iNANOD AS is a nanotechnology based anticancer drug developing company operating from Oslo Cancer Cluster Incubator established in 2016.  The objective is to increase efficacy of cancer drugs and to reduce unintended side-effects for cancer patients and maximize their longevity. We have a strong group of people to deliver on the promise which comprises of our collaborators, scientific advisors and business advisors.   Our aim is to become a pharmaceutical company for anti cancer nanomedicines.  We will take a comprehensive approach, using collaborative research from many small projects and existing literature and infrastructure. Our team consisting of experts within nanotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine. Our partnerships with research institutions, makes us well suited for developing and commercialising this technology. As the focus is on improved delivery, the technology can greatly improve safety and efficacy of existing cancer drugs. Moreover, the costly development of new drugs will not be necessary. Monetisation and exit will therefore be available in an earlier phase than normal within pharmaceutical development, through selling IPR to established pharmaceutical companies after clinical phase IIa. The Norwegian Research Council has granted our pre-project application in NANO 2021 call and research has started in August 2017. Innovasjon Norge has also supported us with mentoring hours. We are a member of Oslo Cancer Cluster now.

Utleieagenten is a Norwegian proptech startup solving the "word against word" problem in residential rentals. When a tenancy ends, landlords and tenants routinely disagree about the condition of the home: was the damage already there, was the cleaning good enough, who pays? Without dated documentation from move-in, deposit disputes come down to memory and claims — and thousands of these cases end up in the Norwegian Rent Disputes Tribunal every year. It's a costly, stressful, avoidable conflict built into every one of Norway's 500,000+ rental households. Utleieagenten removes the conflict by making documentation effortless and neutral. The landlord sends a single SMS. The tenant opens a secure link on their phone and walks through the home room by room, taking photos and reporting any issues — guided by a checklist, no app download, no login. Both parties instantly get the same time-stamped condition report. Repeated at move-in, during the tenancy and at move-out, this creates one shared, verifiable record of the home's condition — protecting the landlord's asset and the tenant's deposit at the same time. The product is free to try (send a test inspection to yourself in under a minute) and free through 2026; from 2027 a licence costs NOK 490 per rental unit per year. We also offer free tools used by Norwegian landlords: a digital handover protocol, a rent adjustment calculator built on official CPI data from Statistics Norway, and local housing price statistics. Rental housing is a growing share of the Norwegian market, dominated by small private landlords with no professional tools. Mattehelten ble startet med én klar visjon – å gjøre matematikk enklere og hjelpe elever som sliter med faget. Vi vet hvor frustrerende det er for foreldre å se barnet sitt streve med matte uten å vite hvordan man kan hjelpe. Matematikk er et av de fagene flest elever sliter med i skolen, og konsekvensene kan være store både for selvtilliten deres og fremtidige utdanningsmuligheter. Statistikk fra 2016/2017 viser at 22 % av tiendeklassingene fikk karakteren 2 eller lavere i matematikk, og i 2024 strøk over 20 % av privatistene i 2P, R1 og R2-matte. Disse tallene viser at mange elever ikke får den oppfølgingen de trenger for å mestre faget. I tillegg ser vi at stadig færre velger realfag på videregående, fordi de opplever matte som for vanskelig. Dette bidrar til mangel på ingeniører, IT-spesialister og andre viktige yrker, som igjen påvirker samfunnet og fremtidens arbeidsmarked. Mattehelten ble startet for å snu denne trenden. Vi hjelper elever med å tette kunnskapshull, bygge mestring og oppnå bedre resultater, slik at matte ikke blir en hindring, men en mulighet. Gjennom 1-til-1 digital undervisning tilbyr vi skreddersydd mattehjelp der elevene får tett oppfølging hver uke. Vi bruker Google Meet og tegnebrett for å forklare både skriftlige utregninger og digitale verktøy som GeoGebra, regneark og programmering. Mattehelten ble grunnlagt i 2020 av Stephan Hung Nguyen under pandemien. Han så hvor mange elever som slet med matematikk og ønsket å gjøre en forskjell. Med sin ekspertise innen undervisning og matematikk startet han et gratis tilbud for ungdommer – både for å støtte dem gjennom pandemien og for å øke interessen for faget. I løpet av tre år underviste Stephan opptil 20 timer i uken helt gratis, ved siden av studiene. Etter hvert økte etterspørselen, og flere forespurte fast digital undervisning. For å kunne hjelpe flere begynte vi å ta betalt, slik at Stephan kunne undervise på fulltid. Fokuset var – og er fortsatt – å tilby undervisning preget av empati, trygghet og mestring. Ryktet spredte seg, og stadig flere ønsket mattehjelp fra Mattehelten. I 2023 hadde vi 4 undervisere, i 2024 vokste vi til 11, og i 2025 har vi 20 dyktige undervisere – alle med samme mål: å hjelpe elever med å mestre matte og føle seg trygge i faget.
