Yobr

At Yobr, we see collaboration between students and companies as a way to bring fresh perspectives and the latest skills to real-world challenges. Companies gain flexible, efficient ways to complete meaningful projects that create real value while discovering new talent. For students, it’s an opportunity to apply their skills, learn, and grow in a professional setting. The problem is that most companies struggle to tap into this potential—they don’t have the time, resources, or know-how to make it work. Yobr is changing that. We’re building a platform that leverages AI to simplify project planning, efficiently match yobs with the right students from our talent base, and support execution with intuitive collaboration tools and tailored AI agents. Since starting in January we have done pilots with known brands like SalMar, SpareBank 1 and Norbit, gaining key insight on how students projects should be run. We've developed our technical solution since August, and are looking to launch a beta of our platform in January 2025. We just closed a Angel round and received Innovation Norway's phase 2 grant, targeting break-even and a seed round in Q2 2025. We are a solid team of builders and creators, 3 being full-time and 3 part-time, based in Oslo and Trondheim. Now we are looking to take this to the next level!

AiBA

At Aiba.ai, we provide an advanced AI-powered platform designed to elevate player safety by moderating in-game chat in real time. As the gaming industry expands globally, the need for a scalable solution to combat harmful behaviors is critical. Our platform safeguards communities against online threats such as bullying, grooming, racism, radicalization, and other harmful content. Our AI technology, developed in collaboration with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), combines machine learning algorithms and behavioral biometrics to ensure fast detection of harmful behavior. We analyze player interactions in real time, identifying threats as they occur, even when players use slang, dialects, or emojis. Aiba.ai efficiently manages large volumes of player reports, helping developers prioritize critical issues while reducing the burden on moderation teams. This saves time and resources, ensuring swift resolution of urgent matters and improving player experience. Our platform ensures compliance with key regulatory frameworks, including COPPA and the DSA, protecting players while keeping your game in line with evolving regulations. Our solution also leverages behavioral biometrics to track patterns of behavior, identifying repeat offenders and reducing harmful interactions over time. Aiba.ai is scalable, supporting both indie games and large multiplayer platforms. Our APIs are customizable and easy to integrate into existing systems, allowing you to tailor moderation based on your needs. Additionally, our platform supports multiple languages, making it ideal for global games with diverse player bases. We provide real-time moderation across languages, ensuring all players are protected, regardless of location or language. By offering advanced moderation and behavior detection, Aiba.ai helps developers create safer, more enjoyable player experiences. We reduce the burden on moderation teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve the health of gaming communities. Our commitment is to provide a robust, scalable solution that protects your players and helps foster a positive gaming environment.

Seidr

Seidr builds software that turns months of manual site selection and early-phase engineering work into hours of automated analysis, for developers of energy-intensive industrial projects: Power-to-X, data centers, and other power-hungry industries across Europe. Today, finding and qualifying a site for one of these projects takes 6-18 months and can cost millions, because the work is done manually, spreadsheet by spreadsheet, consultant by consultant, one candidate site at a time. Critical blockers, such as insufficient grid capacity or zoning conflicts, often surface only after months of work, when changing course is expensive. Seidr automates this. Our platform screens candidate sites in parallel against dozens of criteria, including grid capacity, current and future zoning, and environmental risk, and returns a ranked, decision-ready shortlist in hours instead of months. The underlying logic is built on real industrial project experience, not generic AI. We already have a signed, paying pilot customer and a growing pipeline of Power-to-X and data center developers across the Nordics and Germany. Backed by a venture studio, we are now looking for a CEO to take Seidr from pilot to scale, and to grow the platform from site selection into the full early-phase planning stack for energy-intensive projects.

Fyresign

Fyresign (formerly SocialScreen) builds cloud-based digital signage software that helps businesses manage content across screens - in stores, offices, receptions or public spaces - in real time, without needing technical expertise. We've operated under the Fyresign name since 2025, continuing the product and team behind SocialScreen, now serving customers in Norway and internationally. We believe digital signage is about more than screens - it's about reaching the right person with the right message at the right time. That's why we build a product that's fast to set up for a single store, yet flexible enough to scale across chains running hundreds of screens. We're a small, fast-moving team with a short distance from idea to shipped feature, working closely with both product and customers. Now we're growing further - in Norway and into new markets - and looking for people who want to be part of that journey.
