Nume

We at Nume are on a mission to build the world’s first AI CFO for founders – while also building Europe’s next unicorn. We believe in a (very near) future in which AI empowers us all to be successful founders and bring our unique ideas to life, but today financial fear and frustration hold founders back from finding success – or even getting started. Nume is the proactive, reliable, supportive thought partner every founder needs to shoulder their financial anxiety and help make every financial decision with confidence. About Nume & Scaleup Finance Founded in 2021 by 6 serial entrepreneurs, we’ve managed to scale our unique CFO-as-a-Service (tech+service solution) to more than €5m ARR and raising Denmark’s biggest seed round in the process. Today we are 60 people spread across our offices in Copenhagen, London and remote. We’ve spent the last four years working closely with hundreds of startups and scaleups as their trusted financial partner, delivering CFO-as-a-Service through our SaaS financial management platform and real CFOs. We’ve built deep expertise in what founders struggle with: not just understanding their numbers, but acting on them with clarity and confidence. That journey led us to create Nume, the world’s first AI CFO. Nume is currently in private beta and we are gearing up for a major public launch in August that aims to set a new benchmark for AI product rollouts Built on years of real-world financial experience, Nume combines advanced AI with financial intelligence to bring the power of a CFO to every founder’s fingertips. From our roots as a CFO-as-a-Service business to our transition into an AI-first company, our mission has stayed the same: to help founders and small companies never worry about finance again. We’re backed by top-tier investors, featured on Sifted’s list of Europe’s fastest-growing startups, and scaling fast. If you want to shape the future of financial decision-making, this is the place.

Orvello

Orvello is an early-stage SaaS startup building a smarter workforce planning platform for businesses. Many companies still spend too much time on manual scheduling, coordination and last-minute changes. This creates unnecessary work for managers and a worse experience for employees, especially in teams where shifts, availability and staffing needs change often. We are building Orvello to make workforce planning simpler, faster and more structured. The goal is to help businesses save time, reduce scheduling friction and create a better overview for both managers and employees. We are still in the early stages and are currently building the first version of the product. Our focus is to create a clean, practical and easy-to-use platform that solves a real operational problem without unnecessary complexity. We are two founders building Orvello together with technical support, and our ambition is to create a modern SaaS product that can become a strong tool for businesses in Denmark and eventually across the Nordics.

Palette

For the last decade, knowledge work drifted from its original promise. It was supposed to be about thinking, creating, deciding. Instead it became status meetings, reporting, and alignment rituals. AI is changing that, but it created a new problem: the individual got faster than the organization. Work now happens inside sessions between humans and agents, and the context behind it disappears before anyone else in the company can see it. Palette closes that gap. We ingest signals from the tools teams already use (Slack, Linear, Notion, GitHub, calendar, email), turn them into a living map of the organization, and serve that context to the agents people work with every day. Palette Desktop is where teams put it to work. Point it at a folder on Google Drive or Dropbox, and run agents on Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, or a local model inside it. More providers ship in regularly. It opens those agents up to the whole company, including non-engineers, and the team picks the model that fits. We shipped Desktop in May 2026, and it's already where most of our own work happens. We're 6 people in Copenhagen. Four co-founders, two founding engineers. We work with design partners across leading startups, scaleups, and household-name brands. We recently raised our pre-seed. Our mission: build the OS for AI-native organizations.

Coachway ApS

We spent 6+ years working side by side with 150+ online fitness coaches. Managed their businesses, saw their frustrations up close, and watched them waste half their day on admin that had nothing to do with actual coaching. So we built the platform we always wished existed. Coachway is an all-in-one platform for online fitness coaches - workouts, meal plans, messaging, check-ins, payments, automations, and a branded client app. One login. No chaos. But building the product is only half of it. We also build everything that puts it in front of coaches - ad campaigns across six markets, creative production, content in five languages, conversion funnels, growth strategy. The whole pipeline from first impression to signed coach. We're based in Copenhagen. We're a small team with the ambition to become the go-to platform for online coaches across Europe. And we're still early enough that the people who join now will shape what this thing becomes. If you want to be somewhere where your work actually moves the needle - not in a quarterly report, but tomorrow morning - this is that place.

All Gravy

All Gravy: All the people stuff in one employee app - built for hospitality Hospitality is one of the largest employment sectors in Europe. It's also one of the most chaotic to operate. The average multi-site restaurant group or hotel brand manages hundreds of hourly workers across dozens of locations - none of whom sit at a desk, have a work email, or receive information through the same channel twice. The result is predictable. New starters show up on day one not knowing what to do. Training happens inconsistently, or not at all. Managers spend half their day answering the same questions on repeat. Communication happens in WhatsApp groups that the business doesn't own, can't audit, and can't control. Staff churn - already the highest of any industry, averaging 75% annually - gets worse. And operators have no way of knowing why. The tools that exist to solve this were built for office workers. They assume laptops, corporate email, and people who sit still. Hospitality doesn't work like that. All Gravy is the fix. We're a communications and learning app built specifically for multi-site hospitality operators - restaurant groups, hotel brands, contract caterers, quick-service chains. Our customers typically manage between 200 and 1,000 staff across multiple locations in the UK, Scandinavia, and Germany. The product gives operators one place to run everything people-related: Staff communications - a branded, structured feed that works like social media. Managers post to the right people by location, role, or team. Employees are notified. Everything is documented. No more WhatsApp chaos. Onboarding journeys - automated, role-specific sequences that start the moment a new hire is added to the system. They arrive on day one prepared, connected to the brand, and knowing what's expected of them. Training and learning - a full LMS designed for deskless workers, supporting both digital courses and in-person sessions, with attendance tracking, completion records, and automated reminders built in. Digital handbooks - a living, searchable library that employees access from their phone. Update once, everyone sees it instantly. No more outdated PDFs or laminated binders no one reads. AI assistant - trained on the operator's own content, not the internet. Employees get instant, accurate answers to questions about policies, procedures, and their role. Managers stop answering the same things over and over. The employee experience looks and feels like a social media app - because that's what people actually use. Adoption is high because the product meets people where they already are. The admin side is a web dashboard where operators build and manage everything centrally, with full visibility into engagement, training completion, onboarding progress, and team sentiment across every location. The problem is big. There are roughly 90 million deskless workers in Europe. Hospitality alone employs millions, with vacancy and churn rates that cost the sector billions in lost revenue every year. The tools available to operators haven't kept up with what the problem actually requires. The opportunity is clear. Operators who invest in their people's experience - making them feel informed, connected, and supported from day one - see measurably lower turnover, better training compliance, and lower management overhead. All Gravy makes that investment easy, scalable, and consistent across every location in a business. We've raised €5.8M+ to date, backed by Moonfire Ventures, Scale Capital, and a syndicate of angels including senior operators and investors from Google, Deliveroo, and Peakon. Our customers include some of the largest hospitality operators in Northern Europe. We're building the operating layer for the front-line hospitality workforce - the infrastructure that makes it possible to run a great team at scale, not just at one site, but across all of them.

The third interview is a meet & greet with the team. We care a lot about our culture and want to take great care of it. We’ll invite you in for an afternoon to meet the current team in a relaxed setting to give you the opportunity to see what it is like to work at Reshape. 4. If an offer is extended, we will talk through and clarify any doubts or questions. Often this is a phone call at the end, or we’ll invite you in to discuss if necessary. For certain hires, we may adjust the process a little bit, but we will make sure to cover the topics so all parties feel comfortable about making a final decision.
