There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. Fraxx Interactive AS er en norsk edtech startup etablert i 2019. Bedriften har i 2020 lansert direct-to-consumer plattformen Fraxx.no - et videobasert digitalt kursunivers som gjør det mulig å lære fra de mest anerkjente ekspertene innen underholdning, livsstil og sport i Norge og på sikt i resten av Skandinavia. I november 2020 lanserte de sine første kurs med noen av de beste innen sine felt: Bent Stiansen, Anders Aukland, Halvor Bakke og Fæbrik-gjengen. Fraxx ønsker å gi tilgang til kunnskapen disse ekspertene har gjennom en læringsplattform som gir engasjerende og underholdende innhold av høy kvalitet – og som er lette å lære fra. Målet til Fraxx er å gi flere mennesker tilgang og fleksibiliteten til å lære akkurat hvor og når det passer dem. I en hektisk hverdag blir det enda viktigere å ta vare på og utvikle egne interesser, og dette ønsker Fraxx å bidra med.

We use a new technology for sealing ventilation duct from the inside. The technology was developed in the US in 1994, but didn't reach the European market until 2015. In 2016 ImL Aeroseal started up in Finland, and as of September 1st 2020 we are breaking into the Norwegian market. Our product solves the issues with the traditional sealing of ventilation ducts; using tape and acryllic sealant to try and plug the leaks. Instead we build up a pressure inside the system and inject a small particle gas that finds all the small leakages and seals them. Not only is it faster, but also alot more effective than the previous method, which in turn makes it much more financially beneficent. With a ventilation system that has little to no leakage you extend the life of the engines and maximize the output of the fans. In addition you get cleaner air in the serviced areas. I became a part of this startup because with my 15 years of experience in the ventilation industry I can truly see the advantages of this method to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation systems and enhance the indoor air quality.

Einka Økonomi' solution aims to prevent financial stress by providing knowledge, coaching and necessary tools to address the effect financial difficulties can have on life areas such as mental health, legal disputes and family economy planning. EINKA wants to be a completely neutral information channel, that employers can rely on to bring their employees closer to financial wellness. We are developing a knowledge hub that will help users in differing financial situations, building a tailor-made journey comprising of interactive financial tools, tutorials, strategy guides and virtual coaching with the purpose of achieving greater financial wellness for the user and increased productivity as a result - for the business. Our preliminary research has shown us that in the first quarter of 2019, the total amount of claims amounted to NOK 1 billion in Norwegian debt collection cases. In August of 2019, NAV stated that eight per cent of Norwegian employees had forced salary deductions. Personal economy subjects are not obligatory within the Norwegian schooling system, rather most people are educated on these topics via banks and other financial institutions, or often through following in their family's footsteps. This results in a knowledge gap and a hurdle for social mobility. As social entrepreneurs we have seen that nothing is being done to alleviate these problems in an effective way, so we have decided to take a stance, and commit to being the solution. Why should the sick patient travel and wait, to see the healthy doctor? We use new technology to reintroduce the doctor house call, offering a platform to connect patients with doctors in the same area. Patients can see a qualified doctor in the comfort of their home, when it suits them. Doctors can manage their own time, and have the admin support they need to focus their time on the patients. Hjemmelegene opened for patient visits in the summer of 2017, and has experienced strong traction from customers already, and major media attention from leading newspapers in Norway such as VG, Dagbladet and Finansavisen.
