Food Farm

FoodFarm is an integrated platform that allows companies to arrange food for their employees, and have it brought to their offices daily. It is an alternative to the traditional canteen. It offers users a selection of kitchens and food types to choose from ordered via the app. Companies can choose from a range of kitchens , change them when desired and individual employees can also unsubscribe. All these actions are automated, which translates to: high speed and efficiency. Food Farm is so much more than just ordering your lunch. What we offer is the world's first co-created food platform. In essence, this means that we strive to deliver food in the most efficient way possible by engaging with each user in our value chain. When we started, we wanted to make ordering food cheaper but in our efforts to do so, we realized we had started building a new system for food services. Our vision is to connect every aspect of the value chain from the person producing the food to the person growing it to the final consumer. In doing so and with better communication between these different actors, we hope to reduce food waste not just within Norway, but also on a global level. Our business model is very lean and we don't need a lot of resources to enter other markets and we know that that is where we would like to be to contribute towards addressing the larger issue of food waste.

Empire AI

Empire AI is a company founded by workspace consultants with over a decade of experience in developing office buildings. Through our work, we noticed that the office planning process is characterized by gut-feelings, guesswork and outdated benchmarks. This results in suboptimal office space that has massive amounts of unused space - an average of 80-90% of chairs and 50-60% of rooms remain empty during work hours in a typical office building today. Simultaneously, employees are complaining they do not have the necessary rooms and support their work. To address this issue, we created Empire AI. Empire's software is designed to transform the way you plan and manage your office space, making office buildings more space efficient, sustainable, and people-centric. Our machine learning models can predict how your office space will be used, allowing you to make informed decisions before you even begin building. With our software, you'll be able to identify which rooms and areas will be most useful and which will be less so, ensuring optimal utilization of your space. It can be used for building specifications, scenario planning, monitoring and improving existing office space and to predict utilization before building the space. Our recommendations are based on years of research and data, so our customers can be confident that they're making the right choices.

Parallelo

volant - minimalistic handmade diffusers and organic essential oils

Volant was founded in Norway by Tobias Nervik and Daniel Hoftun. They shared a flat in Oslo and wanted to buy an aroma diffuser to start using essential oils after Tobias heard about it on the Tim Ferriss show. Daniel had just refurbished the apartment and wanted a nice-looking diffuser that fit well with the interior decor. They were unable to find one. That is why they created volant: to offer a minimalistic essential oil diffuser that goes with any interior. The volant diffuser was an instant hit in Norway and launched in 15 countries within the first year. The volant diffuser is Scandinavian in design and craftsmanship and is the flagship product of volant. It infuses our customers' spaces with fresh aromas and helps them feel relaxed, energetic or focused depending on their needs.

Materials that can generally be recycled from construction sites include steel and concrete elements, aluminium, untreated timber, cardboard, paint and plastics. Leftover materials may include complete products, such as doors, windows, insulation, flooring and technical equipment. Market potential GreenStock has completed development of the beta version of the platform and is testing it together with building developers. A fully developed solution for a public marketplace will be available by the end of 2020. The company is a member of NTNU Accel, an accelerator programme at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
