Mitt Barnebarn er en seniorhjelp-bedrift i Trondheim. Vi hjelper hjemmeboende seniorer med det praktiske i hverdagen: renhold, hagearbeid, småreparasjoner, handling og digital hjelp. Navnet sier det meste: vi stiller opp slik et barnebarn ville gjort. Et menneske på døra, god teknologi i ryggen. Problemet vi jobber med er at mange eldre faller mellom familie som ikke rekker det, og en kommune med vedtak og ventelister. De trenger trygg, fast hjelp uten byråkrati. Det er det vi gir dem, med samme hjelper hver gang. Det som gjør oss spesielle: hjelperne våre er unge mennesker, og for mange er dette den første jobben. Hvert besøk blir et generasjonsmøte der en ungdom og en senior faktisk blir kjent. Vi tror unge kan styrke eldreomsorgen og avlaste en presset kommune, og vi bygger en bedrift som beviser det. Vi er et ungt team som bygger noe fra bunnen, og vi tenker stort: å vokse by for by, og gjøre kontoret til en hub der unge får prøve egne ideer, lære ferdigheter de tar med seg videre, og bygge noe som betyr noe. Å jobbe hos oss skal være meningsfullt, og du skal vokse av det.

EquaFish AS

EquaFish is a company developing the only complete decision-making tool for fish farm operation. The AquaCulture industry is facing mass mortality and decreased yields as a result of knowledge and data being fragmented througout the farm. One facility usually have 10-15 different systems, Excell sheets and notes where only 10-15% of the functionality is actually used. EquaFish streamlines, process and visualize the data so that every employee, no matter role, understand the plan, status and future of the production. This $140B problem is faced by salmon farmers, telapia, halibut, shellfish and char farmers all alike. The tech is the same, even though the species is not. EquaFish has a SaaS solution bringing all growth, water quality, mortality and feed data into one, exploiting mathematical and statistical data processing to find causes and effects, which the fish farmer can act upon. The result is higher yield with reduced risks in the production, increased effiency, knowledge sharing and learning with the employees. Finally fish produced in more stable environments with less risk of death and non-friendly conditions. EquaFish was startet on the belief that one of the biggest industries deserve the newest and best tools. The time of post-it notes, Excell and systems from the 90s died 15years ago and the AquaCulture industry didnt get the memo. Reprice is a small startup providing e-commerce stores with tools to automate pricing and monitor competitors. Our solution helps our clients maintain competitive prices, increase their margins, and drive a more profitable e-commerce strategy. In 2024, we were accepted to StartupLab and DNB NXT Accelerator as one of 9 out of 200 applicants! We brought Reprice to life out of a simple desire to solve a problem. Our founder, Anders Åberg, is a software designer who wanted to create a product that would improve processes for people who were doing things manually. We are proud to be a Norwegian created company with a customer-designed approach, meaning that our software is developed with the needs and input of our users at the forefront. We believe this customer-driven approach is what sets us apart from others, guaranteeing our software is tailored to the needs of our users of both today and tomorrow.
