B’ZEOS develops novel, flexible, and home-compostable films based on seaweed extracts which can replace conventional and bio-based single-use plastic films in food-contact applications. B’ZEOS’ solution will contribute to reduce the use of non- or hardly recyclable plastic materials for single-use food packaging, thus reducing CO2 emissions. We are a team of 8 people with complementary backgrounds. One engineer in environment, two material scientists, one graphic designer, one supply chain analyst, one quality engineer advisor, one PR and marketing advisor and one CFO advisor.   Each of us are concerned by environmental issues and wanted to contribute to make a change.   We have joined this project because we are all fed up with:    - Contamination of world's drinking water with plastic fibres   - Seeing marine animals dying because of our plastic trash   - Increase of plastic packaging around fresh aliments   - Increase in plastic debris along the coast   - Both burning plastic and sending plastic to landfills   - Finding plastic while making with our kids sand castles   - Contamination with the chemicals in plastic. Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O) is a Norwegian Government Agency located in the centre of Oslo. It has approximately 750 employees and an annual budget of 624 million Norwegian kroner. G.S.S.O reports to the Ministry of Government Administration and Reform. Otivio’s main product, FlowOx™, is addressing chronic wounds with focus on peripheral arterial disease (PAD), which is a serious condition leading to pain, chronic wounds and in many cases amputation and mortality. The patient population is very large and increasing. There are limited adequate treatment options offered to the patients aside from surgical interventions. FlowOx™ is a non-invasive product intended for home use. Long-term patient testing in more than 50 patients documents increased blood flow, reduced pain and wound healing. FlowOx™ is CE marked. In fourth quarter 2017 had its commercial break-through through sales of FlowOx to public customers.

Together with four Norwegian hospitals, we have developed the next generation hospital bed. A bed that prevents pressure ulcers, fall and reduce nurse load by removing heavy lifting and monitors the patients state, non intrusive. Have recieved contracts in Toronto that accelerates development, and secures uptake and sales if the clinical trial goes as planned.

DIGS supports startup activities by providing an office environment and space for public activities, stimulating a culture of collaboration, sustainability, and mutual innovation through shared knowledge and experience. We participate in entrepreneurship networks across Norway, Europe, and internationally and aim to strengthen ties, stimulate the local community, and boost business development in and around the region of Trondheim. The idea of creating DIGS started with three enthusiastic people who wanted to make space for innovation in Trondheim. They started working on the idea in 2011 and acquired the space we are currently located in in the summer of 2013. The word DIGS means workplace and living space.

From the very beginning, we have been working very closely with the Norwegian construction industry and their construction sites. We have spent a lot of time in the field and on construction sites, we have interviewed decision-makers and users, received their feedback, ideas, and comments, tested mock-ups, and improved. Then back for more testing and more feedback and more improvements. We have organized workshops and been working shoulder to shoulder with the people on site while developing StreamBIM – with one goal: To create a very user-friendly 3D BIM collaboration platform across platforms! We have now published the first version of the website Devent for Agility. The idea is to have a website where you can find agility-related information in the form of a meeting overview (list or calendar), results, annual overviews, and statistics for dog/organizer/judge (graphs are best viewed on a PC or landline phone). You manage which dogs you want to see statistics for easily on "my page". The system also has modules for setting up and running your own events and supports e.g. 5 size classes if desired.
