Critical blockers, such as insufficient grid capacity or zoning conflicts, often surface only after months of work, when changing course is expensive. Seidr automates this. Our platform screens candidate sites in parallel against dozens of criteria, including grid capacity, current and future zoning, and environmental risk, and returns a ranked, decision-ready shortlist in hours instead of months. The underlying logic is built on real industrial project experience, not generic AI. We already have a signed, paying pilot customer and a growing pipeline of Power-to-X and data center developers across the Nordics and Germany. The Why Abbey spent 20 years in compliance leadership, including as Chief Compliance Officer of a publicly listed company across 45 countries. Regulatory compliance was hard even with a team. We built Reggy for companies with the same obligations and none of the resources.
