The Nordic Food Supplements AS (NFS) produces mealworms destined for food industry, animal feeding, plants nutrition. Our focus is oriented towards B2B market, we  provide: - Live, dried and powder mealworms to farms, pets shops, zoos and specific food markets. - Frass (insects poop) is a very rich nutrient for plants which we intend to sale to plant shops and also on a stand alone webshop However NFS AS is also a wholesaler of dried larvae to niche markets/direct consumer. My name is Frederick V. Richard, the idea of starting with insects protein farming emerged on a road trip in France questioning my future in IT companies (Yes i left bugs for bugs!). I have been conducing research on the possibility of rearing insects in Norway for a year before even approaching people about this project. Only after studying the feasibility of the project i started to gather 1 partner, which leaded to 2 other partners with scientific  and entrepreneurship/leadership background. Our team is now composed with Elena, Pål and Espen. We then started our first pilot site in an old farm (not a garage) with just 6kg of larvae to ensure we gathered enough knowledge on rearing insects under specific conditions. Today we have a cattle of ca 1/2 tonne and will keep growing til the end of the year as we plan to expand our production.

F3nice AS, founded in 2020, specializes in creating high-quality metal powder for additive manufacturing using recycled metal scrap. With a strong focus on sustainability, we are on a mission to revolutionize the additive manufacturing industry by providing a circular business model to our customers. F3nice’s efforts toward sustainability and challenging the status quo of additive manufacturing feedstock have been internationally recognized. The company has participated in multiple joint-industry projects, been part of paid pilot projects, and generated several commercial sales. We have received funds from both EU and Norwegian grants and are funded by international corporations and venture capital.

Newsec Maps is developing a web-based SaaS platform to help the Nordic commercial real estate (CRE) industry turn data into opportunities. Digitalization is a new term in the CRE industry, even though it's one of the world's largest asset class. The fact that it's such a big industry with huge value being transacted and managed, makes information and the speed of information extremely valuable. But today, most companies are subscribing to multiple different public sources, agency brokers, manual processes and personal networks to receive information used in decision-making. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change. The potential for more efficient urban development and infrastructure is huge and achievable through digitalizing the industry. Meaning we can help shape cities by making information available and developing solutions that provides insights hidden in the data. This is what motivated us to start this company and develop Newsec Maps. At the time of posting, we are a team of 6 in Oslo and 12 consultants located in Europe. The Product Eyecheck System is a modular SaaS platform that effectively enables sharing of clinical imaging, referrals, and other clinical correspondence instantly and securely between healthcare professionals, such as optometrists, eye doctors, and hospitals. By digitizing the patient journey we enable quicker treatments and fewer patient queues as we can process more patients with uncomplicated diagnoses more effectively. The Problem The prevalence of the most common retinal diseases, age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and diabetic retinopathy (DR), is rising in industrialized countries. In addition to demographic changes, this trend is also partly driven by growing numbers of patients with diabetes. This is increasing the workload in hospital ophthalmic units, and public ophthalmologists leading to waiting times of up to 12 months in Norway. This in turn increases the risk for serious eye damage in the general population at risk. The Solution Eyecheck System is a modular SaaS platform that shares clinical imaging, referrals, and other clinical correspondence securely and instantly between healthcare professionals. This in turn enables decentralized controls and diagnosis of patients even in rural areas with sub-optimal eye specialist coverage. Decentralized controls and screenings are made possible due to the vast amount of geographically spread retina imaging devices in over 600 optometrist locations throughout Norway alone. In addition to that, there is a wide-ranging discrepancy of competence levels across the profession of optometrists, where such a service would benefit both the patients and the optometrists. The reason why We are passionate about Eyecare and want to avoid blindness and other serious eye complications in Europe by digitizing the patient journey and creating a modern, more sustainable way to help patients get better. Our founder is an ophthalmologist (eye doctor) in Akershus and embarked on this journey due to his own experience when meeting patients that waited unnecessarily long on their appointment and ultimately an uncomplicated diagnosis.
