Spect8

Spect8 is a norwegian tech startup with a mission to help sports organizations, pro-athletes and sponsors that don’t have enough time, capacity, or the necessary skills to reach their potential in growing fan engagement and commercial value. Due to the power of association among consumers, brands allocate an increasing amount of their advertising budgets towards sports teams and athletes. To measure the value of a sponsorship, sponsors rely on manual measurements and expensive consulting services. At the same time, athletes, clubs, and federations are left with few resources to decide what their commercial value is, and often forfeit revenue (and funding for their sport) by underselling their commercial value. To solve this problem, we have developed a tool called Foqus. Foqus is an easy-to-use machine learning tool created for sports teams and individual athletes to determine their commercial value for sponsorships, and for brands to manage and measure multiple agreements. We are currently working with Norsk Toppfotball, sports associations, clubs and and several brands, and are off to a good start to reach our goal of creating a new industry standard for how sponsorship value is created, measured, and driven. The existing team consists of three business developers with expertise in strategy, marketing, sponsorship, data and analysis. In addition, we have associated development teams with both front-end, back-end and database expertise. We have recently become a part of StartupLab's Accelerator program, are supported by Innovation Norway and have ambitions to scale our business both nationally and internationally in the coming years. We therefore wish to expand our team with a skilled developer who also wants to make a professional career as an entrepreneur. The CTO will have the overall responsibility for the further development and scaling of our core product, Foqus, as well as the development of new tools and concepts going forward.

YoungLab - læring på børnenes præmisser

Young Lab, er en ny eksperimentel måde at arbejde sammen - om børns sunde liv og udvikling. Metoden er udviklet af Social IQ, og er blevet til gennem en samskabende design proces mellem børn, lærings- eksperter, pædagoger og daginstitutioner. YoungLab - er en form for hybrid mellem analog og digital eksperimenterende læring og evaluering for dagtilbud og indskoling. YoungLab hjælper daginstitutioner og skoler med at nå de nye læreplans mål; med øget evalueringspraksis og dokumentation, på en sjov og innovativ måde.

Respiro

Respiro er et tech-selskap som jobber med utvikling av blant annet regnskapssystemet ReAI: reai.no ReAI er et effektivt regnskapsprogram laget av tidligere ansatte i Tripletex / Visma. Vårt hovedfokus er å automatisere mest mulig av regnskapet med AI og integrasjoner, slik at regnskapet blir billigst mulig. Vi har også stort fokus på at systemet skal være raskt å bruke, med hurtigtaster for alt. Målet vårt er at du skal bruke regnskaps-systemet minst mulig!

Light Bikes AS

We offer a unique opportunity to rent an electric bike via an app. The bike is designed to be safe, simple and efficient for all users. With our system we can control where the bikes must be parked, so that it does not hinder pedestrians or riders. This is called HUB/geo fence, which is both flexible and tidy. We are the first in the market with this idea for electric bike rentals run by local founders from Oslo. Our goal is to create a web of transport connected to all districts in Oslo. This is something we can achieve, because we already have good relations with the urban environment agency, as well as a couple of districts that are interested in this transport opportunity .

Gründeren av Sterk Saus® heter Asle Schau-Hvatum og er en opprinnelig sørlending som har bosatt seg på det sentrale østlandet. I flere år før firmaet ble opprettet lagde Asle chilisaus hjemme for å gjøre fredagstacoen litt hottere og mer spenstig. Familie, venner og kjente smakte og ga tilbakemeldinger – slik at sausen hele tiden ble videreutviklet. Sterk Saus® har et brennhett forhold til chili – faktisk like heftig som varmeeksplosjonen du får av en modig, munnfull chilisaus. Vi elsker at smaksløkene våre blir utfordret og strukket. Og apropos løk, så er chili et voksende segment, akkurat som hvitløk var på 70/80-tallet. Kun råvarer av ypperste kvalitet blir med i våre sauskjeler. Chilimagien skjer i våre moderne produksjonslokaler i Halden, hvor vi tilbereder, koker og tapper hver eneste chiliflaske for hånd. Våre to viktigste ingredienser i sausen er chili og kjærlighet til faget. Dette kombinerer vi med moderne produksjonsmetoder, som sikrer kvalitet i alle ledd.

Favuseal

Favuseal is a Norwegian technology company that has developed an ultra-thin passive fire protection technology. The proprietary technology is the foundation for derived products in the form of easy-to-use wrap-on solutions in order to provide unprecedented level of fire protection to safeguard human lives and commercial assets. The Favuseal technology was included into NORSOK in 2019, and is now getting attention on a global scale from Tier 1 asset owners. The core of the business is revolving around the ultra-thin TOTAL DESIGN INTEGRITY concepts "Powered by Favuseal" that has been developed for cables and pipework. An impressive Intellectual Property Rights database is supporting the commercial initiatives, and several Tier 1 partnerships are about to be signed. The IPR will provide ongoing inherent protection to licences and partners tapping into the value proposition of Favuseal. The company aims for the vision of "Introducing extreme ultra-thin passive fire protection Everywhere!". The company is currently in ramp-up state, and will invest into digital initiatives and human resources going forward. The company is currently experiencing a drive into use of the technology within green tech such as wind mills and hydrogen, and will actively continue to pursue such leads going forward. The company has developed 3 different platforms in 3 different segments where each platform can cater for ANY fire scenario attributable to the specific segment. No other company has the tech to do the same. The company will actively pursue value-added stakeholders going forward that can help to contribute to realising the potential of the various segments.

We're an in-house startup backed by one of Norway’s fastest growing companies; Elektroimportøren, a wholesaler of electrical equipment who disrupted their industry by selling directly to end consumers both online and in over 20 retail stores across Norway. Working as a startup and building on our parent company’s strengths and infrastructure has enabled us to scale fast and make our service available to over 70% of Norwegian households. The Problem Our research show that people feel stress just thinking about hiring an electrician and that many struggle to even get started. The main reason being that they don’t know who to contact and what it will cost them to get the job done. But they are also worried because of stories they hear of poor results or misleading prices leading to surprises when the invoice arrives. As a consequence they’ll ask friends or family for recommendations to avoid making the wrong choice. Lack of trust and clarity around pricing creates uncertainty and often leads people to postpone contacting an electrician until absolutely necessary. They learn to live with suboptimal solutions because getting the job done requires too much effort. And when they finally decided to hire an electrician they often experience the person not arriving at the agreed time, and without the necessary equipment to get the job done. The frustration reaches its boiling point when they then have to pay for the extra time needed to drive and pick up the equipment. Our Solution We have digitized the whole process of hiring an electrician, creating a seamless journey from need to end result and a superior booking experience that puts the customer in the driving seat. 01 Instant Fixed Price We’ve built a job-configurator with an inbuilt price calculator making it possible for customers to get a fixed price instantly by answering a few simple questions. This way our customers get’s a price in advance and no surprises when it’s time to pay. 02 Free Video Inspection In addition to our simple job-configurator our customers can book a free video inspection the next day. We’ve hired a team of electricians and built a digital inspection tool making it possible to create and send offers with a fixed price within 24 hours. 03 Handpicked Pros We’ve handpicked pros from Elektroimportøren’s already established network of contractors across the country. This way our customers don’t need to spend time finding a trustworthy electrician and can feel safe knowing the job will be done by qualified professionals. 04 When it Suits You We’ve built a scheduling system from scratch that allows our customers to choose when they want the job done. They simply pick a time and date in our digital calendar and the job is automatically delegated to one of our electricians in the area. 05 Efficient installation We’ve utilised the retail stores across the country to streamline logistics and make installations efficient. We pack and send the electrical equipment in advance so the electricians have all they need, removing unnecessary time spent driving and picking up equipment. 06 Industry-leading Guaranty All our customer are given the opportunity to evaluate their experience after the job is done. If the result is not as promised we fix it free of cost. Our customers can feel safe knowing we take full responsibility with our industry-leading SpotOnGuaranty. 07 Simple Payment When the job is done and the customers are happy they get to choose how they want to pay. Cosgear

Cosgear was founded in 2018 with the goal of developing costume technology to become a world-leading brand in the cosplay market. So far, we have launched an autonomous electric tail and a magnetic headband for use in cosplay. We have delivered 2,500 products to over 20 countries, and have taken a commanding position in cosplay tech. Day to day, the company operates with strong systematic process management, and works in 4-6 week focused sprints. We have since the beginning developed a clear corporate culture, and are generous with both each other and our customers. By using IoT sensors to analyze the human-made noise, Waved automatically adjusts the music volume to a perfect level - no matter the circumstances. We make the restaurant and hospitality experience better, no more shouting to hold a conversation - the background music will always balanced. WHY WAVED? THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The goal of restaurants, bars and other eating and drinking venues is to provide the best customer experience possible. The customer’s well-being is directly linked to the amount of money spent during their stay and the likelihood that they will return. THE IMPORTANCE OF SOUND Research has shown that a well composed sound environment has direct impact on how the guest’s overall experience and even how the taste of the food and drinks are perceived. LARGE INVESTMENTS IN SOUND EQUIPMENT Most restaurants and bars know how important the sound environment is for a good customer experience and it is common to spend thousands of dollars on sound equipment. WHAT DECIDES THE VOLUME? The volume is usually controlled manually by waiters or bartenders in-between their other duties. Lack of information and knowledge of the customers perception often lead to poor volume level decisions. THE SOLUTION IS WAVED Wall-mounted sensors are placed around the venue and listens to the sound environment. Waved’s brain is build around our self-developed algorithm. It has the ability to understand and evaluate the sound environment and is used to set the perfect sound volume in order to maximise the customer experience.

Founded by Theresa Harmanen and Claudia Menger in 2018, Sanga Yoga is your home for yoga for pregnancy, postpartum and fertility. Sanga Yoga was born out of our need for community and finding a more therapeutic, feminine approach to yoga for major transitions and changes in life, such as pregnancy and postpartum, as well as parenthood and fertility. We turned that need into local studio yoga classes in and around Oslo, as well as private sessions and workshops, and are now also creating an online space for these practices.
