DIGS supports startup activities by providing an office environment and space for public activities, stimulating a culture of collaboration, sustainability, and mutual innovation through shared knowledge and experience. We participate in entrepreneurship networks across Norway, Europe, and internationally and aim to strengthen ties, stimulate the local community, and boost business development in and around the region of Trondheim. The idea of creating DIGS started with three enthusiastic people who wanted to make space for innovation in Trondheim. They started working on the idea in 2011 and acquired the space we are currently located in in the summer of 2013. The word DIGS means workplace and living space.

ZEN OCEANS is a startup developing fully electric, autonomous-ready ships to affordably decarbonize ocean transport. We will think big and nudge the market for fully electric ships from 0 to 1. To fund our vision, we will develop products that in themselves can scale into large revenue-generating operations; among them maritime batteries (ZENERGY) and autonomy solutions (OCEANEYE). The future of ocean shipping is simple, safe, and sustainable - the frictionless fabric of global trade. Consequently, we consider the argument for electric and autonomous ships to be very strong. We envision a fleet of electric ships deployed at scale, coordinated by an intelligent network for the efficient movement of goods. The future starts now. The mortgage market is asymmetric in terms of information and it can be very challenging for regular customers to navigate between the different offers. 3 out 4 mortgage holders have never negotiated their interest rate and terms after financing, and therefor get penalized for their loyalty. As an individual customer you have little negotiation power with your bank, but with professionals negotiating on behalf of a group of similar customers you do. Clinsj is a startup fin-tech company that aims to help mortgage holders achieve better terms by negotiating on the customers behalf on a continuous basis. If the customers existing bank is not willing to meet market price, Clinsj will move the customer to bank with more appetite that offer market terms. As long as the customer is member on the platform, Clinsj will continuously monitor the market and negotiate when possible. Clinsj is independent and as such take no commissions from the banks. The customer only pay a subscription fee for a 12 month period after receiving value, either by a better rate from their existing bank or a new offer from a competitor. if new value is added in that period the subscription renews. The founders of Clinsj have extensive competence within the banking industry after years of holding different management positions in international banks. The pricing mechanism in mortgages show that there is a market to be met. We believe that "negotiation as a service" is a growing market that can be applied to many consumer products and seek to develop the concept as we grow.

Snapbooks is the digital accountant that keep companies accounts updated everyday. Open the app, take picture of receipt and after minutes the books are updated. Everything for a fixed monthly fee and everything available on the phone. We mean that the accounting service does not have to be expensive and you can still have full controll even you don´t do the accounts yourself. We will continuously try to push the price down by automating more and more of the accounting work inhouse. We want Snapbooks to be a tool that companies can use to run their business better and to have better chances for success.
