Kvist Solutions AS

Empowering construction projects ​to make a sustainable impact​, with human centric technology. Building sustainable is difficult. Today, building sustainable involves unstructured, unscalable and time-consuming processes. Drowned in paperwork and documentation, experts waste time on mundane and frustrating tasks instead of exploiting their expertise. Kvist makes the first complete digital system for sustainability reporting for construction projects. By delivering a cloud-based software that makes it really easy for projects to collect, validate and analyse environmental data, we remove friction in the unstructured processes that occur when choosing to build sustainable. Lower costs​. Lower risks​. Greener cities​. With big names among our customers and backed by investors like Alliance Venture, Arkwright X, DNB and Startuplab, we are well on our way to grow full speed. We are a relatively young team of currently 14 people, spread across expertise areas with a mix of engineering, developers, customer success and business development, some coming directly from university and others with a background in the industry. We have a very nice office at a co-working space in the very centre of Oslo, surrounded by both small startups and some established companies, and there is great and low-priced canteen, where we have lunch. We have access to many meeting rooms and facilities when you need silence, but also a great young and dynamic environment, where things are happening all the time. Our culture is fully flexible, meaning that everyone is allowed to work from home when needed, but as a small team we also enjoy working together, and most of us prefer to come to the office. We are a very social team, which easily comes when being small, and we do a lot of activities together like team dinners, Friday bars etc., but it is also fully accepted to skip and go home, when parts of the team decide to go for Karaoke at 1am. We have room for every kind of person, so you decide what you want to join.

Kobbr

Kobbr is on a mission to lead craftsmen, such as electricians, painters and carpenters, into a data driven future. Craftsmen are used to old and outdated software that requires several training days to master. We are building a product that our customers actually love to use and requires no training to get started. Our approach sets us apart from traditional software companies in the industry. We prioritize integrating seamlessly with existing tools, rather than replacing them. Kobbr simplifies workflows and decreases manual tasks by offering a modern alternative to pen, paper, and Excel. Since our software can be easily integrated with craftsmen’s existing software, it shortens our sales processes significantly and opens the opportunity for product-led growth. Our goal is to develop an inclusive work atmosphere and assemble a varied team, as we encourage individuals from all different backgrounds to submit their applications and join our collective journey.

Kleda

Kleda is a platform that allows users to share their personal styles and earn money from it. The platform allows users to create a profile to showcase and share pictures of their clothing style, as well as add links to where the clothing items were purchased. These links are then transformed into "deep links" that enable tracking of purchases made through a given user's clothing style. Users who share their styles on the platform will receive a commission of approximately 10-20% on sales made through these links. Kleda facilitates transactions between users and clothing stores, with the aim of making it easier for users to shop for clothes and get inspiration to create a good clothing style. Kleda solves several problems in the fashion industry. Consumers often experience friction when they have to visit multiple different stores or websites to find the clothes they want. Kleda provides a seamless and user-friendly experience by offering multiple stores on one platform. Additionally, Kleda provides publishers with a platform to build their own brand and earn money through collaborations with clothing stores. Kleda provides clothing stores with an easy way to sell products directly to consumers on a platform that already has a large and engaged user base, thereby increasing their visibility and revenue. Kleda has three different customer groups. The first group is shopping customers who use the Kleda app to find and purchase clothes from various stores on an easy and user-friendly platform. The second group is publishers who share their clothing styles and inspire other users. Kleda offers publishers the opportunity to build their personal brand and earn money by collaborating with Kleda's clothing store partners. The third group is clothing stores that want increased visibility and accessibility on a new platform. Kleda provides clothing stores with the opportunity to sell their products directly to customers and collaborate with Kleda to promote their products through campaigns and marketing. Overall, Kleda is solving the problem of the friction and inconvenience that consumers experience when shopping for clothes, while also providing opportunities for publishers and clothing stores to benefit from the platform.

Lingu AS

The story of Lingu started in the non-profit organization KIA which works with integration and Norwegian language teaching. The founders Edward Milsom and Odd Bjerga worked in this organization and came into contact with skilled and resourceful people from many different countries. The idea of ​​Lingu arose in this context of migration and communication, and human talents. The website lingu.no was launched on 16 December 2008, and our first language course started on KIA's premises in January 2009, with course providers from KIA's network. Since its inception, the company has grown and become a leading player in the language market in Norway. Lingu is today an ed-tech company and course provider with course centers in several cities. The company's management consists of an innovative and curious crew with a long career in adult education and a heart for language, technology, and pedagogy. As a company, we want to offer engaging and digital solutions for our users, as well as facilitate personal development for the people we work with. Founded in 2018 by Bård Anders and Stig Olav Kasin, PortalOne is the world’s first hybrid games platform. This mobile-first content gives users a more engaging games experience, with stunning visuals and enhanced interactivity while allowing users to compete for prizes. Cavai AS

Cavai AS was founded in December 2017 with the goal of revolutionizing online advertising. User experiences have largely been neglected on the web, and Cavai saw early on that chatbot technology, which has initially been used in customer service, could be a wonderfully good advertising product. Usually, chatbot technology is used as customer service on its own website, while Cavai's platform is built to be able to use chatbot technology on millions of websites for contextual advertising. The team today consists of 15 people, and the product has been launched in Norway, Finland, Sweden and the UK with 50 paying customers. Customers are very pleased and report that Cavai's technology is having a very good effect on completed advertising campaigns. Cavai will have its first month of positive operating results in October and looks to have sales of around 3 million in 2019. Next year will be a big growth year, where we have budgeted with a turnover of NOK 41 million. This growth has also been discussed by Finansavisen, where as part of Finansavisen's web-TV series "Vext", Cavai filmed his meeting with advertising legend Sir Marting Sorell in London. Nutcracker Solutions AS

Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.

To fund our vision, we will develop products that in themselves can scale into large revenue-generating operations; among them maritime batteries (ZENERGY) and autonomy solutions (OCEANEYE).
