It's even harder to know where you can find the best candidates because it's time consuming and expensive to track and promote on all platforms.Now, the easiest solution is to hire a recruitment agency (like we used to be), and receive candidates from their private database. But when the price range form 5000-15 0000$ per hire, very few companies can afford this. And you still have to trust that the agency have fixed the two issues above, and that their recommendations are not influenced by the potential payout.That's why we are creating a tool that matches candidates and companies so precisely that there should be no doubts to who you should interview. We match your skill need to everyone who has applied for the job and everyone who has applied for other jobs, so that you don't have to limit your talent access to only your own marketing efforts and budget. And we are only charging 500$ per process, with unlimited hires and users.
