FlavorScale is a next-generation foodtech startup focused on revolutionizing how Gen Z discovers and connects with eateries. Current platforms often prioritize ads, generic ratings, or logistics rather than capturing the authentic culinary experience and community connection young users crave. FlavorScale’s platform is video-first and AI-powered, delivering engaging, personalized, and authentic food recommendations by harnessing behavioral data and smart algorithms. We bridge the gap between foodies and restaurants, empowering users to explore and share real experiences, and helping eateries reach the right audience with data-driven insights. Our live MVP has proven product-market fit, with strong success in Copenhagen, and we’re now preparing to scale through a larger pilot in a major Northwestern European city. By focusing exclusively on food discovery for Gen Z and combining community, AI, and real-time data, FlavorScale is poised to transform food discovery from a fragmented chore into an engaging, authentic, and efficient experience that benefits both consumers and the food industry. FlavorScale is building the definitive food discovery platform for Gen Z, video-first, AI-powered, and community-driven. Our MVP is live on Firebase, pre-pilot nailed strong traction in Copenhagen (our biggest win), and we're now scaling for a major Northwestern Europe launch with data insights that restaurants and brands crave. Tembi

Tembi is a platform that helps companies use open data about markets and companies to focus their strategy and implement it in the daily routines. Many companies are now able to use their own data about their customers and sales processes etc. (business intelligence). But accessing and using the vast amounts of data from the world outside is much more difficult. Most companies don't have the competencies to do it. That makes it difficult for these companies to act optimally in a dynamic world with uncertain information. We help solving this problem. We collect and combine vast amounts of data from different sources and countries. We apply economic impact models and advanced analytics to solve business critical questions for our customers, such as which markets should they focus on, where is the next big client for us, what do we need to do to be competitive? Our dashboard based solution is easy to use and enables everyone from C-level to the floor to act more efficiently. But will be growing even more over the coming months. Our office is located in Fiolstræde, right in the heart of Copenhagen. We do a lot of social activities together, and always try to celebrate our success in some way. We have one monthly social activity, such as sports or escape room etc. And we also have summer parties, christmas parties and a friday bar with a different theme every month. When the circumstances require it, we can of course work remotely, but we generally like working together in the office - and we have a super nice lunch every day. Khora

Khora is an award-winning Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) production studio based in Copenhagen, creating cutting edge content within multiple application areas. We are 30 full time employees, and over the last five years we have produced more than 350 VR/AR applications and hosted more than 1500 workshops and events. We are exploring the value potential of VR and AR through meaningful collaborations and partnerships. We work within multiple industries, with a deep understanding of the technologies and of how and why businesses and institutions should work within these emerging mediums. Reel

Reel is creating a new way of buying electricity to accelerate the renewable energy transition. We are on a mission to empower companies to make a positive difference for climate through the electricity they buy. Reel enables all companies to enter a new type of electricity contract (Power Purchase Agreement, PPA) that reduces CO₂ emissions by adding new renewable electricity to the grid. Be My Eyes

Be My Eyes is a unique, venture-funded, profit-with-purpose company that connects blind and low-vision people needing sighted support with volunteers and companies through live video calls. With a nearly 90% successful call rate, our volunteers assist the blind with daily tasks as simple as finding something in the kitchen to something as complex as navigating an airport.
