Oxy Solutions AS

A bio-and medtech Company developing and selling proprietary solutions for using oxygen in various applications. Currently focussing on beverages (water, sports- and isotonic drinks), wound healing, cosmetics and fish farming. Licensing platform technology for applying oxygent to other products. Oxy Solutions is a privately held Norwegian based biotech company that has developed and patented an innovative technology for highly oxygenating liquid. Oxy Solutions'​ core business and strategy is to develop, document, IP protect, and commercialize the technology primarily within wound healing. The company has an in-house R&D facility in Norway. The company has funding from the Norwegian Research Council. Oxy Solutions is in possession of patented technology that makes it possible to greatly increase the dissolved level of oxygen in water. Tests have indicated stable levels in excess of 70 mg/l, or approximately 10 times higher than previously thought possible.

DoMore Diagnostics is on a mission to transform cancer diagnostics with artificial intelligence to improve patient care and make drug development more effective. We use state-of-the-art methods to improve patients’ quality of life and help clinicians make more informed decisions. Our technology is based on pioneering research on utilizing artificial intelligence to increase the prognostic value from routine clinical pathology cancer tissue samples. The extensive research conducted at top universities (University in Oslo, Oxford University and University College of London) has been published in leading and high impact scientific journals such as The Lancet and Nature Reviews Cancer. These new methods have resulted in fully automated histotyping that provide objective and precise prognostic information that correlate and out-perform existing markers. This novel histotyping can guide selection of therapy to avoid over- and undertreatment. It can also make cancer drug development more effective by ensuring more precise diagnosis and prognosis, which is the fundament for precision medicine. Artificial intelligence is set for a breakthrough in medicine and several megatrends are pushing for new solutions in cancer diagnostics. Digital pathology and new AI algorithms will play a significant role in the future of medicine and hold multiple commercial opportunities. BEDD AS

We offer new possibilities in the field of urban gardening. BEDD design, produce and sell modular raised garden bed systems in steel. Simple as Lego bricks and cool as Montana shelves.  The concept is developed in close collaboration with ByBye Design and our production partner is Tronrud Engineering in Moss, Norway. Since prototype launch in 2016, BEDD has experienced 3x growth every year. In 2019 our goal is to expand to 60 stores and launch a great self watering system for BEDD.  Our company vision is "Cultivating passion". It covers our passion for urban gardening and green living, but also our passion for sustainable growth in new and exciting markets. Our team is a nice bouquet of experts from fields such as gardening, design, strategy, marketing and business development. Like the cool steel panels in our products, we like to join people with different backgrounds and know-how. In near future we hope to increase this team with more people, and will return to this when the time is right.

Preppio is built based on the 5's principles together with Talya Bauer. The software uses messaging automation, chatbots, and content that enables any HR team to implement a science-based and paperless onboarding program that managers and new hires love. - Automation to save time for HR and hiring managers. - Chatbots to give new hires a better onboarding experience. - Science-based pre- and onboarding programs that drive engagement. Vilect is an AI powered recruitment assistant that helps non-hr managers run high quality processes and hire the best candidates in record time. The assistant identifies the most relevant candidates and lets the hiring manager screen short-listed applicants with recorded video interviews integrated directly in the system.www.vilect.ai  We are Vilect and we are really trying to keep one of the biggest time thieves in the retail sector at bay -- hiring and more specifically, hiring the wrong people. What we are doing is creating a recruitment software with the store manager in mind and improve the workflow. How do they reach out to the applicants? How do they evaluate applicants? How do they choose the right applicant? We thus want to make a system created around this workflow. Through this, we hope to help them sort through hundreds of applications and narrow those down to a more manageable number.We are saving time on writing the application by introducing video interviews instead. The applicant can complete the video interview as part of the process and the store manager can review those videos at his convenience. We started testing our prototypes which had a video element in it, with great feedback. We were wondering if they could actually get a good impression of a person with short video answers and thus far, the store managers' feedback has been really great.
