Concept Development AS eier og driver Rêvent LIVE. Vi startet Rêvet fordi vi så behovet for en online plattform som forenkler booking av live musikk. Markedet består i dag av eventbyråer og små online-aktører. Det innovative med Rêvent er at kommunikasjonen foregår direkte mellom kunde og artist, som også gjør virksomheten skalerbar. På Rêvent kan du enkelt beskrive ditt event og motta mange tilbud fra flere artister.Per dags dato har nesten 200 artister, band og Djs opprettet profil på Rêvent.  We are a young and innovative team who wants do create our own future and to have fun in the process.

Moonwalk

Moonwalk designs startup challenges organised as programs. Alone or together with a strategic or financial partner. A program creates startups and runs for two semesters with paying participants. Then the program is incorporated. With participants as sweat equity part owners of the entire portfolio. An equity crowdfunding campaign decides how many startups are launched. Moonwalk is a 100 days startup hatcher and accelerator. No one should work here for any other reason than that they really want to. I had to figure out a way to fund and source the competence of people, but also fund their activity so that we can share in the outcome. No one had really given me any pointers on how to do that, so I had to find a new model of crowdfunding, crowdsourcing and shared ownership. Me and my colleague Victor developed that over the course of two years. He was a previous customer and the most talented person I know in the areas of value-chains and complexity. I asked him to join me and he said yes. We are in this together.

Vilect

Vilect is an AI powered recruitment assistant that helps non-hr managers run high quality processes and hire the best candidates in record time. The assistant identifies the most relevant candidates and lets the hiring manager screen short-listed applicants with recorded video interviews integrated directly in the system.www.vilect.ai  We are Vilect and we are really trying to keep one of the biggest time thieves in the retail sector at bay -- hiring and more specifically, hiring the wrong people. What we are doing is creating a recruitment software with the store manager in mind and improve the workflow. How do they reach out to the applicants? How do they evaluate applicants? How do they choose the right applicant? We thus want to make a system created around this workflow. Through this, we hope to help them sort through hundreds of applications and narrow those down to a more manageable number.We are saving time on writing the application by introducing video interviews instead. The applicant can complete the video interview as part of the process and the store manager can review those videos at his convenience. We started testing our prototypes which had a video element in it, with great feedback. We were wondering if they could actually get a good impression of a person with short video answers and thus far, the store managers' feedback has been really great.

I found that there is no platform where the cycle community can find varied information that is relevant and uptodate and exactly as per their needs and behaviour. At the same time the patience level to comb through websites for relevant information is decreasing. The objective of carryon.bike is to provide and suggest information that is helpful to anyone from the cycling community. There will be many who have started considering cycle for commuting, exercising , or weekend gateways. Even tourists would prefer bike tours. So a global platform to cater to needs of all and encourage more and more adoption of cycling to adhere to the new norms post COVID outbreak and at the same time contribute to a greener planet Example, if a visitor to the portal is looking for renting bikes for touring a city during the weekend and wishes to rent an e-bike for few hours, showing the person a shop that rents mountain bikes and Race Bikes ONLY, would irritate the person. This also gives more exposure to the shops and brands. Another example to explain how we wish to solve problems: When casual office commuters wish to buy a bike, they would feel comfortable getting advise from an expert. Beyond Art Oslo

Bryggen Research AS (BR) is a small consultancy and research company which develops solutions focusing on the interaction between people and technology through tangible “smart objects”. BR designs and creates purpose-targeted, physical devices, as well as supporting software systems, which collect data using a range of sensors and/or disseminate, analyze and visualize information. BR has a free consulting branch, where employees are free to consider and accept projects of their own choosing. Additionally, BR dedicates part of its resources for pure research purposes, annually publishing design notes and papers to conferences (NordiCHI 2014, NOKOBIT 2015, NordiCHI 2016) and collaborating with the local university in defining and supervising master theses related to its in-house products and research.
