We currently work in close collaboration with some of the biggest names in Norway, which include - Varner Group, XXL, Holzweiler, Høyer, Tradesolution, and many other well-known companies. Our offices are at Startup Lab in Oslo’s Science Park, one of the leading tech hubs in Scandinavia.

Bringing Scandinavian taste and culture to the world. We are a start-up that sends curated or custom snack boxes to the USA, UK, Australia and Canada. Right now, we have a one-off shop on our website, but we are going to be moving to a subscription model where every two months you get an excellent pack of snacks, chocolates, chips, healthy snacks from Norway and other countries in Scandinavia.

Pinovo AS is a Norwegian scale up that has developed, patented, proven and commercialised surface maintenance technology that stops Ocean Paint Microplastic emissions. Ocean Paint Microplastic emissions are a large but little known problem that we estimate could be generating between 1.5m and 2.25m tonnes of ocean pollution each year (https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/09/how-to-reduce-microplastics-from-paint/). Pinovo has developed a clean, circular dustless grit blasting solution, which stops these emissions and which is also up to 60% more cost efficient than the traditional methods of surface maintenance for spot blasting.

Norway’s unique landscape necessitates one of the most extensive tunnel networks in the world. 1800 road and rail tunnels contribute to 9000km of tunnel in Norway. These are inspected manually by eye and on foot, a time-consuming and hazardous process producing only qualitative data on tunnel safety. To combat these issues, Techrail aims to provide an integrated solution that is safer for inspectors, that does not interfere with traffic, and more comprehensively evaluates the safety of tunnels. Our solution enables the measuring the change of a tunnel’s surface over time, which allows tunnel directors to predict maintenance needs and more accurately evaluate the state of their tunnels. A digital paper trail will also aid regulators in overseeing tunnel maintenance. Furthermore, our technology has a large number of secondary uses that provide value such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), tunnel construction, and crack detection.

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.

Working as a startup and building on our parent company’s strengths and infrastructure has enabled us to scale fast and make our service available to over 70% of Norwegian households. The Problem Our research show that people feel stress just thinking about hiring an electrician and that many struggle to even get started. The main reason being that they don’t know who to contact and what it will cost them to get the job done. We’ve hired a team of electricians and built a digital inspection tool making it possible to create and send offers with a fixed price within 24 hours. 03 Handpicked Pros We’ve handpicked pros from Elektroimportøren’s already established network of contractors across the country. This way our customers don’t need to spend time finding a trustworthy electrician and can feel safe knowing the job will be done by qualified professionals. 04 When it Suits You We’ve built a scheduling system from scratch that allows our customers to choose when they want the job done. They simply pick a time and date in our digital calendar and the job is automatically delegated to one of our electricians in the area. 05 Efficient installation We’ve utilised the retail stores across the country to streamline logistics and make installations efficient. We pack and send the electrical equipment in advance so the electricians have all they need, removing unnecessary time spent driving and picking up equipment. 06 Industry-leading Guaranty All our customer are given the opportunity to evaluate their experience after the job is done. We use a new technology for sealing ventilation duct from the inside. The technology was developed in the US in 1994, but didn't reach the European market until 2015. In 2016 ImL Aeroseal started up in Finland, and as of September 1st 2020 we are breaking into the Norwegian market. Our product solves the issues with the traditional sealing of ventilation ducts; using tape and acryllic sealant to try and plug the leaks. Instead we build up a pressure inside the system and inject a small particle gas that finds all the small leakages and seals them. Not only is it faster, but also alot more effective than the previous method, which in turn makes it much more financially beneficent. With a ventilation system that has little to no leakage you extend the life of the engines and maximize the output of the fans. In addition you get cleaner air in the serviced areas. I became a part of this startup because with my 15 years of experience in the ventilation industry I can truly see the advantages of this method to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation systems and enhance the indoor air quality.

Security Culture as a Service. People are the weakest link in the online security threat model of any organization. We are working to solve this problem by creating a gamified security culture of continuous learning and tracking of resistance to social engineering attacks like phishing.
