Cobrief is one of Norway's fastest-growing SaaS companies. In under two years, more than 2,500 companies across Europe have adopted Cobrief. We use AI to automate public tendering, an industry that has stood almost still for decades. Today we work with some of Europe's largest tendering players, and much of our growth comes inbound. This market is being created right now, and we want someone on board who wants to win it. Demand for the product is higher than ever, and we're scaling further both in Norway and across Europe, with existing customers opening doors for us. To succeed, we need talented people on the team who want to help build something internationally unique from Norway. The team consists of serial founders, developers, and AI experts who have built Cobrief from zero to one of Norway's fastest-growing SaaS companies. We're small enough that everyone has real influence, and ambitious enough that what you do actually matters. At Cobrief, distribution is part of the product, so sales has the entire team behind it. Now we're looking for a Sales Representative to join us. Someone who wants to drive our sales engine from inbound to outbound, and who wants to help scale Cobrief from Norway to Europe.

Homeswap is a platform where members can stay in each other’s homes instead of paying for accommodation. The model is built on credits: you earn credits when you host other members, and you use those credits to travel. There is no money exchanged between members, which makes the experience feel more personal, fair and community-driven than traditional renting. Travel with Homeswap feels different because you stay in real homes, in real neighbourhoods, from real people. It attracts a type of traveller who values meaning and connection over pure convenience. Many members also like the sustainable aspect – instead of building new hotels or keeping second homes empty, existing space is shared and used better. The platform has already grown organically to members in more than 20 countries. We have not relied on paid marketing so far. Growth has come through word of mouth, community recommendations and people who like the idea of travelling without paying for accommodation.

It takes a frustrating amount of work, and inaccuracies are almost unavoidable – plus hard to catch. What is RE-ZIP RE-ZIP is a circular packaging concept offering circular packaging to more or less all players in the ecommerce industry. By circulating and hence reusing rather than using single-use packaging (even recycled) we save CO2 even the first time a packaging is reused. It works likes this RE-ZIP delivers the packaging to webshops who offer the sustainable packing solution to their customers at check-out for a minor fee (paid back via reward voucher upon returning the packaging). Upon receipt of the goods the customer folds the RE-ZIP packaging to a return format and return it at a Drop Point. The packaging is returned to the RE-ZIP warehouse for cleaning and re-circulation to the webshops. The RE-ZIP packaging can be circulated up to 10 times, but more importantly the packaging will begin saving CO2 Within the first or second use – depending on the type. RE-ZIP has developed a state-of-the-art backend system supporting the above process and are currently operating in Denmark, UK and Poland.
