Signalforge

Signalforge is an AI-powered intelligence platform designed to map, track, and interpret the Nordic and European technology landscape. By converting fragmented market data into structured signals and emerging patterns, Signalforge helps investors, operators, founders, and analysts understand what is happening before it becomes consensus. The Nordic tech ecosystem generates thousands of signals daily. Most are noise. Some matter. Traditional approaches fail at scale. Press releases arrive too late. Databases lack context. News sites optimize for engagement, not insight. Signalforge exists to solve a specific problem: surface what matters before it becomes consensus. We do this through systematic data aggregation, pattern recognition, and machine-generated insight extraction. No editorial bias. No funding announcement republishing. No vanity metrics.

KAHU

KAHU aims to close a persistent gap in maritime visibility - the inability to continuously track vessels not transmitting AIS (Automatic Identification System) data. AIS can be switched off, spoofed, or absent, creating blind spots exploited by illegal fishing, shadow fleets, and other high-risk actors. The AIS market is also dominated by a few providers, limiting access and transparency. This affects not only maritime safety and security but also the monitoring of ocean environments. We address this by building the first real-time, crowdsourced radar detection network for the ocean. Our onboard software connects to existing vessel radar, collects radar echoes, and streams them securely to the cloud using low-bandwidth protocols. There, echoes are linked into vessel tracks and fused with AIS, satellite imagery, and other data layers to produce a continuous, sea-level view of vessel movements, enabling comprehensive visibility over human activity at sea and supporting timely, informed action.

We launched in Sweden in 2021, but our main market is in Norway, and our customers include webshops, restaurants and physical stores. Some of our investors are Schibsted Ventures, Bring Ventures and CoFounder. We have grown substantially in recent years, but are still a small and agile team of 19 people in Oslo, with the passion for making payment as simple as possible. Our team consists of highly skilled people with long track records in the payment industry. Together, we aim to challenge the market through quick development, advanced features, and a relentless focus on the customer. Our values are based on helpfulness, honesty, agility and curiosity. We also have a strong sense of pride in the product we're building. All our tech is completely in English, and we promote an open and diverse workplace, and welcome all genders and nationalities. We like to be social colleagues and spend time together with kick-off dinners, 4 parties a year, and more cake than what might be healthy.

Bueno

Bueno is a single-source solution platform for property owners initially targeting people who owns property abroad. Bueno makes it easy for people to manage their property by combining financial services with innovative solutions and cost savings. Our initial market is Spain where 2 million foreigners own property. These are underserved by traditional banks and they pay too much for banking. The problems is not unique for Spain, banking in the South of Europe is years behind Scandinavia which means Bueno are addressing a massive market. Q1 2022 we launched in Spain as the first B2C real bank challenger with accounts hosted on the local banking network, Iberpay. This means we have full support for local direct debit payments, required to own and manage a property in Spain. We have a financial partner ready for France and will solve the same problems in France when we launch there in Q3. In Q2 Bueno will launch property insurance in Spain working with one of the big traditional insurance companies but we will also partner with a 100% digital challenger to offer 100% online insurance. We launched Bueno because of our own experience, and our friends experience with Spanish banks. Banking should not be this bad in 2022.

Optio Incentives AS

We aim to simplify how employees and key resources can gain ownership and take part of the value created within a company. All companies are different. And the incentive scheme for one company might not suit the next. An incentive program should not be “just a document” signed by an employee and stored in a drawer. A successful incentive program is built around its ability to generate the feeling of ownership and motivation, and its ability to align the interests of the employees with those of the owners. Through our software and expertise we assist management, founders and companies to achieve their optimal incentive scheme. We believe in ownership and its inherent motivational effect, and wish to enable more companies with powerful tools in order to achieve this.
