Coachway ApS

We spent 6+ years working side by side with 150+ online fitness coaches. Managed their businesses, saw their frustrations up close, and watched them waste half their day on admin that had nothing to do with actual coaching. So we built the platform we always wished existed. Coachway is an all-in-one platform for online fitness coaches - workouts, meal plans, messaging, check-ins, payments, automations, and a branded client app. One login. No chaos. But building the product is only half of it. We also build everything that puts it in front of coaches - ad campaigns across six markets, creative production, content in five languages, conversion funnels, growth strategy. The whole pipeline from first impression to signed coach. We're based in Copenhagen. We're a small team with the ambition to become the go-to platform for online coaches across Europe. And we're still early enough that the people who join now will shape what this thing becomes. If you want to be somewhere where your work actually moves the needle - not in a quarterly report, but tomorrow morning - this is that place.

ClearContract

We build the system companies run their contracts, legal work and compliance on. All of it, in one place. And on top of it, AI agents that do most of that work themselves. The system is the boring, necessary part: every agreement in one searchable place, drafting from your own templates, e-signature, deadlines and renewals tracked, compliance obligations followed up, and reporting across the whole portfolio. Most companies do this across an inbox, a shared drive and a spreadsheet. It is archaic, failure-prone and worst of all: not automated. The agents are what we've spent most of our time on. Contracts arrive by email, and the agent takes it from there. Imagine you work with contracts at a company that has ClearContract: --- An agreement lands in your inbox at two in the morning, and by the time you're awake it's been filed in the system where it belongs, read end to end, checked against your company's own rules for what it will and won't accept, the problems written up in plain language, the reply drafted, the renewal date in the calendar and the follow-up task assigned. Not a draft of the work. The actual work done. With ClearContract, you don't even have to open the system, you can do ALL the work through the agents --- We're two founders that started it in Aarhus: a corporate lawyer who had done all of this manually in an in-house legal department, and a cognitive scientist who builds the AI. We've handled around 120,000 contracts for customers including e-Boks, A.GAIN Capital, Incommodities, Admin by Request and MFT Energy. If you join now, you'll be one of the first people here besides the founders. Not an early hire in the way companies use that phrase once they're thirty people. Actually early. What you build shapes the product, and how you work shapes how the company works, because there isn't a version of either that predates you. Denmark is the obvious place to start, but nothing about the problem we're solving stops at the border, and the plan has always been to take this well beyond it. We move fast. An idea in the morning can be live in the afternoon. There are no approval chains, no steering committees, no quarterly planning ritual, no decks written to justify decisions that have already been made. Nobody here will ever ask you to align on a framework. The flip side is the honest one: fewer systems, more ambiguity, and work that regularly sits outside your job title. If you like figuring out what needs doing more than being told, you'll have a very good time. We work closely together in central Aarhus, which means you'll know everything that's going on whether you want to or not. We take the wins seriously. Good weeks often end somewhere in town rather than at a desk. We don't wanna sit around 9-5 going to meetings, getting nothing done, and enduring all the corporate BS. We have started our own company to avoid all that, BUT most importantly: to make real change and have fun during it. Question is: do you wanna transform the industry with us?

Leftovers

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. I'm now looking for a co-founder with a passion for community-building and marketing to help turn early traction into a movement. Equity on the table. Because sharing tastes better. leftovers.food admin@leftovers.food @leftovers.cph

Flowering.dk

Centrally located in Copenhagen, Flowering is developing bouquets with a reduced CO2 output to help environmentally conscious customers reduce waste and promote sustainability with beautifully crafted, eco-friendly floral arrangements. Flowering addresses the significant issue of flower waste in the floral industry. This problem affects both the environment and flower producers, contributing to unnecessary carbon footprints. The widespread waste impacts growers, retailers, and consumers who seek sustainable alternatives. Our team at Flowering sources surplus flowers that would otherwise be discarded and repurposes them into beautiful, high-quality bouquets in combination with local and certified flowers. By implementing efficient logistics and innovative design processes, we ensure these flowers reach customers fresh and vibrant, reducing waste and promoting sustainability without any intermediaries. The inspiration for Flowering came from witnessing the vast amounts of perfectly good flowers being discarded daily. Motivated by a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive environmental impact, we left our jobs and studies to focus on creating a business that not only delivers beauty but also champions environmental responsibility.
