Kameo

Kameo operates a digital marketplace for loans to small and midsized property developers. We provide Scandinavian investors with a new and attractive asset class, as well as Scandinavian property developers with a new and attractive funding source. Kameo has offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo, and have since 2016 facilitated loans to businesses and property developers for more than 2.5bn. DKK and have more than 40.000 registered investors on the platform. Kameo operates under a license from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet). Kameo is fully funded with more than 100 mio. DKK raised, among others from the Scandinavian Investment Bank, ABG Sundal Collier.

proprty.ai

proprty.ai is building a service to help Danish property managers leverage machine learning technology to create better condition assessments and maintenance plans. The cost of maintaining the Danish property mass is growing fast, and property managers are struggling to keep up with maintenance and regulatory responsibilities. This is not only hurting the property managers, but also the people using and living in the buildings. The challenge to live up to the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, is made harder, by not having the tools nor data to make the right strategic choices when planning and executing maintenance. With our service we aim to create property condition assessment and maintenance plans faster and more accurately than what is possible today. Using machine learning algorithms trained on millions of m2 worth of data, we can provide property managers with data to make the right decisions, when it comes to spending resources on maintenance. That way they can cut costs, improve property conditions and push the property mass towards a sustainable future. We're creating an AI powered web platform, that allows property managers to create condition assessments and maintenance plans in a fraction of the time they're using today, by mixing output from our machine learning models with boots on the ground input. It's not only faster. It provides high quality data instead of subjective information. At proprty.ai we've already signed partnerships with 18% of the Danish residential property market. We help reduce claims stemming from damaged goods by 10-40% by monitoring the loading operations, thus providing our customers comprehensive image data with which to negotiate claims. We help increase the average fill rates of trailers and containers 5-15% by providing real-time insight into actual fill rates, which also reduces CO2 emissions. Folke Furniture

Folke Furniture is a D2C furniture brand from Copenhagen. We design, produce, and sell modular sofas made for real life, for people who move, change plans, and live in homes with staircases, doorways, and shifting needs. Most sofas are built for a forever home. But many of us live in apartments, move often, and need furniture that can follow along, without drama. So we’re replacing bulky, one-shape-for-life sofas with a simple system: tool-free modules that ship in boxes, zip together in minutes, and rearrange whenever life does. Our modular sofa is built from four core modules, giving customers the freedom to: • start small now • switch between sofa, lounge, guest bed, or conversation corner in seconds • add more modules later, instead of replacing the whole thing Folke is a Danish name with a simple meaning. All Gravy: All the people stuff in one employee app - built for hospitality Hospitality is one of the largest employment sectors in Europe. It's also one of the most chaotic to operate. The average multi-site restaurant group or hotel brand manages hundreds of hourly workers across dozens of locations - none of whom sit at a desk, have a work email, or receive information through the same channel twice. The result is predictable. New starters show up on day one not knowing what to do. Training happens inconsistently, or not at all. Managers spend half their day answering the same questions on repeat. Communication happens in WhatsApp groups that the business doesn't own, can't audit, and can't control. Staff churn - already the highest of any industry, averaging 75% annually - gets worse. And operators have no way of knowing why. The tools that exist to solve this were built for office workers.
