PinMeTo AB

PinMeTo was founded on the idea that there should be a smarter way for brands to manage online listings & profiles for all of their locations. Brands with lots of physical locations have to coordinate business info, local communication, and reputation management for all of their locations. It takes a frustrating amount of work, and inaccuracies are almost unavoidable – plus hard to catch. PinMeTo was born in 2013, when three friends – one salesman, two developers – set up shop in a startup incubator in Malmö, Sweden. After years of iterations and improvements, PinMeTo now has about 100 employees in 6 offices, and we’re trusted by enterprise companies like H&M, 7-Eleven, and Hertz. Think of PinMeTo as a really efficient messenger: you add or update location data in PinMeTo, and that data is shared with all of your locations and the networks they’re listed on.

Dedicated to honor old traditions in making jeans, and inspired by a time when superior quality, supporting local trade and taking care of own garments mattered.Since its establishment in 2010, Livid Jeans remains today the only apparel manufacturing company left in Norway, driven not from an economic point of view, but with a purpose. A purpose driven towards upholding old trade and conventional craft in a country where a once blooming textile industry is gone, and the fine craft with it. While continuously growing we strive to follow core values and to always create as unique and authentic products as we possibly can. And while doing so, sustain our responsibility against the competitive force of poor products being made unsustainably.Livid Jeans’ product portfolio today consists of two different production lines. One collection handmade the old fashioned way locally right here in Trondheim, Norway. And one ready-to-wear collection line made in Barcelos, Portugal. Utleieagenten.no

Utleieagenten is a Norwegian proptech startup solving the "word against word" problem in residential rentals. When a tenancy ends, landlords and tenants routinely disagree about the condition of the home: was the damage already there, was the cleaning good enough, who pays? Without dated documentation from move-in, deposit disputes come down to memory and claims — and thousands of these cases end up in the Norwegian Rent Disputes Tribunal every year. It's a costly, stressful, avoidable conflict built into every one of Norway's 500,000+ rental households. Utleieagenten removes the conflict by making documentation effortless and neutral. The landlord sends a single SMS. The tenant opens a secure link on their phone and walks through the home room by room, taking photos and reporting any issues — guided by a checklist, no app download, no login. Both parties instantly get the same time-stamped condition report. Repeated at move-in, during the tenancy and at move-out, this creates one shared, verifiable record of the home's condition — protecting the landlord's asset and the tenant's deposit at the same time. The product is free to try (send a test inspection to yourself in under a minute) and free through 2026; from 2027 a licence costs NOK 490 per rental unit per year. We also offer free tools used by Norwegian landlords: a digital handover protocol, a rent adjustment calculator built on official CPI data from Statistics Norway, and local housing price statistics. Rental housing is a growing share of the Norwegian market, dominated by small private landlords with no professional tools. Utleieagenten gives them the documentation layer the industry is missing — simple enough for a first-time landlord, systematic enough for a portfolio.

normify

normify is an engineering-documentation technology company modernizing how technical documents are checked and maintained — "docs-as-code" for engineering. Its graph-based compliance engine checks technical deliverables against the norms and project requirements they must comply with — clause by clause, with every finding cited back to its exact source, in minutes instead of days of manual review. Instead of an engineer cross-checking a document against a standard with a highlighter, normify returns every non-conformance with a traceable audit trail for QA and client review. The graph-based method — not a raw LLM wrapper — is what lets normify reach 96.1% labelled recall across 10+ standards. It is norm-agnostic (customers bring the standards and requirements their projects are bound to), portable across LLM providers, and available self-hosted so sensitive engineering data never leaves the customer's environment. normify is extending from compliance checking into version-aware change intelligence — tracking what changed between document revisions and whether it still complies. Target users: discipline leads, technical authorities, QA/QC and document-control teams at operators, EPCs, and engineering consultancies.

Through a series of web-applications and integrations with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, we’ve started to form synchronized and comprehensive solutions to help the building industry reduce its climate change.
