We are offering unique leather bags. Our concept is based on multifunctionality and individual design for costumers. From realise 31th of may 2018 until now, we have had a huge interest by costumers. The product allows the costumer to decide how their bag shold look like by changing the details and buy new accessories for the bag. The bag can also be used as a normal shoulder bag, or as a belt bag. The team consist of two sisters, who designed the product and started a online shop. Bile duct cancer is an aggressive form of cancer with an extremely poor overall five-year survival rate of just 2-5 %. Classified as an orphan disease, annual incidence in Europe and the United States of 15-22,000 patients, and a significantly higher incidence in Asia, makes it a major player and the deadliest of the gastrointestinal cancers. Only a small number of patients are eligible for a complete surgical resection by local resection or liver transplantation, and more than 50% of these relapse. The vast majority are treated by gemcitabine-based palliative chemotherapy with a life expectancy of 11 months, and five-year survival rate of zero %. Thus, there is an urgent and unmet medical need to develop new and better treatment strategies for these patients. The innovations developed by Seald are a result of adopting a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of bile duct cancer, based on extensive drug sensitivity assays on living cancer cells, molecular biomarkers, DNA sequencing, extensive bioinformatics analyses and zebrafish models. Sealds’s holistic approach is unique with possible modes of action that can be used on other solid cancers. Our technology includes drug repurposing and innovation on new medical substances, diagnostics and methodology. The stipulated pharma market globally is USD 2.1-4.2 billion, in addition to the markets for diagnostics and platform technology

EpiGuard AS is an innovative Norwegian Medical Technology Company established in 2015 by a group of doctors at the Oslo University Hospital (OUS) together with co-founders Inven2, Eker Group AS, and Hansen Protection AS. EpiGuard has evolved into a highly skilled knowledge-based company. The business model is to develop and manufacture high-end medical equipment for the safe transport of contagious patients. The products will be distributed globally through strategic partners. Currently, the main product is the medical isolation and transportation system, EpiShuttle. The system is developed by clinical experts at OUS, with first-hand experience in providing advanced treatment and transportation of patients with highly infectious diseases, such as Ebola.

Biozep is discovering and developing first-in-class drug products for the treatment of severe eye diseases which can lead to vision loss and where it is a high unmet medical need. Biozep has discovered novel drug substances based on bioactive lipids which modulate central pathways involved in the pathogenesis of eye diseases. Targets and biomarkers are identified based on a system biology approach combined with in-depth knowledge about bioactive lipids, their endogenous synthesis and mechanisms of action. Biozep has made a prototype drug product based on our lead compound for topical administration and the product will be tested in animal models in 2018. Our goal is to start clinical studies in 2020. Biozep is a company depending on both internal and external resources. Biozep has established its own laboratory in Oslo in order to do synthesis, purification, quality control and chemical development in-house. The biological testing of the drug substances is performed in collaboration with carefully selected contract research organizations both in Europe and the USA. In order to reach the market as fast as possible and to reduce risk, Biozep will seek strategic partnerships early in the drug development phase. Biozep seeks partners with complementary competence and with resources to conduct clinical trials and with market access. We are already in dialogue with potential partners and hope to sign an agreement in 2018-19.
