We are an international team of 15 people with a high energy, strong drive and a lot of weird hobbies. We work closely together, move fast and have a lot of fun in the process. We’re building the data infrastructure and AI Operating System for residential real estate, starting with an API ingestion layer that connects to property management systems, ERPs, and ESG data sources across Europe. Our platform unifies fragmented real estate data into a single, standardized layer that powers automation, portfolio intelligence, and agentic workflows , giving landlords, asset managers, and investors a live view of their portfolios and the tools to act on it in real time. In short: we’re building the data rails and AI layer that the future of residential real estate will run on.

Elysium Energy

Elysium Energy is building the AI-enabled platform that accelerates energy decentralization by unifying distributed energy resource (DER) projects with developers, capital, and expertise in a marketplace ecosystem. We're eliminating the fragmentation that kills 90% of DER projects by creating a single source of truth across the entire project lifecycle—from concept to operation. We have 5 active design partners across US, UK, and Indonesia, 2 pilot projects converting to paid customers, and have raised $150K SAFE from ERA plus $100K in non-dilutive grants. Our MVP is live and demonstrating 18% CAPEX reduction and 20% OPEX savings for energy projects. We're addressing a $16B software opportunity in the rapidly growing DER market.

Quantified Impacts ApS

We are a startup on a mission to quantify environmental impacts, make them easy to understand and act upon! Companies and organizations needs to be able to calculate and document carbon footprint on the goods they sell. Unfortunately this is currently a very complicated and time-consuming task! We automate the process of calculating and documenting product's carbon footprint through intuitive software, providing high-quality data and a seamless user experience. Quantified Impacts is founded in late 2022. We have secured initial capital and have set the path to reach our mission. We have offices in Valby Copenhagen and in Bjerringbro Jutland.

Every kilo of food sold through Eat Grim is a kilo of food saved from going to waste, which also means savings in water, CO2 and land use along the value chain.
