The Nordic Food Supplements AS (NFS) produces mealworms destined for food industry, animal feeding, plants nutrition. Our focus is oriented towards B2B market, we  provide: - Live, dried and powder mealworms to farms, pets shops, zoos and specific food markets. - Frass (insects poop) is a very rich nutrient for plants which we intend to sale to plant shops and also on a stand alone webshop However NFS AS is also a wholesaler of dried larvae to niche markets/direct consumer. My name is Frederick V. Richard, the idea of starting with insects protein farming emerged on a road trip in France questioning my future in IT companies (Yes i left bugs for bugs!). I have been conducing research on the possibility of rearing insects in Norway for a year before even approaching people about this project. Only after studying the feasibility of the project i started to gather 1 partner, which leaded to 2 other partners with scientific  and entrepreneurship/leadership background. Our team is now composed with Elena, Pål and Espen. We then started our first pilot site in an old farm (not a garage) with just 6kg of larvae to ensure we gathered enough knowledge on rearing insects under specific conditions. Today we have a cattle of ca 1/2 tonne and will keep growing til the end of the year as we plan to expand our production.

The total estimated cost for damage caused by hurricanes in 2017, is calculated at $250 billion. Also in 2018, we have seen hurricanes causing catastrophic damage and human tragedies. Tropical hurricanes are generated when masses of cold and warm air collide. And the sea surface temperature is above 26.5°C. We are doing research and development to cool the sea surface temperature by exploiting colder water deeper down in the sea. This will help us cope with climate change. The companyOceanTherm AS was founded in 2017 and is engaged in the research and development of methods and technologies preventing tropical storms from becoming devastating. OceanTerm AS also delivers maritime counseling. The challenge Many people have tried to find ways of preventing hurricanes before they make landfall, resulting in the loss of human lives. In recent years we have witnessed intense tropical storms, costing thousands of lives, as well as massive destructions. For example: in 2005, hurricane Katrina killed more than 1,800 people and caused damage of $ 90 billion. In 2016, hurricane Matthew swept across Haiti, taking 852 lives and destroying many towns on the island. The total estimated cost for damage caused by hurricanes in 2017, is calculated at $250 billion. Tropical hurricanes are generated when masses of cold and warm air collide. Another essential factor is that the sea surface temperature is above 26.5°C. Climate change is causing sea surface temperatures to increase. In the case of hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria that occurred between August and September 2017, sea surface temperatures were measured as high as 32°C. The big questionIs it possible to cool the sea surface to below 26.5°C by exploiting colder water from deeper in the water column? The reason for starting the company is that Filipinos are struggling to find Filipino and Asian food in Asian stores in Norway, there is a big gap in the selection of stores that offer food from Asia. Many foreigners living in Norway craves food and taste from their homeland and one of them are Filipinos. As of 2021, access to Filipino products is still limited while the Filipino community is growing. Therefore, we are very grateful to start this business. We will offer food, beverage, fruits, and vegetables from the entire Asia to customers in Norway. We will sell them online on our online shop and Facebook store to private customers in Norway, we will also offer our products to businesses in Norway such as Asian stores and restaurants and online sellers. We will offer the most selling products but also offer the products that we know the Asian communities are missing and having trouble to obtain in Norway. Our goal is to have the best and biggest product assortment in store in Norway. We will have a cold storage with some fresh fruit and vegetables but most of this order have to be ordered in advance to provide loss of goods due to short shell life. Frozen food like fish and meat will we have on cold storage for fast delivering.

Haato is 'heart' in japanese and the heart is the focus of HATO Medical Technologies. HATO is a MedTech company specializing in heart monitoring and analysis. We have developed an innovative technology that assists healthcare professionals with increasing their qualifications in analyzing and interpreting electrocardiograms (ECG) through 3D visualizations of the heart and data-driven artificial intelligence. According to WHO, heart diseases are the largest killer in the world. Heart diseases and conditions are located and diagnosed with the use of ECG. This heart examination is practiced by General Practitioners, EMTs / Paramedics, Nurses, Doctors, and Cardiologists. Misinterpretation of ECG analysis leads to misdiagnosis, which might lead to fatal consequences for patients and the social economy. A British study estimates that up to 68,5% are misdiagnosed with heart failure. HATO's new digital solution analyzes heart diseases from ECGs using artificial intelligence and machine learning. The software solution increases the foundation of decisions of the healthcare professionals and combines 3D visualizations with our ML models for real-time animation of the patient's heart. All of this will assist healthcare professionals with localizing abnormalities and allow them to react faster at critical events. Innovative and easy. Long story short, the software platform will raise the bottom level of ECG interpretation and give all healthcare professionals a cardiologist by their hand.
