Oiiku AS

Oiiku was founded in 2012 as a joint venture for Onkel Estrup AS and Kodemaker Systemutvikling AS. Bjørnar Stray Berentsen is a well-known figure in the corporate event business in Norway. He has many years of experience containing handling all parts of events, including managing them, the use of software to get things together, and doing the dirty work on the floor. As of 2012, Bjørnar had made a quite remarkable list of high-profile customers on his own and his self-made software. Based on his experience he saw the great possibilities in creating a new tailor-made suite of integrated software applications for events. Kodemaker is a well-known consultancy company in Oslo with 25 skilled employees. They are self-owned and have a set of system developers with a quality that is probably unmatched in the Oslo area. Onkel Estrup and Kodemaker started talks in 2012 about doing a joint venture to make a company with superior software for the event business. It has been a long process making sure that the combination of Bjørnars know-how about the most known and unknown issues at events was taken care of, and at the same time making sure that Kodemaker could contribute with their skills to make it a very flexible, scalable solution ready to be 'the event system' for the future. The company today is owned 50/50 by Onkel Estrup AS and Net Professionals AS. Net Professionals are mainly owned by stockholders and employees at Kodemaker. Oiiku AS is today in a situation with 2 employees working with events and Bjørnar working as CTO and some hands-on at events as well. We have a running business and are ready to scale up. We are looking for investors and a new CEO to bring the business to a totally new level. The worldwide market is HUGE and so far we have not seen better software solutions in the market. Our current plan is to grow a steady business in Oslo with employees to handle our large corporate customers, but the real big opportunities lie within making self-served Saas software for the worldwide market.

Julius Caesar AS

David Strømman Nedal (born 1 march 1986) is a Norwegian fashion designer. He is the head of the Norwegian luxury suit brand Julius Caesar. Julius Caesar is a luxury private suit label that specializes in high-net customers with limited time and high demands. David is often used in the national press, both TV and print giving his advice on how to dress.

Lexolve

Lawbotics has developed an innovative tool called LEXOLVE to streamline parts of the legal processes that take place in all companies – namely the creation of legal contracts and other documents. By letting legal experts automate their own legal documents using our software, we make it easy for businesses to increase the quality of their legal documents while saving a significant amount of time and resources.

Antagonist

We’re an independent game studio based in Oslo, Norway, which was founded in February 2013 by a group of students at the Norwegian School of Information Technology (NITH). In January 2014 we consisted of 7 members of the team who all have different experiences in their own fields of expertise. Our common goal is that we want to contribute to the indie scene with story-driven games, without compromising the gameplay. Starting up a new company (let alone within gaming) is no joke, and we hope to make it easier for future companies to make games. It’s a small pond, and as soon as we announce our projects, our vision is to have an exposed development during production. RightHair

RightHair is developing a global market and education platform for curly and afro-textured hair to help people and minority women solve the problems of lack of availability of products and services and women's challenges in being financially independent worldwide. Through RightHair we give women all over the world an opportunity to start their own businesses and be financially independent. We do this by creating a software platform to connect freelancers, retailers and hairdressers to their customers. And we top that off with a “skill share” community for education. People with curls and afro textured hair are excluded from offers and services in today's beauty industry. Also, financial abuse is one of the main reasons why women are unable to leave relationships, worldwide. These problems contribute to discrimination in society, that women with minority backgrounds end up outside society and this makes the poor poorer. Women of color are excluded from many of the existing offers worldwide. RightHair solves these problems by creating a market platform where all services and products meet. So that people with curly and afro textured hair always can find something in their area. We also solve women's job and financial challenges around the world by offering a platform on which they can sell their products and services. Here they also get the opportunity to take courses, learn how to start and build a business and collaborate with partners outside their network. RightHair was founded by Lalla Coulibaly and Olimata Jeng who both grew up in Norway with roots from Africa. Due to the lack of offers for themselves and their community, the ladies each started their own platforms. Over the past 5 years, Krølltopp.no and Norwegian Naturals have grown into Norway's largest platforms for curly and afro textured hair with a total of 12,000 monthly users. now the ladies have teamed up to start RightHair as the question they get the most on their platforms is “where can I get my hair cut” and “where can I find products?''. Both ladies want to put time and energy into something that can contribute to women's opportunities and living conditions. This desire comes from their own experience as minority women in Norway with African roots.

Cloud insurance AS

Cloud Insurance is a seamless and user-friendly SaaS solution made by insurance experts for insurance companies, MGAs, agents, and brokers since 2016. Founded by ambitious minds. While studying together, our founders observed various complications in the insurance industry. Being two ambitious and tech-savvy students, they decided to help and challenged the status quo. After many sleepless nights, they launched the first version of a SaaS product to serve our first client. Partner – not a vendor. Our international team consists of techies, ex-consultants, and heavy hitters from the finance and insurance industries. We know everything about your daily operations, and we're determined to make them more productive and cost-efficient. We aren't a vendor but a partner who works to help you act faster and innovate easier. And we have lots of templates in place so that the process will take weeks, not years or months. Customer-first company. We're finalists of many insurtech competitions, but this is not as important as the great feedback we get from our clients. Thanks to our platform, on average, we see up to a 50% decrease in time-to-market and a 40% increase in revenue. While many of our competitors are just announcing innovative features, our clients have been using them for a while.

DoMore Diagnostics

DoMore Diagnostics is on a mission to transform cancer diagnostics with artificial intelligence to improve patient care and make drug development more effective. We use state-of-the-art methods to improve patients’ quality of life and help clinicians make more informed decisions. Our technology is based on pioneering research on utilizing artificial intelligence to increase the prognostic value from routine clinical pathology cancer tissue samples. The extensive research conducted at top universities (University in Oslo, Oxford University and University College of London) has been published in leading and high impact scientific journals such as The Lancet and Nature Reviews Cancer. These new methods have resulted in fully automated histotyping that provide objective and precise prognostic information that correlate and out-perform existing markers. This novel histotyping can guide selection of therapy to avoid over- and undertreatment. It can also make cancer drug development more effective by ensuring more precise diagnosis and prognosis, which is the fundament for precision medicine. Artificial intelligence is set for a breakthrough in medicine and several megatrends are pushing for new solutions in cancer diagnostics. Digital pathology and new AI algorithms will play a significant role in the future of medicine and hold multiple commercial opportunities. DoMore Diagnostics is at the forefront of the field and will bring these next generation products to the clinic.

TrustLabs AS

TrustLabs is developing an easy-to-use platform that helps small and medium businesses with authenticating and verifying their online customers' identities without having to deal with complex tools nor robbing the bank. Today everyone building a online business needs to settle with IT security tooling that is extremely complex to operate. These are often tools provided by larger Identity Management vendors cobbled together from multiple acquisitions without consideration of the jobs-to-be-done by the developer and IT organizations. Instead of spending weeks or months, the developers should be able to integrate a social provider or electronic identification (eID) provider in minutes and hours into their apps. Our solution is an highly automated platform supporting OpenID Connect and OAuth as main interfaces. Customer applications will only need to work through a single interface that offers normalized responses across the all identity providers so that our customers don't need custom code for each identity provider their app needs to support. Less code is less failures is less time spent on maintenance. With a highly-automated technology stack we are reducing the costs for everyone so that everyone can focus their energy on where it matters the most - generating value through pleasing their customers! Identity management see rapid changes and new innovations. There is always a battle to beat the malicious actors. We see new blockchain based identity schemes emerge aiming for better consumer privacy. This is all good news! At the same time, its important that businesses don't need to scrap their existing technology investements and any new tech should augment, not replace existing infrastructure. Encryptia

Encryptia is developing an education in programming to help young people below 30 year to get an education and a job, with starting to play a game.(our course) Many young people are not in education or employees (NEETS), they are sitting at home and gaming. The lack of IT developers are increasing. We are working with UN Sustainability Goals no 8 and 10, to help more young people back to work, and to cover the gap of IT developers in Norway and the Nordic. Encryptia is togheter with seven young adults below 30, building a solution like a game. Made by gamers for gamers- to be motivated, fun and fast way of learning. The founder of Encryptia has a background from large tech Companies in Norway. Working with recruitment and employer branding, she learned that the lack of IT developers was and will remain a growing problem in the future. At the same time, her son was without a job and education and spent a lot of time in front of the PC screen. Then the idea was born,that also solves some socially critical problems. IML Aeroseal AS

We use a new technology for sealing ventilation duct from the inside. The technology was developed in the US in 1994, but didn't reach the European market until 2015. In 2016 ImL Aeroseal started up in Finland, and as of September 1st 2020 we are breaking into the Norwegian market. Our product solves the issues with the traditional sealing of ventilation ducts; using tape and acryllic sealant to try and plug the leaks. Instead we build up a pressure inside the system and inject a small particle gas that finds all the small leakages and seals them. Not only is it faster, but also alot more effective than the previous method, which in turn makes it much more financially beneficent. With a ventilation system that has little to no leakage you extend the life of the engines and maximize the output of the fans. In addition you get cleaner air in the serviced areas. I became a part of this startup because with my 15 years of experience in the ventilation industry I can truly see the advantages of this method to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation systems and enhance the indoor air quality.

Become Legends

Become Legends is a esports team and brand and with headquarters in Norway. The team rapidly gained a foothold in the Fortnite scene and has built a stellar reputation after having participated in the Fortnite World Cup 2019 and placing 12th with Pontus 'Tchub' Bucht and securing $150,000. The team features players from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the UK and are one of the top global contenders in Fortnite when it comes to both competitive and branding. The team consistently ranks as a top team in 2020, ranking between #1 and #3 in Europe according to Gamepedia Fortnite Power Rankings. Our vision is to be a Norwegian and Nordic esports and lifestyle brand that is exported globally, by having a continuity of purpose (strive to be the very best) and be an esports brand and image with Nordic roots that young people asipre to be a part of.
