Be Your Best

At Be Your Best we are laser-focused on building and providing tools to track and train the cognitive performance of athletes using cutting edge VR simulation, AI tracking & analysis systems as well as gamified experiences across multiple platforms. We work with sporting clubs, organizations & individual athletes throughout Europe, the US and beyond. Spotly

Spotly is a proptech/ retailtech platform for short-term showroom spaces. Spots. We´re founded in Copenhagen but currently operating both in Denmark & Norway. On Spotly you can share or rent down to 1m2 for 1 day. Through our community of hosts, brands & creatives, we offer unique flexible showrooms to showcase your space or your brand in a new way. It's co-sharing, co-branding & co-creation. Join us in making the city more inclusive and sustainable!

Quickorder

Quickorder provides an end-2-end solution for restaurants and cafes consisting of POS, Online ordering, schedule planning and table booking. Everything is interconnected making sure all data is gathered in one big backend, we apply machine learning to the data to make business recommendations on guest experience, staffing, etc. Quickorder is a fast-moving company where people with excellence strive. Key traits: We love these 5 key traits in our fellow colleagues: Curiosity, High work capacity, empathy, self-awareness and, Integrity In Quickorder we look at ourselves as a  pro sports team, and not a family. Behind Bars is an Oslo based design agency with a clear focus in delivering tailor made bar solutions that inspire bartenders and enhance business performance. As the founder Alex Ruas describes it as follows; I wanted to create an innovative design process for better bar solutions, taking into account the flow of creativity of the bartender, the financial focus of the owner and the service towards the guests.

Iny Group AS

Iny Group want to disrupt the old ways of advertising through banners and signs, by offering the business a new way to reach their customers digitally on their smartphones. By using beacons and personalized app, the users will only receive relevant offers.We are developing:- Iny Prox (platform for companies to reach costumers by using beacon technology) - API (implement our solution into existing app)- Iny App (personalized app for customers)

BAO Systems

BAO Systems is changing how governments, NGOs, and international agencies are collecting, analyzing and using data. Our platform as a service offering is modernizing how open source health information management systems are configured and deployed. We are working at a global scale to solve tough challenges faced by organizations across a variety of sectors including health, education, sanitation, refugee assistance, and nutrition.

Cloud Insurance

We’ve all witnessed the impact of fintech in the banking industry, and now everything is set for disruption in the insurance industry. Our mission is to help the insurance sector get rid of their legacy systems and Excel spreadsheets to really start innovating. Cloud Insurance, our lean and mean SaaS for insurance companies, agents and brokers, is already in use in 21 countries across five continents.We currently have three full-time positions available, and we would like you to apply!

NewSchool

NewSchool develops innovative digital tools for collaboration and project based learning by combining agile working methods, psychology, games and mobile media.The tools draw on a set of successful business practices  - the kanban boards for Lean Management, adapted to education purposes, in real-time. By focusing on the organization of the process, not its content, it helps develop self-regulation and collaborative skills for 21st century learners. We are an education technology start-up, with extensive change management experience, unique insights in workforce trends and technology, and pedagogy at its core. All team members have solid international experience from fields like mobile technology, business development and technology management, international education, instructional design, and learning sciences research.The team consists of Fredrik Harloff, Chief Executive Officer, and Mihaela Tabacaru , Community Manager, both co-founders of NewSchool, working full time. The third co-founder, Stian Hofslett Thowsen, works full time as a teacher and part of management team at Langaugen secondary school in Bergen, Norway. Besides the three co-founders, NewSchool relies on an interdisciplinary board of administration with senior level execs: Anne Posner, Bjarne Solhaug, and Paal Kaperdal, all with broad experience, covering international business development expertise, publishing house and human resources expertise, and digital transformation expertise. Frequent contributor and education research expert is Marina Hirnstein, PhD in cognitive psychology, expert in learning analytics .We have offices in Bergen and Oslo,  members of two incubators: Nyskapningsparken in Bergen (http://www.nyskapingsparken.no/) and SoCentral in Oslo, Nordic Center for Social Innovation (www.socentral.no). With an international mindset from day 1, we have been testing our product in classrooms across Europe, from Norway to Denmark, Portugal and Romania, to USA. Our extensive education network made it also possible to plan pilots in emerging countries like India and Iraq.

Cake it easy is changing the cake business. We have built a powerful platform connecting local bakers and customers. We have so far recruited more than 400 local bakeries in Norway and Sweden and we have started to grow into other countries. We create value by uniting local vendors, simplifying the sales process and optimizing the distribution.

Evvent is solving the problem of a fragmented and underserved event planning market for Muslim communities. This problem is widespread, affecting Muslim communities globally, and has gone unaddressed for far too long. Our platform offers a comprehensive solution that connects event organizers with Muslim vendors and suppliers who specialize in catering to their unique needs. From halal catering and decor to entertainment and photography, our vendors are carefully curated to ensure they offer the highest quality products and services. By providing a one-stop-shop, we are streamlining the event planning process for our customers and empowering Muslim entrepreneurs. Sunday Power’s mission is to accelerate solar power growth, put more renewable energy into the mix, and help the world decarbonize. The real estate industry stands for 40% of global CO2 emissions, and pressure is increasing on the industry to become greener and more sustainable. Our strategy is to offer property owners the easiest and most profitable way to greener buildings, and our business model enables us to give our customers all benefits of solar power – for free. We are developing technology for the future to make solar power on commercial buildings easier, smarter, and more profitable. Luckily, the resource we are harvesting shines everywhere. Therefore, we are aiming for international growth as part of our goal to make a difference in the world. We are constantly looking for new team members that can help us reach our ambition to help the world towards net zero. We have brand new offices in central downtown Oslo. We have a coffee machine where we brew great coffee, and eat typical Norwegian lunch together in our kitchen. We also have a rooftop terrace on the 9th floor where we like to take our Friday beers to celebrate the end of the week. Our working culture is Nordic - we have a flat hierarchy where everyone's expected to participate in discussion about the direction and strategy of the company. We believe we can build the best culture if everyone works primarily from the office, but we all work from other locations for a day or a week every now and then.

This is an app that aims at combining different alternative healing methods in order to help individuals experiencing mental and/or physical issues. All advice is personalized after the person has checked all the health issues he or she is experiencing. It combines ayurveda, yoga, breathing, meditation, daily and seasonal routines. One can add a reminder for each activity. One can get in touch with a therapist as well for energetical healing. The content of the app is ready.
