Jule sweaters

Jule-Sweaters ApS er en dansk julesweater virksomhed, som startede i 2016. Konceptet hos Jule-Sweaters er meget enkelt, vi vil gerne gøre julen endnu mere hyggelig end den er i forvejen, ved at tilbyde nogle sjove, hyggelige og vilde julesweatre og juleaccessories til jer. Vi designer selv vores julesweatre og accessories, men kan desværre ikke prale af at strikke dem selv, hvilket nok også er en god ting for udseendet og kvaliteten af sweaterne. Alle vores sweaters er unisex, så de er både til mænd, kvinder og børn. Vi har en Facebook side, som kan ses via dette link www.facebook.com/julesweaters. Kitchenswaps

Kitchenswaps is an online marketplace for commercial kitchen space, matching kitchen owners with food businesses. High rental and operating costs and low profit margins for commercial kitchen owners (think restaurants, cafe's, you name it!) has resulted in a rise in bankruptcies, further compounded by the pandemic. At the same time, there is a large shortage of commercial kitchens, limiting food entrepreneurs to start/expand their business, preventing them from vital development. Our 'win-win' circular solution optimizes unused kitchen spaces by renting it out to businesses in need of flexible and affordable licenced kitchens. This maximizes revenue for kitchen owners and minimizes barriers to entry through easier access for food businesses. We are Emma & Joachim and we are two passionate foodies on a mission to make culinary innovation accessible to all!

Hococo

Hococo is a simple and intuitive tenant experience and operations platform that ensures great tenant engagement, untapped data insights and operational efficiency with a state of the art digital solution. Traditional real estate and tenant administration relies on outdated, non-compliant systems that don't embrace the new modern technologies. Tenants are left with a bad, not transparent, experience in a non-digital home. The landlords on the other hand still struggle with rent collections, huge amounts of unstructured tenant inquiries and no tools to communicate effectively with the tenants. Hococo acts as a customer centric layer and helps digitise, streamline and improve all processes and bridge the gap between the property owners and their tenants. We do this via our modern B2B SaaS-administration platform and dedicated IOS and Android apps for the tenants. Our mission is to provide the perfect tenant experience - always referring to our statement that a good tenant experience can also be good business. Why? As modern tenants we expect more of the places we live. Most of us have bad experiences with landlords, not knowing who to contact when shit hits the fan. Most of us can recognise the frustration of tons of paper work or extra bills coming in when moving in or out. And most of us also can imagine how a perfect tenant experience would look like if we could choose our selves. Rent is, after all, for most of us the biggest recurring expense in our lives! Therefore it is only fair to expect something extraordinary in return for all those rent payments and service charges. As tenants we expect more of our rentals, looking to utilize the full potential of our stay whether it be through vibrant communities, new services offerings or pure convenience. Times are changing and Hococo is there to help.

SiteSage is developing an AI co-pilot for e-commerce customer support teams to help them resolve tickets faster and with higher quality by integrating directly into their existing systems and automating repetitive workflows with secure, action-based AI. In practice, we give support agents “superpowers”. SiteSage connects ticketing platforms with shop systems, WMS, ERP, shipping providers, and other operational tools, so agents no longer have to switch between systems or manually search for data. OrderBuddy is a digital menu platform that helps dining places to an efficient and quick order flow without getting annoyed customers. We have all been out in a dining situation where the waiters are too busy to get to you, and it takes the fun away from being there with friends and family. What if you could just order and pay, have fun with the people you are there with, and then wait to get served. After you're done, you can order more, or leave the place without getting the waiter one more time. OrderBuddy is an ordering system, where guests can place and pay their orders directly from the table on their own phones. No need to install anything, just scan the QR code on the table, or go to the webpage and find the dining place, add items to the cart and pay. The order goes directly to the kitchen or bar. The idea for OrderBuddy of course started when I was out dining with some friends. The place was busy, and we actually wanted to order a new round of beer to the table, however the waiters were too busy elsewhere, and when we finally got a hold of the waiter we decided to just pay. The restaurant lost revenue and ended up with customers who had a bad experience.
