The format works, but it doesn't scale. A premium product ends up under-earning relative to its potential, and the operational drag is increasingly the reason publishers can't grow it. Contimo runs the full chain: the teaser on the publisher's front page, the advertorial it links to, and the cross-publisher distribution and yield optimization underneath.
