Our platform ensures a smooth and transparent sign-up process, allowing house hunters to see their position on the waitlist before registering. We have automated all communication, payments, and information management, enabling housing associations and administrators to use their time more efficiently. Today, we support a wide range of housing organizations in digitizing their waitlist management, and we continuously develop new features to make administration even easier. We’re changing the way the church works. At ChurchDesk we believe the church needs great tools that can help them improve their work and meet people where they are. It’s church management software made beautifully simple. ChurchDesk is a SaaS company established in 2010 working +2,000 churches across Europe. Baltic Assist

Baltic Assist is developing a flexible virtual staffing and business process outsourcing services model to help growing SMEs and scale-ups solve talent shortages, rising operational costs, and inefficient back-office processes with a vetted in-house team model, strong onboarding structure, and a long-term partnership approach. We are tackling a scalability problem. Across Europe, especially in markets like Denmark, Germany, and the Nordics, companies struggle to find qualified specialists in finance, IT, marketing, and operations. Hiring is slow, expensive, and risky. Leadership teams spend months searching for talent, face high employment costs, and often end up overwhelmed by operational tasks that pull focus away from growth and strategy. For many businesses, the bottleneck isn’t product or demand - it’s people and processes. This challenge is widespread among SMEs and fast-growing companies that need to scale quickly but lack the internal capacity to do so efficiently. Baltic Assist solves this by providing dedicated, in-house employed professionals who integrate directly into clients’ teams. We don’t work with freelancers or short-term outsourcing models. Instead, we recruit, hire, and develop specialists in Lithuania and build structured onboarding, performance management, and cultural alignment into the process. Clients gain access to highly educated, multilingual talent within the EU, while maintaining control, transparency, and long-term stability. Our “secret sauce” lies in combining flexibility with reliability - giving companies scalable capacity without sacrificing quality or culture fit. The motivation behind Baltic Assist came from seeing two realities collide: international companies struggling to build the right teams at the right time, and highly capable Baltic professionals seeking meaningful, global career opportunities. We realised that growth often stalls not because of a lack of ambition, but because of a lack of the right operational support. MiniReview is the ultimate mobile games discovery platform, helping thousands of mobile gamers find their next favorite game. Find great mobile games is close to impossible these days, as Google and Apple are financially incentivized to promote the games that generate the most revenue on Google Play and the App Store. And with thousands of games releasing monthly, developers of actual great games often have no way to compete with the massive titles dominating the industry. Recognized as one of the best Android apps by HowToMen and Android Police, MiniReview curates, reviews, tags, and categorizes the best new mobile games daily, providing unparalleled filtering options, top games posts, and community-created user ratings and collections. We also build "similar games" recommendation systems to help users discover titles they might like. Similarly, we build promotional systems to help game developers and publishers reach players looking for exactly their type of game. We've tested these systems with a few clients, but are still pre-revenue. We're now looking for a freelancer ad sales manager to help generate the first real revenue. We've always been massive gamers, and have personally felt the struggles of finding actual good mobile games. It's close to impossible. After creating content on YouTube for a few years as a hobby and engaging heavily on the AndroidGaming and iosgaming sub-Reddits, we built MiniReview to address the biggest problem mobile gamers face globally; being able to find games that match your preferences.

Litech, founded in 2021, is an Oslo-based startup specializing in developing sensor systems to detect and remove hazardous objects, such as flammable batteries and gas bottles, to prevent fires and explosions at waste facilities. Our vision is to create sustainable and safe waste management by eliminating the harmful impact of incorrectly sorted hazardous materials. We are currently running pilots with two major players in the waste management industry. We collaborate with partners in the waste industry and R&D and are part of the vibrant Startuplab ecosystem, benefiting from its extensive network and resources.
