They simply pick a time and date in our digital calendar and the job is automatically delegated to one of our electricians in the area. 05 Efficient installation We’ve utilised the retail stores across the country to streamline logistics and make installations efficient. For Comlight, the question is how to solve the problem of pointless energy waste in fully illuminated roads at times when there is no traffic. The answer is the Motion Sensing Street Light Control System, an energy saving technology that illuminates only when and where it is actually needed, without compromising the safety. The system features a radar detector on each light pole that senses all activity that requires optimal lighting on the road or in the area. When movement is detected by the closest street light, the light turns on to a full 100 per cent, allowing full sight and turns down to 20 per cent for energy saving when no one is around. The system has been tested by the Norwegian Public Road Authority and is represented in thousands of light points across Europe. Comlight is constantly expanding through its distribution partners.
