That's why Medlytic is developing a combination of employee engagement and project management: a change management software. Our software automates the process of collecting and managing data from users, organizations, and IT vendors - as well as the work of analysis and identifying actions. This enables users like healthcare professionals to provide feedback anonymously and easily at all stages of an implementation, allowing project groups and leaders to focus on value-adding tasks and act quickly where needed.
