SuperEgo is aiming to be the leading company in the field of digital health in Scandinavia.  We have had a flying start by getting European contracts through our collaboration with the Norwegian institute of Public Health and the National Competence Network for Children. Lately, we have changed our focus to gamification and simulated Artificial Intelligence. Our goal is to develop new and innovative products for both companies (in private and public health) and consumers.   The people behind SuperEgo is a good mix of personalities and backgrounds. Our team consist of psychologists, doctors and engineers working together, - and having fun while doing it. Our hearts are in making help more available for people who need it. Achieving this goal requires team members that know the administrativ stuff and how to do business. The core team consists of Henning (business development), Geir (management and administration), Tarique (software development and engineering) and Svein (psychology and behavior change). We also have a network of advisors, all being specialists in their field. We also collaborate with user organizations, NTNU, Stanford University and Villa Sult. Intelligent Agent is a small company working with control systems for 3D-printers. The company has developed it's own control board for 3D-printers with an accompanying capacitive touch LCD screen for making highly intuitive user interfaces for 3D-printers. The business model is based on developing open source electronics with accompanying software and selling it to 3D-printer manufacturers.

The Nordic Food Supplements AS (NFS) produces mealworms destined for food industry, animal feeding, plants nutrition. Our focus is oriented towards B2B market, we  provide: - Live, dried and powder mealworms to farms, pets shops, zoos and specific food markets. - Frass (insects poop) is a very rich nutrient for plants which we intend to sale to plant shops and also on a stand alone webshop However NFS AS is also a wholesaler of dried larvae to niche markets/direct consumer. My name is Frederick V. Richard, the idea of starting with insects protein farming emerged on a road trip in France questioning my future in IT companies (Yes i left bugs for bugs!). I have been conducing research on the possibility of rearing insects in Norway for a year before even approaching people about this project. Only after studying the feasibility of the project i started to gather 1 partner, which leaded to 2 other partners with scientific  and entrepreneurship/leadership background. Our team is now composed with Elena, Pål and Espen. We then started our first pilot site in an old farm (not a garage) with just 6kg of larvae to ensure we gathered enough knowledge on rearing insects under specific conditions. Today we have a cattle of ca 1/2 tonne and will keep growing til the end of the year as we plan to expand our production.

Tropical hurricanes are generated when masses of cold and warm air collide. And the sea surface temperature is above 26.5°C. We are doing research and development to cool the sea surface temperature by exploiting colder water deeper down in the sea. This will help us cope with climate change. The companyOceanTherm AS was founded in 2017 and is engaged in the research and development of methods and technologies preventing tropical storms from becoming devastating. OceanTerm AS also delivers maritime counseling. The challenge Many people have tried to find ways of preventing hurricanes before they make landfall, resulting in the loss of human lives. In recent years we have witnessed intense tropical storms, costing thousands of lives, as well as massive destructions. For example: in 2005, hurricane Katrina killed more than 1,800 people and caused damage of $ 90 billion. In 2016, hurricane Matthew swept across Haiti, taking 852 lives and destroying many towns on the island. The total estimated cost for damage caused by hurricanes in 2017, is calculated at $250 billion. Tropical hurricanes are generated when masses of cold and warm air collide. Another essential factor is that the sea surface temperature is above 26.5°C. Climate change is causing sea surface temperatures to increase. In the case of hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria that occurred between August and September 2017, sea surface temperatures were measured as high as 32°C. The big questionIs it possible to cool the sea surface to below 26.5°C by exploiting colder water from deeper in the water column?
