To prepare ourselves for the day when extraterrestrial settlement becomes a reality, we are designing analog habitats, architectural experiments, habitat concepts, space visualisations, and high-tech earth architecture. Because of this many future solo mothers and donors go to the private market, however the current solutions in place are chaotic, low quality and lack safety. Y factor is working to remove the majority of these barriers. We have built an app that provides a safe, accessible, and personal way for people to achieve their family dreams through peer to peer sperm donation, connecting future parents with donors. We offer all necessary information about properties in Denmark as a SaaS solution, to give our customers everything they need to get an overview, whether they use it to scope potential investments, find property information or much more.
