Youth on Demand

Youth on Demand is an on-demand task platform that connects busy families and elderly who want help with everyday tasks, with youth (13-25) in need of work experience. We are working with two of the biggest megatrends globally: 1. Unemployment amongst youth 2. The elderly wave & growing demand for help with everyday tasks Our mission is to become the largest employer of youth in Norway, and to make a big social impact on the issues raised as a result of the aging wave. We started by building an app for the B2C plattform, and will also soon launch B2B products for businesses in need of: - Short-term tasks (similar to our B2C on-demand plattform) - Recruiting talented youth longer-term - Gift cards for employees on the B2C plattform All of these services are automated with our AI-powered technology.

foodora Norway AS

A fast- growing company! foodora is a subsidiary of Delivery Hero, one of the world’s largest food-ordering networks, and the HQ is located in Berlin. foodora was established in Norway in 2015 and has grown rapidly since then. Today, we deliver food from over 3000 restaurants in Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, and 19 other cities. In 2018 the platform launched extended areas around the cities where the restaurants deliver the food themselves, and in 2020 we introduced fast delivery from shops on our platform, and became Norway’s first provider within Q-commerce. In 2021 we also started a new grocery concept called foodora market.

Iris.ai is on a mission to build the world's first AI researcher, a system that will be an invaluable team member in every research team across academia, industry and NGO's. We are an impact driven for-profit company. Our initial product offering is a suite of tools to semi-automate the academic literature reviews, and these tools are being delivered at University Libraries across the Nordics. Our second product suite is a set of tools for researchers in the chemical industry. Our team is a mishmash of impact driven weirdos with a fundamental desire to do really cool things that will leave the world better than we found it.

The real estate industry stands for 40% of global CO2 emissions, and pressure is increasing on the industry to become greener and more sustainable. Our strategy is to offer property owners the easiest and most profitable way to greener buildings, and our business model enables us to give our customers all benefits of solar power – for free. We are developing technology for the future to make solar power on commercial buildings easier, smarter, and more profitable. Luckily, the resource we are harvesting shines everywhere. Therefore, we are aiming for international growth as part of our goal to make a difference in the world. We are constantly looking for new team members that can help us reach our ambition to help the world towards net zero. We have brand new offices in central downtown Oslo. Thanks to high-resolution satellite images, our map-based AI models, and optimization algorithms predict how 50+ climate-positive prevention measures can be implemented to reduce risk. Business value stems from reducing risks on individual assets and prioritizing preventive measures within large portfolios of commercial & residential real estate. Since 01/01/23, the EU Taxonomy has made prevention mandatory for insurers throughout Europe.
