We have made people's profiles anonymous to make it as DEI-friendly as possible. Leaving out any possibility of bias, we are making a platform where people can connect on something much more important than the four discriminatory g's; gender, generation, geography, and genetics. Instead, we put bottoms up and begin with what we believe is most important and the future of recruitment; emotional and rational intelligence. By matching people based on values and personality traits, we have found a way to help people make less discriminatory choices when matching for teams or friendships.
The possibilities of what Folkæt can be used for is indefinite. But we are right now focusing on study groups for universities and internally for smaller and medium sized companies.

We are looking for someone who doesn't mind speaking their mind and who has a lot of curiosity when it comes to work life studies, HR, behavioral psychology and team building. Preferably someone tech, but others are also welcome to reach out.
Who are we?
Now a team of 5, we count a graphic designer, two software developers, a teacher in Scrum and Agile, and me, the founder. I have a background in working with HR and I have an M.L.L.
