Vi er to gründere som utvikler et nytt produkt rettet mot "båtliv" og fritidsbruk.  Produktet er rettet mot sikkerhet og livredning. Under halvparten av dagens båtbrukere bruker flytevest, til tross for at det ble påbudt i 2015. Dette er et problem vi ønsker å ta tak i. Vi mener dagens løsninger for "flytevester" er for tungvinte og vårt produkt har dermed i hensikt i å senke terskelen for å ta i bruk livreddende utstyr på sjøen. Vi har fått støtte av Innovasjon Norge til fase 1 og  2. Vi er to brødre som begge er 24 år gamle, begge studerer ved Handelshøyskolen BI, og begge har operativ erfaring fra Forsvaret. We address student isolation and ineffective teamwork—problems that impact academic performance and overall well-being. These issues are prevalent, with studies showing that up to 40% of students feel disconnected during their education. Our focus is on empowering students with tailored study groups that drive learning outcomes and create lasting networks. StudyBuddies leverages AI algorithms to match students based on study preferences, goals, and academic strengths. Our platform includes tools to track progress, promote accountability, and provide real-time feedback. We ensure that all students, regardless of background, can find a supportive community and thrive academically. The idea for StudyBuddies came from my own experiences as a student. I’ve faced group assignments where I ended up without a group at all and failed, and I’ve seen others struggle and lose motivation because they felt lonely and unsupported. These experiences made it clear to me that there has to be a better way to create effective groups and academic communities. This became the driving force behind starting StudyBuddies.
