BabySensor

BabySensor is developing a new unique monitor that measures the most important factors for a baby's health and well-being. It is the only product of its type monitoring heartbeat, temperature, lying position and baby’s cry. It is based on ground-breaking research and provides valuable information to parents through a mobile app. Safety is a high priority for families, and the trend shows a growing market within baby monitoring systems. We have a reliable, competent and experienced team who will succeed in turning the prototype into an attractive product.

Yearbase AS

After working in the digital marketing industry for several years, we identified some problems with existing tools. Problems: 1. Tools available for search engine optimization are solely targeting specialists and professionals. 2. Tools available have too much data for a regular person to navigate through 3. You need several tools to cover the first part of the customer journey (Acquisition, Behaviour, Conversion). 4. There are approximately no tools in the market that processes web statistical data automatically, based on unique algorithms to identify user intention, valuable user segments, positive/negative trends in channel data, etc. Additionally, there are no tools in the market that merges SEO data, website statistics, and conversion data altogether, to produce a better holistic view and understanding, which constitutes the first part of our perspective on the customer journey (Acquisition, Behaviour, Conversion), in order to automate and analyze these data for the customer. By having this merged data and applying the latest technology as machine learning and artificial intelligence together with in-house developed algorithms, we could produce insight for our customers in a much better way, a lot faster. We are therefore making insight easier, which is our motto and goal.

Norwegian eye AS

Til tross for kun 5 mm uknuselig skille mellom ute og inne, gjør gode oppvarmings- og ventilasjonsløsninger det komfortabelt. Panel-, gass- eller vedovn, samt kjøle- og varmepumpe er gode løsninger for å gjøre det behagelig inne. Om skjerming for innsyn er viktig, er det bare å trekke opp rullegardinene. Oiiku AS

Oiiku was founded in 2012 as a joint venture for Onkel Estrup AS and Kodemaker Systemutvikling AS. Bjørnar Stray Berentsen is a well-known figure in the corporate event business in Norway. He has many years of experience containing handling all parts of events, including managing them, the use of software to get things together, and doing the dirty work on the floor. As of 2012, Bjørnar had made a quite remarkable list of high-profile customers on his own and his self-made software. Based on his experience he saw the great possibilities in creating a new tailor-made suite of integrated software applications for events. Kodemaker is a well-known consultancy company in Oslo with 25 skilled employees. They are self-owned and have a set of system developers with a quality that is probably unmatched in the Oslo area. Onkel Estrup and Kodemaker started talks in 2012 about doing a joint venture to make a company with superior software for the event business. It has been a long process making sure that the combination of Bjørnars know-how about the most known and unknown issues at events was taken care of, and at the same time making sure that Kodemaker could contribute with their skills to make it a very flexible, scalable solution ready to be 'the event system' for the future. The company today is owned 50/50 by Onkel Estrup AS and Net Professionals AS. Net Professionals are mainly owned by stockholders and employees at Kodemaker. Oiiku AS is today in a situation with 2 employees working with events and Bjørnar working as CTO and some hands-on at events as well. We have a running business and are ready to scale up. We are looking for investors and a new CEO to bring the business to a totally new level. The worldwide market is HUGE and so far we have not seen better software solutions in the market. Our current plan is to grow a steady business in Oslo with employees to handle our large corporate customers, but the real big opportunities lie within making self-served Saas software for the worldwide market.

The OPX Solution addresses the inefficient funding of the non-profit sector and the lack of standardised, transparent and comparable data. By applying best practice from the capital markets for listing of non-profit organisations and reporting requirements as well as leveraging existing infrastructures, we standardise and digitalise to increase efficiency, transparency, accountability and accessibility. The OPX Solution represent the complete value chain of finding, filtering, funding and following the world’s non-profit organisations.

Kontorhuset Drift AS

Kontorhuset driver utleie av cellekontorer og plasser i åpent landskap med tilhørende fasiliteter i et profesjonelt kontorfellesskap i Drammen sentrum. Kontorhuset Bragernes har 37 moderne kontorer, free seating plasser og et stort kontor til 11 personer i 4 etasje. Vi kaller det Plug and work som betyr at du skal få ditt nøkkelkort og passord ved ankomst, koble deg på det trådløse nettet og starte jobben. Vi organiserer alt med tanke på møbler på kontoret, sosiale soner og tilstelninger, kjøkken, kopi/print og vask av lokalene. Du skal bruke all din tid på jobb og ikke små praktiske unødvendigheter i hverdagen, det tar vi oss av. Fra høsten av åpner vi Kontorhuset Strømsø, der skal vi ha ca 120 business mennesker under samme tak. Dette betyr at på Bragnernes og Strømsø vil Kontorhuset ha ca 180 mennesker som skal bygge relasjoner og skape verdier i jobben. Som leietaker i Kontorhuset får du tilgang på møterom, stillerom, vidoekonferanse, minikjøkken, kaffeautomat, kopi og print, toalettfasiliteter, garderobe og dusj. I kjeller eller bakgård kan du leie din egen parkeringsplass eller boder fra 4 til 38kvm for diverse lagring i kjelleren.  På Kontorhuset kan du ta en kopp kaffe med dine nye “kollegaer” for å dele tanker, ideer og utfordringer. Kanskje du får en advokat på den ene siden og en ingeniør på den andre? Mulighetene er mange. Tanken er at det skal skapes større verdier for deg ved å være en del av Kontorhuset.
