Vi er, og har alltid vært, aktive i idretten. Dette gjør at vår visjon om å bringe inspirasjon og økt idrettsglede til små og store helter var en naturlig retning fra dag en. We will sell counseling, legal advice, and courses to primarily the private market. This income will fund free legal advice to those harassed or discriminated against. At the moment our main challenge is funding, in order to be able to work sufficiently with this project. The company was founded in February, we have an office, and we have legal expertise.

New drugs for treating diseases of Down syndrome. More than 1% of the global GDP is spent on nursing demented people, and the number requiring nursing will triple within 2050. The disease is progressive, leading to death. There is no current cure available, only symptomatic treatments. Individuals born with Down syndrome have a more than 10x risk of developing dementia as well as a host of other diseases including diabetes. Our drug target, DYRK1A is an enzyme found on chromosome 21, and is considered a key factor determining developmental and medical challenges faced by individuals with Down. The enzyme interacts with multiple biological mechanisms involved in Alzheimer’s and autoimmune diseases. Advanced drug designUsing advanced drug design technologies, we have designed a potent DYRK1A inhibitor drug, PST-900. A use and substance of matter patent have been applied for. The company is currently working on chemical Lead Optimisation with 8 full-time medicinal chemists contracted.Financing and milestonesThe Company raised NOK 5 million in 2015 and 8.8 MNOK in 2016/2017, matching non-dilutive research (BIA) and business grants (Innovation Norway). We demonstrated Proof of Principle in a model system for Alzheimer’s disease in 2Q2016. We have also demonstrated that our drug is capable of reversing diabetes in an animal model. In the autumn of 2016 was CSI Marine Cleaning AS [CSI] established and included in Validé's incubation program with our idea for a ship hull cleaner and cleaning of other structures submerges in the sea. CSI's idea and goal with this unit are to collect 100% of all bio-marine fouling that comes off of the surface while cleaning. The collected fouling will then be rendered harmless by killing all bio-marine life that is collected before returning it back to the sea. As of date, there is no ship hull cleaner that can document 100% collection of the fouling. Competitive ship hull cleaners vary in the collection of the bio-marine fouling from 25μm and upwards. The need for collection is as low as 2μm according to a study.CSI has secured letters of intent with Yanmar Co. LTD., Østerbø Maskin AS, and Optimarin AS with regard to the development of the collection system and ship hull cleaning unit. CSI has also in the letter of intent with Optimarin AS secured exclusive rights for use of their technology in our line of business. Furthermore, CSI has secured letters of intent with Teekay Shipping Norge AS and Transpetrol Tm AS stating their interest in the finalized product. They may intend to use the cleaning service if the product function as described and the service has competitive pricing.  Information about the development project: The technology for the collection system needs to be developed as a prototype. When it's developed the prototype will be fitted to Yanmar's net cleaner that will be modified for solid surfaces and connected to Optimarin's technology for filter and UV treatment. The cleaning speed is about 1500m2 per hour and is using water pressure in three rotating disks for cleaning the surfaces. iCsys AS will be engaged with implementing sensors and creating unique 3D-mapping software. iCsys will also implement autonomic features for the unit. Regarding research and documentation, we will involve Christian Michelsen Research AS that will document the effectiveness of the finalized unit. Østerbø Maskin will assist with CAD, engineering, and manufacturing of the unit.CSI intends to apply for Innovation Norway's Environmental technology program to start the development of this unit, thus searching for companies or investors willing to finance this project.
