LessAdmin is an HR system for small businesses and startups. It offers an easy way to administer and get an overview of employees, leave and vacation planning and approval, onboarding and offboarding, notifications, upcoming birthdays and international bank holidays, benefits and more. It's developed in Norway with GDPR and privacy in mind.

Orixe solves the problem of counterfeit parts (pirate products) and supply chain uncertainty across multiple industries. This problem with counterfeit parts and false certificates is especially prevalent in the aerospace, automotive and electronics industry, but can be said to be a cross-industry problem. Counterfeit parts create problems for producers such as faulty products (as seen in the cases Fake medical masks, Samsung Galaxy Note 7, or the Takata airbags), but also that goods do not adhere to regulations such as REACH and RoHS or comply with quality requirements. Companies risk severe financial damage such as: - loss in sales, - not meeting quality standards, - lawsuits and - lost reputation. The Orixe Platform has been developed in close cooperation with out pilot customer within the defense- and aerospace industry to solve the cross-industry problem of counterfeit parts. Orixe ensures integrity and transparency by tracing components country of origin and their adherance to regulations, i.e REACH and RoHS. The solution is a new way of combining database and blockchain that effectively and securely tracks transactions between companies. This creates a secure image of the supply chain which raises effectivity in quality- and supplier assurance. To make it easier for our customers to be sure of their suppliers quality standards and reduce time and effort spent on quality assurance, Orixe is also providing a solution that automates the process of auditing suppliers. Hayon is a data-driven Fintech company bringing transparency to the mortgage market both for customers and banks. Since the launch in 2020 over 170 000 mortgage customers in Norway have registered on our rapidly growing marketplace Renteradar. Mortgage customers can use Renteradar to get an overview over the mortgage market and how much they can potentially save. In addition Renteradar provides the user with the tools to lower their interest rate by negotiating with their bank or apply for a cheaper loan elsewhere. In addition to Renteradar, Hayon provides analysis about the banking market with Hayon Analytics being the backbone of our offering. Hayon Analytics is an analytical tool built in Power BI providing unique insights to our partners. We are currently eight emplyees but looking to expand our team going forward. Hayon raised capital in beginning of 2023 and the media company Amedia became an investor.

Ved å kombinere enkle og intuitive redigeringsverktøy, et unikt musikkbibliotek og en delt kamerarull-løsning for raskere deling av klipp i grupper skal vi ta opp kampen med de etablerte sosiale mediene ved å revolusjonere hvordan videoer deles. VOED er i dag et team på fire kamerater som sitter hos StartupLab Bergen for å jobbe med prosjektet. Vår MVP lanseres om kort tid etter to års arbeid. Hittil har vi hentet støtte fra Innovasjon Norge og Universitetet i Stavanger, kommet til nasjonal finale i Venture Cup, vunnet GründerHub-stipendet på kr. 50 000,- og deltatt på en rekke akseleratorprogram. Teamet vårt består nå av to gira karer som gjør ting som er nytt for oss begge, ironisk nok kan ingen av oss tech, og kan dermed ikke endre vårt eget produkt. Vi ser stort potensiale og vet at vi kan komme langt med en gang vi får en tech-person med oss!

The ReadyToGo™ program is a modular learning program in Entrepreneurship where curriculum and standards are set by business specialists and academia. The project is rooted in the Entrepreneur's need for a customized, flexible and comprehensive curriculum for the purpose of increasing project viability and profitability through increased competence levels, insights and understanding of the framework and business-cultural conditions that characterize the Norwegian business environment. To support the core product the assessment tool StartUpIQ™ Is developed intended to be used assessing the quality, depth and scope of business plans. Last, ToolBox™ is developed and intended to contain helpware, method procedures, templates, etc. in support of the Entrepreneur in his work with the business plan.
