Vår teknologi identifiserer hvor og hvordan næringsbygg kan optimalisere eksisterende installasjoner for å spare maksimalt med strøm. Smartwatts software benytter maskinlæringsalgoritmer, inneklimadata, værmelding og morgendagens strømpriser til å regne ut optimale driftsparametre for næringsbygg som utveksles automatisk med byggets eksisterende styringssystem. Løsningen installeres raskt i bygget og kundene våre opplever resultater på svært kort tid. Av de 70 bygg som allerede har tatt teknologien i bruk er effekten betydelig og har ført til en besparelse på opptil 30%. Vi er fortsatt i startfasen av vår reise, men har allerede etablert oss som en seriøs aktør og utfordrer i bransjen. Asko, Elkjøp, Elektroimportøren, BI og Møller Bil, er blant kundene som har tatt i bruk Smartwatt sine løsninger, og vi har store ambisjoner. We are making the new market platform for property ad's in Norway. By combining existing and new technology, we create a new tool for real estate agents to analyze and manage their property advertisements. We have an MVP ready, and are aiming to launch in summer 2023. The market has wanted a challenger to Finn.no for a long time - now is the time!

Sesam import AS

Sesam imports will initially import products from Asia, mainly from the Philippines in the beginning. The reason for starting the company is that Filipinos are struggling to find Filipino and Asian food in Asian stores in Norway, there is a big gap in the selection of stores that offer food from Asia. Many foreigners living in Norway craves food and taste from their homeland and one of them are Filipinos. As of 2021, access to Filipino products is still limited while the Filipino community is growing. Therefore, we are very grateful to start this business. We will offer food, beverage, fruits, and vegetables from the entire Asia to customers in Norway. We will sell them online on our online shop and Facebook store to private customers in Norway, we will also offer our products to businesses in Norway such as Asian stores and restaurants and online sellers. We will offer the most selling products but also offer the products that we know the Asian communities are missing and having trouble to obtain in Norway. Our goal is to have the best and biggest product assortment in store in Norway. We will have a cold storage with some fresh fruit and vegetables but most of this order have to be ordered in advance to provide loss of goods due to short shell life. Frozen food like fish and meat will we have on cold storage for fast delivering.
