Sammen med sitt menyteam, bestående av kokker og ernæringsfysiolog, komponerer Adam ukentlige menyer, som sammen med ferske råvarer blir levert rett hjem på døren til over 10 000 familier rundt om i hele Norge. Matkassene består av norsk fisk og kjøtt, sesongens grønnsaker og inspirasjon fra hele verden.
