Through ESG-NRG's Marine Offset Platform (MOP) we enable the maritime transportation industry to easily calculate their vessel emissions, neutralize their CO2 impact with our independently rated database of carbon projects, and demonstrate their commitment to Net Zero on our public carbon ledger.

Aid in Action is a voluntary organization that was started in 2008 by the then 19 year old Anne Louise Dæhlin (then Hübert), after visiting a poor village in Kenya. After initially helping to meet a dire need for food, Aid in Action has focused on sustainable development for the local community. We use social entrepreneurship to help poor people and children in need. We are – and want to be – a small and efficient organization that works closely with local, resourceful people in Africa. Our projects are mainly in Kenya. We are working within the areas of education, agriculture, stimulating local industry, water supply, roads, and assistance to orphans. The money we receive from our donors always goes directly to the projects, and none of it is spent on administrative costs on European side. This also means we pay no salaries to those who work with us here. We keep our donors updated with frequent posts on our web page and Facebook. The reason I am doing it Sitting at home one night, I received a call that changed everything. While working alone in London, my brother had been brutally attacked with a hammer. I was devastated and felt completely powerless. He was miles away in another country, what could I do to help? Nothing! Walking along the river, thinking about what had happened, I looked down at the water and suddenly it came to me. I knew what I had to do. I had to find something that would make everyone safer and help prevent these kinds of attacks from happening again. I realised I could use the one thing everybody carries with them, their phone, as a shield to protect them! This idea became the Guardians app.

Cosgear was founded in 2018 with the goal of developing costume technology to become a world-leading brand in the cosplay market. So far, we have launched an autonomous electric tail and a magnetic headband for use in cosplay. We have delivered 2,500 products to over 20 countries, and have taken a commanding position in cosplay tech. Day to day, the company operates with strong systematic process management, and works in 4-6 week focused sprints. We have since the beginning developed a clear corporate culture, and are generous with both each other and our customers. Ideas flow freely and we are always open to creative suggestions and initiatives. We believe that trust in each employee's competence builds good companies, and we do not intervene unless we see that the goals we have set together are not achieved.

Caudex is developing an app that will solve the problem with second hand textbooks not being forwarded or sold. Buying second hand textbooks for your next subject should be as easy as just searching for the subject-code or sending a message to students that have previously taken the subject. Solving this problem will contribute to the circular economy in addition it will also result in reducing our carbon footprint as we’re using more second hand material. We’ll mainly focus on existing students, but our platform will also be hugely resourceful for pre- and post students.

Wavefoil er en maritim startup med mål om å redusere drivstofforbruk og CO2-utslipp fra internasjonal skipsfart. Vårt patenterte løsning er allerede installert på tre fartøy med svært gode tilbakemeldinger. Reisen har vært et eventyr så langt, men det stopper ikke her. Er du interessert i å være med på reisen? Ta kontakt! Wavefoil leverer inntrekkbare baugfoiler for redusert drivstofforbruk og økt komfort i bølger. Selskapet baserer seg på forskning fra NTNU, og har i perioden 2016-2020 tatt konseptet inntrekkbare baugfoiler fra en idé til et kommersielt produkt. I september 2019 ble det første skipet med løsningen sjøsatt. Etter mer enn ett år i drift og til sammen tre leveranser, har selskapet nå fått demonstrert drivstoffbesparelse, bevegelsesdemping og driftssikkerhet i fullskala. Selskapet skal de neste årene vokse fra å være en start-up til å bli en industriell leverandør. Til det trengs det dyktige folk. Til tross for suksessen hittil, har selskapet kun en håndfull ansatte i dag. Nye ansatte vil derfor få føle på både friheten og ansvarsfølelsen med å jobbe i en liten bedrift. Televindu er et ungt og ambisiøst selskap i vekst. Vi har som mål å gi beboere på sykehjem et bedre og mer tilrettelagt aktivitetstilbud gjennom video. Televindu er en videoplattform med over 250 tilrettelagte videoer for personer med demens. Flere kommuner og sykehjem i både Danmark og Norge bruker videoplattformen til å vekke minner og samtaler mellom beboerne og personalet. De laster også opp egne videoer til plattformen og gir beboerne et vindu til kulturelle aktiviteter i nærområdet. Televindu ble etablert i 2019 og har i dag kontorer i Aalborg og Oslo.
