We work to gather as socially and environmentally sustainable producers as possible in one place, with the aim of making the path to ethical choices shorter for Norwegian consumers. The company was founded June 2020 after the founder's own personal experiences with trying to find ethical and sustainable brands to shop from, but feeling like it was such a time-consuming process. People who want to make good, conscious choices when shopping, should not have to spend hours surfing from one web shop to another to find products they need and background check them. This pushed the founder to create a marketplace, strictly for ethical and the most environmental friendly brands. This would spare the customer of time; by collecting all the products they need in one place, and doing the background checking for them, and knowledge; by introducing them to brands they may not have heard of before, and provide them with information about sustainability that the dishonest brands do not want to provide for them. Today, Ence works together with partnering brands to encourage and educate business leaders who take the responsibility of being more sustainable, so that these types of businesses together can evolve and take up a bigger market share together. By connecting these business leaders together, Ence aims to create a hub for sustainable brands to facilitate their growth. Ence consists of a team of 9 dedicated employees, volunteering for a cause they find important.

Bil betyr «rumpe» og tong betyr «strimmel» eller «tunge». Me i Doms Biltong bruker berre norsk storfekjøt i våre produkt. Progbit is an independent design center helping you to convert your idea into your product. We have wide knowledge of electronic design covering all aspects from hardware to embedded systems including processor and FPGAs. Our main focus is implementing advanced functions in FPGAs and ASICs. ProgBit was founded April 1st 2014 by three experienced designers from Nera/Ceragon and Mikrokrets. We have broad knowledge of radio, modem, telecom, datacom and ultrasound. There are many potential pitfalls when designing FPGA and ASICs. To avoid these, Progbit has a strong focus on design methodologies. This includes partition of the design, naming conventions, clock domain crossing, state machines, reset methodologies and so on. All this is to avoid design errors that can be so hard to debug. ProgBit has also focus on making the FPGA code readable and reusable. This includes sensible signal names and heavy commenting in the code. This makes it easy for anyone to take the code and do improvements in the future. Our target is to design the FPGA together with you and improve your knowledge during the design process. Hence you will be able to maintain and further develop the design afterwards.
