Baltic Assist

Baltic Assist is developing a flexible virtual staffing and business process outsourcing services model to help growing SMEs and scale-ups solve talent shortages, rising operational costs, and inefficient back-office processes with a vetted in-house team model, strong onboarding structure, and a long-term partnership approach. We are tackling a scalability problem. Across Europe, especially in markets like Denmark, Germany, and the Nordics, companies struggle to find qualified specialists in finance, IT, marketing, and operations. Hiring is slow, expensive, and risky. Leadership teams spend months searching for talent, face high employment costs, and often end up overwhelmed by operational tasks that pull focus away from growth and strategy. For many businesses, the bottleneck isn’t product or demand - it’s people and processes. This challenge is widespread among SMEs and fast-growing companies that need to scale quickly but lack the internal capacity to do so efficiently. Baltic Assist solves this by providing dedicated, in-house employed professionals who integrate directly into clients’ teams. We don’t work with freelancers or short-term outsourcing models. Instead, we recruit, hire, and develop specialists in Lithuania and build structured onboarding, performance management, and cultural alignment into the process. Clients gain access to highly educated, multilingual talent within the EU, while maintaining control, transparency, and long-term stability. Our “secret sauce” lies in combining flexibility with reliability - giving companies scalable capacity without sacrificing quality or culture fit. The motivation behind Baltic Assist came from seeing two realities collide: international companies struggling to build the right teams at the right time, and highly capable Baltic professionals seeking meaningful, global career opportunities. We realised that growth often stalls not because of a lack of ambition, but because of a lack of the right operational support. By bridging this gap, we enable companies to focus on strategy and revenue, while we take care of building and maintaining the teams that power their growth.

Circular Innovation Lab ApS

Circular Innovation Lab is a research and policy think tank, based in Denmark and India, accelerating the transition to a circular economy, through its for-profit arm, Circular Innovation Lab ApS, and non-profit arm, CIL Foundation MTU. We collaborate with national governments, UN agencies, and international organisations to create circular economy solutions that drive the transition to a circular economy forward. ​We work closely with these stakeholders to help them gain a deeper understanding of the potential of a circular economy transition. Together, we develop solutions that assist them in adopting circular principles and actions. We support them in the entire process from the ideation, research, and analysis phase up to implementation and monitoring.

Rope Robotics

Rope Robotics is the developer and producer of an automatic BR-8 robot to be used as a unique repair solution for leading edges on turbine blades. Wind turbine blades need to be repaired to maintain their high performance. With manual labor turbine blades can only be repaired 20% of the time during a year due to the fact that it requires technicians to climb up with support from ropes. Using our robot to do the repair and maintenance work in the heights, we are going to expand this repair window and to improve the working environment for the technicians. We have several robot pilots in the pipeline in various places around the world and have received major funding from the EU and Danish Government.

We make being a dentist easier - we are the digital partner for dentists. Dentli was founded on the idea of enhancing the lives of the practitioners and patients in the field of dentistry. Our team consists of 25+ experienced members, who work together with dentists, patients, software developers and practice management systems providers to create the best framework for dentists, so that the dentist can do what they do best – caring for their patients.

Vores værktøj hjælper bygningsejere, ejendomsadministratorer og rådgivere med at træffe langsigtede og bedre beslutninger for deres ejendomme. Plando gør det nemt og overskueligt at arbejde med vedligeholdelse og forbedring af en ejendom - eller hele ejendomsporteføljer. Samtidig sikrer Plando overblik over bygningers CO2e-rejse og energimærke - noget som kun bliver vigtigere i fremtiden, hvor krav om bæredygtighed og ESG-rapportering (virksomheders miljømæssige, sociale og ledelsesmæssige rapportering) vil fylde endnu mere. Vi drømmer om en ejendomsbranche, der vækster i værdi gennem bæredygtige forbedringer. For vi lever i en verden, hvor vi ikke har råd til at spilde flere ressourcer. Admin By Request is revolutionizing the Privileged Access Management (PAM) market which take the bureaucracy and administrative pains out of managing a company's IT portfolio - no matter the size of the company. Usually Privileged Access Management entails a lot of administrative work as well as words like "whitelisted software" - with great frustration among both users and IT-admins. As a user you might actually need a specific piece of software that's not on the whitelist. As an IT-admin you'll probably want to spend your hours doing something else than constantly black- and whitelisting software and rules for different user groups - because as it turns out: one size does not fit all. At Admin By Request, we're convinced that this task can be solved much more efficient by minimizing the amount of rules - and instead letting the users ask for just-in-time access to cover their needs. IT-admins can quickly approve or deny requests - and get back to creating real value. Privileged Access Management is named the top project to reduce cyber security risks. That's where we come in. By creating an easy-to-use solution with a minimum of administration and bureaucracy, we believe we can make PAM accessible to everyone.
