Francis

We’re building the next-generation financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform – designed for the most ambitious finance teams. While most businesses still rely on Excel, the next generation of finance teams at companies like Les Deux, ÅBEN, and Female Invest use Francis for consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering. We’re a lean team of four, working in person from our office in Copenhagen. We move fast, aim for high quality, and keep bureaucracy to a minimum. Despite our size, we’re currently serving 300+ companies and are backed by top VCs, including PSV and ByFounders – the investors behind companies like Lovable, Pleo, and Lunar.

Maka

Maka is a designer of premium quality bags, clothing, boards, and apparel for skaters currently launching worldwide with our first two products; water-resistant skateboard bags in two unique designs that make transporting your board 100x easier. Who is behind Maka? Maka is driven by a dedicated team in Medellín, Colombia. Maka is the brainchild of two skaters; Diego Pineda (CEO) and Jorge Calle (Lead Designer). Diego was born in Colombia but fled to Arizona, USA, with his family in 1999 due to violence. He picked up skating immediately and would go on to work for skate shops and tour the country with a team. He returned in 2008 to study International Business, although he never put down his board, certain that he would find a way to make a living out of skating. Jorge was born in raised in a small ghetto in Medellín, Colombia. While many of his friends found their way into drugs and violence, Jorge found his way forward in life either on top of a skateboard or behind a sewing machine. His true passion is to create without limits, to try, to fail, and to try again until he’s created the best there possibly could be. So Diego, why did you start Maka? I live a pretty simple life philosophy; I do what I enjoy doing. However, like everyone (especially skaters), it can be hard to do what you really enjoy and pay the bills. I’ve always looked up to the skate culture for inspiration ever since I started to understand it – the style, the clothes, the street, the attitude to be against the norm of society… It’s a close-knit community, although it’s an individual activity. You don’t need a team to be able to skate. It’s a way of self-expression, and that, for me, is the starting point of it all. What is the ambition of Maka? There are not many cultures that truly accept everyone. Skateboarding does. White, black, green, yellow, purple, tall, short, weird, funny, cool – everyone is accepted because it’s about your individuality. For the majority of my life, most of the people I’ve met come from skateboarding. It all comes down to having fun. Learning, falling, and getting back up. So, why does all of this relate to ambition? Because, while we’re taking the brand worldwide, we also want to seize the opportunity to support more kids with what skating has given us; a way to express ourselves, a sense of purpose, and life-long friends. Skating made our lives what they are, and now it’s time to give back. 10% of all profits go towards supporting social causes here in the city of Medellín. To follow us on our mission, we invite you to follow our social media to help more children find paths away from the drugs and violence that are still present in this city.

UniHelper

UniHelper is an Ed-Tech service for higher education, that improves student well-being and reduces dropout rates through algorithms and automated group creation. The company is based on the 4 founders' personal experiences when studying. Here, we all had a group of co-students to study and socialize with, which was crucial for our time as a student. Sadly some of our co-students did not have a, and many of them were faced with the huge personal defeat of dropping out. Therefore, we encouraged the university management to divide all new students into study groups. But that task was too complex for them, so they asked us to come up with a solution. And we did. At UniHelper we have developed software that forms optimal study groups for several thousand students in the blink of an eye. This ensures that every single student becomes part of a study group from the first day of the study. And the universities can automate the entire group formation process, reduce loneliness and avoid students dropping out. Since we started back in 2018, we have created groups for more than 10,000 students in 70 different education. If you wish to make a huge impact on student well-being, feel free to reach out.

MindMove - TheMOVE

TheMOVE is a health-promoting digital platform designed to support children’s motor and sensory development through play and technology. Using AI, motion capture, and gamification, we motivate children to engage in expert-designed physical activities - at home, in schools, kindergartens, or as part of therapeutic programs. The challenge is widespread and growing: 29% of children in early school years show signs of motor difficulties. Up to 10% are believed to have sensory integration challenges, which impact learning, emotional regulation, and social participation. While some of these children receive support from therapists, many do not. They are misunderstood as inattentive, unmotivated, or disruptive - when in fact, they lack the motor or sensory foundation needed to function comfortably in everyday life. These children miss out on vital development simply because no one identifies their needs. Even when children are in treatment, exercises often don’t get done at home. Therapists rely on printed instructions or verbal explanations - but families struggle to remember them, find the time, or motivate their child. This leads to poor treatment outcomes, frustration, and dropouts. TheMOVE offers a solution for all children, diagnosed or not: We turn clinical expertise into an engaging, interactive experience. Children are guided by a personalized AI companion through tailored exercises, supported by playful storytelling, adaptive feedback, and real-time motivation. Whether used by therapists, teachers, or families, TheMOVE bridges the gap between clinical knowledge and everyday life. It supports: - Early intervention in schools and kindergartens - Better follow-through in therapy - Accessible support for families - Stronger motor skills, increased confidence, and improved well-being TheMOVE gives children the tools to thrive, and gives adults a way to support them with structure, play, and evidence-based content.

Tembi

Tembi is a platform that helps companies use open data about markets and companies to focus their strategy and implement it in the daily routines. Many companies are now able to use their own data about their customers and sales processes etc. (business intelligence). But accessing and using the vast amounts of data from the world outside is much more difficult. Most companies don't have the competencies to do it. That makes it difficult for these companies to act optimally in a dynamic world with uncertain information. We help solving this problem. We collect and combine vast amounts of data from different sources and countries. We apply economic impact models and advanced analytics to solve business critical questions for our customers, such as which markets should they focus on, where is the next big client for us, what do we need to do to be competitive? Our dashboard based solution is easy to use and enables everyone from C-level to the floor to act more efficiently. Come work with us! 👋 We are currently around 20 people in the Tembi team, mostly working within Business Development & Sales and Product Development. But will be growing even more over the coming months. Our office is located in Fiolstræde, right in the heart of Copenhagen. We do a lot of social activities together, and always try to celebrate our success in some way. We have one monthly social activity, such as sports or escape room etc. And we also have summer parties, christmas parties and a friday bar with a different theme every month. When the circumstances require it, we can of course work remotely, but we generally like working together in the office - and we have a super nice lunch every day. Our company culture is based on four pillars. This is who we are: - Inspiring friends - Agile ignitors - Confident navigators - Curious enthusiasts
