We have made people's profiles anonymous and with high security levels making it as DEI-friendly as can be. Ditching the bias, we have a platform where people can connect on something much more important than the four discriminatory g's; gender, generation, geography, and genetics. We’ve turned recruitment bottoms up to blast out the future of recruitment; matching on both emotional and rational intelligence for better team work. By making teams before hire on values and personality traits, we have found a way to help people make less discriminatory choices and beginning new friendships.
The possibilities of what Folkæt can be used for is without limit, but to begin with we are focusing on study and network groups.
