ZEN OCEANS is a startup developing fully electric, autonomous-ready ships to affordably decarbonize ocean transport. We will think big and nudge the market for fully electric ships from 0 to 1. To fund our vision, we will develop products that in themselves can scale into large revenue-generating operations; among them maritime batteries (ZENERGY) and autonomy solutions (OCEANEYE). The future of ocean shipping is simple, safe, and sustainable - the frictionless fabric of global trade. Consequently, we consider the argument for electric and autonomous ships to be very strong. We envision a fleet of electric ships deployed at scale, coordinated by an intelligent network for the efficient movement of goods. The future starts now. Aid in Action is a voluntary organization that was started in 2008 by the then 19 year old Anne Louise Dæhlin (then Hübert), after visiting a poor village in Kenya. After initially helping to meet a dire need for food, Aid in Action has focused on sustainable development for the local community. We use social entrepreneurship to help poor people and children in need. We are – and want to be – a small and efficient organization that works closely with local, resourceful people in Africa. Our projects are mainly in Kenya. We are working within the areas of education, agriculture, stimulating local industry, water supply, roads, and assistance to orphans. The money we receive from our donors always goes directly to the projects, and none of it is spent on administrative costs on European side. This also means we pay no salaries to those who work with us here. We keep our donors updated with frequent posts on our web page and Facebook. VAMØ is a new approach to purchasing furniture in a era where online shopping is advancing at an enormous rate. The online market for funiture is only now getting started in Norway, and we are a part of it. Our main focus are four brands who focus on sustainability and recycled materials. And we are able to provide these to clients who live in such remote areas that they do not have access to these.

We offer a unique opportunity to rent an electric bike via an app. The bike is designed to be safe, simple and efficient for all users. With our system we can control where the bikes must be parked, so that it does not hinder pedestrians or riders. This is called HUB/geo fence, which is both flexible and tidy. We are the first in the market with this idea for electric bike rentals run by local founders from Oslo. Our goal is to create a web of transport connected to all districts in Oslo. This is something we can achieve, because we already have good relations with the urban environment agency, as well as a couple of districts that are interested in this transport opportunity .

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.

Eka Consulting Services AS is a Norwegian startup into IT consulting offering project management, SAP Consulting and Mobile App development services. Eka has created an Agri B2B & B2C app named Smart Farmz, and will be spinning it into a separate entity. Smart Farmz will be an Agri-Tech start up aimed at providing digital solutions to Farmers. Smart Farmz has created farm management solution, and market place solution for farmers to sell their crops, sell or rent out machinery, sell or lease our their lands. Smart Farmz aims to disrupt, supply chain, financials & contracts within Agri sectors using smart contracts. We are working towards providing omnichannel digital solutions to Farmers, their customers & their suppliers. A working smartfarmz B2C App is already available in google store.

Fraxx Interactive AS er en norsk edtech startup etablert i 2019. Bedriften har i 2020 lansert direct-to-consumer plattformen Fraxx.no - et videobasert digitalt kursunivers som gjør det mulig å lære fra de mest anerkjente ekspertene innen underholdning, livsstil og sport i Norge og på sikt i resten av Skandinavia. A Krismis Story The julegenser.no project is simply a result of our very first ugly christmas sweater love affair! After a visit to Canada in 2012, two sumptuous, LED flashing ugly christmas sweaters came with us home to winter Oslo, Norway. The sweaters evoked this childlike happiness over the Christmas celebration, both in us and in everyone else when we wore them to Christmas parties and we noticed that we wanted more of this feeling. We simply wanted more of such sweaters! It was easier said than done in 2012. But, if you do not find what you are looking for, you can make it yourself...so then we did it. Founded by Theresa Harmanen and Claudia Menger in 2018, Sanga Yoga is your home for yoga for pregnancy, postpartum and fertility. Sanga Yoga was born out of our need for community and finding a more therapeutic, feminine approach to yoga for major transitions and changes in life, such as pregnancy and postpartum, as well as parenthood and fertility. We turned that need into local studio yoga classes in and around Oslo, as well as private sessions and workshops, and are now also creating an online space for these practices.
