Ren Hub AS

Ren Hub utvikler en innovativ plattform for rengjøringstjenester for å hjelpe travle byboere og bedrifter i Oslo med å opprettholde rene omgivelser uten problemer. Ved å kombinere erfarne renholdere med brukervennlig planleggingsteknologi, sikrer vi høy kvalitet, pålitelige og praktiske rengjøringsløsninger. I dagens hektiske verden er det en betydelig utfordring for mange byboere og bedrifter å opprettholde et rent hjem eller arbeidsmiljø. Dette problemet påvirker et bredt spekter av individer og organisasjoner, fra travle profesjonelle til småbedriftseiere som sliter med å finne pålitelige og effektive rengjøringstjenester. Problemet er utbredt i byer som Oslo, hvor etterspørselen etter profesjonelle rengjøringstjenester ofte overstiger tilbudet, noe som fører til inkonsekvent kvalitet og upraktisk planlegging. Ren Hub løser dette problemet ved å utvikle en omfattende plattform for rengjøringstjenester som sømløst kobler kunder med erfarne og godkjente renholdere. Vår plattform tilbyr: Brukervennlig planlegging: Kunder kan enkelt bestille rengjøringstjenester gjennom vår intuitive app eller nettside, og velge tider som passer deres travle tidsplan. Kvalitetssikring: Vi sikrer høye standarder ved å ansette trente og erfarne renholdere som gjennomgår streng godkjenning og regelmessige prestasjonsvurderinger. Tilpassede tjenester: Fra rask flekkrengjøring til grundige rengjøringsøkter, våre tjenester er skreddersydd for å møte hver kundes spesifikke behov. Gjennomsiktig prissetting: Vår konkurransedyktige og klare pristruktur sikrer at kundene vet nøyaktig hva de betaler for, uten skjulte gebyrer. Vårt team er dedikert til å tilby en pålitelig og effektiv rengjøringsløsning som gir kundene våre ro i sinnet. Ideen til Ren Hub kom fra mine egne utfordringer med å opprettholde et rent hjem mens jeg håndterte en hektisk arbeidsplan. Jeg innså at mange mennesker i urbane omgivelser står overfor lignende utfordringer, og ofte går på kompromiss med renslighet på grunn av tidsbegrensninger eller upålitelige tjenesteleverandører. Denne personlige erfaringen, sammen med omfattende markedsundersøkelser, fremhevet et betydelig gap i tilgjengeligheten av konsistente og praktiske rengjøringstjenester. Drevet av en lidenskap for å løse virkelige problemer og et ønske om å gjøre en positiv innvirkning på folks daglige liv, bestemte jeg meg for å forlate min dagjobb og fokusere på å bygge Ren Hub. Vårt oppdrag er å fjerne stresset med rengjøring, slik at kundene våre kan nyte renere, sunnere omgivelser uten bekymringer. Denne reisen er drevet av visjonen om å transformere rengjøringsindustrien med innovative løsninger som møter de stadig skiftende behovene i det moderne bylivet.

Vandre

Vandre is a young Norwegian tech company with the ambition to impact the environmental situation by making textile brands succeed in reducing their footprint by making clothes and garments live longer. The world’s garbage piles are growing. In 2021, 40.000 tons of used fashion clothes ended up in the Atacama desert in Chile as their final destination. This is just one example of how the textile industry is not even close to being sustainable. The sports and textile industries face strict requirements and a major upheaval, when the EU is planning to introduce sustainability reporting and requirements to offer consumers repair of products in 2025. Our platform connects brands in the industry with certified repair centres and facilitates a seamless user journey with logistics and payment options. The platform is also a sought-after tool at repair centres, as it helps to make their daily operations more efficient. We have currently launched in Norway, and plan to expand to the rest of the Nordics and beyond in the future. Our HQ is in a co-working space office in downtown Oslo – a two-minute walk from Nationaltheatret, where we share office with a small PE fund, and have lunch break together with. We also have employees in other cities working remotely. As a small team, some of us are quite often on the go and strive to stick to our digital workplace practices as much as possible. This enables the whole team to work quite flexibly when needed, together with some well-appreciated face time at the office as often as possible. Today the team is communicating openly using Slack and ClickUp to organise daily work and product development. There you will feel the motivating and active vibe from the other team members, our CEO Henriette, and our always-on-the-go working Chairman and brand relationship manager Simen. We are still a small team, but team spirit we have and everyone is highly motivated to make a difference in the world and help grow Vandre to reach it's full potential. As most team members work from home most of the time, we always strive to be available during the working hours, and prioritise weekly meetings to stimulate the team spirit being a partly remote team. In addition we believe in a high level of freedom for each colleague to find their own optimal w/l balance. GoGood

At GoGood, we work towards developing a reuse economy for office furniture that will be preferred to the consumer economy. Our solution consists of a digital reuse-platform that aims to become a driving force in the reuse economy for used office furniture. We have taken a concrete approach, starting with office interiors as our initial focus. In Norway alone, the office furniture market is worth over 4 billion annually, yet we discard 140,000 tons of furniture valued at 400-500 million Norwegian kroner each year. This cannot continue. That's why we have developed a reuse-platform for furniture, including a marketplace for the professional furniture market, making it incredibly easy for businesses, interior architects, and other stakeholders to sell their furniture while also simplifying the process of purchasing used furniture for interior projects, as well as making old furniture look new again. Over the past two years, we have made significant progress in developing modern reuse solutions, products, and services. With public support totaling over 15 million Norwegian kroner from the Research Council of Norway, Innovation Norway, and the Oslo municipality, as well as partnerships with industry players such as Flokk, Aarsland, Ope, Norsk Gjenvinning, Glomma Industrier, Hannah Nordh, Oslo Waste and Recycling Agency, NORSUS - Norwegian Institute for Sustainability Research, Norsk Regnesentral, and OBOS, we are now ready with our reuse-platform making the circular economy for office furniture on a large scale possible-

Lingu AS

The story of Lingu started in the non-profit organization KIA which works with integration and Norwegian language teaching. The founders Edward Milsom and Odd Bjerga worked in this organization and came into contact with skilled and resourceful people from many different countries. The idea of ​​Lingu arose in this context of migration and communication, and human talents. The website lingu.no was launched on 16 December 2008, and our first language course started on KIA's premises in January 2009, with course providers from KIA's network. Since its inception, the company has grown and become a leading player in the language market in Norway. Lingu is today an ed-tech company and course provider with course centers in several cities. The company's management consists of an innovative and curious crew with a long career in adult education and a heart for language, technology, and pedagogy. As a company, we want to offer engaging and digital solutions for our users, as well as facilitate personal development for the people we work with. Cautus Geo AS overvåker naturfarer, stabilitet i fjell, løse masser, konstruksjoner og miljø på land og til vanns. Vi utvikler og drifter ulike målesystemer. Vi har egen webløsning for innsamling, bearbeiding, analyse og varsling av data fra ulike kilder. Løsningen heter Cautus Web. Cautus Geo ble etablert i 2009. I dag er vi en bred faglig gruppe. Hos oss har de fleste en master eller siv.ing. grad med kompetanse innen ulike måle- og sensorteknologier, kart og oppmåling, geologi, geoteknikk, geografisk it og programvareutvikling.Hovedkontoret ligger i Lier. I tillegg er vi etablert i Oslo og Voss. Arbeidsområdene til selskapet er i all hovedsak kartlegging, instrumentering, drift og dataforvaltning av varslingssystemer for stabilitet av fjell, løse masser, konstruksjoner og overvåkning av vann- og landområder. Det er stor konkurranse om de beste hodene i Norge, og det strekker desverre ikke til for alle de fantastiske idèene og bedriftene vi har.Outsourcing er sjeldent en god løsning da det bringer høy kompleksitet, lav utviklingshastighet og store sjanser for kommunikasjonsproblemer. Behovet for A-lags-spillere er høyt.Homesourcing finner fantastiske personer i Europa og integrerer de i norske utviklingsteam. Vi mener det finnes mer enn nok av utviklere i verden, men for få utviklere som også har lederevner. Vi coacher og bygger utviklere til ledere for å sørge for de blir like effektive som oss nordmenn og kan ta et større ansvar. Ikke minst kunne tenke selv og ta gode avgjørelser for teamene de er i.

Biim Ultrasound AS

Biim is a global medical company developing low-cost portable and pocketable ultrasound devices that connect to IOS and Android interfaces. Biim is entering the commercial stage with both FDA and CE approvals in place. The company has signed a 3-year distr. agreement with AngioDynamics worth a minimum of 20 million USD. Year-to-date revenue has exceeded more than 2.4 million USD. The company has secured a credit facility of 4 million USD with DNB. Biim is raising up to 9 million USD for the development of two new probes and to expand the global footprint to more than 30 countries.

MyRent

MyRent is a cloud-based system for managing tenants and rent payment. Our customers are businesses renting out apartments in Norway. MyRent has been running since 2012, and with help from a customized CRM system, we started getting customers early on. Today handle about 28 Million NOK in monthly payments for our customers. Our goal is to get this platform out in Scandinavia, after building the bases in Norway.

Excitus AS

Excitus is set up to develop, manufacture and sell medical suction products based on its revolutionary, patent-pending mobile suction platform. Products will span from professional hand-held tools for paramedics to consumer devices in a private home and stored together with the defibrillator at supermarkets, stadiums, etc. The platform enables a higher survival rate at cardiac arrests, yet at the same time, it provides a razor/razorblade business model unseen in this area.

Mitta AS

Think Outside is now Mitta AS, a subsidiary fully owned by Mitta Oy. Mitta will be offering geodata monitoring and measurement services to the Norwegian market, bridging the growth of the Finnish and Swedish Mitta companies to new Norwegian customers. For us at Mitta, accurate and reliable positioning is extremely important, as it is a basic prerequisite for spatial information. High-quality input data means cost-effectiveness in design, construction and monitoring, regardless of the customer's industry. Mitta is the market leader as a producer and processor of terrain information in the infrastructure sector in Finland and Sweden. Our customers operate in the construction value chain from design to production.

IC Technology AS

ICT is a Norwegian technology development company that holds patents designed to bring new opportunities to the cryogenic liquids storage and transportation sectors via unique containers. The design targets the market for both large- and small-scale cryogenic applications. ICT’s solution is modular and suited for onshore as well as maritime use. The development of hydrogen infrastructure is slow and holding back widespread adoption. Transportation of large volumes is one of the major challenges that IC Technologies is determined to solve. Another challenge is the storage of liquid hydrogen. Current storage solutions resemble enlarged thermos flasks, and the hydrogen inside gradually evaporates over time. Our vision is a decarbonized world with green hydrogen as a major energy carrier.
