Headshed is a Trondheim-based SaaS Technology company building next generation sales tools, driven by the use of machine learning and tons of data from own databases and attractive third parties. We’re building different algorithms to find “the next right customer” to be delivered to sales departments and sales agents - giving our customers increased sales while cutting down on manpower. Our product Cube is a comprehensive solution for both sales agents, managers and clients. CEO – Magnus Hoem SlørdalMagnus has 15 years experience from callcenters, sales and sales management, and knows the callcenter business from the inside.His role in Headshed is CEO, product owner, sales/marketing and our main point of contact for our customers.Magnus is one of the founders of Headshed, and a member of the board.CTO – Torbjørn SlørdalTorbjørn has a Master of Science in Information Technology from NTNU, and has extensive experience as a developer, architect and IT leader in Statoil ASA.Torbjørn is one of the founders of Headshed, chairman of the board, and joined the company full time in September 2016.His main responsibility is to manage the software development and IT operations.Lead developer – Ellen LippeEllen has a Master of Science in Information Technology/Artificial Intelligence from NTNU, and comes to us after 15 years of leading software development teams in Statoil. She is a founding partner of Headshed and our Lead Developer from September 2017.She likes to promote Domain Driven Design and Behaviour Driven Development, giving the occasional lecture at various international conferences.Rune SkjeiRune is the CEO of Consort AS, one of the leading callcenters in Norway. He has extensive experience as a leader of callcenters and sales-organisations within finance and media.Rune is one of the founders of Headshed, and a member of the board.------From September 2017, Headshed will join NTNU Accel and be located in the Sparebank 1 SMN Fintech incubator at Søndre gate in the centre of Trondheim. Headshed has also been selected to participate in TINC during oct/nov 2017. TINC is a technology incubator programme in Silicon Valley hosted by Innovation Norway.

Groogert

The Groogert Project is an environmental startup that teaches children ways in which they can take action against climate change and take better care of nature. With a funny and colorful character named Groogert, we deliver important messages of hope and nature stewardship in different platforms. It is through games, trivias, songs and videos that our narrative is carefully crafted so that it is a positive learning experience for children. We believe, after all, that action towards climate change should not be preached or normative, but rather fun, motivating and exciting!

Bember AS

Smart retailers have strong webshops and lots of tools and data to drive traffic and conversion. But most of their business is still conducted through their physical locations. Using our tools, the physical shops are able to communicate and adjust their customer experience to the individual. Using the existing payment cards and terminals, we recognize the customer and capture all relevant data as is the norm online. This unique information is used to design a better shopping experience in the physical space. Our customers are the well-known retail brands you know from shopping malls across Northern Europe and the malls themselves. Norway and the Nordics already lead the world in electronic payments and the use of mobile and SMS to enhance sales. Now, we are pushing this further by combining access to the existing infrastructure surrounding shopping and a digital mindset to build closer relationships between retailers, shopping venues and their customers. Proptly was founded in 2021 by Kristoffer Gjerde, Gunnar Windsand Sem, and Thomas Kristiansen, with a bold vision to transform the often-overlooked, yet critical, part of the climate tech ecosystem: installations. What started as a casual conversation over Christmas drinks about the headaches of managing contractors, quickly turned into a mission to streamline the installation process for climate tech solutions across Europe. The whole world is striving with textile waste! Most circular economy-based action plans are mostly based on recycling and sorting and not repairing, re-making, re-using and sharing. How can we combine sustainability, circular economy and women empowering in one practical local and global plan? In today textile market, clothing and textile sales rises while clothing usage has steadily declined! While the cost of repair service is high, the number of service providers is also very limited and considering all thrift solutions, the majority of secondhand materials are still going to Lindfield while it can be used as material. And as the last leg of this international picture, today's available solutions are mostly based on recruiting service providers instead of giving them the opportunity to be the owner of their business which make the sustainability of those models strictly dependent on the those business owners instead of relying on the owners of the practical knowledge and craft. Repasdo is a marketplace for unique, creative services of textile and relevant secondhand materials. It’s home to people providing special, extraordinary services and products, from repaired pieces to handcrafted and vintage treasures. While today’s main trend is into secondhand shopping online solutions, Repasdo focus is to provide possibility to create ‘added value’ instead of pure thrift store business model. By providing business and market opportunity (online store + learning, low cost material & equipment) to potential service providers, secondhand textile can be repaired or be used as raw material for new product (in as many different ways as service providers can manage to come up with). Repasdo Platform (as the first in its market) is to provide a platform for creating jobs, micro and small businesses (own by service providers) while providing practical learning and access to different type of secondhand textile as material and online stores as places for those businesses to thrive. We are three co-founders with background in strategic business and organizational development, application and software development, and fashion design and learning. In addition two of us have long years of experience in humanitarian aid organizations and woman empowering programs. We have strong believe in sustainability and circularity not in relation with of product and service, but as the sole practical concept and business model

Business Angels Norway

Business Angels Norway is the only umbrella assocation for regional or industry-specific angel groups in Norway. We are a co-founder of NordicBAN, the Nordic-Baltic assocation for business angels. We have ca 10 angel groups all over Norway, with >500 business angels total. We are an interest assocation, working for the interests of angel groups and business angels in general. We are part of several international initiatives and projects, incl the Nordic Angel Program where we need YOU!

Nordic Data Resources is a leading provider of online consumer data in the Nordics. Utilizing massive public, proletarian offline data and sophisticated geo-targeting Nordic Data Resources exclusively offer online targeting based on Mosaic, the world-leading consumer classification. Our data also include actual purchase data – like car ownership. This enable Nordic Data Resources to offer more than 500 online audiences in the Nordics. Nordic Data Resources provide safe, reliable and scalable online targeting opportunities throughout the marketing funnel and across all relevant devices and channels. The data are accessible on all major DSP platforms including Adform. The targeting data is used by six global agency groups and 85 different media agencies across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Our data set offer full reach, online audiences based on ground data matched with cookies, programmatically provided for effective use through the marketing funnel. We connect advertisers online marketing activities with CRM databases and make it available for multi channel distribution at reasonable price to capture and maximize unrealized audience value.

SAGA Robotics

The Thorvald platforms represent a low-cost alternative to a wide variety of agricultural operations. All the Thorvald robots are built using the same components, but we customize each robot for your specific needs based on the innovative modular design. We can therefore deliver robots using standard parts but customized design to serve your needs. All our robots are built to operate in an outdoor environment. They are therefore IP67 classified at all the lower parts that may be submersed in water (wheels, lower gears, etc), and IP56 for the rest of the robot.
