PinMeTo AB

PinMeTo was founded on the idea that there should be a smarter way for brands to manage online listings & profiles for all of their locations. Brands with lots of physical locations have to coordinate business info, local communication, and reputation management for all of their locations. It takes a frustrating amount of work, and inaccuracies are almost unavoidable – plus hard to catch. PinMeTo was born in 2013, when three friends – one salesman, two developers – set up shop in a startup incubator in Malmö, Sweden. After years of iterations and improvements, PinMeTo now has about 100 employees in 6 offices, and we’re trusted by enterprise companies like H&M, 7-Eleven, and Hertz. Think of PinMeTo as a really efficient messenger: you add or update location data in PinMeTo, and that data is shared with all of your locations and the networks they’re listed on.

We work to gather as socially and environmentally sustainable producers as possible in one place, with the aim of making the path to ethical choices shorter for Norwegian consumers. The company was founded June 2020 after the founder's own personal experiences with trying to find ethical and sustainable brands to shop from, but feeling like it was such a time-consuming process. People who want to make good, conscious choices when shopping, should not have to spend hours surfing from one web shop to another to find products they need and background check them. This pushed the founder to create a marketplace, strictly for ethical and the most environmental friendly brands. This would spare the customer of time; by collecting all the products they need in one place, and doing the background checking for them, and knowledge; by introducing them to brands they may not have heard of before, and provide them with information about sustainability that the dishonest brands do not want to provide for them. Today, Ence works together with partnering brands to encourage and educate business leaders who take the responsibility of being more sustainable, so that these types of businesses together can evolve and take up a bigger market share together. By connecting these business leaders together, Ence aims to create a hub for sustainable brands to facilitate their growth. Ence consists of a team of 9 dedicated employees, volunteering for a cause they find important.

Food Farm

FoodFarm is an integrated platform that allows companies to arrange food for their employees, and have it brought to their offices daily. It is an alternative to the traditional canteen. It offers users a selection of kitchens and food types to choose from ordered via the app. Companies can choose from a range of kitchens , change them when desired and individual employees can also unsubscribe. All these actions are automated, which translates to: high speed and efficiency. Food Farm is so much more than just ordering your lunch. What we offer is the world's first co-created food platform.In essence, this means that we strive to deliver food in the most efficient way possible by engaging with each user in our value chain. When we started, we wanted to make ordering food cheaper but in our efforts to do so, we realized we had started building a new system for food services. Our vision is to connect every aspect of the value chain from the person producing the food to the person growing it to the final consumer. In doing so and with better communication between these different actors, we hope to reduce food waste not just within Norway, but also on a global level. Our business model is very lean and we don't need a lot of resources to enter other markets and we know that that is where we would like to be to contribute towards addressing the larger issue of food waste.

EquaFish AS

EquaFish is a company developing the only complete decision-making tool for fish farm operation. The AquaCulture industry is facing mass mortality and decreased yields as a result of knowledge and data being fragmented througout the farm. One facility usually have 10-15 different systems, Excell sheets and notes where only 10-15% of the functionality is actually used. EquaFish streamlines, process and visualize the data so that every employee, no matter role, understand the plan, status and future of the production. This $140B problem is faced by salmon farmers, telapia, halibut, shellfish and char farmers all alike. The tech is the same, even though the species is not. EquaFish has a SaaS solution bringing all growth, water quality, mortality and feed data into one, exploiting mathematical and statistical data processing to find causes and effects, which the fish farmer can act upon. The result is higher yield with reduced risks in the production, increased effiency, knowledge sharing and learning with the employees. Finally fish produced in more stable environments with less risk of death and non-friendly conditions. EquaFish was startet on the belief that one of the biggest industries deserve the newest and best tools. The time of post-it notes, Excell and systems from the 90s died 15years ago and the AquaCulture industry didnt get the memo.
