Nordic Data Resources AS

Nordic Data Resources is a leading online data provider, well established in all the Nordic markets after a successful market launch in Q4 2015. We have run more than 1000 campaigns with 100 media agencies in our first 18 months, which generated revenue of € 0,5 million in 2016. We have a monthly run rate of more than € 100 k, which will increase significantly moving forward, particularly when we have globally launched our data. 1) PRODUCT We have developed a scalable, full-reach consumer classification online audience data suite, available for any programmatic platform and digital channel. We specialize in geo-targeting and consumer classification data to reach the entire population. Our data provide a unique way of targeting audiences in a safe and reliable way, available for both buy-side and sell-side, as well as data exchanges and DMPs. Our revenue is driven by ad impressions using our data to target more effectively. We offer CPM based pricing model in the programmatic platforms, as well as a monthly fixed DMP agreement (recurring revenue model) 3) STRONG MARKET GROWTH / CUSTOMERS The data market is driven by the strong growth in the programmatic buying of ads on the internet, mobile, and soon TV. It’s the best-performing sector in the ad industry (40% growth in 2016). It is predicted that programmatic buying and selling will soon and completely take over the ad market. We have built a global distribution from day one with the leading data exchanges and programmatic trading platforms, so we have a very scalable business and revenue model. We have successfully launched our data in the Nordic markets and are now launched in Germany. Nordic Data Resources has an international "Go to Market" strategy where we plan to globally launch our data in the next 3-9 months. We are able to do this since we have a global audience data set and distribution partners, the key job is to make trading desks and media agencies aware of the existence and great value. Devent

We have now published the first version of the website Devent for Agility. The idea is to have a website where you can find agility-related information in the form of a meeting overview (list or calendar), results, annual overviews, and statistics for dog/organizer/judge (graphs are best viewed on a PC or landline phone). You manage which dogs you want to see statistics for easily on "my page". The system also has modules for setting up and running your own events and supports e.g. 5 size classes if desired. Pinovo AS

Pinovo AS is a Norwegian scale up that has developed, patented, proven and commercialised surface maintenance technology that stops Ocean Paint Microplastic emissions. Ocean Paint Microplastic emissions are a large but little known problem that we estimate could be generating between 1.5m and 2.25m tonnes of ocean pollution each year (https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/09/how-to-reduce-microplastics-from-paint/). Pinovo has developed a clean, circular dustless grit blasting solution, which stops these emissions and which is also up to 60% more cost efficient than the traditional methods of surface maintenance for spot blasting.

MIXMOVE

Our cloud solution reduces emissions and increases efficiency in logistics operations.In current logistics, lack of digital processes and collaboration results in underutilized capacity. Trucks and containers are more than 50% empty which results in significantly higher cost and more emission than necessary. Our solution taps into existing systems to consolidate multiple shipments on parcel level, share resources and utilizes our logistics network to ensure the optimal route.

We worked together in Microsoft and often discussed how to address daily tasks through the use of new technologies. Like many others we too forgot parent events and showed up for footballmatches at the wrong times. We needed a better solution, and we built Truegroups so that parents, without any real effort, can have full overview to their family’s activities in less than 30 seconds. Truegroups is built so that you can have all groups, associations and activities in one place. We cut through the chaos of endless emails, multiple websites, Facebook groups, handwritten notes and documents. To minimize the parent effort required, we built Truegroups to cover the needs of associations, coaches, class contacts and preschool-managers. Preppio is built based on the 5's principles together with Talya Bauer. The software uses messaging automation, chatbots, and content that enables any HR team to implement a science-based and paperless onboarding program that managers and new hires love. - Automation to save time for HR and hiring managers. - Chatbots to give new hires a better onboarding experience. - Science-based pre- and onboarding programs that drive engagement. YOUNG SUSTAINABLE IMPACT

Young Sustainable Impact (YSI) was started in 2016 by a group of youth in Norway who saw the cop21, Paris conference and looked ahead.We believe innovation and entrepreneurship can solve most of our challenges in the world, that youth are the driving force, and in collaboration with the experienced and established – it can be done. Innovation program: We aim to find the best talents in the world, to create impact startups to tackle the UN Sustainable Development Goals.  In Oslo we are a group of very different people, who somehow ended up together, with the same mission. We have fun, excited people who are trying their best to help people and at the same time grow into becoming that person who can influence the world in a positive direction. It's about the main goal, and not being recognized yourself - which is why any disagreement we have, turns out in a positive energy. The power of trying to get YSI to do the most good, is vital! We have found a great spot in Greenhouse, with a gaming room, ping pong, garden on the roof, (A ROOF), and other cool companies from all fields imaginable.At the same time, we work with teams in Bangladesh, South-East Asia, and China. Extremely different cultures, who also have the same goal as us. This is both hard and exciting at the same time.

Newsec Maps

Newsec Maps is developing a web-based SaaS platform to help the Nordic commercial real estate (CRE) industry turn data into opportunities. Digitalization is a new term in the CRE industry, even though it's one of the world's largest asset class. The fact that it's such a big industry with huge value being transacted and managed, makes information and the speed of information extremely valuable. But today, most companies are subscribing to multiple different public sources, agency brokers, manual processes and personal networks to receive information used in decision-making. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change. The potential for more efficient urban development and infrastructure is huge and achievable through digitalizing the industry. Meaning we can help shape cities by making information available and developing solutions that provides insights hidden in the data. This is what motivated us to start this company and develop Newsec Maps. At the time of posting, we are a team of 6 in Oslo and 12 consultants located in Europe. Our founding team possesses world-leading expertise within the telecommunication industry, therefore we are starting off by targeting this field. PinMeTo AB

PinMeTo was founded on the idea that there should be a smarter way for brands to manage online listings & profiles for all of their locations. Brands with lots of physical locations have to coordinate business info, local communication, and reputation management for all of their locations. It takes a frustrating amount of work, and inaccuracies are almost unavoidable – plus hard to catch. PinMeTo was born in 2013, when three friends – one salesman, two developers – set up shop in a startup incubator in Malmö, Sweden.
