Why Gripr? We like everything that is simple, which is why both our company and our software are called the same - Gripr. The name has been chosen because it is easy to remember, it works in several languages, and because we provide you with a tool that you can easily grasp; in this case your phone. We hope you like it, but we are most concerned that you "seize" the opportunity and give us a chance. Who is Gripr? The story is long, but we'll make it short. After many years in the construction industry, Kim Andre Heggenes was tired of working with poor tools for communication and documentation in the projects. That is why he started Goliath Systemer in 2017, where they developed the precursor to Gripr. Based on all experiences and feedback since then, we have spent the last year building the tool from scratch to a whole new level. If you knew us from the Goliath era, you will still find much of what you appreciated. If it's the first time you've met us, we think you'll be in for a positive surprise. Our ambitions have always been high, but we would like to admit that resources have not always matched the ambitions. That is why we are extra pleased that we have now brought Aider on the team, an accountancy group with 16 offices and 600 employees. It gives us the muscles and resources we need to achieve our ambitions, but we will still be the small and flexible company that has close contact with you as a craftsman. What is Gripr? Toolbox that you use directly from your mobile on the construction site, where you document everything that happens in the project. Here you inform and communicate with the others in the project, you have checklists for everything to be done and you see who is responsible for what. How do you use it? You get straight to the point without complicated menus. Take a picture of what has been done or what the challenge is, write a short comment and save it. Give messages to carpenters, electricians, tilers, plumbers or anyone else, you write or read them directly on your phone. Who is it made for? For you who are craftsmen, a toolbox that is always available, so simple that you actually use it. What benefits does it give you? A working day with fewer phone calls and easier communication with the others in the project. When you wonder, for example, who is responsible for a task, which HSE rules apply here or what has been carried out, you will find it in Gripr on your phone. And when your colleagues in the office wonder about something, they find it in Gripr instead of calling you. Why do we call Gripr a toolbox? Gripr is a toolbox with the tools you need to carry out projects neatly and efficiently. It is made especially for those of you who are more fond of crafts than paper work, and you can use it all the way through the project. Why are there fewer errors and deviations when you use Gripr? Because all agreements, HSE requirements and work assignments are available at all times, and because all deviations and changes can be documented with text and images as soon as they occur. Better overview and fewer problems, then there will also be fewer errors. Why do you get a better overview with Gripr? Because Gripr is a common channel for communication for everyone with a role in the project. Here you communicate, see how tasks are distributed, what has been done and what remains. Effective checklists ensure that no tasks are forgotten.

AssiTech designs physical aids for people with mobility challenges, to help overcome daily obstacles in an active manner. Our first product is the unique AssiStep, a stair assistant which gives support for climbing stairs in a controlled manner. This promotes activity, mastery and independence of our users, at the same time as it is considerable cheaper than alternative solutions for the stairs. The AssiStep currently sells in Norway and Sweden.

Newsec Maps is developing a web-based SaaS platform to help the Nordic commercial real estate (CRE) industry turn data into opportunities. Digitalization is a new term in the CRE industry, even though it's one of the world's largest asset class. The fact that it's such a big industry with huge value being transacted and managed, makes information and the speed of information extremely valuable. But today, most companies are subscribing to multiple different public sources, agency brokers, manual processes and personal networks to receive information used in decision-making. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change. The potential for more efficient urban development and infrastructure is huge and achievable through digitalizing the industry. Meaning we can help shape cities by making information available and developing solutions that provides insights hidden in the data. We have developed a camera-based sensor for 24h automatic sea lice counting and biomass measurement. Our product solves the main challenges in high contrast underwater imagery of sea lice with deficient maintenance. We are looking for funding to take the effect to the next level, where approval of our solution in the industry and by authorities are key factors as well as the development of the organization.

New drugs for treating diseases of Down syndrome. More than 1% of the global GDP is spent on nursing demented people, and the number requiring nursing will triple within 2050. The disease is progressive, leading to death. There is no current cure available, only symptomatic treatments. Individuals born with Down syndrome have a more than 10x risk of developing dementia as well as a host of other diseases including diabetes. Our drug target, DYRK1A is an enzyme found on chromosome 21, and is considered a key factor determining developmental and medical challenges faced by individuals with Down. The enzyme interacts with multiple biological mechanisms involved in Alzheimer’s and autoimmune diseases. Advanced drug designUsing advanced drug design technologies, we have designed a potent DYRK1A inhibitor drug, PST-900. A use and substance of matter patent have been applied for. The company is currently working on chemical Lead Optimisation with 8 full-time medicinal chemists contracted.Financing and milestonesThe Company raised NOK 5 million in 2015 and 8.8 MNOK in 2016/2017, matching non-dilutive research (BIA) and business grants (Innovation Norway). We demonstrated Proof of Principle in a model system for Alzheimer’s disease in 2Q2016. We have also demonstrated that our drug is capable of reversing diabetes in an animal model. Together with clinical and regulatory advisors, we have identified an important unmet need for a drug to treat newly diagnosed diabetes. We will use this indication to quickly progress to market and from there develop analogous drug molecules in Alzheimer’s disease, focused especially in Down syndrome.
