Variment (Propl AS) ble opprettet i 2021 for å gjøre rekrutterings-og-opplæringsprosessen mer engasjerende og inkluderende gjennom teknologi og innovasjon. Teamet består av CEO Mai Phan, CTO Khanh Pham og UX Researcher Sriramya Juttiga. Vi har også mentorer og rådgiver med erfaring i organisasjonspsykologi, HR, strategi og kunstig intelligens fra OsloMet Universitetet, Novo Nordisk, Arctic Grouse, Ophiolite og DNB.

Televindu er et ungt og ambisiøst selskap i vekst. Vi har som mål å gi beboere på sykehjem et bedre og mer tilrettelagt aktivitetstilbud gjennom video. Televindu er en videoplattform med over 250 tilrettelagte videoer for personer med demens. Flere kommuner og sykehjem i både Danmark og Norge bruker videoplattformen til å vekke minner og samtaler mellom beboerne og personalet. De laster også opp egne videoer til plattformen og gir beboerne et vindu til kulturelle aktiviteter i nærområdet. Televindu ble etablert i 2019 og har i dag kontorer i Aalborg og Oslo. Ocean Industry Forum Oslofjord is the Oslo chapter of "Maritimt Forum".
