Located in a prominent house behind the Royal Palace, Oslo International House is home to start-ups across tech, media, consulting and travel. We offer a vibrant community in a global context. We rent out office space and work together with other actors to reach our goal, and advise/consult on related topics.

Payr is the next generation payment platform empowering consumers to pay invoices in flexible and smart ways. Our customers can pay any invoice using their bank account, debit or credit card, or digital wallets, saving them time and money. Payr also improves invoice payments by providing truly independent price and quality comparison, enabling simple and fast switching to providers that offer greater value to our customers.Our first product launched Q3 2017 and can be found in App Store We have an experienced team of 11 people, with backgrounds from others startups and from leading Tech, UX, and advertising consultancy companies such as Making Waves and Dinamo, as well as a strong board of directors with backgrounds from Fintech, legal and IT at Nordea, Mastercard, Selmer Law, mCash and Itera.Even if we have an experienced team, we want everyone to be able to learn new things, so you get a lot of responsibility but also a lot of opportunities for improving and learning at Payr. We have international ambition, expanding to the Nordics next year. So you could say we have a pretty aggressive growth strategy as well. This makes most days hectic, but fun.We have 5 exits from other startups in our management team, so many of us have experience with doing this from before. Therefore, we try not to spend energy on stuff we know is going to be a waste of time. You could say we aim to have a professional way of running things, with systems to help everything run smoothly. Although we have high expectations for each other and our product, we also have a quite friendly environment, including a snoring office dog.

Fokus

Fokus is an all-in-one club management platform that helps clubs of all sizes integrate data-driven strategies into their player logistics operations. Since 2022, Fokus is the main internal scouting software for Norwegian Champion Bodø/Glimt. Today, it is the go-to solution for top Nordic clubs, including Rosenborg, Brann, Viking, and Djurgården.

Youth on Demand

Youth on Demand is an on-demand task platform that connects busy families and elderly who want help with everyday tasks, with youth (13-25) in need of work experience. We are working with two of the biggest megatrends globally: 1. Unemployment amongst youth 2. The elderly wave & growing demand for help with everyday tasks Our mission is to become the largest employer of youth in Norway, and to make a big social impact on the issues raised as a result of the aging wave. We started by building an app for the B2C plattform, and will also soon launch B2B products for businesses in need of: - Short-term tasks (similar to our B2C on-demand plattform) - Recruiting talented youth longer-term - Gift cards for employees on the B2C plattform All of these services are automated with our AI-powered technology.

AUTOproff

AUTOproff provides software-as-a-service solutions to the professional car market – making it seamless, secure, and more attractive to trade used cars. Our solutions are important enablers of the ongoing mobility transformation of the car industry, where most people in the future will no longer own a car, but instead lease, rent, share or hail cars. Mobility means significant growth in transaction volume as cars will be traded more often during their lifetime – thereby driving strong demand for our solutions. We are growing fast and serve more than 3,500 customers from across the whole value chain including OEMs, dealerships as well as rental-, leasing-, platform- and mobility companies. AUTOproff was founded in 2013, became market leader in Denmark in 2016, and has since expanded across Northern Europe. We realized that in order for the world to embrace sustainable food practices, they need to be made profitable. For this reason, Seasony will provide low investment and intelligent automation solutions that will enable vertical farming as an established industry and therefore revolutionize future food production into a greener, healthier, and more localized direction. Our robot Watney™ is able to handle all the logistics in vertical farms and allows for more automation in the main growing process by gathering data and providing actionable information. It enables vertical farms to automate a large share of their activities, reducing labor costs by up to ~20-30%, and provides a platform for yield improvement as it automatically collects data, enabling precision farming. Seasony’s truly international and young team has experienced a constant growth trajectory as our product approaches a larger production phase, so we are in a regular position to recruit new team members, whether employees or interns. The CFO and the finance departments of medium-sized and large companies are our main target groups, and our software helps them improve financial and operational management. Private and public enterprises use our software to manage contracts and assets, communicate with suppliers, and get a faster overview over their business via dashboards. DinERP

DinERP products help IFS customers save time and money by optimising their existing IFS Applications™ for non-expert users - often around 80% of the total workforce. We drive digital transformation by enabling new digital workflows for every-day processes such as invoice approval, time registration and expense reporting so all employees can complete these tasks quickly on any device, without training, without frustration and without errors. Easy implementation means IT managers can deliver all the gain, without the pain, so our customers can achieve their digital transformation strategies from the bottom-up, without even trying.

Aevy

We are developing a platform to help owners of renewable power plants and their service providers gaining access to the right information at the right time, enabling the right decisions. In order to achieve this we deconstruct the hundreds of documents describing each plant into snippets of information in accordance with our domain-driven data model. In the next 7 years, the world needs to invest almost twice what has been invested into renewable energy generation in the last 20 years. At the same time subsidies are being rolled back, increasing the need to for ensuring that projected ROI is not compromised by underperformance of the investments (i.e. plants). We have lived the pain, and know that NOW is the time to transform the way commercial management of renewable energy plants is being done.
