Gruppen utgjør i våre øyne tidenes mest kompetent og hurtigst voksende befolkningsdel med uutnyttet potensiale. For veldig mange oppstartsbedrifter er det en stor styrke å kunne knytte til seg erfaring, nettverk og kompetanse som de ikke har internt. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest.
