We operate our own kitchens, and we partner with restaurants that operate a virtual Hubb venue from their existing kitchens. We turn their idle capacity into profit with a turnkey virtual brand — we give them our proven menus, recipes, suppliers, on-site staff training, and branded packaging — while we run the platforms, marketing, and support. They simply cook.
