This role as ShareLab Incubator Manager is a unique and highly rewarding opportunity to join a newly established laboratory based life science incubator, where the goal is to build a new generation of biotech startups in Norway. You will be joining a small team responsible for growing the ShareLab incubator into one of the leading life science incubation communities in the country.

FoodFarm is an integrated platform that allows companies to arrange food for their employees, and have it brought to their offices daily. It is an alternative to the traditional canteen. We enable the green shift to happen in new markets! TioTech is a Norwegian producer of titania (TiO2) nanomaterials and a developer of titania-based technology. We know how to optimise the production process and properties of titania nanoparticles. After successfully developing and commercialising a series of photocatalytic surface treatment products (www.joma-int.com), we are directing our R&D efforts towards a new area; the use of titania as anode-material in Lithium-ion batteries (LIB). A battery with our material on the anode will charge faster, last longer, be safer and tolerate temperature variation better than conventional batteries which have graphite on the anode, and outcompete LTO-batteries on capacity. The development work takes place in our in-house laboratory in Bergen, where our dedicated team (Hjørdis, Marthe, Rob, Anders) play around with titania, giving life to innovative solutions.

Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O) is a Norwegian Government Agency located in the centre of Oslo. It has approximately 750 employees and an annual budget of 624 million Norwegian kroner. G.S.S.O reports to the Ministry of Government Administration and Reform. MyRent is a cloud-based system for managing tenants and rent payment. Our customers are businesses renting out apartments in Norway. MyRent has been running since 2012, and with help from a customized CRM system, we started getting customers early on. Today handle about 28 Million NOK in monthly payments for our customers. Our goal is to get this platform out in Scandinavia, after building the bases in Norway.

We are based in Fredrikstad, Norway, where UNITE evolved as a correspondent hub for banks, but our origin is global, developed over years in international banking centers. We have studied other initiatives over the years and learned that the third-party philosophy of trying to bolt-on smart software to multiple bank accounts is less than ideal. A holistic revolution was required to deliver a cross-border payments solution fit for banks in the 21st century.
