developing an AI-powered payroll verification platform that helps employees detect and resolve salary discrepancies through automated collective agreement analysis and intelligent error detection. Payroll errors are a widespread and costly problem, with billions lost each year because employees never uncover them. Payslips are often complex and difficult to understand without specialist knowledge of collective agreements and labor laws — expertise usually reserved for lawyers, union representatives, and HR professionals. This leaves everyday workers, from healthcare staff to teachers, at risk of losing money they are rightfully owed. PayTjek democratizes payroll expertise. Employees simply upload their payslip, and our AI analyzes salary data, cross-references it with relevant collective agreements, checks against work schedules and contracts, and flags discrepancies or missing payments. The results are delivered in clear, plain language, giving workers both understanding and actionable next steps. Our technology is built to interpret even the most complex Danish labor agreements, with a roadmap to expand across European markets. We are driven by a strong sense of fairness. On top of all the free content, Coju.dk offers a paid chatbot that provides answers based on thorough searches through all indexed law documents. Coju.dk plans additional free and paid features on top of the existing core product. Small team, entirely self-funded.

FabiBoks ApS

FabiBoks is a Danish startup founded by a former researcher on a mission to make Denmark curious again. We help families kick-start play with creative DIY boxes filled with ideas, materials, and inspiration for hands-on learning. Our products are made with sustainable materials from European suppliers and packed in Denmark. After a successful crowdfunding campaign with an average rating of 9/10, we now have five fully developed, tested boxes and are preparing to scale — expanding our webshop, forming retail partnerships, and developing new creative experiences for curious kids.

At Galeria 18, we are solving this by creating a dynamic space that blends a gallery with a creative hub. Our gallery showcases modern art from both emerging and established artists, offering a platform for creativity, connection, and growth. In addition to exhibitions, we host workshops and courses led by the artists themselves, fostering a community where artists can share knowledge and connect with visitors. We aim to break down the barriers between artists and the public, making art more approachable and interactive. The motivation to start Galeria 18 came from a deep desire to create a space where art can flourish in a non-intimidating, vibrant atmosphere. I, Karen Dulong, have always been passionate about both art and entrepreneurship. With my background in strategic design and entrepreneurship and my own experience as an artist, I saw an opportunity to create something different – a gallery that not only showcases art but also acts as a creative haven for both artists and the community. This gallery is my way of supporting artistic talent and making art a more inclusive, shared experience.

We're future-proofing the chocolate industry. We are tackling a major environmental issue in the food industry—chocolate production’s significant contribution to deforestation and unsustainable farming practices. This problem affects not just chocolate manufacturers but the entire food supply chain. With growing concerns over climate change, labor issues, and the vulnerability of cacao supply, there’s an urgent need for alternatives. Our solution benefits both manufacturers and consumers by offering a product that is environmentally friendly and reduces the demand on traditional cacao farming. Endless Food Co is creating THIC (This Isn’t Chocolate), a chocolate alternative made from upcycled ingredients. It delivers the same indulgent experience but without the environmental impact of traditional cacao farming. Our product integrates easily into existing chocolate applications, offering a sustainable choice for manufacturers. We saw the environmental and ethical challenges of chocolate production and wanted to create a solution. Combining our passion for food innovation and sustainability, we founded Endless Food Co to offer a delicious, eco-friendly alternative that future-proofs the chocolate industry.

Perma Padel is the first to apply a novel industrial manufacturing process for padel rackets using 100% recyclable thermoplastic carbon fiber, unlocking a new era of performance, sustainability, and scalability. By moving from manual labor to precision automation, we slash manufacturing time significantly, while delivering a product that is twice as durable as the competition. Our Core Innovations Include: MonoFrame™: A supercar-inspired unibody design that removes the traditional hollow internal frame. This creates a stronger racket with a larger, more forgiving sweet spot. OmniCore™: High-grade foam from edge to edge.
