Hololink

Hololink is a platform for creating augmented reality experiences that add a digital layer to the real world. Just like Snapchat lenses can place a digital layer on people and Pokémon Go shows hidden pokemon, Hololink adds an interactive digital layer that's accessed through the smartphone's browser, like a website - just way cooler, more engaging and memorable. Our platform is used by hundreds of creators worldwide and requires no coding or technical skills. We're a fast-growing danish startup based in Copenhagen, backed by international investors and Techstars, the world's largest startup accelerator. Our team of six consists of developers, marketing and business people. We have a relaxed culture with flexible work hours and room for creativity while having a structured workflow and being ambitious. Hololink has increased its userbase by 300% since November, has developed proprietary market-leading tracking technology and has over two thousand users from 80+ countries. Plecto

Plecto is a team motivation software that helps sales, customer service and telemarketing teams increase motivation and boost performance. Plecto allows users to create custom dashboards that display real-time performance data across any device, computer or television screen. With out-of-the-box integrations, instant notifications and custom recognition features, Plecto will transform your team into motivated high performers fueled by friendly competition! Plecto began in 2012 when Kristian - working for a call center at the time - went to his boss and offered to "build a way for the team to compete." Kristian and his team were frustrated with not being able to see the impact they were making on the business and believed a bit of competition would liven up the office. The idea behind Plecto was born.   After developing a working version of the platform overnight, Kristian presented to his boss a dashboard that would visualize call activity data in real time and rank employees based on their performance. His boss immediately bought a television and dedicated Kristian's time to managing and improving the software.   Once he saw the impact that the dashboard had on his team, Kristian decided to hit the road - quitting his job, teaming up with long-time friend Aleš Kocjančič and rebuilding the software from scratch.   Four years and three different offices later, Plecto is a growing team of eight delivering dashboards to over 65,000 sales, customer service and call center reps.

UNSILO

UNSILO provides tools for automated text intelligence. Working with academic publishers, law firms, patent companies, and intellectual property agents, in short in any area where there is a large quantity of textual content, UNSILO delivers tools for faster discovery of content, and deeper engagement with it. UNSILO uses a unique combination of machine-learning and natural language processing to discover a document’s DNA.  Its customers include Springer Nature, one of the world’s largest academic publishers. The team behind UNSILO has authored a dozen search-related patents, architected major e-commerce sites, pioneered open-source security systems, and managed product development teams in Silicon Valley.

Airlabs is an organisation with foundations in atmospheric chemistry and airflow engineering that has been established out of a desire to tackle the huge social problem of air quality in cities across the world. Our work is the result of active collaboration between our team and some of the world’s leading applied environmental research and engineering institutes. Our team brings together experts from widely varying disciplines: from atmospheric chemistry to pollution monitoring, from fluid dynamics to environmental health and from economics to engineering and design.

Norlix ApS

At Norlix, we are building a digital insurance and pension brokerage from the ground up. The industry is still defined by manual workflows, legacy systems, and advisory services that only happen periodically. That creates friction and means coverage and risk often lag behind how companies actually evolve. We are building a different model. By combining integrations, structured data, and continuous analysis, we make advisory proactive instead of reactive. In practice, we focus on: • Automated and continuous data collection • Ongoing assessment of risk and coverage • Systematic monitoring of the market • Data driven optimization instead of periodic reviews Our ambition is simple: To make insurance and pension advisory more precise, more transparent, and far less dependent on manual processes. We have raised 30 mio. DKK at the start of 2026, grown to 25+ people, and are building fast with a strong team that genuinely enjoys working together. We are still early, but that is exactly the point. What we build now will define how insurance and pension should work going forward.
