Thyr is a modern travel platform helping curious and style-driven explorers plan, experience, and share unique journeys with ease. We offer inspiring travel stories, digital guides, and curated products – like Lightroom presets, ready-made itineraries, and online travel courses – designed to make travel feel more accessible and personal. Luminik

1. The pitch Luminik is building an AI co-pilot for event marketers to help B2B marketing teams turn expensive conferences into predictable pipeline - by fixing targeting, meetings, and follow-up with one revenue-first system. 2. The what B2B companies spend 20–30% of their marketing budget on events - but most can’t prove the ROI. Attendee lists come in late. Sales teams scramble to book meetings. Post-event follow-up is messy and untracked. As a result, 40–70% of event-generated leads disappear. This affects CMOs, event marketers, and sales teams who are under pressure to justify spend and show pipeline impact. The pain is felt across industries, and the budgets at stake are massive. 3. The how Luminik is an AI-powered event marketing co-pilot. It identifies ICP accounts and decision-makers weeks in advance, helps lock meetings before the event, alerts sales when high-value prospects show up at the booth, and auto-syncs all activity back to the CRM. Ren Hub AS

Ren Hub utvikler en innovativ plattform for rengjøringstjenester for å hjelpe travle byboere og bedrifter i Oslo med å opprettholde rene omgivelser uten problemer. Jeg innså at mange mennesker i urbane omgivelser står overfor lignende utfordringer, og ofte går på kompromiss med renslighet på grunn av tidsbegrensninger eller upålitelige tjenesteleverandører. Denne personlige erfaringen, sammen med omfattende markedsundersøkelser, fremhevet et betydelig gap i tilgjengeligheten av konsistente og praktiske rengjøringstjenester. Drevet av en lidenskap for å løse virkelige problemer og et ønske om å gjøre en positiv innvirkning på folks daglige liv, bestemte jeg meg for å forlate min dagjobb og fokusere på å bygge Ren Hub. Vårt oppdrag er å fjerne stresset med rengjøring, slik at kundene våre kan nyte renere, sunnere omgivelser uten bekymringer. Denne reisen er drevet av visjonen om å transformere rengjøringsindustrien med innovative løsninger som møter de stadig skiftende behovene i det moderne bylivet.

Vandre

Vandre is a young Norwegian tech company with the ambition to impact the environmental situation by making textile brands succeed in reducing their footprint by making clothes and garments live longer. The world’s garbage piles are growing. In 2021, 40.000 tons of used fashion clothes ended up in the Atacama desert in Chile as their final destination. This is just one example of how the textile industry is not even close to being sustainable. The sports and textile industries face strict requirements and a major upheaval, when the EU is planning to introduce sustainability reporting and requirements to offer consumers repair of products in 2025. Our platform connects brands in the industry with certified repair centres and facilitates a seamless user journey with logistics and payment options. The platform is also a sought-after tool at repair centres, as it helps to make their daily operations more efficient. We have currently launched in Norway, and plan to expand to the rest of the Nordics and beyond in the future. Our HQ is in a co-working space office in downtown Oslo – a two-minute walk from Nationaltheatret, where we share office with a small PE fund, and have lunch break together with. We also have employees in other cities working remotely. As a small team, some of us are quite often on the go and strive to stick to our digital workplace practices as much as possible. This enables the whole team to work quite flexibly when needed, together with some well-appreciated face time at the office as often as possible. Today the team is communicating openly using Slack and ClickUp to organise daily work and product development. There you will feel the motivating and active vibe from the other team members, our CEO Henriette, and our always-on-the-go working Chairman and brand relationship manager Simen. We are still a small team, but team spirit we have and everyone is highly motivated to make a difference in the world and help grow Vandre to reach it's full potential. As most team members work from home most of the time, we always strive to be available during the working hours, and prioritise weekly meetings to stimulate the team spirit being a partly remote team. The story of Lingu started in the non-profit organization KIA which works with integration and Norwegian language teaching. The founders Edward Milsom and Odd Bjerga worked in this organization and came into contact with skilled and resourceful people from many different countries. The idea of ​​Lingu arose in this context of migration and communication, and human talents. The website lingu.no was launched on 16 December 2008, and our first language course started on KIA's premises in January 2009, with course providers from KIA's network. Okay is a digital security company, providing PSD2 SCA-compliant security solutions. At Okay we take a paranoid approach to security, and through unique security mechanisms, we are able to offer a unique SCA solution. The journey of the Okay solution started out within Protectoria AS as early as 2014, and it was a response to the increased focus on security within the banking industry. The product has kept on evolving and growing, and Okay was finally separated out as a company in early 2020.

NorQuant AS

Modern, nobel-prize winning research shows that hardly any traditional investment funds are adding any value beyond what fully automated strategies can do. NorQuant's mission is to help private and professional investors achieve higher returns at lower costs through a scientific, rules-based, 100% transparent approach. We feel we are off to a good start: - We are helping our first pilot customer, one of Norway's largest family offices, implement factor-based analysis - We have been selected as one of ten fintech-startups for TheFactory.no Fall18 program, out of more than 200 applications

Biim Ultrasound AS

Biim is a global medical company developing low-cost portable and pocketable ultrasound devices that connect to IOS and Android interfaces. Biim is entering the commercial stage with both FDA and CE approvals in place. The company has signed a 3-year distr. agreement with AngioDynamics worth a minimum of 20 million USD. Year-to-date revenue has exceeded more than 2.4 million USD. The company has secured a credit facility of 4 million USD with DNB. Biim is raising up to 9 million USD for the development of two new probes and to expand the global footprint to more than 30 countries.

Innovation Dock

Innovation Dock is a living, energetic innovation hub for entrepreneurs, innovators, and growth companies in Stavanger, Norway. Four buildings of prime office space, co-working, and conference facilities with a front-row view of the fjords and mountains, located in the most energetic part of Stavanger city center; the growing Stavanger east.

Mitta AS

Think Outside is now Mitta AS, a subsidiary fully owned by Mitta Oy. Mitta will be offering geodata monitoring and measurement services to the Norwegian market, bridging the growth of the Finnish and Swedish Mitta companies to new Norwegian customers. For us at Mitta, accurate and reliable positioning is extremely important, as it is a basic prerequisite for spatial information. High-quality input data means cost-effectiveness in design, construction and monitoring, regardless of the customer's industry. Mitta is the market leader as a producer and processor of terrain information in the infrastructure sector in Finland and Sweden.
