GRAD ApS is a Danish startup on a mission: to sustainably refine the global beverage cooling industry. Located on Vesterbro in Copenhagen and based on its patent pending technology and award winning design, GRAD has developed a portfolio of “Perfect Serve” cooling products for the global hospitality industry. The product has gained international traction and the company is currently scaling up fast on several markets globally. GRAD is an international team of 10 with backgrounds varying from engineering and design, to business and supply chain. It is an open, friendly, trusting and hardworking environment where coffee is always flowing, and (perfectly cooled) drinks can be enjoyed on a Friday at the home-built office bar.

FrejaTECH (former Salvatio Push) is an IoT based system, comprised of an Emergency Button and App that can potentially save the lives of up to many females and elderly. This is a revolutionary new way to ensure rapid responses to enable women and elderly people to feel safe in vulnerable situations. The emergency alerts can help to save lives by sending timely notifications to family, friends, or medical institutions, which can drastically reduce the waiting time to receive assistance or medical attention. Our founder built this product based on the personal experience of sexual assault and understanding of the product that could save me from the dangerous situations and inform people who care about me where they can find me. We are in an electronics devices branch and creasy about. Our team is a group of creative people who want to make a difference. And We can do it.

Kaffe Bueno

Kaffe Bueno is a Danish bioscience company based in Copenhagen, we upcycle coffee by-products into active and functional ingredients for cosmetics, nutraceuticals and functional foods. Our vision is to change the world sees coffee - from a caffeinated beverage to a sustainable resource for health and wellbeing. Our mission is to unlock coffee's health and commercial potential by taking advantage of the whole spectrum of its bioactive compounds. Some of the things we do: - Produce KAFFOIL: an active cosmetic ingredient upcycled from coffee grounds. It's used for healthy ageing, hair care, moisturising, and improving the skin barrier. You can find it in over 15 brands worldwide, including NIVEA. KAFFOIL is also used as an ingredient in food & beverage. - Produce KAFFIBRE: upcycled defatted coffee fibre used as an ingredient in cosmetics and food & beverage. - Circular partnerships: we upcycle spent coffee grounds from local businesses in Denmark into toiletries (hand soaps, shampoos, lotions and creams) and have a private label brand for these. - New products coming soon, all derived from molecules from within coffee.

Reshopper har siden 2012 været børnefamiliernes foretrukne markedsplads over mobilen, hvor brugere har købt og solgt millioner af brugte ting af hinanden via den prisvindende app. I 2022 åbnede vi den første fysiske Reshopper butik, hvor vi sælger overskudsvarer fra restpartier, konkursboer, tidligere kollektioner samt secondhand. I dag har vi 2 butikker, som er placeret i Valby og Taastrup. Hver dag sætter vi en ære i at gøre den cirkulære shopping til en friktionsløs og god oplevelse for vores brugere både i vores butikker og via den digitale markedsplads app. På den måde engagerer vi familier til en mere bæredygtig adfærd, så vi alle bidrager med at løse FNs verdensmålene ‘bæredygtige byer og lokalsamfund’ og ‘ansvarligt forbrug og produktion’. CM Navigator A/S – part of Copenhagen Merchants Group - is the company behind the digital platform for market intelligence and decision support in the agri-commodity and freight sectors – CM Navigator. Founded by Copenhagen Merchants Group, CM Navigator was initially developed in-house (starting around 2018) to aggregate the wealth of tacit market knowledge held by the group’s brokers and shipping experts. It was subsequently launched as a commercial SaaS platform in 2022 and later incorporated as an independent company in 2023 (while remaining majority-owned by CM Group). What it offers: CM Navigator provides real-time data and analytics tools to track commodity markets and logistics: • Live Prices & Global Benchmarks: Users get daily updated prices from major export regions (North America, South America, Europe, Black Sea, Australia, etc.) and a global CFR price matrix covering 600+ destinations, allowing easy comparison of origin competitiveness. This helps traders see, for example, how US corn fob prices plus freight compare to Brazilian corn into a given import market. • Freight Forecasting: The platform includes advanced freight tools that let users search among 250,000+ bulk freight routes with up to 12-month forward curves. This essentially functions as an instant freight rate calculator: a trader can input a specific load port and discharge port (or even a combination for multi-leg trades) and get current freight cost estimates and future rates. Such capability, drawn from Navi Merchants’ data, simplifies evaluating the delivered cost of commodities. • Supply/Demand & Trade Flows: CM Navigator continuously updates global supply and demand balances for key crops, and tracks trade flows. It integrates official data with on-the-ground insights (e.g., port line-up information) to give an up-to-date picture of export/import volumes and stock levels. This dynamic data can alert users to changes (such as a sudden surge in Ukrainian wheat exports or a drought cutting Argentine soy supply) much faster than traditional reports. • News & Insights: The platform delivers relevant news flashes and in-house analysis. For instance, it might highlight policy changes, weather events, or logistical issues affecting markets, along with commentary from CM’s analysts. Users also receive reports like grain export summaries or freight market outlooks, helping them stay ahead in volatile markets. Strategic purpose: The creation of CM Navigator reflects the group’s goal to “empower traders of all sizes in all countries” by democratizing access to high-quality market data. It takes the tacit knowledge that Copenhagen Merchants accumulated (through decades of brokerage and logistics operations) and scales it via technology. Internally, the platform ensures CM’s own teams and key clients operate with the same up-to-date information. Externally, it has become a new revenue stream and value proposition, attracting subscribers from the wider industry. By providing transparency and decision-support, CM Navigator strengthens Copenhagen Merchants Group’s role as an information broker.
