Medlytic

At Medlytic, we're aiming to set a new standard for how healthcare and complex organizations implement IT solutions both nationally and internationally. While procurement processes are often tightly regulated, there remains significant potential for improvement when it comes to the implementation. The investment has already been made; implementation is about maximizing its value. That's why Medlytic is developing a combination of employee engagement and project management: a change management software. Our software automates the process of collecting and managing data from users, organizations, and IT vendors - as well as the work of analysis and identifying actions. This enables users like healthcare professionals to provide feedback anonymously and easily at all stages of an implementation, allowing project groups and leaders to focus on value-adding tasks and act quickly where needed. Additionally, we aim to take it a step further and identify focus areas ahead of the implementation using predictive analyses.

Chargo

Chargo er en «bysykkelløsning for powerbanks». Tjenesten lanseres i Oslo i samarbeid med Telenor og baserer seg på utleiebare powerbanks, slik at kunder kan lade mobiltelefoner på farten. Systemet fungerer likt bysykler, hvor kunden kan leie en powerbank fra et nettverk av ladestasjoner via vår app. Ladestasjonene vil bli plassert i kiosker, barer, cafeer, restauranter, museer, osv. Vårt mål er at en Chargo stasjon alltid skal være i nærheten, og håper at folk vil ta i bruk tjenesten på lik linje med Voi og Lime. Å bidra til utformingen av det visuelle ved tjenesten kan derfor være et godt bidrag til en personlig portofolio!

CYBERSECURITY FOR INDUSTRIAL NETWORKS AND CONTROL SYSTEMS Secure-NOK® is a technology company providing cybersecurity solutions for monitoring industrial networks (OT), and for detecting vulnerable areas. The company has vast experience and recognized technology, and has participated in several research projects with outstanding results. The technology (SNOK) can detect any abnormal event in a network and prevent important infrastructure from experiencing downtime due to malicious attack. Today, most industries are digitized, and thus more exposed to attacks from the outside. With technology from Secure-NOK, such attacks will be detected early, and thus avoid damage and downtime. Secure-NOK has developed patented sensors which are installed in a OT network, and which capture and report any abnormal traffic. The company has sensors for both networks, end-stations and PLC systems.

Mindcare

50% of the population will encounter mental illness, but 65% leave treatment without results. We're here to change that. Mindcare develops Konfidens – the worlds first holistic mental healthcare platform designed to improve the effectiveness of psychological treatment. Our SaaS platform for psychologists combines the basic tools needed to administer a private practice, with novel research-based treatment instruments. Right now we are working on a module for psychometric symptom analysis based on clinical research, an algorithm matching patient and therapist based on empirical treatment data and a suite of tools to aid the therapists professional development. Oceanness provide sustainable clothes made from recycled plastic bottles, and jewelry made from ocean plastic collected on the shores of Oslo and Grimstad. For every item sold, we collect 2 kg plastic waste, equivalent to 100 plastic bottles, from the ocean and coastlines in partnership with Plastic Bank. Preeti is musculoskeletal physiotherapist (physiotherapist with a specialist master's degree). The title means that she is the primary contact and can provide referrals and sick leave. Preeti has both national and international experience from Finnmark in the north to South Africa and Australia in the south. She is focused on using innovation and creativity to find solutions to societal problems. The positive platform falls under medical equipment and is a platform to treat and prevent musculoskeletal disorders. The solution is user-centered and evidence-based. It contains, among other things, automated mapping, digital consultation and workshops, as well as digital tools adapted to the user. The company has received both market research and commercialisation grant from Innovation Norway and is, among other things, affiliated with EIRA - which is a growth program developed and delivered by Norwegian Smart Care Cluster and Validé. Positival is in a phase now where the company needs to bring in the right expertise that can take the company further.

The team features players from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the UK and are one of the top global contenders in Fortnite when it comes to both competitive and branding.
