Benefix originates from Klausen-HR, which mainly works to get employees on sick leave due to stress back to work. The insights from this are, among other things, that prevention of stress is significantly more important than investing in treatment once the damage has occurred. It saves the company a lot of money to spot and stop stress in time and at the same time it spares the employees the psychological and physical hard journey that a sick leave with stress entails. We believe that stress can be avoided with the right knowledge and the right tools for mental and physical well-being - for both managers and employees. In fact, it is not something that requires a lot from the workplace or is difficult to implement in a busy everyday life. That is why we have created Benefix, an e-learning portal that quickly pays off, where everyone can learn to take responsibility for their own well-being and avoid being affected by stress at their own pace.

Updropp wants to transform electronic waste into resources. We do this by enabling citizens to get rid of their electronic devices, especially household equipment, in an easy and responsible manner, so they can be sent back into the flow. This is done through our "Uptainers", conveniently placed outdoor drop-off stations. At the Uptainers, citizens are able to place electronics, they no longer use, while running their daily errands. Other citizens can then use the Uptainer to find "new" electronics they can take home and give new life. To support the Uptainers, we are developing an application, that shows an overview of Uptainers and the items placed in them and gives the users statistics showing their personal impact as well as the combined impact. Updropp is a one-person startup, being developed with ongoing help from advisors, collaborators, and interns. We are still in the discovery/product development phase. Right now we have a BETA version of our Uptainer placed at Det Bæredygtige Forsamlingshus, and are using this to gather insight for our 1.0 design of the Uptainer. We expect that to be ready for launch in primo 2024.
