Höylytt is working to make the great benefits of playing music, the development of both body and mind, available to anyone. We have created an alternative technology for learning how to create and play music, we call it Guided Workflow™. It is a technology that enables users to easily compose their own songs by dragging and dropping their favorite chords on a timeline, then they get visual guidance on a keyboard to help improvise and hit notes that fit with their chosen chords.No more fumbling around on keys trying to find the "right" note. We show you which ones work and which ones don't. We created the music-making app Jamsy to showcase the method in use, and also as a stand-alone product. By 2021 we are bringing our own hardware based on Guided Workflow™ to the market.

Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.

We are offering unique leather bags. Our concept is based on multifunctionality and individual design for costumers. From realise 31th of may 2018 until now, we have had a huge interest by costumers. The product allows the costumer to decide how their bag shold look like by changing the details and buy new accessories for the bag. Handlekraftig AS is an attempt at doing slightly more for the environment than just sorting trash and buying as little plastic as possible. For now, this is a single organic shop where most products are sold in bulk/lose weight. We encourage our customers to bring in their own containers to shop, to minimize the need for new packaging. We try to keep at least 95% of the consumables organic. This is better for our customers and better for the earth. In addition to organic foodstuff, we also offer a wide selection of zero-waste products, such as beeswax wraps, wooden kitchen utensils, and non-plastic containers.
