Who are we? Harmoniq audio is a tech start-up, founded in Dec 2018. Our goal is to innovate the way speakers are produced, used and recycled. We started this journey with a focus on the development of new, sustainable alternatives to speaker components, including insulation and cabinets. At Harmoniq audio we are mainly working remotely, but we have a production facility 175m2 in Randers we are trying to setup with PNP machine and CNC machine, etc. Harmoniq audio was originally founded by Lasse Hald Andersen and Troels Mikkelsen. Lasse and Troels have known each other since kindergarten and their passion for making speakers started, like many others, with building speakers for the camp at Roskilde Festival and later for friends who needed to use festival speakers for their own camps. Since then, Lasse contiuned the journey and has been educated as an electronics technologist and prof. Bachelor in innovation and entrepreneurship, and are now running the startup, while having a full time job on the side. The interest in speaker production has led to an insight into the speaker industry, which has formed one of Harmoniq audio's central goals: to develop sustainable speakers while creating as good Hi-Fi as possible.

Educas helps high school and university students learn how to learn. Our digital platform Superlæring gives students the insights and tools they need, and is used by students and teachers alike. Our content is based on scientific research from areas such as psychology and cognitive neuroscience, and is validated by learning experts.

Squarehead Technology provides advanced microphone array systems for audio capture and acoustical zoom. A microphone array  combines a large number of individual microphones to create a highly directional audio output.  The challenge of isolating and capturing desired sound in noisy environments is a well-known problem. Our products allow an operator to zoom in on a particular area and record sound in much the same way a camera zooms in a scene. This is achieved by using sophisticated digital signal processing of audio from several hundred microphones combined into a single system. All audio channels are high quality digital signals that can be recorded without any loss.

Our platforms, Vores Forening and VF Bolig, bring accounting, member and unit management, invoicing, communication and documents into one system built specifically for association administration. Company profile VF Software is a Danish SaaS company building software for the people who run associations. Across Denmark, thousands of volunteer boards and professional administrators still rely on manual processes, spreadsheets, shared inboxes and disconnected systems to manage important financial and administrative work. That makes the work slower, more fragile and harder to hand over when new people take responsibility. We are changing that. Our products, Vores Forening and VF Bolig, help owner associations, homeowner associations, allotment garden associations and cooperative housing associations manage their administration in one place. The software combines accounting, invoicing, payment handling, members, units, documents, communication and reporting in a platform built around the actual workflows of association administration. The company started from our own experience as volunteers in associations. We knew the problem because we had lived with it ourselves. Since then, the product has grown into a platform used by hundreds of associations and built in close dialogue with the people who use it every day. We are now building the next stage of the company with VF Bolig, our professional platform for administrators. The ambition is to become the leading Nordic software platform for association administration. For our team, that means working on a real product with real users, important data and complex workflows. Quality, reliability and scalability matter.
