StudMatch strive to make employment of students accessible and easy for all companies, such that many more choose to make use of this often underrated resource. We help businesses define good projects that create value for both themselves and the students, make their recruitment process slick and easy by providing them with a shortlist of candidates; and give them the framework for ensuring good and effective HR for the students during their employment. In turn allows the businesses to provide meaningful relevant experiences to students through internships and part-time jobs during their studies. We deliver this value by systemizing domain knowledge into our data driven platform, allowing us to deliver our service in a scalable way. Fieldnode AS is a software company that specializes in building technology to facilitate the digital transformation of supply chains. Founded in 2020 by Christian Duun Norberg, as a spin-off from Fieldmade AS, our mission is to transform the costly and unsustainable process of holding large physical warehouses into a streamlined and efficient digital inventory system. By providing a cutting-edge technology platform, we enable on-demand small volume production and network manufacturing while eliminating the need for physical inventories. Our focus is on collaborating with leading entities and key stakeholders within the Energy sector to take the leading position in digital inventory technology.

Sharefox AS

We help rental services get ready for the future The development is clear – We need to make better use of our resources. We need a more circular economy where products are reused by more people and have a longer lifetime. In this picture, renting and subscription of products and services plays an important role. Sharefox has developed a technology platform that enables new models for both startups and established businesses. We are a passionate and highly skilled team of about 12 persons in Oslo, and 10 developers working remotely. In March 2022 we secured 23 million NOK in funding, and will use this money to scale the company further, including going internationally. You can currently find us at Vollebekk Fabrikker in Oslo, but will move to an other place in Oslo in the autumn of 2022.

SASU

SASU er en livsstilstjeneste plattform som kobler kunder med tjenesteleverandører innen kategoriene skjønnhet, hår, fitness og helse. SASU er en plattform som gjør det enklere for kunder å komme i kontakt med profesjonelle tjenesteytere innen livsstil. Tjenestene vi fokuserer på er innen fitness, helse, skjønnhetspleie og hår. Med "når du vil, hvor du vil" mener vi at du kan be tjenesteyteren utføre tjenesten på en lokasjon av ditt valg - hjemme, på arbeidsplassen, i parken, på hotellet, osv. Du sender en forespørsel og tjenesteyteren godkjenner. Så enkelt er det! Å ta seg tid til selvpleie/egenpleie i en travel hverdag, kan være utfordrende. Slik bør det ikke være! Tjenesten SASU sitt formål er å gjøre det enklere for deg å prioritere egen velvære og helse. Via SASU kommer du i kontakt med mobile leverandører (“SASU Pro”) som kan møte deg der du er og da slipper du bl.a. upraktiske åpningstider, trafikk-kork og vansker med å finne en parkeringsplass. Våre leverandører (SASU Pro) og kunder er ID-sjekket. Og vi lar både tjenesteytere og kunder skrive anmeldelser og varsle til oss dersom noen har negativ atferd. Ferdia

Ferdia har som mål å digitalisere og fornye turbussbransjen gjennom en Uber-lignende tilnærming. Vi skal revolusjonere turbussmarkedet gjennom å digitalisere små og mellomstore turbusselskap og ved å gjøre det mye enklere å leie og bruke turbusser. Det være seg til firmaturer, festivaler eller fotballkamper. Turbussbransjen i Europa er preget av et stort antall busselskap og lite digitalisering. 85% av tiden står bussene parkert eller kjører på veien uten passasjerer i setene. Våre nye digitale tjenester kombinert med maskinlæring og rute-optimalisering vil gjøre det mulig å utnytte bussenes kapasitet mye mer effektivt enn i dag. Vi har fått støtte fra Innovasjon Norge, inngått samarbeid med Tide, et av Norges største busselskap, og har begynt arbeidet med internasjonalisering. Dette blir et spennende år!

Co-Own

Boligmarkedet – både i Norge og de fleste internasjonale storbyer – er moden for disrupsjon. I flere tiår har boligprisene utviklet seg i et langt raskere tempo enn lønnsveksten, og som et resultat av dette ender stadig flere opp utenfor markedet. Dette er en uønsket utvikling ettersom en høy andel boligeierskap har flere samfunnsmessige gevinster. En av årsakene til denne utviklingen er at det de siste 100 årene ikke har vært vesentlige endringer i måten vi bygger og bor på. I Co-Own har vi en ambisjon om å gjøre boligmarkedet tilgjengelig for alle, og samtidig hjelpe unge mennesker å bygge meningsfulle fellesskap. Dette gjør vi ved å hjelpe mennesker med å finne andre som de kan kjøpe seg inn i kollektiver sammen med. Vi bistår i hele prosessen med å etablere nødvendige avtaler, skaffe finansiering, tilrettelegge for et godt bo-forhold, og til slutt gjøre det enkelt å finne kjøper til egen andel når man er klar for å reise videre. På denne måten kan mennesker nyte de sosiale fordelene av å bo i et kollektiv - og samtidig ta del av de økonomiske fordelene av å være del av boligmarkedet.

Favuseal

Favuseal is a Norwegian technology company that has developed an ultra-thin passive fire protection technology. The proprietary technology is the foundation for derived products in the form of easy-to-use wrap-on solutions in order to provide unprecedented level of fire protection to safeguard human lives and commercial assets. The Favuseal technology was included into NORSOK in 2019, and is now getting attention on a global scale from Tier 1 asset owners. The core of the business is revolving around the ultra-thin TOTAL DESIGN INTEGRITY concepts "Powered by Favuseal" that has been developed for cables and pipework. An impressive Intellectual Property Rights database is supporting the commercial initiatives, and several Tier 1 partnerships are about to be signed. The IPR will provide ongoing inherent protection to licences and partners tapping into the value proposition of Favuseal. The company aims for the vision of "Introducing extreme ultra-thin passive fire protection Everywhere!". The company is currently in ramp-up state, and will invest into digital initiatives and human resources going forward. The company is currently experiencing a drive into use of the technology within green tech such as wind mills and hydrogen, and will actively continue to pursue such leads going forward. The company has developed 3 different platforms in 3 different segments where each platform can cater for ANY fire scenario attributable to the specific segment. No other company has the tech to do the same. The company will actively pursue value-added stakeholders going forward that can help to contribute to realising the potential of the various segments.

Cosgear

Cosgear was founded in 2018 with the goal of developing costume technology to become a world-leading brand in the cosplay market. So far, we have launched an autonomous electric tail and a magnetic headband for use in cosplay. We have delivered 2,500 products to over 20 countries, and have taken a commanding position in cosplay tech. Day to day, the company operates with strong systematic process management, and works in 4-6 week focused sprints. We have since the beginning developed a clear corporate culture, and are generous with both each other and our customers. Ideas flow freely and we are always open to creative suggestions and initiatives. We believe that trust in each employee's competence builds good companies, and we do not intervene unless we see that the goals we have set together are not achieved.

THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The goal of restaurants, bars and other eating and drinking venues is to provide the best customer experience possible. The customer’s well-being is directly linked to the amount of money spent during their stay and the likelihood that they will return. THE IMPORTANCE OF SOUND Research has shown that a well composed sound environment has direct impact on how the guest’s overall experience and even how the taste of the food and drinks are perceived. LARGE INVESTMENTS IN SOUND EQUIPMENT Most restaurants and bars know how important the sound environment is for a good customer experience and it is common to spend thousands of dollars on sound equipment.
