Kleda is a platform that allows users to share their personal styles and earn money from it. The platform allows users to create a profile to showcase and share pictures of their clothing style, as well as add links to where the clothing items were purchased. These links are then transformed into "deep links" that enable tracking of purchases made through a given user's clothing style. Users who share their styles on the platform will receive a commission of approximately 10-20% on sales made through these links. Kleda facilitates transactions between users and clothing stores, with the aim of making it easier for users to shop for clothes and get inspiration to create a good clothing style. Kleda solves several problems in the fashion industry. Consumers often experience friction when they have to visit multiple different stores or websites to find the clothes they want. Kleda provides a seamless and user-friendly experience by offering multiple stores on one platform. Additionally, Kleda provides publishers with a platform to build their own brand and earn money through collaborations with clothing stores. Kleda provides clothing stores with an easy way to sell products directly to consumers on a platform that already has a large and engaged user base, thereby increasing their visibility and revenue. Kleda has three different customer groups. The first group is shopping customers who use the Kleda app to find and purchase clothes from various stores on an easy and user-friendly platform. The second group is publishers who share their clothing styles and inspire other users. Kleda offers publishers the opportunity to build their personal brand and earn money by collaborating with Kleda's clothing store partners. The third group is clothing stores that want increased visibility and accessibility on a new platform. Kleda provides clothing stores with the opportunity to sell their products directly to customers and collaborate with Kleda to promote their products through campaigns and marketing. Overall, Kleda is solving the problem of the friction and inconvenience that consumers experience when shopping for clothes, while also providing opportunities for publishers and clothing stores to benefit from the platform.

Niuton is a deep tech platform that works on autonomous and decentralized solutions based on Newtonian principles and our end customers are hedge funds. Currently, we have a team of five people, the tech dev and research stretches three years back and we have been with one year live with clients. Now we are looking for a senior python specialist to automate the data flow in and out of our core machinery. The data feed into Niutons machinery is from Twelvedata and the output is clients around the world. For the right candidate, we can consider offering 0.5% of shares equity (valuation right now 7.5 million USD), you will be assisted by our other senior python specialist that handles the core machinery itself. The expected duration of this assignment is three to four months ONLY. Start date 1. January 2022. Resources have to be available 100% of the time during the assignment, most preferably in Oslo. The problem:The easiest pollution to clean up, is what's on the surface. Lost fishing gear is hidden on the bottom. It doesn't only cause pollution, but also torture and death of enormous amounts of animals. About 10% of the total amount of seafood harvested are wasted to ghost fishing. Hundreds of thousands of crab- and lobster traps are lost every years. In the Florida Keys alone an estimated 100 000 traps are lost every yearCaptured animals starve to death, and become bait for others to follow. Lost traps thus become endless killing machines at a severe societal and environmental cost. Over time traps also start dissolving, releasing microplastics into the ocean, working its way into the food chain and polluting our seafood. The solution:ResqUnit is a device that's mounted on top of a trap or a pot. If the trap is left under water for a longer period of time, ResqUnit activates and floats to the surface. Thus enabling you to retrieve it.We are hoping to raise awareness so that anyone who sees the unique floating device, will either pull up the equipment or report it's location. That way everybody can do their part keeping the oceans cleaner and stop the unnecessary killing of sea life.

Versiro develops software that accelerates the energy transition. Renewable electricity is great for the environment but difficult to plan because its production depends on uncertain weather conditions. Versiro develops an AI copilot that helps renewable producers make smart decisions in real time while considering these uncertainties. This assists the integration of renewable energy and increases its profitability, two key factors to enable the green energy transition. Versiro was founded by researchers at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and follows the observation that, in electric power systems, the traditional pipelines from research to industry are too outdated to keep up with the fast-paced world of machine learning.

New drugs for treating diseases of Down syndrome. More than 1% of the global GDP is spent on nursing demented people, and the number requiring nursing will triple within 2050. The disease is progressive, leading to death. There is no current cure available, only symptomatic treatments. Individuals born with Down syndrome have a more than 10x risk of developing dementia as well as a host of other diseases including diabetes. Our drug target, DYRK1A is an enzyme found on chromosome 21, and is considered a key factor determining developmental and medical challenges faced by individuals with Down. The enzyme interacts with multiple biological mechanisms involved in Alzheimer’s and autoimmune diseases. Advanced drug designUsing advanced drug design technologies, we have designed a potent DYRK1A inhibitor drug, PST-900. A use and substance of matter patent have been applied for. The company is currently working on chemical Lead Optimisation with 8 full-time medicinal chemists contracted.Financing and milestonesThe Company raised NOK 5 million in 2015 and 8.8 MNOK in 2016/2017, matching non-dilutive research (BIA) and business grants (Innovation Norway). We demonstrated Proof of Principle in a model system for Alzheimer’s disease in 2Q2016. We have also demonstrated that our drug is capable of reversing diabetes in an animal model. Together with clinical and regulatory advisors, we have identified an important unmet need for a drug to treat newly diagnosed diabetes. We will use this indication to quickly progress to market and from there develop analogous drug molecules in Alzheimer’s disease, focused especially in Down syndrome.
