GRØD is a café and restaurant concept that opened in Nørrebro, Copenhagen in 2011, with a nerdy focus on everything related to "grød", including porridge, smoothie bowls, daal, congee, risotto and bowls. Most countries have a unique "porridge"-culture that explores different ingredients, grains and spices. And when it's made right, it tastes absolutely fantastic – and it’s naturally healthy and sustainable. We also highly value community among our colleagues and our guests, and love working with people who understand that their energy has a big impact on their surroundings. GRØD has restaurants in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Oslo, as well as a series of retail products available in the most major supermarket brands.

We spent 6+ years working side by side with 150+ online fitness coaches. Managed their businesses, saw their frustrations up close, and watched them waste half their day on admin that had nothing to do with actual coaching. So we built the platform we always wished existed. Coachway is an all-in-one platform for online fitness coaches - workouts, meal plans, messaging, check-ins, payments, automations, and a branded client app. One login. No chaos. But building the product is only half of it. We also build everything that puts it in front of coaches - ad campaigns across six markets, creative production, content in five languages, conversion funnels, growth strategy. The whole pipeline from first impression to signed coach. We're based in Copenhagen. We're a small team with the ambition to become the go-to platform for online coaches across Europe. And we're still early enough that the people who join now will shape what this thing becomes. We're creating a digital study abroad start-up that aims to increase mobility by boosting the encouragement among students within higher education to study abroad. Another motivation for the project was the Danish government's goal of sending 50% of students within higher education abroad to incorporate an international dimension into their danish study program. Given the tools provided by the Government, we aim to educate, consult and help students go take a semester abroad to develop their personal profile. Today's way is old fashioned - paperwork, stamps, mails ( the slow kind 🐌) and loads of Visa's and questions. Our platform gives the student the step by step process needed to get any bigger task done. Once signed up, we make sure that you have all the credit eligible courses you need from our online course catalogue, a signed learning agreement, an insurance and an acceptance letter. All in less than a week and without leaving your keyboard. We started a digital study abroad agency based on our own experiences studying abroad. Circular Innovation Lab is a research and policy think tank, based in Denmark and India, accelerating the transition to a circular economy, through its for-profit arm, Circular Innovation Lab ApS, and non-profit arm, CIL Foundation MTU.
