Unacast

Unacast transform Human mobility data into Actionable insights. At Unacast, we define Human Mobility as the understanding of how people interact with places over time. Understanding human interaction and movement patterns empowers companies to build better products and make smarter decisions real time. We have built The Real World Graph® to radically improve accuracy in industries ranging from advertising and analytics to bots and AI. This is similar to what Facebook did with the Social Graph, and how Google has indexed the web. Unacast is indexing the physical world.

Pistachio

Pistachio is the first and only fully automated and personalized cybersecurity awareness training and attack simulation platform. Our platform sends attacks and training directly to employees’ inboxes, and adjusts to each user’s needs, all without an IT admin having to do a thing. We are also the first and only product in this space to offer an online signup.

Consigli

Consigli AS develops "self-designing engineers" who will disrupt the way we plan and design the buildings and infrastructure of future society. To achieve this, we develop a SaaS platform/application using different aspects of AI (Artificial Intelligence) like machine learning, mathematical optimization, and NLP. The service platform is developed in close cooperation with large, established real estate companies that provide data and insights.

Seasony

Seasony enables vertical farms to be profitable, scalable, and efficient. Since the company’s start in 2018, the cornerstone of our mission has been sustainability. We realized that in order for the world to embrace sustainable food practices, they need to be made profitable. For this reason, Seasony will provide low investment and intelligent automation solutions that will enable vertical farming as an established industry and therefore revolutionize future food production into a greener, healthier, and more localized direction. Our robot Watney™ is able to handle all the logistics in vertical farms and allows for more automation in the main growing process by gathering data and providing actionable information. It enables vertical farms to automate a large share of their activities, reducing labor costs by up to ~20-30%, and provides a platform for yield improvement as it automatically collects data, enabling precision farming. Seasony’s truly international and young team has experienced a constant growth trajectory as our product approaches a larger production phase, so we are in a regular position to recruit new team members, whether employees or interns. Stack by me

Stack by.me is a social media platform where users can invest together, making investments more engaging and available to non-professionals - especially women. Today, there is a substantial capital gap in Norway and globally. In Norway, the gap is as large as a Norwegian state budget. (which is huge!) - only 20% of the value of Oslo Børs is owned by women today - Women invest 63% less than men, on average - while we only make 11% less - At the same time, 86% of all min. pension receivers are women, so women should be investing more - not less! Why is that? Women tell us - they don´t feel like they have enough knowledge - they don´t know who to ask for help Through the Stack-app, we give them the network to learn from and discuss investments - in an easy and fun way.

HelloFresh Nordics

At HelloFresh, we want to change the way people eat forever by offering our customers high quality food and recipes for different meal occasions. Over the past 10 years, we've seen this mission spread around the world and beyond our wildest dreams. Now, we are a global food solutions group and the world's leading meal kit company, active in 16 countries across 3 continents. So, how did we do it? Our weekly boxes full of exciting recipes and fresh ingredients have blossomed into a community of customers looking for delicious, healthy and sustainable options. The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, Factor, and Youfoodz. We started in the Nordics in 2019 and are continuing to scale up throughout Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

REspire

Respire is a Norwegian venture studio focused on building companies within the energy transition and sustainability. We work hands-on from early problem exploration through company formation and early growth, typically partnering closely with founders as active co-builders. Our team brings experience from energy, industry, startups, and venture building, and we believe a systematic approach gives better odds in complex, capital-intensive domains. We build a small number of ventures at a time and take a long-term view. Respire contributes sector insight, structured venture development, access to relevant networks, and in-house capacity for early MVP development. We work with entrepreneurs who want real ownership and responsibility, and who are motivated by solving concrete problems in energy and green industry rather than chasing hype. We’re based at RE Gründerhus in Asker, a hub for sustainable innovation, and are now scaling the studio.

We are the tailoring revolution. Based on a profound value for money proposition, we are changing the menswear industry, taking the ancient craft of bespoke, from niche to norm with a modern approach. We want to make custom tailoring the industry standard, shifting the focus from the massive production of ill-fitting standardized garments, to a mass customization production similar to the shift seen in the automobile industry. We strive everyday to refine our products, our customer journey and to bring down leadtimes to make custom tailoring a no-brainer for your next wardrobe investment. Mond of Copenhagen was founded in 2011 by the two brothers Michael and Martin Birch Jacobsen with a vision to shift the industry from mass produced standard sizes, to custom garments, made from scratch to each individual customer. Through innovative technology, lean production methods and industry leading service, Mond quickly grew to become the biggest custom brand in Denmark. With 4 stores in Denmark, Norway and Germany, and a growing team of custom clothiers, Mond is creating a unique customer experience putting the customer front and center in the entire process. Diwala

Diwala is a Norwegian-based company that is focused on building opportunities for youth, addressing the global issue of identity theft and certification fraud. Today, displaced individuals and people in emerging markets are challenged by high costs and slow manual processes to verify the authenticity of their skills, identity and credentials. As a result, these individuals have to deal with tedious and out-dated credentialing processes, and are in some cases forced to repeat years of education. This leads to both loss of productivity and inflated unemployment. Imagine that you had to flee your own home because of war. Like Aıscha Najjar, a Syrian doctor turned refugee immigrated to the United States to pursue her dream of work & a safe home. Yet, due to loss of information, she was forced to repeat medical school in the United States. If she had a verifiable skill identity, she might have had the privilege of practicing medicine without any questions. Aıscha`s story amongst others epitomizes the challenge Diwala is addressing. To tackle this challenge, Diwala has created a platform that enables schools and NGOs to issue skill-based identities, backed by blockchain technology. A skill-ID is a digitally verified record of a person’s educational and work history. Diwala is building an ecosystem of trust, by enabling educational institutions and organizations to safely and digitally issue and verify credentials. This will, in turn, save all parties time, money and build a bridge for global work opportunities for untapped talent. Complementing the platform, Diwala has built an app that allows students to easily receive, store and share credentials of both soft and hard skills. By utilizing a decentralized identity management tool, Diwala’s application will also give people ownership of their data information. Diwala is currently executing pilots regularly, to optimize the features and security of the platform in both Kenya and Uganda. Working with their implementation partner Clarke University in Kampala, Diwala recently issued the first set of skill-identities to both students and administrators. These are the first ever digitally verified certificates backed by decentralized identity and blockchain in Africa
