Bilskyen.dk

Baum Guitars

Baum Guitars is a Danish brand manufacturing high-quality instruments in Aarhus, Denmark. The Baum team design and craft a variety of guitars and basses rooted in the Danish design and modern instrument crafts. The Original Series and VEGA Series complement the Danish-made guitars by offering more accessible and approachable Baum instruments designed in the Danish custom shop and crafted in Asia. All our instruments are rooted in our love for the classics combined with our Danish approach to production, quality, and design. We care about making instruments you can put through its paces tour after tour. We believe every guitar should be inspiring and remarkable, so you can create something noteworthy. Danish design combines simplicity, functionality, and elegance into one instrument. Our instruments present sleek lines and sophisticated curves. The smooth, organic lines invite players to pick them up and plug them in to create music. Proprietary designs play a big role in why Baum guitars look, feel, and sound different. We design our hardware and pickups to streamline the Baum experience. Goldsound® pickups, Baum Precision Tuners™, TrueTone Tremolo™, and the Levitator™ roller-bridge are all fine-tuned to improve the instrument’s quality feel, sleek look, and dynamic sound. We're musicians. Just like you. We just happen to make guitars for a living. Baum started the same way most bands do. In a basement. A need to create something of your own — not a copy of something else, but something that carries your name and your decisions. That's how Morten started building guitars. One at a time, after work, in Aarhus. You do it through sound and notes. We do it through wood and design. That basement is now a small team. The guitars are now on stages around the world. And that's where we meet you.

tonedøv

Karaoke isn't really about singing well. It's the one place where being bad is kind of the point. Where you get to be loud, dramatic and a bit vulnerable in front of other people. There aren't many spaces made for that. This one isn't made for anything else. Tonedøv is a karaoke bar built inside a shiny chrome van. We're based on Refshaleøen, but the van is mobile so we take it wherever people want to party: corporate events, private parties, festivals, weddings, julefrokoster, brand activations. When you book it, it's yours alone. Doors shut, it's a private karaoke room. Doors open, it's a stage for the whole party to enjoy.

Utleieagenten.no

Utleieagenten is a Norwegian proptech startup solving the "word against word" problem in residential rentals. When a tenancy ends, landlords and tenants routinely disagree about the condition of the home: was the damage already there, was the cleaning good enough, who pays? Without dated documentation from move-in, deposit disputes come down to memory and claims — and thousands of these cases end up in the Norwegian Rent Disputes Tribunal every year. It's a costly, stressful, avoidable conflict built into every one of Norway's 500,000+ rental households. Utleieagenten removes the conflict by making documentation effortless and neutral. The landlord sends a single SMS. The tenant opens a secure link on their phone and walks through the home room by room, taking photos and reporting any issues — guided by a checklist, no app download, no login. Both parties instantly get the same time-stamped condition report. Repeated at move-in, during the tenancy and at move-out, this creates one shared, verifiable record of the home's condition — protecting the landlord's asset and the tenant's deposit at the same time. The product is free to try (send a test inspection to yourself in under a minute) and free through 2026; from 2027 a licence costs NOK 490 per rental unit per year. We also offer free tools used by Norwegian landlords: a digital handover protocol, a rent adjustment calculator built on official CPI data from Statistics Norway, and local housing price statistics. Rental housing is a growing share of the Norwegian market, dominated by small private landlords with no professional tools. Utleieagenten gives them the documentation layer the industry is missing — simple enough for a first-time landlord, systematic enough for a portfolio.

Proku AI

Proku is building an AI-native bid management platform to help Swedish B2B companies selling to the public sector win more tenders, by combining each company's own bid history with outcome data and human corrections into a system that improves with every bid written. Public procurement in Sweden represents roughly SEK 900 billion per year across approximately 18,000 published tenders. On the supplier side, the process is brutally inefficient. A mid-sized consulting or services company routinely spends 40 to 120 hours on a single bid: reading hundreds of pages of requirement documents, hunting down CVs and reference assignments, rewriting the same quality descriptions for the fifth time, and then reformatting everything to match a procurement officer's template. Win rates typically sit around 20 to 30 percent, which means most of that work gets written off. The problem hits hardest for companies competing on qualitative criteria, where evaluation is based on descriptions of methodology, competence, complexion of the tender and delivery rather than price alone. That is exactly where human writing determines the outcome, and exactly the part that is least systematized today. The knowledge lives in the heads of one or two people, rarely in a system. When they leave, it disappears. The consequence is that companies either walk away from business they could have won, or burn their margin on bid work that never converts. Proku is the workspace and data plattform where the bid is actually written, not another monitoring tool that stops at sending notifications. The platform ingests the tender documentation and breaks it down into a structured requirement matrix covering mandatory criteria, weighted criteria, and the evaluation model. It then generates drafts per requirement, grounded in the company's own previous bids, CV database, and reference assignments, with integrations to the systems where that material already lives: Cinode, CV Partner, SharePoint. Every draft is traceable to its source, which matters in a context where an inaccurate claim can disqualify the entire bid. What makes this hard to copy is not the model but the data. Because we own the writing surface, we capture three signals no monitoring service has access to: what was written, what the human changed before submission, and whether the bid won or lost. That combination means quality compounds with usage, both per customer and across the customer base. My co-founder Sadegh and I previously built and sold a digital agency. We spent an unreasonable amount of our own time on public sector bids, and kept having the same experience: we knew we were the right supplier, but lost because we did not have the energy to describe it as carefully as we had in the last bid. The work was repetitive, the knowledge already existed in the company, and we still started from a blank document every single time. When we started talking to other companies, we realized this was not our incompetence. It is a structural problem across the entire supplier side. The public sector has digitized its half of the process. Suppliers are still in Word. This is a market with enormous volume, clearly measurable outcomes, and almost no modern software. We believe whoever owns the writing surface toward the public sector in the Nordics builds something very large, and we intend to be the ones who do it.
