Greenpool

Greenpool was established in 2020 and has since grown to become an important supplier of electric replacement cars for customers of insurance companies in Norway. We work with all the largest insurance companies in Norway. We believe that car sharing solutions should benefit everyone, and it should be both profitable and safe for everyone, who participate in sustainable mobility solutions.

Respiro er et tech-selskap som jobber med utvikling av blant annet regnskapssystemet ReAI: reai.no ReAI er et effektivt regnskapsprogram laget av tidligere ansatte i Tripletex / Visma. Vårt hovedfokus er å automatisere mest mulig av regnskapet med AI og integrasjoner, slik at regnskapet blir billigst mulig. Vi har også stort fokus på at systemet skal være raskt å bruke, med hurtigtaster for alt. Målet vårt er at du skal bruke regnskaps-systemet minst mulig!

Lucidtech AI

At Lucidtech AI we develop state of the art machine learning technology to create intelligent document automation solutions for businesses who process large volumes of documents. Our products make businesses more efficient and make people more happy by automating repetitive document work. Currently, we automate millions of documents annually for enterprises such as DNB, Obos and VG among others. We are now building a powerful AI platform (cradl.ai) with a vision to make any developer capable of creating their own powerful machine learning models tailored to their own data. We are a small team with high ambitions, and we are looking for passionate people to be part of our journey.

VAMØ Møbler & Interiør

VAMØ is a new approach to purchasing furniture in a era where online shopping is advancing at an enormous rate. The online market for funiture is only now getting started in Norway, and we are a part of it. Our main focus are four brands who focus on sustainability and recycled materials. And we are able to provide these to clients who live in such remote areas that they do not have access to these.

RightPerson

Automatic background checks for a new era. We verify people, so you don't have to. Before volunteers can work with children, they need to go through proper screening, but the process can be complex to handle. Our first product is easy processing and verification of police certificates for youth sports organizations. By doing this we help to prevent sexual abuse and create a safe environment for everyone in sports. The founders have started several successful ventures and we are very clear on the unique culture we are trying to build. Not only will you be working with a team of talented business people, engineers and designers, but you will also be a vital part of our company and bring your voice to the table on how to build our products and services. Norske håndlagde chilisauser Chili og kjærlighet er de to viktigste ingrediensene i våre sauser. Gründeren av Sterk Saus® heter Asle Schau-Hvatum og er en opprinnelig sørlending som har bosatt seg på det sentrale østlandet. I flere år før firmaet ble opprettet lagde Asle chilisaus hjemme for å gjøre fredagstacoen litt hottere og mer spenstig. Familie, venner og kjente smakte og ga tilbakemeldinger – slik at sausen hele tiden ble videreutviklet. Sterk Saus® har et brennhett forhold til chili – faktisk like heftig som varmeeksplosjonen du får av en modig, munnfull chilisaus. Vi elsker at smaksløkene våre blir utfordret og strukket. Og apropos løk, så er chili et voksende segment, akkurat som hvitløk var på 70/80-tallet. Kun råvarer av ypperste kvalitet blir med i våre sauskjeler. Chilimagien skjer i våre moderne produksjonslokaler i Halden, hvor vi tilbereder, koker og tapper hver eneste chiliflaske for hånd. Våre to viktigste ingredienser i sausen er chili og kjærlighet til faget. Dette kombinerer vi med moderne produksjonsmetoder, som sikrer kvalitet i alle ledd.

Ferdia

Ferdia har som mål å digitalisere og fornye turbussbransjen gjennom en Uber-lignende tilnærming. Vi skal revolusjonere turbussmarkedet gjennom å digitalisere små og mellomstore turbusselskap og ved å gjøre det mye enklere å leie og bruke turbusser. Det være seg til firmaturer, festivaler eller fotballkamper. Turbussbransjen i Europa er preget av et stort antall busselskap og lite digitalisering. 85% av tiden står bussene parkert eller kjører på veien uten passasjerer i setene. Våre nye digitale tjenester kombinert med maskinlæring og rute-optimalisering vil gjøre det mulig å utnytte bussenes kapasitet mye mer effektivt enn i dag. Vi har fått støtte fra Innovasjon Norge, inngått samarbeid med Tide, et av Norges største busselskap, og har begynt arbeidet med internasjonalisering. Dette blir et spennende år!

ShieldME develops a smart and insightful solution for monitoring residents in nursing homes. By introducing AI and digitalisation to the nursing home sector, we are bridging technology and care to increase the quality of care and bridging the existing nurse-gap. The elderly population over 65 years old is increasing rapidly at the same time as the nurse shortage in Europe is already projected to be over 600,000. This shortage is disproportionately affecting elderly in healthcare facilities. The Covid-19 pandemics have really highlighted the current care crisis.

Orixe AS

Orixe solves the problem of counterfeit parts (pirate products) and supply chain uncertainty across multiple industries. This problem with counterfeit parts and false certificates is especially prevalent in the aerospace, automotive and electronics industry, but can be said to be a cross-industry problem. Counterfeit parts create problems for producers such as faulty products (as seen in the cases Fake medical masks, Samsung Galaxy Note 7, or the Takata airbags), but also that goods do not adhere to regulations such as REACH and RoHS or comply with quality requirements. Companies risk severe financial damage such as: - loss in sales, - not meeting quality standards, - lawsuits and - lost reputation. The Orixe Platform has been developed in close cooperation with out pilot customer within the defense- and aerospace industry to solve the cross-industry problem of counterfeit parts. Orixe ensures integrity and transparency by tracing components country of origin and their adherance to regulations, i.e REACH and RoHS. The solution is a new way of combining database and blockchain that effectively and securely tracks transactions between companies. This creates a secure image of the supply chain which raises effectivity in quality- and supplier assurance. To make it easier for our customers to be sure of their suppliers quality standards and reduce time and effort spent on quality assurance, Orixe is also providing a solution that automates the process of auditing suppliers. Orixe is a company that is devoted to creating a more sustainable future. Many of the global challenges that we face today such as pollution, corruption and modern slavery are hidden i dark supply chains. By providing a solution that makes supply chains transparent we reduce the risk of unethical behavior within the supply chain, and help companies to fulfill the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Waved is developing solutions to help restaurants, bars, hotels, and retail create a better atmosphere for their guests. Happy guests stay longer and spend more. By using IoT sensors to analyze the human-made noise, Waved automatically adjusts the music volume to a perfect level - no matter the circumstances. We make the restaurant and hospitality experience better, no more shouting to hold a conversation - the background music will always balanced. WHY WAVED? THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The goal of restaurants, bars and other eating and drinking venues is to provide the best customer experience possible. The customer’s well-being is directly linked to the amount of money spent during their stay and the likelihood that they will return. THE IMPORTANCE OF SOUND Research has shown that a well composed sound environment has direct impact on how the guest’s overall experience and even how the taste of the food and drinks are perceived. LARGE INVESTMENTS IN SOUND EQUIPMENT Most restaurants and bars know how important the sound environment is for a good customer experience and it is common to spend thousands of dollars on sound equipment. WHAT DECIDES THE VOLUME? The volume is usually controlled manually by waiters or bartenders in-between their other duties. Lack of information and knowledge of the customers perception often lead to poor volume level decisions. THE SOLUTION IS WAVED Wall-mounted sensors are placed around the venue and listens to the sound environment. Waved’s brain is build around our self-developed algorithm. It has the ability to understand and evaluate the sound environment and is used to set the perfect sound volume in order to maximise the customer experience.

Encryptia

Encryptia is developing an education in programming to help young people below 30 year to get an education and a job, with starting to play a game.(our course) Many young people are not in education or employees (NEETS), they are sitting at home and gaming. The lack of IT developers are increasing. We are working with UN Sustainability Goals no 8 and 10, to help more young people back to work, and to cover the gap of IT developers in Norway and the Nordic. Encryptia is togheter with seven young adults below 30, building a solution like a game. Made by gamers for gamers- to be motivated, fun and fast way of learning. The founder of Encryptia has a background from large tech Companies in Norway. Working with recruitment and employer branding, she learned that the lack of IT developers was and will remain a growing problem in the future. At the same time, her son was without a job and education and spent a lot of time in front of the PC screen. Then the idea was born,that also solves some socially critical problems. Einka Økonomi

Einka Økonomi' solution aims to prevent financial stress by providing knowledge, coaching and necessary tools to address the effect financial difficulties can have on life areas such as mental health, legal disputes and family economy planning. EINKA wants to be a completely neutral information channel, that employers can rely on to bring their employees closer to financial wellness. We are developing a knowledge hub that will help users in differing financial situations, building a tailor-made journey comprising of interactive financial tools, tutorials, strategy guides and virtual coaching with the purpose of achieving greater financial wellness for the user and increased productivity as a result - for the business. Our preliminary research has shown us that in the first quarter of 2019, the total amount of claims amounted to NOK 1 billion in Norwegian debt collection cases. In August of 2019, NAV stated that eight per cent of Norwegian employees had forced salary deductions. Personal economy subjects are not obligatory within the Norwegian schooling system, rather most people are educated on these topics via banks and other financial institutions, or often through following in their family's footsteps. This results in a knowledge gap and a hurdle for social mobility. As social entrepreneurs we have seen that nothing is being done to alleviate these problems in an effective way, so we have decided to take a stance, and commit to being the solution. Our solution will positively impact your business through helping to alleviate the stresses that come with poor financial wellbeing. A number of studies have shown direct links between financial stress and poor physical and mental health. It affects the individual, their family and loved ones and their businesses.
