Dintero

Dintero is a tech-first company that offers a one-stop payment solution for the Nordic market. We focus on simplifying the payment journey and have created one integration to support multiple payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, Vipps, Swish, MobilePay and Walley BNPL (soon Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay). Our unique solution Split Payment helps Platform and Marketplaces to connect with multiple sellers to their platform, and Dintero can split one payment to multiple parties. Dintero handles the KYB/KYC and AML. We have API-first approach when we build our microservices. Dintero handles over 60 million API requests a month. Dintero was started by experienced tech-entrepreneurs with a background from NTNU and over 10 years of experience. The founders have previously built dSAFE, which was acquired by Bambora. We launched in Sweden in 2021, but our main market is in Norway, and our customers include webshops, restaurants and physical stores. Some of our investors are Schibsted Ventures, Bring Ventures and CoFounder. We have grown substantially in recent years, but are still a small and agile team of 19 people in Oslo, with the passion for making payment as simple as possible. Our team consists of highly skilled people with long track records in the payment industry. Together, we aim to challenge the market through quick development, advanced features, and a relentless focus on the customer. Our values are based on helpfulness, honesty, agility and curiosity. We also have a strong sense of pride in the product we're building. All our tech is completely in English, and we promote an open and diverse workplace, and welcome all genders and nationalities. We like to be social colleagues and spend time together with kick-off dinners, 4 parties a year, and more cake than what might be healthy.

Our second product suite is a set of tools for researchers in the chemical industry. Our team is a mishmash of impact driven weirdos with a fundamental desire to do really cool things that will leave the world better than we found it.

Nabogo

Carpooling solves three major societal problems; lack of mobility outside the big cities, congestion during rush hour and CO2 emissions from the transport sector. Nabogo is a solution with the mission that everyone enjoys city-like public mobility - we make it affordable for society, companies, and citizens. There are only 1.08 people in a commuter car on average, which leads to queues, pollution and time wasted in traffic. Furthermore, finding parking spaces in cities, towns and near large workplaces has not become easier. And last but not least, the high proportion of cars with one person has a significant negative impact on the environment. With a dedicated effort for carpooling, it is not unrealistic that together we can reduce the number of cars and CO2 emissions by up to 25%. That is why we have created nabogo, a carpooling service for daily trips and commuting between districts, towns, business areas and stations. Our primary customers are public transport companies, municipalities, regions and the corporate sector. Once the solution is established in an area, it can be used at no cost to users. Naturally, a successful transition to carpooling requires active support from municipalities, educational institutions, businesses and local communities to spread information about the possibility of greener and more affordable commuting. Fortunately, we are well on our way here with several cross-cutting collaborations. A core functionality of the nabogo app is our pre-defined meeting points, which are places where people drive to and from and pass by - and which function as fixed pick-up and drop-off points for carpooling. This makes it easy and fast to coordinate carpooling, while creating a new infrastructure and improved mobility in the area. The app is closely integrated with public transport to show all the possibilities. We establish meeting points in collaboration with our partners, and this function ensures good hubs between carpooling and public transport, for example at stations. Nabogo is thus a complete alternative to driving alone in your own car. In collaboration with the municipalities, communication efforts are directed towards districts and towns, and we engage businesses and educational institutions so that citizens are informed where they live, work or study. Nabogo is found in the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Seasony

Seasony enables vertical farms to be profitable, scalable, and efficient. Since the company’s start in 2018, the cornerstone of our mission has been sustainability. We realized that in order for the world to embrace sustainable food practices, they need to be made profitable. Team members are encouraged to take on responsibility, ownership of their own projects, and given the freedom to pursue new ideas, meaning we have high regard for people who share these ideals. We love expanding our network so feel free to reach out to us on our social media channels.

Orivo

ORIVO is a laboratory company located in Norway, with partnering labs strategically located around the world. Through a lab test based on a fingerprinting technology, we offer a verification service to the marine ingredients industry. Our service is mainly aimed at the ingredient producers and brand owners, and we deliver a unique verification of the authenticity of a marine ingredient, either in the form of a certificate or as a verification seal on finished products. The ORIVO seal on a product is a guarantee that the product is: 1. Made of real marine sources (such as salmon oil, salmon meal, anchovy oil, cod liver oil, krill oil) 2. From a specific region (such as Norway, Alaska, Peru, Iceland, New Zealand etc.) A very important part of our concept is to make sure that we test the same product as you buy. The ORIO seal is therefore based on testing of products which our third party inspectors are buying in the shop - in addition to continuous sampling from the brand owner´s production.

KAHU

KAHU aims to close a persistent gap in maritime visibility - the inability to continuously track vessels not transmitting AIS (Automatic Identification System) data. AIS can be switched off, spoofed, or absent, creating blind spots exploited by illegal fishing, shadow fleets, and other high-risk actors. The AIS market is also dominated by a few providers, limiting access and transparency. This affects not only maritime safety and security but also the monitoring of ocean environments. We address this by building the first real-time, crowdsourced radar detection network for the ocean. Our onboard software connects to existing vessel radar, collects radar echoes, and streams them securely to the cloud using low-bandwidth protocols. There, echoes are linked into vessel tracks and fused with AIS, satellite imagery, and other data layers to produce a continuous, sea-level view of vessel movements, enabling comprehensive visibility over human activity at sea and supporting timely, informed action.

Valma AI

Valma.ai is a versatile AI-powered SaaS platform to help businesses actually become highly productive with Artificial Intelligens. We are a Norwegian startup with global reach, offering both a no-code/low-code solution for non-technical SMBs and a robust API and SDK for developers, enabling businesses of all sizes and technical capabilities to harness the power of AI. Valma.ai is addressing the challenge of AI underutilization in businesses, spanning from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) to large corporations with in-house development teams. This issue affects companies across various industries, particularly in the Scandinavian market, but is rapidly gaining global recognition. For non-technical SMBs, the problem lies in the complexity and inaccessibility of many AI solutions, which often require specialized knowledge to implement and use effectively. These businesses struggle to leverage AI to enhance their productivity and competitiveness due to limited resources and technical expertise. On the other hand, companies with strong technical capabilities face a different challenge. While they have the skills to implement AI solutions, they often lack a flexible, scalable platform that allows them to quickly develop and deploy custom AI-powered applications tailored to their specific needs. Valma.ai recognizes that the need for AI-driven productivity spans across the spectrum of technical capabilities, from marketing agencies needing simple automation to tech companies requiring advanced AI integration. Our platform is designed to bridge this gap, offering solutions for both ends of the technical spectrum. Valma.ai solves these problems by offering a dual-approach platform: For non-technical users and SMBs: A user-friendly, no-code/low-code interface that allows easy creation and management of AI-powered workflows Pre-built AI variants (Chatbot, Agent, and Workflow) that can be easily customized and deployed Simple integration options, including a chat window that can be easily added to websites White-labeling capabilities for brand customization For developers and technically advanced users: A robust API that allows deep integration of Valma.ai's AI capabilities into existing systems and applications An SDK for building custom solutions and extending the platform's functionality Advanced features like custom annotations to override language models for precise outputs Flexible data management, including the ability to edit uploaded/stored data directly in a vector database Common features for all users: - Multiple AI variants that can be combined for complex problem-solving - Integration capabilities with both internal and external tools - Long-term memory for storing and retrieving important information - Collaboration features for team-based workflow creation - Voice-to-text and text-to-voice capabilities - Built-in security features and GDPR compliance This comprehensive solution allows businesses of all sizes and technical capabilities to leverage AI effectively, whether they're looking for out-of-the-box solutions or want to build custom, AI-powered applications. By providing both no-code options and developer tools, Valma.ai ensures that companies can start small and scale their AI usage as their needs and capabilities grow.
