Our goal is to fix the issues with IT recruitment by challenging the role WE used to have for many years. The issues are that:1. It's hard to know who's best for a job because we rely on manual evaluations based on CV-descriptions.2. By utilizing the power of the pause button! And we are even able to multiply the numerous (missed) opportunities for product placement.
