We help manage ownership and raise money without spreadsheets, paper and scattered tools. What sets it apart is one registry-grade source of truth: the shareholder register, cap table, general meetings, share issues and investor portal are built on the same data, so what a company does in Nexus is also what it is legally required to record. Every company is required to keep a shareholder register, to hold general meetings with proper notice, voting and minutes, to report its shareholders to the Tax Administration every year, and to document every share issue and transfer. For most small and growing companies this work is spread across spreadsheets, email threads, PDFs and accountants, and it gets harder with every new investor, convertible loan or funding round. Mistakes are easy to make and costly to fix: a wrong share number, a missing transfer or a badly documented meeting can hold up a funding round, a sale or an audit. Investors face the same problem from the other side, with no single place to see what they own and what is happening in the companies they have invested in.
