Physical product creation is still absurdly broken. If you want to launch something real, you usually need to find the right people, manage scattered files and feedback, coordinate suppliers, handle production risk, and commit money before you know if demand exists. That kills speed, margins, and momentum. It also locks out a huge number of creators and companies that could launch great products if the system were easier. This is a massive market gap hiding in plain sight. We are building the platform where physical products get built. A place where ideas, briefs, collaborators, makers, manufacturers, production knowledge, and execution can live in one system. Instead of every company rebuilding the process from zero, they can plug into shared infrastructure for developing, testing, and scaling products. The more projects that run through the platform, the stronger the network becomes. More data, better matching, faster execution, more repeat production, and more value captured across the lifecycle. We started this because we think it is crazy that software has world class infrastructure for building together, while physical products are still stuck in email, spreadsheets, fragmented sourcing, and expensive guesswork. Aviant performs medical deliveries between hospitals by leveraging drone technology. Today, district hospitals can only analyze simple blood tests themself. The rest have to be transported to test centers, often located at the larger hospitals. Current ground-based transportation logistics between hospitals is unorganized, inefficient, and costly. This new way of transportation will increase the frequency and flexibility of test delivery, as drones can be deployed on an as-needed basis, which will drastically improve the diagnosis process in districts. An analysis posten IEEE showed how drone transportation of biological samples could save the Danish authorities 300 MNOK/year. This commercial potential has been confirmed by our contact with health regions. We currently have three paying contracts: one with St. Olavs Hospital in Trondheim and two in Sweden. Besides our three commercial contracts, we have gotten requests from seven potential customers. To keep up with the demand from the market and take care of our current customers, we need to expand the team.

What we are doing is creating a recruitment software with the store manager in mind and improve the workflow. How do they reach out to the applicants? How do they evaluate applicants? How do they choose the right applicant? We thus want to make a system created around this workflow. Through this, we hope to help them sort through hundreds of applications and narrow those down to a more manageable number.We are saving time on writing the application by introducing video interviews instead. The applicant can complete the video interview as part of the process and the store manager can review those videos at his convenience. We started testing our prototypes which had a video element in it, with great feedback. We were wondering if they could actually get a good impression of a person with short video answers and thus far, the store managers' feedback has been really great.
