Sereluna

Sereluna designs and sells its own menstrual underwear for the Norwegian market. We are the first menstrual underwear brand in Norway. Menstrual underwear has built in protection and is designed to be washed and reused for several years. Menstrual underwear completely replaces disposable protection like pads and tampons. The reason why Sereluna was created was to offer ladies in Norway a sustainable and more comfortable choice when they have their period. Our whole value chain is within Europe.

Fixrate is a marketplace for large bank deposits. Our vision is to give banks and investors easier access to better terms. Our company was established in Steinkjer, Norway, in desember 2016. Our service was launched in oktober 2017. Currently eight people work in our company, and we have offices in Steinkjer, Trondheim and Oslo.Already over 7 bn NOK has been matches through our service, and we expect further growth in the coming months and years. We are a bunch working together towards a common goal - to make life easy for our customers! Drowzee's mission is to empower humans with the ability of falling asleep on command, using innovative neurotechnology. We develop sleep solutions to ensure that everyone gets the rest they need to live life at the fullest. Our first product, the Pendulum, is a brain-training device that helps people suffering from insomnia improve their sleep health with personalized brain training programs. The Pendulum enables users to reach and strengthen their mental state of drowsiness using neurofeedback training.

Capeesh is combining machine intelligence with gamification in order to provide relevant language learning for non-native speakers who work in domain-specific industries.Capeesh aims to change how employers onboard and train new hires. It is all about providing the right language learning exercise in the right industry-related context, driving towards authentic use in an authentic context. This experience transfers employees work-related capacity. In Capeesh we embrace diversity and creativity! GIRL CRUSH

GIRL CRUSH is a creative agency working with social media, videoproduction and photography. In addition we have a web magazine trying to inspire girls to follow their dreams! In 2018/19 we are also launching a new co working space designed and specialized for our target audiance.Our clients are companies, PR-agencies, influencers and webshops.We thrive to encourage girls and women to be authentic, brave, curious, openminded and supportive! Our agency is also a community with values we believe is very important in order to pursue our ambitions in the social media world. Having been sister rivals in the childhood we eventually found out that values and goals were and are the same, and for a long time we dreamt of working together, whether it should be the start of a different online magazine for women, fashion design or advertising. We see the final pieces fall into place, and found that working with content creation for social media is where we can complement each other in the best possible way.  GIRL CRUSH wants to encourage women to not compare, we must stop feeling threatened by others we think are better than ourselves. "It's strange to say out loud, but my ideal of beauty is myself at my best. "In connection with a job interview, I took a personality test that shows that I am extremely individualist, ie; I prefer to do things alone, and choose to rely on my own skills and instincts rather than seek contact with other people. I know what I'm good at. I want to be independent and autonomous, thrive alone in a private company and have from time to time some good moments with confidence on top and think I can do everything by myself (remember that self-esteem and self-confidence is not the same). But now I have realized that this 'trait' (which I until now, have called it), is not particularly lucky if I want to achieve something in life. I will not stand alone. Why should I, when I know that together with other good people (especially women), we can accomplish so much more? I would rather ask myself; What can I do to encourage and embrace women around me? Is it possible that someone needs my help? When was the last time I did something meaningful for another woman in my industry? And as journalist Lindsey Saletta wrote in an article; is there anything inside me holding me back from supporting women? PinMeTo AB

PinMeTo was founded on the idea that there should be a smarter way for brands to manage online listings & profiles for all of their locations. Brands with lots of physical locations have to coordinate business info, local communication, and reputation management for all of their locations. It takes a frustrating amount of work, and inaccuracies are almost unavoidable – plus hard to catch. PinMeTo was born in 2013, when three friends – one salesman, two developers – set up shop in a startup incubator in Malmö, Sweden. After years of iterations and improvements, PinMeTo now has about 100 employees in 6 offices, and we’re trusted by enterprise companies like H&M, 7-Eleven, and Hertz. Think of PinMeTo as a really efficient messenger: you add or update location data in PinMeTo, and that data is shared with all of your locations and the networks they’re listed on.

Founded several companies in China and operated them for six years before selling them and moving to Norway in 2011. Worked as yoga instructor while studying at BI Norwegian Business School Stavanger. For the past four years has developed large networks in Shanghai focused on the seafood industry as well as media, logistics, distribution, customs, banking and restaurants. Xuechun (or Tara amongst friends) runs our operation in China.Espen Strand Pedersen. Idea maker and concept developer of several retail stores, photography studios and other projects. Educated in photography and worked as professional photographer for more than 20 years. Experience in planning, start-up and daily operations of retail and studio businesses. In 1997 started Stavanger's first artisanal coffee shop, which remains in operation. Espen is now the CEO of Norway in a Box. Espen Strand Henriksen. Concept developer who likes to set things in motion, build networks, collaborate and see the world from multiple perspectives. Educated at BI Norwegian Business School and in the Royal Norwegian Navy. Twenty years’ experience in marketing, advertising, media, sales, management and product and concept development in Oslo and Stavanger, 14 of them working for the world’s first digital cinema company (CAPA), and was also a key person in developing the unique and award winning mobility concept (HjemJobbHjem/HomeWorkHome).
